의료 개혁은 세계적인 이슈로 완벽한 시스템은 존재하지 않으며, 단지 서비스 디자인의 지속적인 혁신일 뿐이다. 글로벌화 및 인구 구조의 변화로 인해 모든 국가의 의료 시스템은 점차 유사 해지고 있는 추세이다. 중국은 현재 경제적 GDP 세계 2위이며 인구가 가장 많은 국가다. 중국의 급속한 경제 발전과 사회 인구 구조의 고령화로 인해, 다양한 사회 문제가 발견되었으며, 이와 관련해 연구와 해결책이 필요한 실정이다. 중국 경제의 발전은 중국 중산층의 증가로 인한 영향을 받고 있으며 이는 중국의 소비 수준을 높이고 있다. 최근 중국 도시 중산층의 증가와 더불어 중국 도시에서의 O2O 라이프스타일도 함께 상승되었다. 정부 정책의 변화로 공공 의료 서비스 이외의 시장 주도형 의료 서비스가 출현하였으며, 이는 공공 의료 서비스의 단점을 효과적으로 해결하였다. 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 두 가지 질문을 제기하였다. 대부분의 사람을 위해 제공되는 시장 주도형 의료 서비스는 중국에서 어떻게 진행되고 있는가? 그 사람들에게 가장 적합한 의료 서비스 유형은 무엇인가? 이 두 가지 문제를 중심으로 본 연구에서는 기본 프레임워크를 설계하였다. 논문은 총 5장으로 구성되어있다. 제1장과 제2장은 기초 리서치로, 연구의 배경 및 중국 현재의 의료 서비스 현황을 다룬다. 제3장과 제4장은 중산층의 부상 및 O2O 의료 서비스의 현황에 대해 논의한다. 제5장은 결론으로, 위에서 제기된 두가지 질문에 대해 답하고, 미래의 의료 서비스의 전망에 대해 논의한다. Medical reform is a worldwide issue, that is no perfect medical system in the world, only the continuous innovation of service design. Because of globalization and the changing population structure, the medical system of every country is becoming more and more similar. China is currently the world's second-largest economy by GDP, and the largest populous country in the world. With the rapid economic development in China and the aging of the social population structure, various social problems have arisen, requiring a great deal of research and solution. Behind the strengthening in Chinese economies are big increases in the middle class, which are boosting consumption levels. In recent years, the urban middle class in China has risen, while at the same time the O2O lifestyle has risen in Chinese cities. Due to the change of the state policy, the emergence of market-driven forms of medical services other than public medical services has effectively remedied the shortcomings of public medical services. In this context, two questions have arisen: How is the market-driven Healthcare Service for most of the people going in China? What forms of Medical Services are suitable for these people? Around these two issues, I designed the basic framework of this thesis and research ideas. The full thesis has five chapters: the first chapter and the second chapter are fundamental research sections, which mainly introduce the research background and current situation of medical service in China. The third and fourth chapters are deep research sections that discuss the rise of the middle class and the current status of O2O medical services. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, which respectively answers the above two questions and expands the design imagination of the future medical service.
Edible Film Packaging for Processed Cheese

본 연구는 high amylose corn startch(HACS)와 corn zein을 기재로 한 가식성 포장재를 봉투형태로 제조하여 가공치즈의 낱포장에 적용하고자 수행하였다. 이를 위해 제조된 포장재의 물성과 흡습 특성을 측정하였고 가식성 필름으로 포장한 치즈의 품질 변화를 물성과 미생물 수를 중심으로 현재 사용중인 LLDPE 포장재와 함께 비교 평가하였다. 가식성 필름은 HACS film 과 corn zein film 의 단일 필름과 이들을 적충시킨 복합 필름으로 제조되었다. HACS film은 제작된 고압 강철 용기를 사용하여 호화액을 얻었으며 가식성 필름을 제조하여 물리적 성질과 수증기 투과도 및 용해도를 측정하였다. 수증기 투과도를 개선시키기 위하여 corn zein film 의 가소제로 oleic acid를 사용하였다. 가식성 포장재의 평형수분함량과 단분자층 수분함량을 구하기 위해 GAB 모델식을 이용하여 등온 흡습곡선을 그리고 이를 설명하였다. 제조된 가식성 필름은 HACS film을 제외하고 봉투형태로 제조되었으며 슬라이스 가공 치즈의 낱포장을 하였다. 