Aspergillus nidulans 형질전환체의 Genomic DNA 분석

Vectors with Clostridium thermosulfurogenes α-amylase gene as a foreign gene and E. coli hph gene as a selectable marker gene which represented hygromycin Resistance(HMBR) were constructed. AlcA promoter and trpC terminator of Aspergillus nidulans were used on these vectors. Sensitivity of Aspergillus nidulans KCTC6034 to HmB was checked. A. nidulans did not grow at the plates with 600μg/ml of HmB. A. nidulans was transformed with these vectors. Twenty two transformants were obtained and screened by polymerase chain reaction with genomic DNA to confirm the existence of the foreign DNA. Most of transformants had hph gene sequence and at least 26% of transformants had α-amylase gene sequence.

Jeju island is on UNESCO`s World Natural and Cultural Heritage List. Jeju island is said to have cultural sources fluently and its culture has been studied to be different from that of the main land of Korea. Many researchers have focused on the distinctiveness of traditional culture of Jeju, concerning cultural and social anthropology. But this study is focused on the realistic cultural life of residents in Jeju. How exist the conditions of the cultural infrastructure in Jeju? What cultural organizations are being constructed in Jeju? What status is the cultural life of residents in Jeju? How is the satisfaction degree felt by Jeju people? What policies are to be proposed for the improvement of cultural life in Jeju? According to our research, the cultural infrastructure of Jeju island had been poor until 1960`s but has been grown in the course of modernization and tourist development project especially since 1995 and still is poor for the residents. The cultural organizations have been increased in Jeju for the last decade, though have been also revealed to be mainly the professional associations or federations of organizations. The financial structure of the cultural organizations in Jeju, futhermore, is investigated to be poor because they have been mainly supported by local government of Jeju. The enjoyment degree of the cultural life is revealed to be a little higher than that of the main land in Korea. The need for the practical participation in cultural life has been appeared to be getting stronger. Due to their need, their satisfaction degree has been showed to be a little lower. Thus, we propose the following policies such as the construction of the cultural amenity, the vitalization of mecenat movement, the extension of art market including a secured loan, the systematic support for the practical participations of the residents, and the positive drive forward `Jeju, the island of culture and art.`

This work presents the effect of the cooling rate on the precipitation of super duplex stainless steel. Specimens of super duplex stainless steel with a specific composition were cooled at various cooling rates after being melted at 1550oC in a directional solidification furnace. Ferrite (δ), Austenite (γ), Sigma (σ), and Chi (χ) phases were precipitated when the cooling rate was lower than 0.22 K/s. When the cooling rate was 0.22 K/s or faster, σ and χ phases were not precipitated.

Collaborative robots, designed to safely work alongside humans, prioritize safety over the speed and precision typical of industrial robots. However, their limited payload capacity, usually around 10kg, restricts their use in heavy lifting tasks like logistics operations. To address this, robots such as Universal Robots' UR30 and LS Electric's GoFa CRB 15000 have been developed, but increasing payloads lead to larger actuators, higher robot weight, and compromised safety. To enhance the power-to-weight ratio (P/W) and maintain safety, Electro-Hydraulic Actuators (EHAs) offer a promising alternative. EHAs, which control hydraulic pressure via electrical signals, provide advantages such as reduced noise, smaller size, and higher efficiency. This paper conducts computational analysis on collaborative robots equipped with EHAs to improve their reliability and performance.
관절경하 회전근 개 봉합술 후 다중 통증 조절법을 이용한 초기 통증 조절의 유용성

