Microstructural evolution of Ti-C-metal binder powder mixtures during SHS process was investigated by combustion-wave arresting technique. Al, Fe, Co, Ni and Cu were selected as binder metals of TiC-based cermet. The characteristics of SHS reaction occurred in different mode, depending on the binder metals. SHS reaction resulted in the three distinct regions; such as unreacted, partially reacted, and fully reacted parts. The intermediate phases of Ti and the metal binder were formed in the partially reacted region. The resulting cermet in the fully reacted region consisted of round shaped carbide particles and metal binder phase.
창업 역량 강화를 지원하는 창업 정보시스템에 필요한 IT서비스 기능 연구

Recently, many people are interesting for Start-up and government also try to support their business because it can contribute economic growth. However, in Korea, despite there are many education and supporting programs for them, many Start-ups are failed to retain their business because they actually do not know what they do. Although prior studies for Start-up have pointed that education for them is very important for success, education programs for them only focus on theories rather than practices. Moreover, Start-ups need tools for supporting to business plans or information for their business. Therefore, in this study, we propose IT service functions for Start-up information system supporting Start-up competency. For this purpose, we conduct Delphi and Importance-Performance Analysis with experts on start-up. In experiments, we divided stage of business into three stages; business planning, implementation, growth and diversification. And we draw important tasks from experts in each stage. As a result, we find some tasks to concentrate for Start-up information systems. And we also find tasks which are not important for company founders. Through these results, we expect that the development of functions for supporting those important tasks will help increase the efficiency of Start-up companies and the survival rate of them.

OFDM 기반의 시스템은 다중경로 환경에 우수한 특성이 있기 때문에 WLAN과 같은 광대역 멀티미디어 통신시스템의 표준으로 채택되어왔다. 본 논문에서는 802.11a 광대역 OFDM시스템과 Chirp pulse radar 시스템간에 5㎓ 대역의 주파수를 공유할 때 발생하는 간섭을 분석하고 Block Interleaving과 Convolutional coding기술을 적용하여 OFDM시스템에 미치는 간섭경감을 시도하였다. 또한 Walsh code를 사용하여 각각의 부반송파를 확산시킴으로써 간섭경감을 시도하였다. 최종적으로 Convolutional coding 기법과 확산기법을 연쇄적으로 적용하여 간섭신호의 전력과 대역폭에 따른 성능을 분석함으로 OFDM시스템과 Radar시스템간의 주파수 공유가능성을 제시한다. OFDM-based system has been standard wide-band multimedia communication system such as WLAN, due to it's superiority of multipth fading environment. In this paper, we analyzed interference when such a wide-band OFDM system and conventional radar system coexist in the same frequency band, e.g,2/5㎓. Using burst type characteristic of radar signal and system, we attempted to reduce interference on OFDM system by applying interleaving and convolutional coding technique. We also attempted to reduce radar interferences by applying spreading technique using walsh code for each subcarrier. Finally, we propose the possibility of frequency sharing between OFDM system and radar system via analysis of system performance based on power and bandwidth of interferences when convolutional coding and spreading scheme are concatenated.

This study introduced a method of estimating water surface evaporation using the physical-based Penman combination equation (PCE) and the Penman wind function (PWF). A set of regression parameters in the PCE and PWF models were optimized by using the observed evaporation data for the period 2016-2017 in the Yongdam Dam watershed, and their effectiveness was explored. The estimated evaporation over the Deokyu Mountain flux tower demonstrated that the PWF method appears to have more improved results in terms of correlation, but both methods showed overestimation. Further, the PWF method was applied to the observed hydro-meteorological data on the surface of Yongdam Lake. The PWF method outperformed the PCE in the estimation of water surface evaporation in terms of goodness-of-fit measure and visual evaluation. Future studies will focus on a regionalization process which can be effective in estimating water surface evaporation for the ungauged area by linking hydrometeorological characteristics and regression parameters.
