세계적으로 환경오염문제가 대두되면서 국내에서도 정부와 민간차원에서 친환경건축을 위한 노력이 활발히 진행 중이다. 하지만 건축물의 친환경 성능 및 친환경 관련 법규 및 기준 등에 대한 평가환경은 2차원기반의 수작업을 통한 평가로 진행되기 때문에 시간, 비용, 노동력 등이 많이 소요되며 평가의 정확성 및 효율성을 확보하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 개방형BIM기반으로 친환경건축 관련 인허가 업무의 개선을 목적으로 친환경건축 관련 인허가 조건 중 에너지성능지표 평가항목과 IFC포맷의 데이터와 연계를 통한 평가방안 모색하고 발생하는 문제점에 대한 대안을 제시하며 이를 반영한 평가프로그램의 활용으로 평가 프로세스를 제시함으로써 개방형BIM기반으로 에너지성능지표의 평가를 자동화하는 방안을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 방안을 친환경건축 관련 인허가 업무에 적용함으로써 업무절차의 간소화와 자동화를 통한 시간, 비용, 노동력의 절감을 기대할 수 있으며 설계변경 시 요구되는 절차가 단순화되어 업무의 생산성과 효율성이 향상되며 검토과정과 결과 값의 투명성과 검토의 정확성과 신뢰도를 확보 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The construction industry is increasingly interested in factory-produced architecture due to various problems, and it is introducing modular architecture as a way to implement it. It has been making efforts for many years to introduce modular architecture globally, and overseas research scope is gradually expanding from simply introducing modular architecture to developing decision systems and modular parametric optimization framework. However, in order to introduce modular architecture in Korea, attempts to introduce large-scale modular architecture such as apartments and dormitories continue, but research on small-scale modular architecture is insufficient. In addition, the scope of the study does not meet user requirements. Therefore, this study limits the study of small detached houses. Preference survey on space was conducted on newly married couples and elderly couples and unit modulator was derived based on this result. In addition, the number of single couples has increased due to the burden of housing development, but the government has proposed measures to address this issue, and the demand for single-family housing suitable for newly married couples is increasing, and as the pace of aging in Korea increases, we would like to propose a single-family housing design plan suitable for newlyweds and elderly couples to live in.

The importance of BIM in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry is increasing. Domestic and foreign government agencies are making efforts to make BIM mandatory step-by-step and roadmap and provide comprehensive guidelines or standards for the introduction of BIM. Data storage and sharing over the AEC industry is one of the important features of BIM, where the amount and quality of the data are determined by how the model is built. Even with reference to the BIM guidelines of the upper concept, modeling guides are needed to ensure that the correct data can be delivered according to the application stage or needs. This paper presents a building information level(BIL) 30-level BIM data generation guide for building code compliance checking at the architectural design stage. To this end, prior studies related to regulation check were analyzed, and object-specific guides were presented for users by comparing the requirements derived from regulation analysis with case-by-case models. BIM data generation guides developed through this paper are targeted at architectural methods, excluding items with high land or detail levels. In this study, users will be able to efficiently write models for complex regulation check, reducing errors in BIM models, improving quality and increasing efficiency.

Various efforts are being made to commercialize BIM in Korea. Conformity assessment is used as a way to improve BIM data quality. When code checking, the use or the space is limited first. Thus, the importance of spatial classification increased, and the names of spaces were coded. However, there were cases where spaces with the same name were external and internal (e.g., Balcony), which could not be distinguished by spatial classification codes. Therefore, an automatic identification algorithm for internal and external space was developed and verified. Additionally, the piloti structure among the external spaces has clear conditions, so we developed the automatic identification algorithm for piloti structure using automatic identification algorithm for internal and external space. It is expected that it will be used when conducting research that automatically calculates areas.
개방형 BIM 지원 소프트웨어간 파라메트릭 건축부재 정보의 호환성 향상을 위한 변환기

Due to the needs of design optimization and productivity for modernized Korean traditional house, standardization of Korean traditional building components is proceeding by BIM (Building Information Modeling). Currently, most of BIM software support object-based parametric modeling. By means of parameterized Korean traditional building components, the shape and assembly relation can be controlled. Although IFC(ISO/PAS16739), which is an international standard in the AEC field, has been developed for information exchange among BIM software, IFC and other existing common data formats cannot be exchangeable parametric information. For the exchangeable parametric information within IFC, the authors defined meta-data by using Pset(Property-Set). The authors analyzed results about interoperability test in Revit ArchitectureTM, ArchiCADTM and Digital ProjectTM. In order to solve found problems, the authors developed a translator to improve interoperability among BIM software.

본 논문에서는 요구 위치에 정밀 착륙을 위한 낙하산 전개지점 선정 기법을 제안한다. 무인기-낙하산 시스템을 위해 9-DOF 운동 모델을 구성하였고, 신경회로망을 학습시키기 위한 입출력 데이터 셋을 구성하였다. 입력 데이터 셋은 현재 항공기 위치, 속도정보 및 바람 정보로 구성되어 있고, 출력 데이터 셋은 9-DOF 운동 모델을 시뮬레이션 하여 획득한 착륙위치 정보이다. 이를 이용하여 nonlinear function approximator를 구성함으로써 현재 위치로부터 상대적인 착륙 지점을 예측할 수 있고, 예측된 착륙 지점과 요구 착륙 지점과의 상대적인 거리 오차를 계산하여 이를 보상해줌으로써 낙하산 전개 지점을 결정할 수 있다. In this paper, we suggest how to determine the parachute deploy position for accurate landing of a UAV at a desired position. The 9-DOF dynamic modeling of UAV-parachute system is required to construct the proposed algorithm based on neural network nonlinear function approximation technique. The input and output data sets to train the neural network are obtained from simulation results using UAV-parachute 9-DOF model. The input data consist of the deploy position, UAV’s velocity, and wind velocity. The output data consist of the cross range and down range of landing positions. So we predict the relative landing position from the current UAV position. The deploy position is then determined through distance compensations for the relative landing positions from the desired landing position. The deploy position is consistently calculated and updated.
초기 설계단계 건물 에너지 성능평가를 위한 IFC 속성정보 호환성 향상에 관한 연구

Nowadays, AEC industry tries to adopt BIM for low-carbon and eco-friendly building development. With increasing environment policies, many of global construction projects require the adoption of BIM for its many advantages. The advantages can be maximized with Open BIM since it can produce optimal results for various purposes of energy performance assessment. However there are some troubles in representation and property information in the process of Open BIM based energy performance assessment. To examine such troubles, this study focuses on differences between IFC of Open BIM and IDF format of Energy Plus known as the most accurate and diverse energy performance assessment. Two issues the study addresses are form representation and property information. The study figures out the different definition of IFC and IDF, and suggests the way of interoperability. The interoperability test of IFC for building energy performance assessment hope to develop of Open BIM based energy assessment.

IFC based open BIM has internationally developed as a solution for interoperability problem among different software applications. Despite much interest and effort, the open BIM technologies are rarely introduced to the construction industry and need more technical development for a practical application as well. This research aims to develop automated code checking modules for quality assurance process of BIM data. The research have analyzed domestic regulations focusing on super-tall buildings and developed open BIM-based code checking modules for the evacuation regulations. The modules are able to validate evacuation regulations such as installation of emergency elevator and fire safety zone. The authors expect to improve the process of BIM quality assurance and enhance the quality of BIM data by this research on automated checking system.
