      • 大學長距離選手의 Aerobic Threshold와 Anaerobic Threshold에 關한 硏究

        This study was carried out to determin, cardio-respiratory function and aerobic, anaerobic threshold during on treadmill to exhaustion, and to after the basic data for training method and record advance. The subjects were college Athlet -s for long-distance running. The conclusions are as follows; 1. VO2 max per weight was 69.17 ± 7.74 ml/kg/min, and maxO2 pulse was 24.61 ± 2.04m1/beats. 2. In aerobic threshold, V02 showed, 2.01 ± 0.35m1/min (41.77 ± 7.72%) and V02 per weight indicated 29.93 ± 7.17ml/kg/min. 3. In anaerobic threshold, VO2 was 3.67 ± 0.54 ml/min (74.43 ± 6.1.4%), 02 per weight was 53.27 ± 6.10ml/kg/min and heart rate 186.80 ± 11.48 beats/min (91.52 ± 3.58).

        Using n-butyl lithium as an initiator and n-hexane as a solvent, 4-vinylpyridine was copolymerized with methylmethacrylate at 0℃ and copolymer composition curve was obtained. Also the monomer reactivity ratios of this copolymerization system were determined by Fineman-Ross method. The mechanism of this copolymerization was discussed by these results.

        천리교는 일본 야마또구니 야마베군 쇼야시끼무라(大和國 山邊郡 壓屋격村-지금은 나라겐 덴리시(宗良懸 千里市 三島町)의 촌부(村婦) 나까야마미끼(중산미지)가 41세 때인, 1838년 10월 26일에 현신으로 정해지시고 어버이 신님(천리왕님이라 침함)의 마음에 듭시어 그 의도를 선포하는 동시에 세게 구제의 구극을 가르침을 창시하였던 것이다.

        Most studies in Korea and Japan on Recreation have used the social survey as a research method and some studies have used apeculative methods which are used to attempt principal investigation. However, studies in western countries, including America and Canada have focused on many fields, even including sociology, psychology, economics, industrial engineering and ecology. Socioloical studies on Recreation have been an essential area, since publishing of "the theory of leisure class: an economic study in the evolution of institutions" of Vebren, T.B.(1899). Leisure sociology, based on practical data appeared in 1920 to 1930. After publishing of mass leisure of Larrbee, E and Meyersohn, R.B., the mass leisure era appeared in 1950 to 1960 and researshers took a growing interest in much broader fields. FRom 1960 to the present, the number of studies on recreation have increased and extended to many fields. Since 1960, researchers on recreation have gazed with deep interest and anxiety on practical studies to apply its' results to everyday life. Although it was Kaplan who gave a definition of recreation from objective and subjective standpoints, Many studies have attempted to analyze one's mental state, experience and arritude, which are existent in the subject of behavior by psychological concept from subjective standpoint. Many psychological studies on recreation published from the late 1960's to the early 1970's. During that time, the psychological studies focused on amusements, motive, personality, socialization and metal hygienic effects of recreation. And also, experimental studies and analytic studies by case studies were published.

        After the world-wide environmental disruption emerged clearly in 1960s, the international conservation movement including environmental education was brought about through several international conferences. In spite of the worst situation of the environment in Korea, the education for the recovery it seems to be retarded and inefficient. Outdoor education deals with the nature directly and also includes interdisciplinary materials, which are common to the character of environmental education. To improve the environment in Korea, outdoor education should run with the thought that it is one of the most important elements of, and can contribute remarkably to, environmental education.

      • 스킨스쿠버 교육매뉴얼의 개선방안에 관한 연구

        By establishing scuba diving educational agencies imprudently and introducing foreign manuals without reflecting domestic environment, many ocean accidents have occurred in Korea, bringing about social problems. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to examine the situations of scuba diving and the treatment rate of caisson diseases in Korea, to find out the problems of diving educational manuals and the roles of educational agencies, and to provide improvement methods to develop educational manuals fit for domestic environment. As results of this study, first, the transparency of trainer courses should be secured, second, conservative manuals should be introduced at the beginning of a beginner course, and finally, some specific systems are needed to sanction trainers when irregularities relevant to license issue occur.

        Sport management is generally defined as a practice which arranges necessary conditions for sport behaviour and which runs sport service. The "Theory of sport Management" is coming to be demanded in the world of sport business. Because the relationship between sport management snd sport industry have fallen into utter confusion,as there are many social problems which have arisen along with the growth of the sport industry. It is appropriate that sport industry is able to divide into "the primary sport Industry" and "the Secondary Sport Industry" according to the context of sport behavior. Sport management as "the Primary Sport Industry" must be hub of the sport industry, and it must play a role in the development and operation of useful sport services. On the other hand we consider "the Secondary Sport Industry" supports "the Primary Sport Industry", and includes the training of professionals, developing and marketing sport facilities and sporting good, and development of the tourist industry. It is true that the prosperity of "the Secondary Sport Industry" and the state of sport management (the Primary sport Industry) reflect upon each other.

      • 血情過酸化脂質에 미치는 運動負荷의 影響

        It is be coming a greater interest for scientists whether exercise should increase production of free radicals and lipid peroxidation which are considered to be related to many clinical problems and aging. Conflicting results concerning effect of exercise on lipid peroxdation have been reported, because of different experimental conditions. Therefore, we tried to make it clear how the exercise intensities are related to lipid peroxidation or whether there is a threshold of the exercise intensity for the increase in lipid peroxidation. Five healthy male subjects performed 4different intencities of treadmill running for 25min on different day's, viz 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% of VO_2max. Blood Samples at rest, 13min of exercise, immediately after exercise, 10min, 30min, and 60min after exercise were analyzed for serum lipid peroxides (TBAR) and plasma lactate. The results of present study are as follows: (1) Serum lipid peroxides during exercise and immediately after exercise showed significant increases from rest at every intensity of exercise. These increases, however, were considered to be the result of hemoconcentration with exercise. (2) During recovery period, serum lipid peroxides showed significant increase from rest only at 30min and 60min after the maximal intensity of exercise. These increase were not due to hemoconcentration with exercise. (3) Negative relation ship(r = -0.847, 0.05<P<0.1) was observed VO_2max and increasing, rate of serum lipid peroxides corrected with hematocrit after maximal exercise. These results seem to suggest that lipid peroxidation is well controled during and after submaximal exercise up to 80% of VO_2 max but increases after maximal exercise, and that physical training may have a benificial effect on controling system of lipid peroxidation.