낱포장용 가식성 포장재의 종류로는 corn zein film with PEG+glycerol, corn zein film with oleic aicd, HACS film coated with corn zein and PEG+glycerol, 그리고 HACS film coated with corn zein and oleic acid 이었으며 이와 동시에 LLDPE film을 대조군으로 하여 5, 20, 35℃에서 4주동안 저장하며 경도와 미생물의 변화를 측정하였다. 포장재의 가소제 첨가량은 인장강도와 신장률을 고려하여 20%로 결정되었다. 포장재의 흡습특성 결과는 corn zein film with oleic aicd가 가장 습도에 민감하지 않으며 낮은 값을 보여주었고 HACS film이 높은 평형수분함량과 단분자층 수분함량을 보여주었다. 가공 치즈의 저장 실험 결과로는 LLDPE film에 포장된 치즈는 수분 보유량이 높아 낮은 경도를 나타냈으나 그 외의 가식성 포장재에 포장된 치즈는 포장재의 높은 투과성으로 인하여 수분함량이 낮아져 저장 1주부터 높은 경도를 보여주었다. 이런 결과는 필름의 수증기 투과도(WVP)와 투습률(WVTR) 비교에서도 같은 영향을 나타내었다. 이러한 결과는 20℃와 35℃에서 치즈의 낮은 수분함량(수분활성도)으로 인하여 균의 생육조건에 적합하지 않기 때문인 것으로 보여지며 LLDPE film으로 포장된 치즈의 경우 20℃와 35℃보다 5℃에서균의 증가가 나타난 것은 호냉성균의 증식으로 추정되었다. 결과적으로 본 연구에서 제조된 여러 종류의 가식성 포장재는 아직 LLDPE film의 방습능력과 비교되기 어렵지만 물성면에서 그 중 HACS film과 corn zein film oleic acid을 적충시킨 포장재가 가장 강하고 낮은 투습율(WVTR)을 보여주었으므로 단일필름보다는 복합필름이 식품에 적용하기에 더 적당하다는 결론을 얻었다. This study was attempted to make edible film based on high amylose corn starch(HACS) and corn zein in order to apply to individual packaging for processed cheese. HACS was gelatinized using the specially designed stainless steel high pressure container. This research was composed of three parts. The specific objectives were (1) to develop the edible composites in the form of pouch and to determine their physical properties, (2) to determine and make modeling of water activity of the composite films at 5, 20, and 35℃, and (3) to determine quality changes of the processed cheese vacuum-packed in the developed edible composite films during storage at 5, 20, and 35℃. HACS film had suitable mechanical and optical properties containing 10% sorbitol and 10% glycerol as plasticizers. Heat sealable corn zein was coated on HACS film to make the pouch, and concentration of plasticizer of corn zein film was determined 10% glycerol and 10% polyethylene glycol 400 according to moderate physical properties and WVP(water vapor permeability) of made edible films. Experimental moisture sorption isotherms would offer a useful tool for estimating moisture content of the films at equilibrium with the given relative humidity environment. The moisture sorption isotherms of corn zein film with oleic acid showed the lowest equilibrium moisture content and monolayer values. When to determine quality changes of the processed cheese vacuum-packed in the developed edible films during stroage at 5, 20, and 35℃, the cheese sample in LLDPE film showed the lowest hardness due to its relatively high moisture retention. In contrast, the other samples in the edible films exhibited much higher hardness as well as lower moisture content. The bacteria, yeast, and mold colony counts either in "as is basis" or "solid basis" of all the cheese samples increased during stroage at 5℃; in contrast, the counts did not increase in case of 20℃ and 35℃ storage, mainly attributed to the lower water activity.
TTF(tetrathiafulvalene) 유도체와 Nickel을 이용한 새로운 1-D Chain 착물의 합성
Charge-transfer salts, composed of TTF(tetrathiafulvalene) and metal ions, exhibit interesting electric and magnetic properties. We have synthesized new Nicy[BC-DT] complex in which the TTF-derivative contain bicarboxylate groups, Na₂[BC-DT]: [bis(4(5)-carboxy-1,3-dithiolidene)]disodium salt. The complex was characterized by X-ray crystallography and various analytical methods including EA(Elemental Analyzer), FAB Mass, FT-IR, and UV/Vis.
