      • Bosch법을 이용한 함산소연료들의 분사특성 연구

        This paper investigates the influence of oxygenated fuels as an alternative fuel the injection characteristics in for compression ignition engine using experimental approaches. To analyze injection characteristics of the dimethyl ether(DME), biodiesel, and soy bean blended DME, injection-rate measured system was configured by Bosch method. It were controlled to get the injection rate profile. The results was shown that the injections characteristics of the DME, biodiesel blend of DME and diesel fuel were in good agreement with increasing trend of density and decreasing of viscosity trend. It was determined that the difference in viscosity of the test fuels injection delay time had an effect according to the biodiesel mixing ratio of the test fuel. Also, the increased mixing ratio of the biodiesel injection to measure the characteristics of the injection delay time. Founding on, the effect of the oxygenated fuels was a shorter injection delay compared a conventional diesel fuel. Also, the injection duration of the biodiesel fuel was shorter than that of dimethyl ether. The injection rate characteristic curve actually was shown a similar increase on the first stage inclining curve, however, hereafter the mid-injection duration the test fuels injection rate decreases in the mixing of DME ratio of the maximum value was measured, spray delay, as opposed to in the late DME spray ratio of the spray decreases was shown phenomenon appear quickly.

        With the development of digital technology, the manufacturing method of dental prosthesis is developing along with tremendous technological change. Due to the difference between university education and field practice, it is necessary to accelerate changes in education and to respond quickly. It is thought that technology improvement can be promoted by educating the prosthesis production method by hand and digital technology by mixing the existing method with the digital method. The manual process varies greatly depending on the influence of the material and the skill of the technician when fabricating the prosthesis. It also has the disadvantage of taking a lot of time. On the other hand, digital dental prosthesis manufacturing method can be easily adapted and satisfied with the result if you know the manual manufacturing process. Therefore, in this thesis, it is expected that dental digital education will have a great impact on those who major in dental engineering if they learn and master the practical process of producing prostheses by mixing manual and digital methods.

      • 보건교사 양성을 위한 교직실무 수업 개발

        This study aimed to develop the curriculum of teaching practice classes for educating health teachers using Tyler’s model for curriculum development. This study analyzed the social demands of health teachers and the national health curriculum. As a result of job analysis, it was found that health teachers should perform the roles of educators and health care workers at the same time. As a result of the learner’s analysis, the prospective teacher hoped to conduct the teaching practice class in a practical, on-the-job, and learner-centered teaching method considering the importance of the health teacher’s work. Based on the analysis of learners, society, and curriculum, this study derives three educational goals and presents the contents and methods for the 15 weeks teaching class. In addition, the evaluation plan for evaluating the learners who participated in the teaching practice class and the achievement of the educational goals were developed and presented. This study may contribute to the future of teaching practice classes at nursing colleges to strengthen health teachers’ practice.

      • 블록체인 기반의 영지식을 활용한 DID(Decentralized Identity)플랫폼 연구

        Blockchain-based Decentralized Identity (DID) is emerging as one of the strongest security technologies for personal information authentication. However, while blockchain-based DID provides the technical characteristics of decentralization, transparency, immutability, and availability, DID has strengths in preventing the forgery of identification cards, but is vulnerable to overexposure of personal information recorded on identification cards. In this paper, we propose a platform for DID's Zero Knowledge Proofs (ZKP) structure that exposes only the minimum amount of personal information necessary to solve this problem. In particular, by analyzing the structure of the DID platform using zero knowledge proofs, the requirements were derived, and a time code was attached to protect personal information by destroying recorded information after a certain period of time. It presents a way to create and manage related data directly.

