        최근의 글로벌 금융위기는 기업의 윤리경영과 경영대학원의 윤리교육을 강화하는 계기가 되고 있다. CEO에 의한 기업의 윤리경영이 해당 기업의 기업성과에 얼마나 지대한 영향을 미치는가하는 점은 국내외 여러 기업의 사례를 통해 잘 알 수 있다. CEO에 의한 기업의 윤리경영이 궁극적으로는 기업의 번영과 생존을 낳는 것을 잘 알 수 있는 것이다. 즉 21세기에 와서 기업윤리경영의 문제는 단지 해당기업의 도덕적 선택의 수준이 아니라 이제는 하나의 경쟁력의 원천이며 경영전략상 필수가 되었다. 국제사회에서 있어서도 기업윤리는 기업의 경쟁력을 정하며 심지어 기업의 생존과 번영에 심각한 영향을 미치는 중요 요소로 대두되었다. 이제 우리나라에서도 CEO의 윤리경영 및 사회적 책임 그리고 기업 본연의 목표인 이윤 극대화의 관계를 어떻게 정립할 것인가에 대한 논의는 불가피한 쟁점이 되어버렸다. 그중에서도 CEO의 윤리경영이 기업성과와 어떤 연관이 있는 것인가에 대해 조금 깊이 생각해볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 이런 상황에 맞춰 CEO의 윤리경영이 기업경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 것이다. 이 논문을 읽다보면 조직구성원의 CEO의 윤리경영에 대한 인식의 수준에 따라 CEO와 경영진에 대한 신뢰수준이 높아지고, 그에 따라 당연히 조직구성원의 임무에 대한 몰입도가 높아지고 동료들과의 관계에서 일하는 즐거움도 생기면서 동시에 업무에 대한 보다 강한 추진력이 발휘되어 결국은 개인과 조직의 성과가 높아지면서 궁극적으로는 기업성과에 있어 성공적인 결과를 이끌어낸다는 것을 알 수 있게 된다. 즉 성공적인 기업성과를 위해서는 구성원사이의 ‘관계의 질’의 향상이 중요하며 그것을 구성하는 가장 중요한 요인이 바로 ‘신뢰’일 것이며 신뢰의 바탕은 기업에서의 CEO의 윤리경영일 것이다. 본 논문은 이런 배경을 바탕으로 하여 가설을 세우고 표본을 수집하고 분석하였으며 가설검증을 하였다. 가설은 조직구성원들의 윤리경영인식도의 수준은 조직신뢰의 정도에 영향을 미치며 이것은 기업성과에 영향을 미친다고 설정했다. 표본은 부산지역에 거주하는 중소기업의 종업원들을 대상으로 하였으며 자료 수집은 설문지조사를 실행했으며 자료의 분석은 요인추출법을 실행했다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 조직구성원들의 CEO의 윤리경영에 대한 인식의 정도는 CEO등 경영진에 대한 신뢰의 수준에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 그렇게 높아진 조직구성원들의 경영진에 대한 신뢰의 수준은 조직구성원들의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 부서간의 원활한 소통의 친조직적행동 등 업무집중력의 향상 및 기업신뢰성과 기업사회적합성에 또다시 긍정적 상승을 불러오고, 이런 결과들은 결국 기업경영성과에 긍정적 영향을 미친다. 또한 조직구성원들의 CEO의 윤리경영에 곤한 인식부분에서 조직구성원의 복지향상부분과 공정한 인사에서 높은 수준을 나타내며 상대적으로 사회복지부분에서는 낮은 인식수준을 나타냈다. 윤리경영은 일시적 유행이 아닌 시대적 요구사항이며, 선택사항이 아니라 21세기 기업 생존을 위한 필수 요건이 되었다. 즉 CEO의 윤리경영은 조직구성원들로부터 CEO에 대한 신뢰를 가져오며 윤리경영을 통해 조직구성원들과 기업의 성과와 가치를 다함께 나누며 합리적인 생활문화를 이룰 때 윤리경영을 실천하는 CEO의 기업은 장기적 존속과 재정적 이익 등 기업경영성과를 기대할 수 있다. 즉 본 연구를 통해 CEO의 윤리경영이 기업성과에 긍정적인 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

