사례분석을 통한 족부 형상학과 질병의 상관관계 이론연구

국문초록 사례분석을 통한 족부 형상학과 질병의 상관관계 이론연구 박 광 덕 지도교수 김명주 대체의학과 남부대학교 문화복지대학원 족부는 인체에서 가장 아래에 위치하여 지면에 닿는 유일한 신체이다. 족부는 크게 족지, 족궁, 종골 세 부분으로 이루어져 있으며 근육과 인대로 다리뼈와 직접적으로 연결되어 신체를 지탱하는 역할을 한다. 족부는 인체의 균형, 운동, 보행 시에 가장 중요한 역할을 하여 인체의 움직임이 가장 직접적으로 드러나기 때문에 정상 형태를 유지하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 과거에도 족부의 형태와 중요성과 관련된 연구는 있었으나 신체와 직접적인 상호작용으로 인해 나타나는 질병과의 관계에 관한 연구는 없었다. 이에 본 연구는 족부 형상학을 구조적, 기능적으로 분석하여 다른 신체와의 상관관계를 파악하고, 족부 형상에서 드러나는 특징을 분류하여 질병과의 관계에 대한 이해를 제시하고자 하였다. 이번 연구에서 족부형상학과 질병과의 상관관계를 파악하기 위한 사례 조사는 2019년 3월부터 2020년 3월까지 ㈜○○대구센터를 방문한 고객을 대상으로 하였다. 이 중 사례 분류에 포함된 인원은 10대에서 70대 연령의 18명 환자로 센터 방문 100명의 고객 중 동일한 질환을 겪고 있는 대상을 표본으로 선택하였다. 족부 형상학 표본사례의 분류는 암이 있는 환자와 관절의 불편함과 통증을 호소하는 부류로 분류하였으며 표본의 족지, 족궁, 종골의 족부 형상학 특징을 파악하여 공통점을 찾아보았다. 표본사례 분류 연구 결과로, 암 환자 집단은 공통적으로 둥근 발톱과 족저의 얇은 피부에 굳은살이 생기는 구조적 변화의 족부 형상학 특징을 보였다. 관절의 불 편함과 통증 집단은 공통적으로 양 발의 비대칭적 발달과 외측을 중심으로 발달한 기형적 구조 변화의 족부 형상학 특징을 확인할 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 통하여, 질병은 족부의 비정상적 형상을 동반한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이번 연구로 직접적인 인과관계를 파악할 수는 없으나, 질병과 족부 형상의 변형은 서로 상관관계가 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 즉, 족부 형상학 변형을 통하여 자신의 질병 상태를 유추해 볼 수 있을 것이라는 결론을 도출할 수 있다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 향후 족부와 질병의 직접적인 인과관계를 파악 할 수 있는 메커니즘을 밝혀 치료에 이바지 할 것이다.

보건의료종사자와 일반인의 보완대체요법 인식차이에 관한 비교연구

국문초록 보건의료종사자와 일반인의 보완대체요법 인식차이에 관한 비교연구 정옥민 지도교수:김명주 대체의학과 남부대학교 본 논문은 보건의료종사자와 일반인을 대상으로 보완대체요법에 대한 인식과 향후 이용의향에 어떤 차이가 있는지 그리고 보완대체요법의 인식과 이용의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 본 논문은 보건의료분야의 종사자와 일반인 약 650명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 설문조사는 보완대체요법에 대한 인식, 이용경험, 신뢰도 그리고 향후 이용의향 등으로 구성되어 있다. 설문조사는 광주와 전남지역에 위치하고 있는 의료기관과 요양시설의 간호사와 요양보호사를 대상으로 실시하였고 회수된 설문지 중 무응답과 결측값을 제외하고 총 607개의 사례를 분석하였다. 분석결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보완대체요법에 대한 인지도와 신뢰도는 직무와 연령 그리고 교육수준에 따 라 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 두 집단 간에서의 보완대체요법에 대한 인지도와 신뢰도는 모두 일반인이 높게 나타났으며, 연령대에서도 50세 이상의 집단이 모두 인지도와 신뢰도가 높은 수치를 보였다. 둘째, 보완대체요법의 향후 이용희망 정도가 유형에 따라 보건의료종사자와 일반인 간에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 같은 분석결과는 보완대체요법에 대한 향후 이용희망여부가 보완대체요법에 대한 인지도, 신뢰수준과 밀접한 연관성이 있다는 점을 보여준다. 셋째, 보완대체요법의 인식 및 이용의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 인구사회학적 요인만을 투입한 모형1에서 보완대체요법의 부정적 인식은 연령, 그리고 직업유무와 유의미한 인과적 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 보완대체요법에 대한 인지도, 신뢰도와 이용경험, 이용희망 등을 함께 투입한 모형 2에서 보완대체요법에 대한 부정적 인식은 연령, 종교 그리고 보완대체요법에 대한 인지도, 신뢰도, 이용경험이 보완대체요법에 대한 이용희망정도와 유의미한 인과관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 종합해 보면, 보완대체요법에 대한 부정적 인식은 보완대체요법에 대한 인식수준이 낮을수록 그리고 보완대체요법을 신뢰하지 않고 이용경험이 적을수록 높은 것으로 나타났다.

