지역사회중심의 여가기술교수가 정신지체인의 볼링장 이용하기 기술 수행에 미치는 영향

Effects of community-based leisure skill instructionon the bowling performance of adults with mental retardation 이 연구는 특수학교 교사들의 역할 스트레스를 직무탈진의 선행요인으로 설정하여 직무탈진과의 관계를 규명하고, 나아가 역할 스트레스가 사회적 지지에 미치는 영향을 통해 사회적 지지가 역할 스트레스로 인한 직무탈진을 중재할 수 있는지에 대한 효과를 검증하고자 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 이 연구에서는 2004년 교육청에 등록된 강원도와 경기도 소재 정신지체 공립 특수학교 6곳에 재직 중인 초중고등 특수교사 241명을 대상으로 전수조사 설문을 실시하였다. 순회교사 및 전공과를 포함한 비담임을 제외한 총 206명의 설문 응답자 중 201명의 최종 유효 표본을 획득한 다음, 일원변량분석, t-검증, 중다회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 일련의 연구과정을 통해 이 연구에서는 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 역할 스트레스, 직무탈진, 사회적 지지에 대한 집단간 차이 검증에서 연령이 낮고 경력이 낮은 교사일수록 사회적 지지를 더 받는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 역할 스트레스 하위요인과 사회적 지지의 관계를 분석한 결과 역할 갈등이 낮은 집단은 가족지지 특히, 사회적 지지의 유형에서 정서적 지원을 많이 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 역할 스트레스 하위요인 중 역할 모호성에 의해 스트레스를 가장 높게 받고 있으며, 역할 갈등은 개인적 성취감 결여와 탈 인격화에, 역할 과부하는 정서적 탈진에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 사회적 지지와 직무탈진과의 관계에서 가족과 동료의 지지는 개인적 성취감 결여에 영향을 주며, 낮은 상사의 지지는 정서적 탈진에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.<주제어> 지역사회중심의 여가교수, 볼링장 이용하기 기술, 지역사회중심 교수, 성인장애인 프로그램

이 글은, 내가 대중예술 연구에 이르게 된 과정을 회고하는 글이다. 우선 어릴 적 문화적 환경과 대학 시절의 예술 관련 체험, 그리고 진보적 예술문화운동의 경험을 서술했다. 나는 1980년대부터 1990년대 초에 이르는 예술문화운동을 경험하면서 많은 학술적 아이디어와 태도를 습득하게 되었다. 그리고 이것들은 1990년대 말부터 본격화된 나의 대중예술 연구에서 독특한 연구방법론을 정립하는 데에 기초가 되었다. 이 글은 나의 연구가 형성되고 발전되는 과정을 밝힘으로써, 대중예술 연구방법론에 대한 특별한 관심과 성찰을 유도한다.

Dicofenac-sodium(sodium[o-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino]pheny1]acetate)의 硬皮吸收에 미치는 Propylene glycol의 影響

To study the effect of Propylene glycol on the percutaneous absorption of Diclofenac-sodium, the percutaneous absorption of diclofenac-sodium was carried out on rabbit dorsal skin under occlusions in addition of each Propylene glycol concentration(0, 2, 5, 10 and 20w/w%). The percutaneous absorption of diclofenac-sodium after percutaneous application of preparation for 6 hours (3㎝×3㎝ area, 1.0g of 10w/w% Diclofenac-sodium percutaneous application of preparation) was significantly increased by increasing the concentration of Propylene glycol. The percutaneous absorption of Diclofenac-sodium with 10% Propylene glycol was increased in an approximate 3.37 and 1.74 fold higher than control preparation in the parameters, Cmax and AUC. But the percutaneous absorption of Dilofenac-sodium with 20% Propylene glycol was relatively lower than control preparation. The absolute bioavailability (Fabs) of Dilofenac-sodium after percutaneous application with each concentration of Propylene glycol was respectively as follows ; 0%: 14.68±2.03%, 2%: 18.25±2.30%, 5%: 24.64±3.42%, 10%: 25.55±4.31%, 20%: 11.89±2.06%)

