급변하는 시장 환경에 대응하기 위한 노력 중의 하나로 제조기업에서는 생산현장의 생산 활동을 추적 관리하기 위해 MES를 도입하고 있으나, 소규모의 기업에서는 비용과 인력 부족으로 도입이 어려운 실정이다. 중소 제조 기업에 MES의 보급 및 확산을 위하여 본 논문에서는 제조 기업의 정보화 수준 및 공정 수준에 따라 필요한 기능들만 조합할 수 있도록 맞춤형 제조실행시스템을 위한 기능 도출 방법을 제시한다.
This study focuses on the characteristic of MAP with CNT-cobalt compound powder. Since the CNT particle is very small and high strength, it is suitable for precision surface polishing. However, the unbounded magnetic abrasive with CNT has lower efficiency on MAP of non magnetic material than bounded magnetic abrasive. In this study, to improve the capacity of MAP with CNT, CNT-cobalt compound powder was used as magnetic abrasive. Moreover, by design of experiment, it revealed that amount of CNT had a dominant effect on the improvement of surface roughness in MAP, and optimal conditions were determined as current of inductor of 2.5A, spindle speed of 1500rpm, weight of CNT-cobalt compound of 0.8g and current of table of 0.5A.
The MR fluid jet polishing system for the correction of surface profile and nano finish of ultraprecision parts is studied. When the stiffened MR fluid by external magnetic field is ejected from nozzle, very stable interface between jet and surrounding air with zero spray angle is shown. Due to such jet feature, constant and predictable material removal profile can be obtained. Experimentally, normal incidence of ceria-based MR fluid jet on glass produces very smooth and W-shaped removal profile which can be fitted by mathematical function which is used as tool function in deterministic polishing process.
We present the design of constant flow type hydrostatic bearing for large rotary table that is used for large-scale vertical lathe. Compared with constant pressure type hydrostatic bearing, constant flow type hydrostatic bearing is advantageous for heavy-load applications owing to its high load capacity and stiffness characteristics. Analysis results of the designed constant flow type hydrostatic bearing show that the stiffness and load capacity are remarkably enhanced compared with those of constant pressure type hydrostatic bearing.
In this study, Ultrasonic-AFM(Ultrasonic Atomic Force Microscopy) measurements was used to access the interfacial adhesive properties of a photo resist. For these experiments, SPR 3012 and NFR 105G deposited on a (100) silicon wafer by spin coating was used. Because of the optional surface coating process, fabricated specimens are different from adhesive conditions. In the experimental result, as the adhesice strength is increased, the resonance frequency and amplitude are decreased. The reason is that it is due to contact stiffness variation indicating delamination.
Rotary drilling rigs, general construction equipment, are widely used for deeply drilling ground as foundation of public works. When using a drilling rig, an electric rotary drive supplies drilling power, and a large external torque is exerted to the mast of the drilling rig. In this study, structure analysis on the mast is carried out for developing a localized 250kN.m-type rotary drilling rig. Here, the elevation of the rotary drive is changed according to the geological construction environment. Through the analysis, the stresses of the mast structure under the maximum drilling torque are found, also the allowable torques at various elevations of the rotary drive are evaluated. Finally, the suitability of the mast design is examined from the analysis results.
Deposition through electro spray carries many advantages for the manufacture of printed electronics. The main advantage is the simplicity of the process and very high material usage. There are effectively no pollutant emissions and the process is inherently an environment friendly process. The process is low cost and can be very easily integrated to any bulk manufacturing process for mass production of the devices. In addition, the process is capable of producing thin layers of hundreds of nm and solution with viscosity as high as 100cps can be processed with this deposition technique. In this thesis, the electro spray of PEDOT:PSS has been discussed to improve the organic thin-film solar cell production efficiency.