'크리티컬 리터러시' 함양을 위한 영어교육 방안 : 『컬러 퍼플』을 중심으로

This thesis aims to suggest specific ways of teaching English to high school students in advanced class through reading a literary text from critical perspective to enhance 'Critical Literacy'. To teach students to read from a critical stance, the thesis focuses on Critical Literacy, the capability to read text by actively analyzing to find out underlying messages. To apply the 'Critical Literacy' to a literary text, The Color Purple by Alice Walker was chosen to present detailed five-period lesson model. The literary piece was chosen because it dealt with discrimination in terms of gender, race, and class, and students can develop critical way of thinking and create their own values. A movie and a musical version of the piece were also produced, and The Color Purple is applicable in classroom in many different ways. Five meaningful scenes from the text were chosen to be applied to five-period lesson plan according to the process of the heroine Celie, who almost never had ownership for her own body, gradually recovers her personal liberty and finally establish her identity. In the lesson plan, the strategies for critical literacy which were suggested by McLaughlin & DeVoogd were edited and used to apply to the text. It is expected that other literary texts can also be applied by referring to the suggested lesson plan.

Bio Power Energy Ball의 수질 개선 효과를 통한 자연치유작용

국문초록 Bio Power Energy Ball의 수질 개선 효과를 통한 자연치유작용 전종모 지도교수 김명주 대체의학과 남부대학교 문화복지대학원 본 논문의 연구목적은 수질환경 개선을 통해 건강한 수질 환경을 제공하여 인체의 자연치유력을 향상시키는 헬스케어 방안을 제시하는데 있다. Bio Power Energy Ball은 필자의 다년간의 연구로 개발된 제품으로서 시중에서 개발되어 판매되고 있는 녹물제거용 필터 또는 인공 아로마 향으로 수질을 개선하는 제품들과는 차별화된 제품이다. 인체에 무해한 광물과 자연의 치료제인 한약재들을 다양한 방법으로 배합하여 고체형태로 개발된 Bio Power Energy Ball은 인체에 최적화된 수질 개선 효능으로 분석되었다. 대한민국 국가 검증기관 (한국건설 생활환경시험연구원)으로부터 원적외선 발생 시험, 음이온 발생 시험, 암모니아 탈취 시험, 곰팡이 억제 시험, 대장균 및 황색포도상구균 살균 시험, 먹는 물 수질 기준 시험을 모두 우수한 성적으로 통과하여 객관성, 유효성, 안전성 방면의 과학적인 검증을 받았다. 영문소설을 활용한 대학교양영어 읽기수업모형 제안 : 존 스타인벡의『생쥐와 인간』

The College English programs in Korea show a strong inclination toward practicality in order to enhance communicative skills. While this trend has helped alleviate students' fear about speaking in English, it also has brought about a decline in students' reading competence which should be central to college-level English skills. This paper focuses on the importance of 'reading' above all other three skills of English and suggests a model reading class and its teachers' manual with some theoretical backgrounds and some analysis of College English programs in general, particularly using a novella, John Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men. Literature is known to have a lot of values as a material for reading classes. It provides variable linguistic expressions, helps students understand other culture, motivates them by giving enjoyment and makes them think critically and appreciate it. Especially the novel written in English has some strong points in English education. First, when students try to understand the plot of a novel, they connect their experience with the story and become more interested in it, which leads them to natural learning of English. Second, the novel enables the students to infer its plot from the context. Third, students can practice various reading strategies through reading novels. The reading class suggested in this paper is based on the various principles and theories of teaching reading. Teaching materials for the class are both an original and an abbreviated version of Mice and Man, its audio book, a movie version, and its script. I suggest variable activities: keeping a reading journal, working together to make vocabulary list, analyzing characters with group members, predicting the story from the book cover, oral interview on reading, one-sentence summary, listening, speaking and writing activity connected with the story, dramatic reading, role-play, cloze test and discussion. The most important thing in planning a reading class is teachers' endless effort and enthusiasm for better teaching. I hope what is suggested in this paper is helpful for them.

