Research on the construction strategy of MOOCs for dance majors in Chinese universities
천아오린 Gachon University 2022 국내박사
Research on higher education is related to national development and national progress, and is an important issue that China needs to solve urgently under the new normal. Moocs, as a new education model recognized by China's higher education circle, has gradually risen to the height of guaranteeing the future development of the country, and become the general trend of the development of the world's education industry. Art has now developed into an independent comprehensive discipline in China, among which the MOOC education of dance has become an increasingly important direction in the research on the cultivation of dance art talents in universities. The construction of MOOCs for dance majors in Chinese universities should not only highlight the two-way combination of theory and practice, but also be treated as a long-term dynamic research. Especially in the face of the complex situation of the current global novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, the MOOC teaching of dance majors in Chinese universities has shown the characteristics of relative lag and imperfection, clarify and integrate the element resources of its internal environment and external environment. For this reason, this research will explore the construction path of MOOCs for dance majors in Chinese universities from the perspective of constructivism, take representative universities in China that offer dance majors as the research objects, analyze their current situation and existing problems, and realize research with clear goals. The main research contents are as follows: First of all, combined with research needs, the definition and characteristics of dance MOOC are established by sorting out the concept and connotation of MOOC, and the related theories of MOOC construction are expounded and interpreted, so that practitioners can track both theoretical reference and practical operation. It can be followed, which will lay the foundation for the continuous improvement of the "quality" and "quantity" of the MOOCs for dance majors in universities in the future. Secondly, using the dance MOOCs on the Chinese MOOC platforms of the nine major Chinese MOOCs as research samples, the information and data of the platform, proportion, content distribution, teaching units, number of delivery and teaching mode are collected. The purpose is to It clearly depicts the overall development of the current Chinese dance professional MOOC. Thirdly, comprehensive universities under the overall management of the Ministry of Education of China - Minzu University of China, normal colleges - Capital Normal University, art colleges - Beijing Dance Academy, higher vocational colleges - Guangdong Foreign Languages Art Vocational College as an example, analyzes in detail from the five dimensions of MOOC teaching environment, teacher structure ratio, professional characteristics division, classroom content display and after-class evaluation mechanism. The reason is that in the five major fields of Chinese folk dance, dance teaching principles, Chinese classical dance, dance history and theory, and children's dance divided by the Chinese dance academic circle, the teaching results obtained by these four types of colleges have been recognized by the industry. It is generally recognized as the most plentiful and authoritative and leading, especially the distinctive features that each shows in the current construction of Chinese dance professional MOOCs is quite representative. For example, the Chinese ethnic and folk dance courses offered by the Minzu University of China have always been in a demonstration and leading position in China, and the demonstration and construction of them in the form of MOOCs are still effective. It is unique; the content explanation and analysis of the dance education ontology teaching method and principle MOOC offered by Capital Normal University is the clearest and most detailed. In addition, the person in charge's own construction experience and related academic resources are rich, making the dance professional MOOC in its colleges and universities. The construction results are currently the most comprehensive in Chinese universities; the construction of Chinese classical dance teaching and dance history and theory MOOCs of Beijing Dance Academy has continued the advantages of its strong disciplines, so it is very important for the construction of corresponding MOOCs in other Chinese universities. Important reference value; the dance MOOC construction of Guangdong Foreign Language Arts Vocational College fully considers the teaching audience of its own universities, and creates a relevant MOOC course centered on children's dance teaching and creation, which reflects the targeted The nature and practicability provide