25-stringed gayageum solo 「Charm of Gung Taryeong」 is written based on the traditional 5 tone scale and rhythm. In this study, 「Charm of Gung Taryeong」 is analyzed as follows in terms of melody, rhythm and how to play. First, melody-oriented analysis showed that the 1st and 5th movement is in c minor with Ⅰ,Ⅰ_(7),Ⅳ_(7) chords and non-chordal tone F. The 2nd movement is in g minor with Ⅰ,Ⅰ_(7),Ⅳ_(7),Ⅴ,Ⅴ_(7) and non-chordal tone C. The 3rd movement is in f minor with Ⅰ,Ⅰ_(7),Ⅳ,Ⅳ_(7),Ⅴ,Ⅴ_(7) and non-chordal tone B^(♭). The 4th movement is in c minor with Ⅰ,Ⅰ_(7),Ⅳ_(7),Ⅴ,Ⅴ_(7) and non-chordal tone F. Analysis of harmony showed that the F in c minor, C in c minor and B^(♭)in f minor forms a cluster harmony. Korean style melody based on the traditional scale mostly employs major 2nd and perfect 4th. The melody is characterized by cluster harmony that is used regardless of keys of modern harmony and emphasizes rhythm and time. Such cluster harmony is interpreted as a Korea harmony, the additional harmony as a modern harmony resounding at the same time. Second, rhythm-oriented analysis showed that the 1st and 5th movement adopts Hwimori rhythm that uses 4 successively appearing sixteenth notes. The 2nd movement adopts Danmori rhythm, the Anddang rhythm used in North Korea. There also appears hemiola rhythm of Western music that 3 beat line rhythm pattern is followed by 2 beat line rhythm pattern. The 3rd movement adopts slow Jajinmori rhythm that employs tercet and quintuplet to represent dramatic tension. The 4th movement adopts Jajinmori rhythm that employs diverse variated rhythms including 3-split beat and there appears the rhythm pattern that uses rest to represent the feeling of rhythm. Lastly, how to play-oriented analysis showed that there are left hand staccato rendition and strike rendition as distinctive to 「Charm of Gung Taryeong」. Left hand staccato rendition is one that uses left hand to block the sound swiftly and neatly and at the same time to show vivid look. Strike rendition is one that expresses valiant and cheerful mood efficiently by striking the upper part of Jwadan and chevalet to Jajinmori rhythm. As above, this study treated the 25-stringed gayageum tune that is variated from Gyeongbokkung Taryeong, is composed of sanjo rhythm like Jajinmori, Hwimori and Danmori, new renditions like employs left hand staccato rendition and strike rendition, adopts the rhythmical expression of Jajinmori rhythm that uses the harmony of melody, and uses mainly the Korean style melody composed of non-chordal tones like major 2nd and perfect 4th to enrich tone color and to emphasize rhythm. The 5th movement is the repetition of the 1st movement and can be compared to the sonata form in Western music. It is desired that above analysis of 「Charm of Gung Taryeong」 might be helpful to younger scholars who will understand and perform the works of Gye-Ok Kim.
This study evaluated the physiologial responses and subjective sensation with the Hanbok ensemble types of Cheema, Jogori, Baeza and Durumagi. Based on the fundamental data, it makes the criteria of the Hanbok clothing ensemable types appropriate to environmental condition and physiological responses. Five healthy college female students volunteered for subjects and executed the experiment of wear trial to measure the physiological responses and subjective sensation at climate chamber of 15±0.5℃ and 50±10% relative humidity. The protocol for the wear trial consisted of rest period of 30 min, exercise period of 30 min and recovery period of 20 min. The subjects wore three kinds of Hanbok ensemble types which were H0 ensemble type(uendrwears+cheema+Jogori), H1 ensemble type(H0+Baeza) and H2 ensemble type(H0+Durumagi) in random. Rectal temperature, skin temperature, heart rate, oxygen consumption and clothing microclimate(temperature and humidity) as physiological responses were measured.. Thermal sensation, wetness sensation, thermal comfort and air movement sensation as subjective sensations were measured. In the clothing microclimate of H0 ensemble type, the temperature of the lower part was higher than the upper part. The multiple layered long skirt, and the closure of Boson generated the still air and it caused to increas the heat resistance. In the upper part of H0 ensemble type, ,the heat resistance was reduced by the short length of Jogori, the ventilation of neck line and the opening of sleeves. But in the H1 ensemble type with wearing Baeza and the H2 ensemble type with wearing Durumagi, the thermal insulation increased because of the still air. The Hanbok expressed well the characteristics of the enclosed and layered clothing type of the northern district. Heart rate represented the amount of work to do and the H1 ensemble type showed the lowest among three types with significant difference(p<0.01) during the exercise period. Heart rates of H0 and H2 ensemble types were higher than H1 ensemble type. The short Jogori of Ho ensemble and the movement restriction of H2 ensemble might cause the physiological burden. The value of oxygen consumption was the highest in H0 ensemble type with significane of p<0.05. It meant that the H0 ensemble type had the largest energy expenditure during the experiment. In evaluation of subjective sensation, the temperature sensation was in order of H2>H1>H0 during the experiment and the wetness sensation was in order of H2>H1>H0 after the exerise. In the air movement sensation, the H0 type was the highest one. And n thermal comfort, the H2 ensemble type was the best one. The perception of temperature sensation is positively related to the perception of the perception of comfort. The perception of wetness and air movement were regatively related to the perception of the thermal comfort. These days, Hanbok is used to the traditional manner wardrobe for weddings, birthdays, and memorial days. Regardless of thermal environmental climate and activity, it might cause some troubles in physiologial responses. If we put on Hanbok with respect to thermal environment climate and activity, we will be able to maintain the positive thermal comfort in wearing Hanbok and it leads the homeostasis of body temperature. This study was onducted under the limit of environmental condition. But futher research should examine under various environmental conditions to activate the Hanbok wearing.
