In the geomeltric accuracy, most of studies hace beem conventrated on the analysis of the geometric error, or a control path of grinding using the value of measured geometric error In this paper, by using the value of measured mothor current through hall sensor. detecyion of the geometric error have been accmplished, and in-process control path of gir\nding for improvement geometric accuracy, too.

Numerical simulation of sheet metal forming for body panels as well as other components has wide acceptance in the automotive industry and attempts are un-derway to integrate numerical pritityping in the design process. In the simulation of sheet metal forming problems, the explict time intergration finite element method, Which does not have conergence problems, is frequently used. This paper performs the forming simulation of circular bulge modelled by HYP-ER-MESH for Al, Cu, and mild steel by using the explicit time intergration finite element method in circular bulge, The uniaxial tension tests and bulge tests are carried out for the forming characteristivs of materials, and also Moire experiment are carried out for measuring radius of bulge curvature. In order to compare simulation results with the results of Moire experiment. the relationships between radius of curvature and polar heigt of the bulge, and etween hydraulic pressure and polar height, are used. In this study, the results of sumulation are good agreement to Moire results. So, the plastic deformation prediction of hydraulic pressure bulge by and plastivity be-havior of hydranlic circular bulge test. Key words : the explict time intergration finite element method(외연적 시간 적분 유한요소법), sheet metal forming(판재성형), plastivity behavior(소성 거동),Moire method(모아레 법)

In this study, the grinding characteristics of CBN wheels, such as grinding force and surface roughness, have been compared and analyzed from various working conditions of spindle speed and depth of cut. To actualize high efficient grinding at ceramic and silicon nitride material, electrolytic in-process dressing (ELID) method has been applied at metal bonded diamond and CBN wheels. Super precision grinding using ductile mode at difficult-ta-cut materials could be performed.
