Pituitary adenoma is usually confined in the sella or extends superiorly beyond the diaphragm sella. There are some cases that invade the adjacent perisellar structures, and then it is difficult to differentiate it from other juxtasellar tumors. The purpose of this study is to evaluate MR findings of the invasive pituitary adenoma. We evaluated the MR findings of 10 pathologically proven pituitary adenoma which invaded the cavernous sinuses. There were 4 males and 6 females. Average age was 41.5 years. Observation was made of the MR signal intensity, average size, degree and direction of tumor invasion, associated hydrocephalus, cystic or hemorrhagic changes in the tumor, and characteristic findings according to the secreting hormones. Average tumor size was 4.1 × 3.8 × 4.1 cm. Of the 10 tumors, 9 tumors extend superiorly, 5 tumors inferiorly, and 2 tumors posteriorly. 4 tumors had internal cystic changes, and 1 of these 4 tumors had combined hemorrhage. 6 tumors had no internal degeneration in the mass. Tumor signal intensities were similar to brain cortex on T1WI and T2WI, and all masses enhanced intensely. Prolactin secreting tumor frequently extended inferiorly (3/4), and nonsecreting tumor did not have internal degeneration(0/4). In conclusion, invasive pituitary adenoma was frequently noted as homogenous solid mass, especially nonsecreting tumor. There were some characteristic findings in internal degeneration and direction of invasion according to secreting hormons. Mode of tumor invasion would be helpful to differentiate pituitary adenoma from other juxtasellar tumors.

Whereas conventional scintigraphic liver imaging have been found to be sensitive in the detection of various hepatic diseases, their detection has been remained a significant limitation of the examination. To evaluate the conventional hepatic scintigraphy of various hepatic diseases, we have devised a computer method that compares liver activity to splenic activity and noticed a acquisition time of the hot pixel as a quantitative assessment, and also determined normal ranges. The results are as follows; 1. Age distribution of various hepatic disease was the most frequent in 6th decade. Studied groups are 22 cases of normal subject, and proven hepatocellular diseases including 62 cases of hepatitis, 51 cases of liver cirrhosis, 18 cases of hepatoma and 8 cases of liver metastasis. 2. In normal subjects, liver to spleen uptake ratio was 61.8±16.9 and acquisition time of hot pixel was 13.0±3.5 second. 3. In hepatitis, liver to spleen uptake ratio (19.5±8.8, p < 0.01) was lower than normal group and slightly delayed acquisition time of hot pixel (26.7±8.9 sec.). 4. In liver cirrhosis, liver to spleen uptake ratio was markedly lowered than normal group (5.0±2.9, p < 0.01) and the most delayed acquisition time of hot pixel among the disease groups (35.8±12.2 sec.). 5. In hepatoma, considerably low liver to spleen uptake ratio (10.4±4.6, p < 0.0l ) and delayed acquisition time of hot pixel than normal group (30.3±8.9 sec.). 6. In hepatic metastasis, liver to spleen uptake ratio (25.3±7.6, p < 0.01) was not significantly altered and acquisition time of hot pixel is similar to normal group (13.4±3.6 sec.).

배경/목적: 수술 전후 관리가 발전하였지만 생체 간이식 공여자 우엽 절제술의 위험성에 관해서는 아직 논란이 있다. 본 연구는 공여자 간우엽 절제 후 합병증 발생을 조사하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2002년 1월부터 2004년 6월까지 서울대학교병원에서 간우엽절제를 받은 83명의 연속적인 공여자를 대상으로, modified Clavien system을 이용하여 합병증을 조사하였다. 남녀비는 59:24이었고 평균 연령은 31세이었다. 추적 기간은 21개월이었다

문선명·한학자 선생의 미디어 효정 문화선교 방향성 고찰

본 연구의 목적은 코로나19 팬데믹 이후 비대면 접촉이 일상적인 상황에서 효율적인 미디어 효정 문화선교의 바람직한 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 21세기의 새로운 변화에서 미디어를 활용한 접근은 효정 문화선교를 실천하기 위해 다음과 같은 몇 가지의 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 문선명・한학자 선생은 미디어 효정 문화선교 를 통하여 인디오(Indio)와 같은 원주민이 교육과 빈곤에서 벗어날 수 있는 세계 문 화 평준화를 주창했다. 둘째, 오늘날 개인은 미디어 환경의 조성으로 효정 문화의 소비자라고 할 수 있으며, 다양한 미디어를 통하여 효정 문화선교를 하는 시대적 사 명을 가진다. 셋째, 최근 방송가에서의 트로트 열풍은 주민공동체와 함께 나눌 수 있는 효정 노래 문화선교로 연결될 수 있다. 아울러 교회의 미래를 위한 ‘오팔 세대’ 에 대한 새로운 관심이 필요하다. 넷째, 목회자는 교회에서 ‘부캐’(副캐릭터)라는 효 정 문화의 꽃을 피울 때 자율적인 봉사 정신이 발휘되고 질적·양적인 교회 성장을 하게 될 것이다. 다섯째, 미디어 효정 문화선교는 ‘효정 문화 선교센터’의 설립 등을 통해 지역주민과 소통하는 효정 공동체 형성, 지역주민과의 효정 문화생활의 향유등을 들 수 있다. 여섯째, 코로나19와 같은 팬데믹 현상 극복 이후 정부에 대한 의 존에는 한계가 있음이 증명되었으니, 종교인을 비롯한 시민의 자발적인 효정 봉사 정신이 매우 중요한 것이다. The purpose of this study is to present a desirable direction for efficient Media Hyojeong Culture Mission in a situation where non-face-to-face contact is commonplace after the COVID-19 pandemic. In the new situation of the 21st century, the media-based approach proposes several alternatives to practice the Hyojeong Culture Mission. First, through the Media Hyojeong Culture Mission, Moon Sun-Myung and Han Hak-Ja advocated education for indigenous people such as Indians and standardization of world culture to escape poverty. Second, individuals today can be said to be consumers of Hyojeong Culture by creating a media environment, and have a mission of the times to carry out Hyojeong Culture Mission through various media. Third, the recent trot craze in broadcasting can be connected to the Hyojeong Singing Culture Mission that can be shared with the community. In addition, a new interest in the '58 generation' is needed for the future of the church. Fourth, pastors should be able to bloom the flower of Hyojeong Culture called ‘Boo Cha’(副Character) in the church. Then, the spirit of voluntary service will lead to church growth. Fifth, the Media Hyojeong Culture Mission can form a Hyojeong community that communicates with local residents through the establishment of the ‘Hyojeong Culture Mission Center’. You can also live the Hyojeong Culture with local residents. Sixth, the voluntary Hyojung volunteer spirit of citizens, including religious people, is very important as they overcome pandemic phenomena such as COVID-19 and their dependence on the government turns out to be limited.