      • 대학 경영에의 마케팅 컨셉트 도입에 관한 연구

        Universities in Korea are confronting the new social environments. In the era in which the new educational-industry viewpoint on the university is on the rise, universities in Korea are trying to find a new strategy, to overcome the crisis of competitions in the educational society. The purpose of this thesis is to consider and examine the introduction of marketing viewpoint or marketing concept orientation to the university management as a university strategy. To get these objectives, the literature studies on the university marketing and questionnaire surveys have been executed. The first survey was for the knowledge about how much the university management is correspondent with the marketing concept, by sampling 40 of the secretary personnel who work for the university from five randomly nation-wide selected universities. And the second survey was conducted for any implications to plan strategy, by sampling 320 university students from the eight randomly nation-wide selected universities. The findings and suggestions of this study are as follows: ① The evaluation items and preferences on their university (especially, discourses, reputations, and alumni factors) are significantly different between male-students and female-students and according to the characteristics of each university. Then, the discrimination strategy can be recommended. In other words, Each university should put some characteristic treatment to the required subjects and develop some special program which can be the school career. ② The enrollment fee is evaluated too high as compared to the education quality. Almost of respondents prefer the national university to the private university. So, the private university should try to find out the new target group who want to major a little bit rare field which may be socially demanded in the future, and prepare new courses or programs in which more qualified students can be cultivated. ③ By now, there have been lacks of university promotions. The university students feel that the alumni, the possibilities of university growth, the university reputations, and university career are the important factors of their university selection. Then the university identity system may be recommended to promote university itself. ④ Many students are feeling that the service activities from university such as, in the application process, in the payment of scholarship, job commencement service, extra-curricular activity service are not enough. More fund raising activities to give more scholarship and expand better facilities and extracurricular work may be recommended for the Korean universities. ⑤ To get more enrollment, multi area campus strategy can be well evaluated in the more localized environment. ⑥ To satisfy the enrolled students, the university authority should improve the central library services and reserved library services in the information era. ⑦ To be more competitive, the financial employment should be efficiently worked. The new financial strategy which the university reserved budget can be invested more effectively, and aggressively should be executed.

      • 韓國企業의 經營環境變化에의 對處方案에 관한 硏究

        Modern business enterprises are absolutely influenced by many types of environmental and conditional changes. So they should seek their future by overcoming various difficulties arising from the environmental changes. It is generally recognized that enterprises in one nation have their own characteristics different from those of other nations. In order to enhance the efficiency of enterprise management and to cope with environmental changes of the business, it is necessary to analyze and examine the business characteristics of the nation. This thesis attempts to analyze the managerial characteristics of the enterprises in Korea in the respect of finance, production marketing, personnel management and organizational management. This thesis also analyze the environmental changes enterprises face on the basis of outside factors and inside factors. The outside factors of enterprises are politics, society and technology of the enterprises. The most important things that may be working as variables in Korea are oil prices, international monetary interest rate, dollor-won exchange rate, the advanced nations' pressure to open market in Korea, rapid development in technology, rapid growth of enterprise in Korea and competitive power in international market. What is inside factors of the enterprise in Korea? They are namely, changes of consciousness on the part of laborers, productivity and quality of the goods, technique and know-how, training of technician and securing manpower. The enterprises have to keep in mind the followings for continuous prosperity and growth. 1. Quality improvement and cost down to meet the advanced nations' pressure to open Korean market. 2. Appropriate management of foreign exchange. 3. More investment in high technology and know-how development 4. Production improvement and competition. 5. Production of varieties of goods on small scale and parts development. 6. Independent operation of labor union and management. 7. Internationalization of the enterprise business. To accomplish above-mentioned objectives effectively in our diversifying societies, the enterprise business in Korea should seek independent and desirable relationships with regard to social responsibilities before we face more pressures from the outside. By so doing we can implement and practice these principles in harmony with various environmental elements to whole business management in Korea.