성장호르몬 투여와 지구성 운동이 Sprague-dawley rat의 신체조성과 인슐린 저항에 미치는 영향
The effect of growth hormone (GH) administration on insulin-resistance has frequently reported. The study-I investigated the effect of GH administration on body composition and insulin resistance in rats. Twenty rats were weight-matched and assigned to following 2 groups; CON, GH groups. After 4 weeks of GH injections (0.4 IU/kg/day, 6 days/week), the plasma lipids profiles, triglyceride contents in muscle & liver, muscle glucose transport rates, OGTT, and body composition were measured in these rats. The glucose analogues 3-O-methyl-D-glucose (3-MG) have been used to study skeletal muscle (epitrochlearis) glucose transport. Epitrochlearis muscles were composed primarily of type II fibers. After 4-week of GH administration, Insulin-stimulated (1,000 μIU/㎖) 3-MG uptake in split soleus was smaller than saline-injected control rats (1.89±0.27 vs 1.37±0.18*. *;significantly different from CON). The plasma FFA and TG concentrations in muscle & liver were significantly increased after GH administration (FFA: 0.58±0.05 vs 0.83±0.07*, TG in muscle: 0.71±0.12 vs 1.46±0.15* , TG in liver: 4.41±1.08 vs 8.77±1.37*. *;significantly different from CON), but GH injection did not significantly affect %body fat, plasma TC, TG, HDL-C concentrations. GH administration elevated the curves of the oral glucose tolerance test and insulin response compared with those of CON. Our results indicated that 4 weeks of GH administration have severe state of insulin resistance in glucose transport, but did not affect the body composition. The study-II investigated the effects of endurance exercise on hGH-induced insulin resistance of skeletal muscle in rats. Forty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: CON (saline injection group, n=10), GH (hGH injection group, n=10), Ex (Exercise group, n=10), GH/Ex (Growth hormone administration/ Exercise group, n=10). GH, GH/Ex animals received hGH by subcutaneous injections (0.4 IU/kg/day, 6 days/week) for 8 weeks and CON, Ex animals received saline injections with the same volume as GH. The exercise regimen was designed in a 8% grade treadmill, 24m/min training speed with 5 times/week. After 8 weeks of treatment, the plasma lipids profiles, triglyceride contents in muscle & liver, muscle glucose transport rates, OGTT, body composition, and citrate synthase activities were measured in these rats. After 8-week treatment, plasma Insulin & glucose levels in GH were significantly increased than other 3 groups during OGTT. The rate of glucose transport under submaximal insulin concentrations was significantly lower in GH being 1.02 ±0.10 μmol/ml/hr as opposed to 1.42±0.12 μmol/ml/hr for the CON. However, there was not a significant difference between GH/Ex (1.31±0.10 μmol/ml/hr) and CON. Plasma FFA levels were significantly higher in GH (0.40±0.04 mmol/ℓ), GH/Ex (0.42±0.05 mmol/ℓ) than CON (0.29±0.03 mmol/ℓ). Triglyceride contents in plantaris muscle was significantly greater in GH (0.52±0.06 μmol/g) than CON (0.36±0.01 μmol/g), Ex (0.39±0.02 μmol/g), Plasma leptin levels was significantly lower in Ex (1.45±0.22 ng/ml), GH/Ex (1.20±0.15 ng/ml) than CON (4.11±0.75 ng/ml), GH (3.62±0.49 ng/ml). Citrate Synthase Activities was significantly higher in EX (65.58±3.16 μmol/min/gww), GH/Ex (63.45±2.22 μmol/min/gww) than CON (52.39±2.16 μmol/min/gww), GH (48.15±1.48 μmol/min/gww). However GH injection did not significantly affect %body fat, plasma TC, HDL-C concentrations. In conclusion, Regular exercise training prevents GH-induced insulin resistance in rats.
