Plasma properties of dielectric barrier discharges (DBDs) at atmospheric pressure were measured and characterized using optical emission spectroscopy. Optical emissions were measured from argon, nitrogen, or air discharges generated at 5-9 kV using 20 kHz power supply. Emissions from nitrogen molecules were markedly measured, irrespective of discharge gases. The intensity of emission peaks was increased with applied voltage and electrode gap. The short wavelength peaks (315.9 nm and 337.1 nm) measured at the middle of DBDs were significantly increased with applied voltage. The optical emission from DBDs decreased with the addition of oxygen gas, which was especially significant in argon discharge. Emission from oxygen molecules cannot be measured from air discharge and argon discharge with 4.8% oxygen. The emission intensity at 337.1 nm and 357.7 nm related with nitrogen molecule was sensitively changed with electrode types and discharge voltages. However, the pattern of argon emission spectrum was nearly the same, irrespective of electrode type, oxygen content, and discharge voltage.

최인호 소설의 정치성 연구

본 논문은 최인호 소설에 나타난 정치성에 대해 분석하고 있다. 최인호 소설에서 정치성을 논하는 논문들은 많지 않다. 그 이유는 그의 소설들이 통제되거나 규격화된 사회를 비판적으로 바라보고 있으므로 당연히 권력에 비판적일 거라는 선입견이 작용했기 때문이다. 그렇지만 연구결과 최인호의 소설은 보수적인 우익성향의 이데올로기에 지배되어 있다는 것이 확인되었다. 최인호는 박정희정권의 지배이데올로기를 거의 신봉하다시피하고 있는 것이다. 그가 소설 속에서 그린 권력의 내면화과정을 살펴보면 첫째는 권력으로부터 겪은 참담한 공포와 그로부터 받아들인 권력의 전능함에 대한 경험이 자리잡고 있다. 본의 아니게 연루된 사건에서 권력의 취조과정은 무섭고 집요하고 끝내는 주체를 지배하고 만다. 둘째는 오랜 가난으로 ‘줄곧 부림을 당하고 있었다’라는 노예상태에 대한 분노와 그 노예상태로부터 벗어날 수 있는 힘으로서 권력을 상정하고 있다는 것이다. 그렇지만 그보다도 그러한 그의 보수적 이념이 작품 속에 은폐나 왜곡의 형식으로 드러난다는 사실은 그의 소설세계의 어찌 보면 매우 중요한 특징이랄 수도 있다. 그가 왜 그것을 작품 속에서 그렇게 은폐해야 했을까하는 물음에 답하는 것도 중요하지만 어쨌든 그의 소설이 이렇게 직설적이지 않다는 사실 자체를 이해하는 것도 매우 중요하다고 생각된다. 왜냐 하면 그 사실은 우리로 하여금 그의 작품을 이해하는데 매우 조심스럽게 접근해야 할 것을 요구하기 때문이다. 그가 자신의 정치적 이념을 작품 속에서 은폐, 혹은 왜곡시킨 이유는 무엇보다도 당시의 시국이 매우 경화되어 있었기 때문으로 풀이된다. 독재와 맞서려는 진보진영의 흐름이 너무 강했기에 자신의 이념을 드러내는 데에 매우 조심스러울 수밖에 없지 않았나 판단되는 것이다. This paper analyze political character in Choi In-Ho’s novels, a topic. Few papershave commented on political character. Because Choi is looking critically at a controlled or “standardized” society in his novels, it seems that he may be assuming a critical attitude toward political power also. However, critical reading shows that his novels are instead swayed by the ruling ideology of the state, specifically of President Park Chung-hee’s regime(1961~1979) in South Korea. Taking a look at the internalization-process of the ruling ideology in Choi’s novels, we can first recognize how deeply he is frightened at the notion of political power of Park’s regime. Second, always we can recognize how deeply Choi burns with anger at Choi’s enslavement to poverty. So, he paradoxically was assuming that Standing by political authority by Park’s power means that people overcome enslavement. Above all, the fact that Choi’s conservative ideology(anti-communism and anti-liberalism) is represented by hiding or twisting the form of his works is also a peculiar feature of his writing. Of course, there is an important aspect of why he has to hide his conservative ideology. However, I think seeing the forms of his works “as they are,” without interference from ideology, is more important than anything else. Even if it is a difficult task requiring careful reading. One reason why Choi hides or twists his conservative ideology in his works may be the difficult political situation. As the liberals come out increasingly openly against the dictatorship, he has no choice but to look out for exposing his conservative ideology(anticommunism and anti-liberalism).