construction directions and ideas for dance MOOCs in other higher vocational colleges in China. At the same time, these four types of colleges also have common phenomena in the construction of MOOCs for dance majors in Chinese universities, which are confirmed by the results of in-depth interviews with the leaders and participants of MOOC construction in various universities in this study. For example, the MOOC teaching environment needs to be improved in terms of top-to-bottom policy support, updating of teaching equipment, and professional talent training; and other issues are also more prominent. The division of professional characteristics is not clear and reasonable, resulting in the inability to highlight the professional characteristics of dance MOOC construction in colleges and universities, and lack of innovation. In terms of classroom content display, most of them continue to use the offline course model, failing to incorporate learners' psychological acceptance and satisfaction into the consideration of the process of constructing classroom content, and failing to make good use of the relevant advantages of MOOCs. As a result, the presentation of classroom content is the same and boring. The after-class evaluation mechanism also relies too much on the evaluation template set by the MOOC platform, the interaction with learners after class is not active enough, the after-class discussion is more perfunctory, and the evaluation results are not paid enough attention. Compared with the construction of MOOCs for dance majors in other colleges and universities, these phenomena are typical to a certain extent. They can comprehensively outline the current situation of MOOC construction of dance majors in Chinese universities, and then find out the problems. Finally, based on the constructivist learning theory, this study attempts to discuss the construction strategies of MOOCs for dance majors in Chinese universities, in order to provide reference and quantitative basis for the construction strategy direction selection, policy formulation and follow-up research practice of dance majors in Chinese universities. Carry out rigorous and objective analysis from different dimensions, put forward corresponding improvement plans, and provide ideas for managers and future research.

ABSTRACT Synergistic anti-proliferation effects of all-trans retinoic acid with paclitaxel on autosomal polycystic kidney disease cell line. Que Thanh Thanh Nguyen Supervisor: Prof. Jae Young Kim Department of Life Science Graduate School of Gachon University Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) has been well-known as a monogenic inherited disorder and characterized by cyst development in the kidney. In recent years, the mechanism in autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) associated to genetic factors and non-genetic factors have been widely studied to get deep knowledge about ADPKD. In renal tubules, renal epithelial cells over-growth due to lower intracellular calcium level and the mitogenic effect of cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate), is one of the hallmark features that originated cystogenesis. In this study, for the first time, we investigated the synergistic effects of combinatory treatment between all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA), an active form of vitamin A, and paclitaxel, a high effective anticancer drug, on the autosomal dominant polycystic kidney cell line. Cells were treated with a combination of ATRA with paclitaxel for 48 h and then analyzed by cell viability assay. In combinatory treatment groups, our data indicated that the percentage of cell viability was significantly decreased in the comparison with DMSO (control) and ATRA/paclitaxel (alone) treatment. Cell cycle arrest showed that the combinatory treatment of ATRA with paclitaxel induce ADPKD cell line arrest at the G2/M phase. Furthermore, apoptotic cells were detected in our study by Annexin V/PI staining. The up-regulation of p53 protein expression and caspase activation could be involved in apoptosis signal and cell cycle arrest. We revealed that the intra-calcium level was sharply increased by combined treatment of ATRA and paclitaxel after 72 h of treatment and this enhance was blocked by RARα/RXRα antagonist or calcium channel blockers. Besides, ADPKD cell proliferation was controlled through the ERK signaling pathway by in phosphorylated ERK. Our result suggested the function of combinatorial treatment of ATRA with paclitaxel which expresses synergistic anti-proliferation effect on ADPKD cell proliferation by inducing cell cycle arresting, apoptosis and suppressing the ERK signaling pathway. Keywords: Autosomal polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), ATRA, paclitaxel, cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, intracellular calcium, phosphorylated ERK1/2.

