Berkeley Physics Lab. Part C 실험의 특징과 문제점

Following the development of the new P.S.S.C. physics course for high school and college, several new physics course for undergraduates were developed as follows: Berkeley Physics Course, MIT course, Cal. Tech. Introductory Physics Course, etc. Along with these new courses new physics laboratories have evolved. As a subsequent paper, therefore, we intend to make a brief review of general characteristics of the Berkeley Physics Laboratory Course developed by A.M. Portis in 1962, and discuss about several problems encountered in experiments contained in Part C of the course.

CdSe T.F.T. has been fabricated using RF sputtering. The change of V_G at constant G_DS has been measured for 5 minutes. And trapped charge density(N_S/q) (△V_G/V_(step)) was calculated at about 10^(14)V^(-1)㎝^(-2). It was affected by the purity of the gas during the deposition. The annealing effect was not shown below 400℃. The aging effect of CdSe(MIS) capacitor fabricated by thermal evaporation has been observed. The change of capacitance at constant voltage has been measured for 5 minutes. A little annealing effect was found.

The laterally torsional elastic buckling problem of fixed-ends circular arch bridge, composed of two main arched girders, crossbeams, loaded by uniformly distributed vertical forces, is discussed. The energy method is used to obtain the critical stress and the buckling coefficent. The buckling coefficient depends on the loading condition, the torsional rigidity of the main girder, the flexural rigidity of the main girder, the flexural rigidity of the Cross beams, the distance between the two main girders, the central angl and radius of the arch axis. When the loads are applied on the horizontal line above the arch Crown, the reduction factor of the critical stress is computed. It is hoped that the result of this study can be utilized to design fixed-ends cirular arch bridge.
고정/가변 채널 할당 방식의 이동통신 시스템에서 음성과 데이터 트래픽의 성능 분석

We propose the integrated fixed/dynamic channel assignment scheme for cellular mobile communication. Two types of classes are active in the system, and a system is designed to support voice and data services at different arrival rates. The fixed channel assignment scheme for voice and data traffic have a fixed boundary. The dynamic channel assignment scheme have movable boundary. Dynamic channel assignment scheme allows the data traffic to use the voice channel available. But the system can preempt the data traffic using the voicce channels. Whenever it needs the voice channel. In this paper, we compare and analyze the blocking probabilities of data and voice traffics and handoff failure probabilities for both fixed and dynamic boundary schemes in mobile communication systems.

Chusa Kim Jeong-hui school had developed a very special and international literary style through exchanges between Korea and China in the 19th century, including their portrait culture. In the case of the Chusa school, distinct characteristics related to overseas experience and the portraits produced by the specific group (portraits in a unique style drawn by Chinese painters during the overseas experience) are conspicuous, and there are some parts that are partially transformed while being in line with the portrait culture favored and enjoyed by the group of Weng Fang-gang of Qing China in the same period. In this article, on the basis of prior research in the field of Korean classical literature and art history that revealed these aspects, by adding analysis focusing on changes in portrait recognition and genre characteristics, it will help to reconstruct various aspects of the portrait culture of the Chusa school in the sense that images and texts are combined. As a part of such work, this article analyzed a special aspect about statements on the residence of portraits or statements on the positioning of portraits (spatial rhetoric) with Buddhist infinite number. Furthermore, the mutual reflection between poetry and calligraphy and painting in this period affects the method of describing portrait panegyrics and the background context. Finally, by summarizing variables such as the overseas experience of the Chusa school and the speciality of portraits calculated by this, we can explore the points that should be noted in the historical development of the literary genre called portrait panegyrics, and establish a basic perspective when using the texts in this article as the basis for the future historical studies on portrait panegyrics. 추사 김정희 일파는 19세기에 청 옹방강 일파와의 한중교류를 거쳐 매우 특수하고도 국제적인 문예 양식을 발달시켜 갔고, 이들의 초상화 문화 역시 그 중의 하나이다. 추사 일파의 사례에서는 해외 체험과 이를 통해 산출된 초상의 특수성(해외 체험시 중국인 화가에 의해 그려진 특이한 양식의 초상)이 두드러지며, 동시대의 옹방강 일파가 선호ㆍ향유했던 초상 문화와 궤를 같이하면서도 일부 변용하는 부분도 보인다. 본고에서는 이러한 측면을 밝힌 한국한문학ㆍ미술사학 방면 선행연구들의 바탕 위에, 초상화찬의 전변과 장르적 특징에 초점을 맞춘 분석을 덧붙임으로써, 이미지와 텍스트가 결합된 차원에서 추사 일파 초상 문화의 제 국면을 재구해 나가는 시도에 일조하고자 하였다. 그러한 작업의 일부로서 본고에서는 초상 題贊 운문류의 거처 언술 내지 초상의 위치 지정 언술이 불가적 無限數를 동반하고 나타나는 특수한 국면을 분석하였다. 아울러 이 시기 韓中墨緣의 詩書畫間 상호반영성이 초상 題贊 운문의 서술방식과 배경적 맥락에 영향을 주는 부분을 약술하였다. 끝으로 추사 일파의 해외 체험과 이를 통해 산출된 초상의 특수성 같은 변수들을 초상화찬에서의 시ㆍ공간성 도입 문제와 연계시켜 개술함으로써, 초상화찬이라는 문학 장르 내부의 史的 전개에서 특기할 만한 지점을 탐색하고 본고의 자료들을 향후 초상화찬史 서술의 기반자료로 삼을 때의 기본 시각을 마련하고자 하였다.

The ZnO thermistors were fabricated by sintering the mixture of ZnO and V_2O_5, varying the sintering temperature and time. Their resistance versus temperature and current versus applied voltage characteristics were abtained. The optinum sintering temperature-time combination was 1,000℃-60min, fixing the temperature elevating rate of 25℃/min and the cooling rate of 20℃/min. The thermistor coustant, temperature coefficient for the sample sintered at 1,000℃ for 60 minutes were 6.15×10 exp (3)˚K and 5.9%/deg respectively. The high reproducibility at the high temperature and good electrical properties of the ZnO+V_2O_5(0.5%) thermistor suggested the mass production.

도푸안된 n- 또는 P-형 규소표적으로부터 알곤과 사이렌(S1H4) 혼합기체 속에서 스펏터한 결과를 보고한다. 도푸된 박막이 생성되었다. 그러나 도푸효율을 극히 낮았다. 이것은 도판트 원자가 그들 본래의 가(가)에 만족하고 전기적으로 활성이 아니라고 할 수 있겠다. 적외선흡수분광법으로 박막내에 수소가 결합되어 있음을 알 수 있었다. 박막내에서 수소의 결합과 전기적성질사이에 어떤 관계가 있다고는 밝혀지지 않았다. In the work reported here we have sputtered from silicon targets in argon-silane mixtures using undoped n-type and p-type targets. Doped films have been produced, but the doping efficiency is extremely low. It appears that the dopant atoms are able to satisfy their natural valencies and are therefore not electrically active. Infra-red absorption spectroscopy has been used to establish the hydrogen bonding in the films. No correlation has been found between the nature of the hydrogen bonding in the film and the electrical properties.

V-P-Mg critical temperature resistors(CTR) were fabricated, and their electrical characteristics and the optimum condition for heat treatment were investigated. The critical temperature range was between 60℃ and 70℃ and the resistance anomaly index of a fabricated CTR was about 2.8.