목적: 사각근간 상완 신경총 차단 하 회전근 개 복원술 후 다중 통증 조절법을 통한 초기통증 조절의 유용성을 확인해 보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 회전근 개 전층 파열로 관절경 하 회전근 개 복원술을 시행한 80명의 환자들을 대상으로 하였다. 전례에서 술 전 마취로 사각근간 상완 신경총 차단을 시행하였고 수술 후 견봉하공간에 Bupivacaine 유치 도관을 통한 일회성 통증 조절만 시행한 A군 (Group A : Local analgesia group)과 유치 도관 주사에 추가하여 경구 약물로 아편양 제재, 아세트아미노펜-트라마돌 복합제, 선택적 COX2 억제제를 사용하는 다중 통증 조절법을 시행한 B군 (Group B : Multimodal control group)으로 나누어 비교하였다. 수술 당일 야간, 술 후 1, 2, 3일 및 술 후 2주의 주간과 야간의 통증 점수 (visual analogue scale, VAS), 입원 중 추가 투여한 ketolorac 주사의 횟수와 약물과 관련된 부작용에 대해 비교, 분석을 하였다. 결과: 수술 당일 야간, 술 후 1, 2, 3일, 술 후 2주의 주간 및 야간의 평균 VAS는 A군에서 각각 7.4점, 7점/6.8점 (주/야), 4.5점/5.2점, 4.8점/5.0점, 2.2점/2.7점 이었으며 B군에서 각각 6.5점, 4.3점/5.4점, 3.2점/4.3점, 3.0점/4.1점, 2.4점/2.5점으로 수술 당일 야간과 수술 후 1,2,3일의 주간통 및 술 후1일의 야간통에서 각각 유의한 감소를 보였다 (p<0.05). A군과 B군의 하루 당 평균 ketolorac 투여 횟수는 각각1.1회, 0.5회였고 부작용의 차이는 없었다. 결론: 관절경적 회전근 개 복원술 후 다중 통증 조절법을 통한 초기 통증 조절은 효과적인 진통 조절을 보여 환자의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 방법으로 생각되었다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of multimodal pain control method in an early phase after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, under interscalene brachial plexus block, this study was performed. Materials and Methods: The study was progressed with the 80 cases of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. Interscalene brachial plexus block was used to all of the 80 cases and patients were divided into 2 groups. Group A consisted of patients injected with bupivacaine, through subacromial space catheter after surgery, and group B consisted of patients with additional method of multimodal pain control using oral opioids, acetaminophen-tramadol complex and selective COX2 inhibitor. Subacromial cathter was removed after injection in both groups. The pain during the day time and night time was compared on the operation day, postoperative 1st, 2nd, 3rd day and 2nd weeks, and it was measured with VAS (visual analogue scale) score. Additionally, the number of ketolorac injection and side-effect related to analgesics was compared between the 2 groups. Results : The mean VAS score of night time on the operation day and day/night time pain of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd day and 2nd weeks was 7.4, 7.0/6.8, 4.5/5.2, 4.8/5.0, 2.2/2.7 on group A and 6.5, 4.3/5.4, 3.2/4.3, 3.0/4.1, 2.4/2.5 on group B, respectively. Significant difference was observed in the night pain on the operation day, 1st, 2nd, 3rd day time and 1st night time pain (p<.05). The average number of ketololac injection was 1.1 and 0.5 in each group, and there was no difference in the frequency of side effects. Conclusion: Multimodal pain control method, after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, showed an effective early pain control and improved patients’ satisfaction.
절연용 PAI-MCS-A 나노하이브리드 에나멜의 제조와 전기적특성

에너지절약에 대한 중요성과 관심으로 효율을 높이고 인버터 구동에 대한 서지내구성이 강화된 전동기용 절연소재의 개발에 관심이 커지고 있다. 최근 나노기술의 발달로 전동기용 에나멜 절연재에 나노입자를 강화하여 성능과 효율의 향상이 크게 개선되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 졸겔 제조법으로 PAI-MCS-A계 나노 하이브리드형 에나멜을 제조하여 기존 수지와의 전기적 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 강화입자로 선택한 나노 MCS의 조성을 최대 30wt% 범위에서 메트릭스 수지와의 상안정성이 확인되었다. 특히 내아크성, 트래킹 시험에서 우수한 내구성이 나타났으며 이는 전동기용 에나멜 및 전력용 절연코팅용으로 사용이 기대된다.