There is a certain value tension or conflict between economic globalization and cultural pluralism. One of the critical problems facing China's urbanization is the scarcity of cultural resources. The biggest problem we face is how to transform intangible cultural heritage into cultural resources and cultural capital that can support the globalization and modernization of cities and transform national and regional intangible cultural heritage into global cultural resources with universality. Kite culture is not only widely used for flying, competition, and entertainment but also has taken a big step into the hall of art and become an artwork, collection, and tourist souvenir to beautify people's life. As the "Kite Capital of the World," Weifang City, driven by the influence of the Weifang International Kite Festival, has expanded the types and styles of kite sports, made a qualitative leap in the dissemination of kite culture, and greatly improved the development of kite industry. As a traditional Chinese folk art, kite flying is an intangible cultural heritage of China, full of Chinese traditional spirit and the memories of many people's childhood. However, compared with the vigorous development of kite flying practice, the original living environment of kite flying art no longer exists today. The road of inheritance, protection, and exploitation faces many difficulties. This requires the academic community to re-examine the heritage protection and exploitation of contemporary kite flying. Then, how should intangible cultural heritage resources be better preserved, developed, and utilized under the global cultural preservation perspective? What kind of heritage protection and exploitation effect should be achieved in this process? This point needs to be explored and investigated more deeply. For this reason, this paper selects Weifang kites as the object for empirical research and mainly uses research methods such as visiting and research, literature research, comparative research, and mathematical and statistical analysis, and combines theories of global cultural conservation, cultural change theory and digital survival of intangible heritage to conduct an in-depth exploration on the heritage protection and exploitation of Weifang kites cultural resources. Cultural heritage resources of Weifang; the general and unique characteristics of Weifang kites as intangible cultural heritage resources are discussed; the current situation of inheritance protection and exploitation of intangible cultural heritage resources at home and abroad is sorted out; taking Japanese and Korean kites and Weifang kites as examples, and taking Weifang, the international capital of kite culture, as the representative The kites of Weifang are compared with those of Beijing, Tianjin, and Nantong, and the unique features and problems of Weifang kites are analyzed and summarized. The research results show that although the Weifang kite intangible cultural heritage resources under the Global Cultural Conservation vision have achieved some positive results in the inheritance, protection, and exploitation, under the current new development situation, the inheritance, protection, and exploitation of the Weifang kite intangible cultural heritage resources still have some hidden dangers in many places, which may lead to the protection crisis of cultural, ecological inheritance in the long run. After cognitive analysis, it is found that this situation is mainly because there are still different levels of problems in the inheritance protection and exploitation of Weifang kite intangible cultural heritage resources in terms of inheritance complex, cultural genes, propaganda efforts, and digital dissemination. Under the circumstance that the independent development of the local kite genre is restricted, the concept of global cultural conservation is established, and the spatial and temporal tension of kite art dissemination is expanded to seek a new development way out. Combining the preliminary interviews and research, under the guidance of global cultural conservation theory, cultural change theory, cultural capital theory, industrial integration theory, digital survival, and sustainable development theory of intangible heritage, the author proposes that the spiritual connotation of intangible heritage resources should be deeply explored, policy support should be increased to promote the development of intangible heritage, the diversified system should cultivate inheritance talents, precise positioning of kite cultural heritage brand marketing, implementation of The author proposes countermeasures such as diversified marketing and integrated communication to create awareness and digital experience center to deeply explore the inheritance, protection, and exploitation of Weifang kites and let the kite culture shine, and also provide new ideas for the inheritance, protection, and exploitation of related intangible cultural heritage categories. Keywords: Weifang City; Intangible cultural heritage; Inheritance and protection; Development and utilization
Preventive Effects of Fermented Cordyceps militaris on Obesity and Hepatosteatosis
TRANSONGNGUYENKHOI Gachon University, Gachon University 2018 국내박사