토니 모리슨의 『가장 푸른 눈』에 나타난 판타지의 파괴성과 그 극복

The purpose of this thesis is to study fantasy in Toni Morrison’s The Bluest Eye: how destructive it is and how to overcome it. Some African-Americans have internalized the white culture and value system, falsely believing that their blind assimilation into it would make them happy. The Breedlove family is typical of the type of black people who live up to the white ideal. They are in the lowest place of society in both class and wealth. They would rather follow White-dominant values than overcome their poor condition. As their peripheral existence cannot be respected in the society, they have low self-esteem. Instead of overcoming difficulties, they choose to live in a fantasy world, which exerts destructive influence on them. For example, in the case of Pecola, she feels disgusted with herself, internalizing white-dominant values and being awash in the fantasy that blue eyes would make her happy and lovable. Eventually she fails to assert herself, going insane. This study examines how Pecola’s self-loathing and the black community’s lack of identity drive them to self-destruction. On the other hand, Macteer’s family including Claudia, Pecola’s friend, succeed in achieving self-esteem and self-identity based on the love and care of the family. For instance, Claudia always raises questions about what it means to internalize white-centered values. She finally acquires self-identity and empowers herself to understand the essence of things. Claudia is Morrison’s mouthpiece to say how important it is for the black to recover their self-identity and self-esteem. Futhermore, this study points out that the blues tradition contributes to the restoration of self-esteem and self-identity in the black community.

『해리포터와 마법사의 돌』을 활용한 영어 교육 방안 연구

This thesis aims to teach Korean high school students English through a literary text. Literature offers some specific advantages to language teaching. Inherent to the text are social values, life lessons and role models. In addition, students get an intimate look inside another culture. And, four skills for language learning can be integrated into text centered lessons in a seamless and exciting fashion. Among children’s novels, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone was chosen because of its appeal to adolescent learners. The story portrays a young boy’s adventure in a new and challenging world, not unlike the challenges freshman highschool students might encounter. It casts funny and interesting characters including the heroes, Harry, Ronald and Hermione whose ups and downs in friendship, academics and general peer acceptance are entirely relatable for any teenage readers. Using targeted activities, students can develop their speaking, listening, reading and writing abilities: the four basic skills of EFL education. This thesis endorses a focus on reading comprehension, specifically the extensive reading approach. This method which favors a more comprehensive curriculum and voluntary reading has been found to encourage a broader understanding of English. Advantages include more active participation in reading, increased motivation toward reading activities and the advancement of reading competence. In order to teach English Literature effectively to learners, this study suggests: First, teachers offer in-class insight to guide the students with their independent reading. Second, teachers administer targeted four skill activities to complement the independent reading. Third, teachers test the students’ ability to critically analyze the text on the final exam. In conclusion, students benefit from the use of literature in English class and specifically an extensive reading approach by not only improving their communication skills, but also their understanding of the world and their ability to interact productively within it. 언어를 학습한다는 것은 읽기, 듣기, 쓰기, 말하기 등의 네 가지 기술을 통합하여 의사소통 능력을 향상 시키는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 영문학 텍스트가 영어교육에서 활용되는 것이 바람직하다는 이론적 근거와 언어기능면에서의 영문학텍스트 활용방안을 살펴보았다. 영문학 텍스트 중에서도 아이들의 흥미를 최대한 이끌어내고 공감할 수 있는 J. K. Rowling의 Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone을 실제 교육 현장에서 창의적으로 활용할 수 있는 방안을 구체적으로 고안해 보았다. 해리포터와 마법사의 돌의 판타지적 요소는 학생들의 흥미를 불러일으키며, 이 작품에 드러난 다양한 주제(선과 악, 사랑과 희생, 우정, 용기)를 통해 청소년기에 중요한 가치관 학습이 가능하다는 점에서 선정하였다. 특히, 본 연구는 확장형 읽기 방법을 통해 학생들의 언어 기술을 향상 시키는 방법을 알아보았다. 여러 연구를 종합해 본 결과 확장형 읽기에 대한 효과는 다음과 같이 정리 할 수 있다. 첫째, 학습자가 스스로 학습하는데 있어서 책임감을 갖게 되고 주도적인 학습 자세를 갖게 된다. 둘째, 흥미 위주의 자발적인 읽기가 학생들의 태도를 긍정적으로 변화시킨다. 셋째, 학습자들은 다량의 읽기 활동을 통하여 간접 경험을 많이 하게 됨으로써, 언어적 지식 외에도 사회를 바라보는 안목이 생기게 되며 인성발달에도 도움이 된다. 마지막으로 확장형 읽기방법을 활용하여 교사가 실제 교실에서 적용할 수 있는 고등학교 1학년을 대상으로 한 한 학기 수업 지도안을 제시하고 세부적인 한 1차시 수업 지도안을 제시하였다. 위의 연구를 종합해 볼 때, 교사는 문학이 모국어 습득에 있어 의사소통 능력 향상은 물론 문화 이해와 감수성 개발, 통합력 사고력의 신장에 도움을 줄 수 있는 훌륭한 교재라고 결론지었다.