Antisense oligonucleotides have been shown to act as specific inhibitors of gene expression in a variety of in vitro system, Oligonucleotide can be sufficiently protected from degradation in this compartment either by structural modified antisense phosphorothioate oligonucleotide (ASPS) was markedly reduced compared to control. After topical application the in vitro skin transport study and optimal preformulation were investigated for the purpose of effective of ASPS with partially modified ASPS. The cumulative amount penetrated of partially modified ASPS across normal rat skin in PBS containing 6% PF-68 was 0.234 ± 0.041㎍/㎠ and damaged rat skin in PBS containing 6% PF-68 was 1.077 ± 0.301㎍/㎠. The permeation of partially modified ASPS through excised human cadaver and hairless mouse were compared to that of rat skin.

Film 분야는 화학분야에서 매우 잠재성이 높은 분야이다. 따라서 국내 Film 업계는 지속적인 자기혁신을 통해 경쟁력 확보, 생산제품의 고급화, 차별화, 다양화에 더욱 노력해야한다. 특히LCD 및 PDP 소자용 초박막 film 제조공정 기술은 Display 산업에서 핵심적 요소 기술로서 집중적으로 육성되어야 할 분야이다. 국내 생산제품이 고전하는 주요 원인 중의 하나가 일관된 제품의 질을 보증 받지 못함으로써 세계시장에서 선진기업의 고가격 대우를 받지 못하고 있다는데 있다. 따라서 제조생산 Line상에서의 품질검사체계를 도입하여 하자가 있는 제품이 원천적으로 고객에게 전달되지 않도록 하여야 부가가치를 향상시킬 수 있다. 현재 국내제품과 규격면에서 거의 동등하다고 볼 수 있는 선진제품과의 가격차가 무려 5~10배 정도임을 고려하면 당연히 근본적으로 공정을 최적화하여 결함이 사전에 감지/제거되는 무결점 생산 System으로의 추구가 절실하며 이러한 이유로 기존의 설비 및 공정 Data와 품질의 정확한 측정과 이를 기반으로 한 결함 목적함수와의 적절한 Modeling과 연관성 분석을 통한 예측 및 예방 System의 개발 및 적용은 Film 제조분야의 경쟁력 확보를 위하여 시급히 해결되어야 할 사안이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 필름 공정의 결함 예측 System의 전 단계인 실시간 이물 검출 System인 FPD(Plat Panel Display)검사 장치를 개발하였다. 감사의 글: 본 연구는 산업자원부의 지역혁신 인력양성사업의 연구결과로 수행되었습니다.

남녀 청소년의 신체상과 부모자녀 간 의사소통의 개방성에 따른 자아가치감

This study investigated the relationship of adolescents' sense of self-worth to their body image and parent-adolescent communication. Data were collected from 365 adolescents (184 middle school students and 181 high school students) in Seoul and Kyoung-gi province by questionnaire and were analyzed by t-test and regression. The results of this study were as follows. First, girls' perception of their physical appearance was more negative than boys' but there was no sex difference in perceptions of their physical health. Girls communicated with their parents more openly than boys did. Second, the more adolescents perceived their physical appearance and health positively and communicated with their parents openly, the more positive the adolescents' sense of self-worth. Third, the regression analysis showed that perceptions of physical appearance was the stronger predictor of boys' sense of self-worth, however, the openness of parent-adolescent communication was the stronger predictor of girls' sense of self-worth. Perceptions of physical appearance and physical health were significantly predictive to boys' sense of self-worth, however, perceptions of physical appearance rather than physical health was significantly predictive of girls' sense of self-worth

부석사란 곳에 대해서 모르는 사람은 거의 없다. 그러나 나름대로 부석사란 곳을 소개하고 싶다. 막연히 부석사란 곳이 유명하다 하여 찾아가 안내판에 몇자 적힌 글을 보며 그곳에서 당장 보고 이해 하는 것 보다는 적은 지식이라도 미리 알고 가는 것이 조금은 도움이 되지 않을까 하는 소견에서 몇자 적어본다.