Various studies have shown that nonalcoholic fatty liver diseases (NAFLD), the aggregation of lipid droplets in the liver (hepatosteatosis) followed by inflammatory complication, appears to be chronic consequences of overnutrition. In the present research, we examined the anti-hepatosteatosis effects of fermented Cordyceps militaris (CM) extracts in AML-12 hepatocytes as well as in mice with short-term high-fat diet (HFD) via activation of fatty acid oxidation (FAO). The chemical components, adenosine and cordycepin, of CM extract (CME), CM grown on germinated soybean (GSCE) and fermented GSC by Pediococcus pentosaceus ON188 (ON188E) were assessed. In hepatocytes, the expression of CPT1α and PPARα, FAO genes were upregulated only by ON188E treatment. In contrast, SCD1, a lipogenic gene was downregulated by ON188E within no cytotoxic range. Regardless of oleic acid treatment to mimic fatty liver condition, mRNA and proteins of FAO genes were upregulated by ON188E in a dose-dependent manner. Formation of intracellular lipid droplets by addition of oleic acid was reduced by ON188E to the levels in WY14643-treated cells. When cells were treated with ON188E, SPHK2 and its phosphorylated product sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P) elevation activated FAO in hepatocytes. In consistent with this, in animal results, ON188E extract did not alter the food intake while body weight and inflammatory factors in plasma of HFD mice were controlled comparable to those of NCD mice. Moreover, ON188E treatment significantly upregulated hepatic SPHK2 level in mice fed HFD. The elevated SPHK2 activated hepatic FAO genes such as CPT1α and PPARα but downregulated DGAT2, a triglyceride biosynthetic gene. We found that ON188E treatment reduced lipid droplets in liver and the hypertrophy of adipocytes in epididymal white adipose tissue (WAT) in a dose-dependent manner. Activation of SIRT1and PPARγ in WAT suggests that ON188E could modulate browning process of adipocytes which induces body thermogenesis. Collectively, the fermented CM extracts not only reduce risk of tissue damage but activate hepatic FAO via elevation of S1P synthesis in hepatocytes and induce WAT browning as well. This suggests ON188E can be applied as a potential functional food preventing obesity and hepatosteatosis.
The Role of Cognitive and Affective Trust In Bank Advertising
BILISBEKOV NURSULTAN Gachon University, School of Global Business & 2018 국내석사
A good customer-company relationship is built upon trust. The importance of trust in banks and financial institutions cannot be overstated. The role of trust, comparing two different types of trust, however, was rarely tested in bank marketing. This study tests the effect of affective and cognitive trust in bank advertisement toward its potential customers. An experiment was conducted (N = 99) by creating two bank advertisements focusing on affective and cognitive trust respectively. The results of path analysis showed that affective trust has significant positive impact on attitude to the bank and anticipation of future interaction, however affective trust is not significant in prediction of commitment and uncertainty. On the other hand, cognitive trust showed positive impact on all four variables. Implications of the current study on trust dimensions in marketing communication of financial institutions are discussed.

Here, an integration of DNA amplification and detection functionalities developed on a lab-on-a-chip microdevice by means of solid-phase polymerase chain reaction (SP-PCR) for rapid detection of foodborne pathogens was introduced. In specific, amine-modified forward primers used in SP-PCR was pre-immobilized onto the polycarbonate (PC) surface through covalent linkages by first modifying the substrate with polyethyleneimine (PEI) and then with glutaraldehyde. The fluorescence dyes labeled on reverse primers were used as indicators for the detection of the amplicons obtained from amine-modified forward primers and fluorescence-labeled reverse primers generated during SP-PCR. PEI-glutaraldehyde layer coated on the PC together with the covalent bonds realized between this coating layer and the immobilized DNA was demonstrated to be thermally stable against hydrolytic cleavage of the thermal cycling condition, as reflected by 85.3% of DNA remained after experiencing the thermal treatment. After confirming the potential of on-chip DNA amplification, chamber-type SP-PCR was successfully applied for direct identification of two exemplary foodborne microbes, namely Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus aureus, indicated by distinguishable patterns of fluorescence signals for the corresponding targets. This platform was also applied for the detection of Cochlodinium polykrikoides, algae causing harmful algal bloom annually in South Korea, demonstrating versatile applicability of the microdevice as a universal microdevice platform. Characterized by the ease of device fabrication and surface modification potential for probe grafting, the introduced portable SP-PCR microdevice would potentially find its wide ranges of applications in point-of-care diagnostics for the fast detection of foodborne pathogens and environmentally threatening biogenic aspects.
