WebGIS 기반 소방취약지 관리개선 서비스의 모텔 개발

Recently, new model for the disaster scene was proposed to take the advantage of the spatial information. In this investigation, WebGIS system for the prototype of fire vulnerable facilities was developed to identify the interfering facilities for the fire suppression activities and to share the information. Remembering and managing the fire vulnerable place require knowledge based know-how and local veteran, which necessary to avoid the mistake of initial response. The service function related with the fire vulnerable facilities was developed for effectively release the information with using the computer system of the information manager. Availability of the spatial information and online service developed using WebGIS for the improve and management of fire vulnerable facilities provide advanced important fire fighting information and greatly improve the fire fighting golden time. The fire fighting information provided by WebGIS improves the fire suppression activities and reduces the fire suppression time. Utilization of the spatial information developed in this study directly affects the fire suppression golden time.

소방취약지 분석 관리를 위한 공간정보 분석기법을 자동화하고 소방주제도를 갱신 구축하여 온라인으로 탑재하는 서비스 플랫폼 기술을 개발하였다. 그 결과, 플랫폼을 통하여 화재 진압 활동에 필요한 사전 정보가 제공되는 기반이 마련되었다. 이 결과에 향후 소방취약지 활용서비스 연구가 뒷바침되면 화재진압 현장의 골든타임을 감소시킬 수 있다. 소방분야에 적합한 공간분석과 자동화, 손쉬운 서비스 탑재 운영으로 전문적 관리와 서비스 확대 개선에 만족할 만한 기술적 가능성을 확인하였다.

지진 피해조사 사례와 지질도 지층의 특성 및 건물구조의 특성으로 지진 피해 취약도 분석방법을 제시 하였다. 지진피해 예방을 위하여 최근 경주지역 지진발생으로 조사된 피해사례를 검토하여 정책마련에 도움 되기를 바라는 경우가 있다. 그러나 대부분의 조사사례는 피해규모를 정량적으로 분류하기 어렵다는 점에서 지진에 최적화된 기초자료 조사가 필요하다. 따라서 지진피해 예방을 위하여 기존 조사 자료와 함께 공간정보를 이용한 취약도 분석이 유망한 지진방재 방법론 중 하나가 될 수 있다. 다양한 공간자료를 기반으로 지진피해 취약도를 분석하는 방법론은 보다 수치적이고 객관적이어서 지진피해 예방을 위한 도시설계와 안전정책으로 반영할 수 있다. 앞으로 수치적인 분석을 실시한다면 지진에 대한 전국적 취약정도를 구분하고 우선적 안전관리 대상지를 선정하여 국가 및 지자체 예산적용에 효율적 관리방안이 도출될 수 있을 것이다.

This study was designed to investigate the location of Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) through literature research. We extracted the part about the location of Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) from ancient and modern oriental medical literature which were used commonly in clinic. The results were summarized as follows; 1. The location of Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) were generally recorded DangJeJung. 2. Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) placed in middle of linea alba. 3. Treatment effect of moxibustion on Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) were recorded as diarrhea, dropsy, prolapse of the anus, stomachache, paralysis etc.. 4. Acupuncture therapy on Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕) is dangerous because of inflammation, it is suggested that acupuncture therapy may be possible if acupuncture therapy do not induce inflammation on Sin-Guel(CV_(8), 神闕).