      • 고등학교 건물의 냉난방 에너지절약을 위한 사례연구

        For the purpose of energy saving for heating and cooling in high school building, this case study investigated the real energy usage by record and field instrumentation, predicted the usage by simulation with high school design drawing in Gincheon innovation city, and compared and analyzed cooling and heating load which change according to building permeability and window-grade. Drawn conclusions are as follows. 1. In the distribution of cooing load of high school, the heat generation from lights takes 40 % of it; therefore reducing the load from lights, which takes major part of the entire load, would be the most effective way to reduce cooling load. That is, reducing the heat generation from lights is most important to save cooling energy. 2. By reducing number of air change per hour due to infiltration from 5 times to 3 times, entire cooling and heating load is reduced by approximately 25%, and thermal losses due to infiltration are reduced by approximately 48%; therefore reducing infiltration is important to save cooling and heating energy, and it is more efficient in saving heating energy than saving cooling energy. That is, reducing thermal losses due to infiltration in winter is most important to save heating energy. 3. As a result of analysis of heating and cooling load due to alteration of performance of window, using 2nd-grade window is advantageous in cooling and disadvantageous in heating compared to using 3rd-grade window, as the SHGC gets less; the entire cooling and heating load decreases by 1.4%. Therefore raising the window grade is not so efficient to save cooling and heating energy. By the way of energy saving method drawn by this process, the building energy saving is practicable, and it is available in the way of the optimal design of new and recycle energy for the efficient energy supply later.

      • 무상원조 신규 프로젝트 예비검토를 위한 스크리닝 방안 고찰 : 다기준분석(MCA)의 단순부가가중치법(SAW) 활용을 중심으로

        Multi Criteria Analysis (MCA) or Multi Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) is a decision analysis method that evaluates several conflicting criteria as part of the decision making process. MCA can be used for projects where the criteria cannot be easily quantified due to its uneconomic value. MCA is similar to cost-benefit analysis, but is not limited to currency units for comparison. There is no limit to setting the criteria, and the criteria are generally weighted and valued. A weighted criterion is assigned a weighted score (MCI) in a standardized format in the performance (impact) matrix to determine the ranking of project alternatives. As the scale of official development assistance (ODA) in Korea expands, the number of new ODA projects is greatly increasing every year. In this respect, it is important to find and select projects efficiently in line with the government's ODA policies and strategies. However, since more than 40 grant ODA project implementation agencies are selecting new ODA projects (especially candidate projects for preliminary survey) according to their own separate internal standards and procedures without a quantitatively measurable evaluation system, it is necessary to establish a fairer and more transparent project selection process. In this paper, the use of multi-criteria analysis (MCA) technique is suggested as a simple method to secure fairness and transparency in the process of project identification and screening. In particular, a simple pilot proposal is presented using the Simple Additive Weighting Method (SAW) model, which is one of the multi-criteria analysis (MCA) techniques, for the screening work to select a candidate project for preliminary survey. According to the SAW structure, project evaluation criteria and weights are applied to make a project performance matrix for a country, and the final weighted score is calculated to derive the priority of the project.

        Most of the musicians had developed musical beauty by their works that expressed the inspirations to the sounds with diverse experiences. The majority of artistical inspirations came through the nature. Not only they described nature itself but also they used various element of sound and musical expression from the natural abstraction and natural elements in the area of music from the past. Most of them continuously tried to use the structure of science to express the musical image through the principles of science of the morphological structure of natures that interpret its order. To express basical and instinctive beauty not merely mimic the natural phenomenon. The musicians steadily gave their efforts to find the method of expression for concrete theory the beauty of the morphological structure of nature. Even the 20th century, the period of the theory of relativity and quantum mechanism, it was not easy to explain with the laws of modern physics, scientists had attention to the chaos and disorder phenomenon which was unexplained by various studies. The theory of fractal can easily shows the appearance the process of repeatedly generates itself. We call it “self-similarity” that is the view of parts resemble the whole. Fractal is a geometrical structure that has self symmetrical form. It is used in various fields such as engineering, medicine, psychology, natural science, business, art and affect our life. Large areas of research of fractal structure on sound can be based on the theory that expresses the nonauditory areas psychology, medicine, and business administration to auditory. Today, depth studies that collaborate with variety of fields. Fractal and the possibilities of its application would be the meaningful and valuable research in the field of music. This paper presented to be with Rossini’s “Una voce poco fa” to analyze the element of the work and fractal based music interpretation that we knew the related fractal concept. The purpose is to find the relationship with the fractal structure and to reveal through the analysis the structure of the his aria that has been composed before this fractal concept.

