The Port to Mokpo is in a favorable situation as a port, but to the lack of developmental intention of government for the last 30 years and by the rapid growth of competitive port of Mokpo Port, The Port of Mokpo was degraded as a backward port extremely. But the Port of Mokpo comes up to the surface as a hub port in this area because of formation of Pan Yellow sea Economic Zone due to the recent stream of international economy. Accordingly in this study, through the documentary records investigation and statistical analysis, discussed the developmental direction and the scheme of raising financial resources in the development of the Port of Mokpo, and as a conclusion, presented a functional developmental direction and the first inner port development and after new outer port development, and developmental direction by port of the Port of Mokpo, and the scheme of port development by nongovernmental capital.
우리대학의 대학원은 1997년에 석사과정 24명 정원으로 개설되었다. 그리고 해양산업대학원은 2002년에 30명 정원으로 개설되었다. 우리나라의 고등교육은 급속히 팽창하였다. 우리나라의 대학원의 수는 1990년도에 비해서 2003년도에는 3배나 증가하였다. 따라서 이것은 대학원의 양적 팽창은 수요와 공급의 불일치 때문에 질적 수준의 저하의 원인이 되었다. 우리대학의 대학원도 양적팽창에 의해 운영에 많은 문제점이 있다. 따라서 우리대학 대학원의 문제점과 개선방안에 대해서 연구하였다. A graduate school for our university established to the fixed number of persons 24 persons for the master's course in 1997 years, and maritime industry graduate school established to the fixed number of persons 30 persons in 2002 years the korean higher education expanded rapidly. Graduate school's number in korea increased three times as much in 2003 years as compared with 1990 years. According to, this became source for lowering of qualitative level due to disharmony of supply and demand by quantitative increase of a graduate school. A graduate school of our university is many probrem of operation by quantitative increase. So, I study on the probrem and improvement plan of a graduate school for our university.
Dual major track in MMU has been operated for more than 10 years but analytical approach for the efficiency or appropriateness of that has not done yet. This kind of dual track in education and training of seafarers has developed on two aiming targets. One is to give flexibility in carrier development of seafarers between sea and shoreside job. The other is to maintain the function of MET institutions by recruiting enough new students. This paper is to survey the attitude of students for this dual track and to analyze it for adjusting the educational scheme through the questionnaire.
In this paper I studied on the result of the conference on the Law of the Sea. That is, I examined the meaning of the territorial sea and its legal status and the right of innocent passage in the territorial sea. Also compared with the relations the right of innocent passage and the right of transit passage. Abstract And analyzed the jurisdiction on the foreign ships and the delimitation of the continental shelf between States with opposite or adjacent coasts and the rights, duties of coastal States. In the next, studied on the course of development of the exclusive economic zone and the meaning of the high seas and the principle of freedom of the high sea. Lastly, examined the system of the settlement of disputes in the Convention on the Law of the Sea