앨리스 랜달의 The Wind Done Gone : "다시쓰기"를 통해 전경화된 흑인의 삶과 역사

Alice Randall's first novel The Wind Done Gone rewrites Margaret Mitchell's Gone With the Wind. Alice Randall recounts Mitchell's original story from a different perspective and foregrounds some parts of the story that were either untold or distorted by the white writer. In Gone With the Wind, Mitchell has distorted the image of the black by portraying them as inferior, stupid, ignorant, and childish. So she makes it necessary for the white to subjugate and protect them. In her novel, no cruelty against the black is detected. Randall corrects such distorted image of the black by creating Cynara, a heroin of the novel, who is a half sister of Scarlet O'Hara in the original story. Cynara was born of a white Planter and a black slave Mammy. Because of her black origin under the slavery which destroys the parental and filial relationships particularly, she undergoes a trial represented by her hatred against her own parents and the world. She is suspicious toward the world including her mother, and extremely jealous about her opponent Other. The victim of the slavery is not only Cynara; Lady, Planter's wife, is also a victim of "One drop rule." In The Wind Done Gone, Randall elaborates how the black survive in the hostile world and find hope eventually. As the novel progresses, Cynara becomes aware of the distorted quality of her love for R. and stops hating her mother and her sister and rival Other. Moreover, she begins to esteem her black origin and acknowledge her value thanks to her new lover Congressman. Randall also asks who is a genuine owner of Tara by foregrounding Mammy and Garlic who make all efforts to keep in shape the plantation, even to kill their owner's legitimate heirs. In the novel, it is Garlic who inherits the Planter's watch, by which Randall maintains that Tara belongs to the people who actually work on it. Her rewriting thus inscribes the black's lives hidden and oppressed in the white author's text and traces the trajectory of a black heroine's self-discovery.

토니 모리슨의 소설에 나타난 지배가치의 내면화 양상과 극복 : 『가장 푸른 눈(The Bluest Eye)』을 중심으로

The purpose of this thesis is to examine how white-dominated values are internalized and overcome in Toni Morrison's The bluest Eye. First of all, this thesis studies what white-dominant values are: white body, white middle class' life, and black inferiority formed by racial prejudices. Black characters who don't have self-identity blindly accept white-centered value. And to escape from their unfortunate reality, black characters including Pecola, Pauline, Geraldine, Cholly, and black community internalize the dominant white-centered values generating self-destruction, living their fake life, class consciousness in black community, and violation. This thesis also studies to find how to overcome black characters' internalization of whiteness by examining Claudia and other black people: Mrs. Macteer, Aunt Jimmy, Blue, and three prostitutes. In contrast with Pecola, Geraline, Pauline, Geraldine, Cholly, and black community, they look at reality objectively, have blacks' identity, and accept blacks' agony as a part of their life by remembering blacks' tradition and culture. 본 논문의 목적은 토니 모리슨의 『가장 푸른 눈(The Bluest Eye)』의 흑인들이 백인 지배 가치의 내면화와 그 극복의 양상을 연구하는데 있다. 우선 본 논문에서는 백인의 몸, 백인 중산층의 삶, 인종적 편견에 의한 흑인의 열등함을 작품 속에 나타난 백인 중심의 지배 가치들로 제시한다. 피콜라, 폴린, 제럴딘, 촐리, 일부 흑인 여성들은 열악한 현실에서 탈출하기 위해서 무의식적으로 그러한 백인 중심의 가치를 내면화한다. 이로 인해 흑인들의 삶은 자아 파괴적인 동경, 허구 속의 삶, 흑인 공동체 간의 분열, 그리고 폭력으로 분출되는 양상을 보인다. 이로써 지배가치의 내면화가 가진 위험성과 폐해를 지적한다. 반면 작품에는 클라우디아와 멕티어 부인, 지미고모, 세 창녀들 등과 같이 백인 중심의 지배가치에 굴복하지 않고 건강한 삶을 지속시키는 인물들도 등장한다. 이 인물들은 주체적인 의식을 가지고 사물과 현상을 객관적으로 바라보며, 흑인으로서의 정체성을 잊지 않고 있다. 또한 흑인의 전통과 문화, 흑인의 우주관을 바탕으로 고단한 삶의 고통을 승화하고, 피콜라와 같은 사회적 약자를 보살피는 공동체 의식을 가지고 있다. 이러한 건강한 흑인 등장인물들의 삶과 의식을 통해서 본 논문은 흑인들이 처한 현실에 대처하는 방향성을 제시한다.
