유리수체상의 요소를 계수로 취하는 n 차방정식이 유리근을 갖는가의 여부를 판정할 수 있다면 원리할 때가 많다. 보통 monic다항식으로 주어진 방정식은 상수항에 대한 모든약수(음의경우포함)를 준식에 대입하므로써 근의 존재 여부를 판정할 수 있으나 이는 차수가 낮은 방정식일때만 유효할 뿐 고차방정식의 경우는 그 계산의 복잡성 때문에 이를 개선한 판정법이 요구되지 않으면 안된다. 이에 Eisenstein의 판정법을 소개증명하고 예를 들고저하는데 이에 앞서 몇가지 필요한 정의와 윗 명제를 증명하고저 한다.

Thiosemicarbazone결정의 수소결합에 관한 연구 : p-Aminobenzaldehyde cyclohexylthiosemicarbazone의 결정 및 분자구조

The crystal and molecular structure of p-Aminobenzaldehyde cyclohexylthiosemi-carbazone, C_14H_20N_4S, was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction method. Crystals are monochnic, space group C2/C with eight molecules in a unit cell of dimensions, a=12.52±0.05, b=12.34±0.05, c=20.07±0.03A°, β=76.4±0.3°. Three dimensional intensity data were collected from the multiple-film equi-inclination Weissenberg photographs taken with Ni-filtered Cu-Kα radiation (λ=1.5418A°). The structure was solved by Patterson and Fourier methods and refined by the block-diagonal least-squares methods to the final R value of 0.18 for 1011 observed independent reflections. The C(8)-S bond is trans to N(2)-N(3) bond and N(2)-n(3)bond is cis to C(8)-N(1) bond. The cyclohexane ring has chair conformation and make an angle 40° with the benzene ring. There are three independent hydrogen bonds in the structure. One of them is of the type NH…S intermolecular hydrogen bond with the length 3.39A° and makes dimer-like molecules across a center of symmetry. Other two hydrogen bonds are of the type N(4)H…N(1)bH…N(3)b intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds with the length of 3.21A° and 2.68A° respectively and N(4)H…N(3)b intermolecular hydrogen bond with the length of 3.47A°. Apart from the hydrogen bonding system the molecules ar hele together by van der Waals forces.