Stretchable Conductors and Gas Sensors Fabricated by the Dip Coating Method
LUAN YANGE Gachon University 2017 국내석사
In this work, we developed a facile dip coating approach to fabricate stretchable conductors based on polyaniline (PANI), nitrilebutadiene rubber (NBR) and stretchable gas sensors based on silver nanowires (AgNWs), reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and polyurethane (PU). PANI was synthesized by simple chemical method; AgNWs were prepared by a normal polyol method; rGO was prepared by an improved method. The stretchable conductors and gas sensors were fabricated by immersing NBR into PANI solution and PU into AgNWs@rGO solution, respectively. Stretchable conductors showed a high elongation at break of 250% even after 7 cycles of immersion and relatively small strain-dependent resistance change (190% at a 210% strain). The stretchable gas sensors exhibit good sensitivity and stability towards oxidizing gas NO2 under bend and 30%, 40%, 60% strain. For reducing gases ethanol and acetone, the gas sensors also showed obvious response.

Synthesis of Silver Nanowire Composites for Improved Electrochemical Sensing
Zhang, Chao Gachon University Graduate School 2016 국내석사
Two types of modified silver nanowires (AgNWs) for application in electrochemical sensor filed were demonstrated in this thesis. First one is a 4-nitrophenol (4-NP) sensor based on AgNWs and polyaniline (PANI) nanocomposite (AgNWs-PANI) modified glassy carbon electrode (AgNWs-PANI/GCE). The AgNWs-PANI was synthesized by the oxidation polymerization of aniline over AgNWs and characterized by UV, FTIR SEM and TEM. In addition, the AgNWs-PANI/GCE exhibits a remarkable electro-catalytic activity for 4-NP determination. Effect of pH and scan rate was investigated to examine the proton transfer number, electro transfer number, electron transfer coefficient and standard rate constant of electrode. The limit of detection (LOD) of the developed 4-NP sensor was calculated to be 52nM with a low potential at around 0.2V. Moreover, the reproducibility, stability and the selectivity were also confirmed to be acceptable for applying to sensor works. Second one is a AgNWs-based Au-Ag bimetallic nanomaterials. In this work, AgNWs, gold-silver nanowire(Au-AgNWs) and gold-silver porous nanotubes (Au-AgPNTs) were synthesized via the typical displacement reaction and characterized by UV, SEM and TEM. A comparative study of electro-catalytic activity to H2O2 of these three materials was demonstrated in detail. AgNWs, Au-AgNWs and Au-AgPNTs exhibit the gradually increased elector-catalytic performance for reduction of H2O2 which attributed to the synergistic catalytic effect of the bimetallic materials, the increased surface area and the enhanced adsorbability of the Au-Ag porous tubular nanostructures. Hence, the comparison in this work not only provide a feasible way for way for how to use the AgNWs based nanomaterials fully but also offer a guidance for choice of the bimetallic nanomaterials applied in sensor fields. Consequently, both of AgNWs-PANI nanocomposite and Au-Ag bimetallic nanomaterials are possible to applicable in electrochemical sensor fields.

Abstract A simple and cost-effective method for synthesis of Ag-ZnO NCs to enhance the photocatalytic property was studied in this work. We modified the previous methods to get the homogeneous Ag NPs and ZnO NRs. Due to the effect of schottky barrier and the surfactant of CTAB, the Ag-ZnO NCs were synthesized easily. The morphology of the samples was characterized by SEM. And the DLSdata confirm the size of the particles. X-ray diffraction was applied to analyze the crystalline structure of the ZnO NRs with different concentrations of Ag NPs. UV, PL, FTIR were used mainly for the analysis of elemental and chemical photon properties of the samples. Furthermore, we studied the effect of different concentrations of Ag NPs on ZnO NRs for enhancing the photocatalytic performance. It is meaningful for increasing the quality of photocatalysis in pure simeconductor and enhancing the efficiency of the metal particles