        The development of intraoral cameras has a great impact on the overall dental industry. It served as an opportunity to radically change the traditional prosthetic manufacturing process into a digital industry, and is a driving force for future industry development. Dental prosthetic treatment, which used to be an indirect method, has been simplified, and since it is performed through optical photography, the discomfort and fear of the patientare also disappearing, such as infection. With the spread of oral cameras, they are transmitted as images, enabling fast, real-time modeling, and significantly speeding up data processing and accuracy. The future of dental digatal is thought to develop day by day like industrialization.

      • 가로림만 해양보호구역의 해양정원 조성사업과 정책적 함의

        This research reviewed the Marine Protected Areas(MPAs) system of Garorim Bay and carried the following 4 policy implications for the marine garden project. First, it becomes the leading model for marine MPAs management with the new paradigm of leisure and the systematic operations. Second, it removes the regional conflicts by the restoration of marine and aquatic ecosystem and its improvement for local residents’s living conditions. Third, it establishes the vital foothold in the balanced marine ecotourism both at home and abroad over the harmony among nature, marine, mudflat, people, and so on. Finally, it finds out the sustainable models for fishing communities through the valuable marine ecosystem, the revitalized regional growth, the win-win cooperative system between the locals and the youth, etc. The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is preparing the legal basis upon which to promote the marine garden project as the national focal project. In this regard, this study has some notable achievements that stress the importance of the national marine garden project based on the above implications.

      • 慣習憲法 小考(관습헌법 소고) : 헌법재판소 2004. 10. 21. 선고, 2004헌마554·566(병합) 전원재판부(신행정수도의 건설을 위한 특별조치법 위헌확인) 결정을 중심으로

        In 2004, the Constitutional Court ruled that the Special Act for Construction of the New Administrative Capital was unconstitutional. The core war rationale is as follows. First, since the capital is a substantial constitutional matter that expresses the national identity, it can be recognized as a customary constitution even if the current constitution does not specify matters on the capital. Second, since the capital is a constitutional matter, it must go through the constitutional amendment procedure of the current constitution. Therefore, determining the capital by the relevant law violates the Constitution as it violates the right to referendum, the fundamental right of the people to amend the Constitution. However, the decision of the Constitutional Court is questionable in the following points. First, Hangeul and Taegeukgi are particularly representative as expressing Korea's identity or values. At that time in 2004, there was a law on the use of Hangeul in Hangul, and regulations on the Korean flag for Taegeukgi, both of which took the form of laws and orders that were subordinate to the constitution. Although both of these are currently abolished, the former is the FRAMEWORK ACT ON KOREAN LANGUAGE, and the latter is the ACT ON THE FLAG OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA, both taking the form of a law. It is very inconvincing that the capital is a constitutional matter that has a comparative advantage over Hangeul and Taegeukgi. Second, we are a state of the statutory system. I think that our choice of the statutory system is the purpose of allowing the people to seek legal stability by clarifying the existence of the law. In addition, only civil law and commercial law stipulate that if there is no provision in the law, customary law can be applied. Considering the fact that customary law is not recognized in the criminal law, I think it is difficult to admit customary law even in the Constitution without a clear provision that customary law can be applied. Third, the Constitutional Court ruled that "in order to be recognized as a compelling constitutional norm, strict requirements must be met, and only customs satisfying these requirements have the same legal effect as the written constitution as a customary constitution. Even if the customary constitution is recognized as described above under strict requirements, a customary law with only supplementary effect cannot have the same effect as the written constitution. Fourth, the relocation of the administrative capital was one of the President's pledges at the time, which was a political issue and not a legal issue. Therefore, the judgment of the judiciary on these political matters is considered an excessive check on the legislative and executive branches. In light of this, the decision of the Constitutional Court that recognized the customary constitution should be reviewed.