주택연금을 고려한 개인의 생애주기 자산배분 연구

This Study analyzes the utility and the value of the Korean reverse mortgage program based on a mathematical economic model. The increase of households’ expected utility of lifetime consumption with the program is calculated by the certainty equivalent wealth approach. Specifically, the following three main results are derived. First, the households with the Korean reverse mortgage program have a larger utility than those without the program. Second, the value of the collateral house is a key factor in determining the level of the certainty equivalent wealth increase from the program. Third, the participation into the Korean reverse mortgage program generates an effect of income increase in psychological sense, and this is able to stimulate the consumption in the Korean society as a whole.

최인호 소설의 반공주의 연구

This paper is written in purpose of investigating the anticommunism character of Choi In-ho’s novel. It is no exaggeration to say that there are no researches on anticommunism approach of Choi In-ho’s novel. 1970’s when Choi starts writing, almost people and organizations are influenced by anti communism because in the period of 1970 anticommunism and developmentalism combine to form anticommunism-army society. That much, that period of 1970, anticommunism violence is rampant. Besides, Due to the detante policy of former President Nixon, political situation of R.O.K repeats confusion. In this brutal period of change, political situation is repeats confusion and this situation affects literary world. Therefore, Choi In-ho who has a foot in literary world can hardly be free from controversy situation of the then current literary world. It is natural that correlate Choi’s novel with a delicate situation because his novel sensitively react to not only the controversy situation of the literary world but internal and external social situations. Nevertheless, there is little approach in that way. His novel has child-motif because Choi had been influenced by his father. His father was lawyer when the time under the rule of Japanese imperialism. But in the Korean War, his father fled to elude the North Korean People’s Army. In consideration of his social position at the time under the rule of Japanese imperialism, father’s ideological inclinations can be guessed. On the basis of Choi’s strong affection for his father, his position on anticommunism is also guessed. After death of his father, community in Pyeongan Province made of Hwang Sun-won and Park Young-jun probably play a role as father. The anticommunism has the ethical nature because this ideology regards North Korea as unethical nation and South Korea as ethical nation. However, in Choi’s novel, this ideological inclinations are hidden because the social trend made by the intellect of the age is probably bitter against ruling power. Choi’s novel is wrapped in ambiguity of subject in attempt to be accused of opportunist from the intellect’s point of view. However, taking off ambiguity and looking inside, we can find that Choi’s anticommunism character is so stubborn than we thougth.

GSIS를 이용한 적조발생지의 공간결정 연구

Few researches related to the spatial determination of areas where red tide occurs have been performed, so accurately determining the area where red tide occurs and disappears poses difficulties. Therefore, a more objective and scientific method is necessary to analyze the occurrence and movement of red tide based on a geo-spatial information system. In this study, the coastline was extracted using a digital topographic map in order to examine areas where red tide occurs each year. An analysis of red tide occurrence areas, which were determined based on red tide data for the last several years, showed that only Yeoja bay had almost a zero case of red tide of the areas studied, whereas Dolsando in the South Sea and NamHaedo Aenggang bay areas exhibited the highest frequency of red tide occurrences. Based on these results, by using a system that determines the geo-spatial distribution status of areas repeatedly hit by red tide every year, it would be possible to predict the course of red tide and prevent consequent damages.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self-esteem on physical education achievements. Subjects of this study were 167 male students and 163 female students randomly from one high school. The main findings of this study were as follows: 1. High school students with high level of global self-esteem, social-peer self-esteem, school academic self-esteem showed the high academic achievements of physical education(p<.05). 2. There were no significant differences between high level and low level of home-parents selfesteem in any academic achievements. 3. There were no significant interaction effects between the level of self-esteem sexes of students in any academic achievements.