      • 인터넷 전문은행에 맞선 BNK경남은행의 경쟁력 향상 연구 : ESG 경영을 중심으로

        The emergence of fintech-based Internet specialty banks and the new-normal phenomenon caused by COVID-19 are weakening the competitiveness of offline banks. In addition, due to a variety of factors, including the rise of digital capabilities and the importance of data, the rise of mobile as the largest customer touchpoint, the decline in competitive advantage over customer information due to the development of open banking, and the rise of millennials and the changing preferences and customer needs, traditional offline banks are losing their competitive edge and losing their place. Through this study, we will look at ways to improve competitiveness through ESG management for BNK Kyongnam Bank compared to the Internet-based Kakao Bank and K-Bank in addition to the new-normal. To this end, in this study, ESG management status was compared with other banks and Internet specialized banks based on the collection of literature data such as statistics. As a result of the analysis, BNK Kyongnam Bank will first of all say that it has an excellent sales network, which is the main competitive advantage. Other suggestions and implications for improving competitiveness from an ESG perspective are as follows. First, BNK Kyongnam Bank has a strong ESG management style and thus has a significant impact on its contribution to the province. This has the limitation that the responsibilities and responsibilities of the region are somewhat limited from the perspective of realizing the social responsibility of the financial sector. Second, contrary to the above factors, if you look at specialized banks on the Internet, they focus on a digital society based on the Internet, and they are based on the part that is more public-friendly. In addition, the current implications of the comparison point with BNK Kyongnam Bank, which focuses on ESG management methods, are of great significance in this study. Third, in addition to that, from the perspective of resolving the problem of gold alienation, the Internet specialized bank in question can be seen as having considerable significance, and it is also significant in that it considers the model that BNK should uphold in the future regarding the conflicting parts of BNK Kyongnam Bank. Through this study, in order for BNK Kyongnam Bank to differentiate itself from the model of a suitable bank based on individualism, it will be necessary to establish a future direction based on the environment, society and governance. 핀테크 기반의 인터넷 전문은행 등장과 코로나19로 인한 뉴-노멀 현상으로 오프라인 은행의 경쟁력이 약화되고 있다. 또한 디지털 역량 및 데이터의 중요성 부각, 가장 큰 고객 접점으로서의 모바일 부상, 오픈뱅킹의 발달로 인한 고객정보에 대한 경쟁우위 감소, 밀레니얼의 부상으로 소비자 선호도 및 고객니즈의 변화 등 다양한 요인으로 기존 오프라인 은행은 경쟁력을 점점 상실하여 설 곳을 잃어가고 있다. 본 연구를 통해서, 뉴-노멀과 더불어 인터넷을 기반으로 한 카카오뱅크 그리고 케이뱅크와 비교하여 BNK경남은행에 대한 ESG 경영을 통한 경쟁력 향상 방안에 대해 살펴본다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 통계 등 문헌자료 수집을 기반으로 타은행 및 인터넷 전문은행과의 ESG 경영현황을 비교하였다. 분석결과, BNK경남은행은 우선 우수한 영업 네트워크를 보유하고 있다는 것이 가장 주된 경쟁력이라 하겠다. 그 외 ESG 관점에서의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 제언과 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 BNK경남은행은 ESG 경영방식에 있어서 강점을 지니고 이에 따라 지방에 대한 기여도에 유의미한 영향을 준다. 이는 크게 금융권의 사회적 책임 실현이라는 관점에서 지역에 따른 책임 및 책무가 다소 제한적이라는 한계점을 가진다. 둘째, 상기 요소에 반해서 인터넷 전문 은행을 본다면 인터넷에 입각한 디지털 사회에 주안점을 두며, 대중 친화적인 부분에 근간을 둔다. 또한 ESG 경영방식에 주안점을 둔 BNK 경남은행과의 비교점 시사는 본 연구에서 큰 의의를 가진다. 셋째, 그 외에도 금용소외에 대한 문제 해소라는 관점에서 해당 인터넷 전문 은행은 상당한 의의를 가진다고 볼 수 있으며 이에 대해서 BNK 경남 은행이 가진 상충되는 부분에 대해서 향후 BNK가 견지해야하는 모델에 대해서 고찰한다는 부분에서 또한 의의를 가진다. 본 연구를 통해서 BNK 경남은행이 개인주의에 따라 적합한 은행의 모델과의 차별성을 가지려면 환경과, 사회 그리고 지배구조를 필두로 향후 방향성을 수립해야 할 것이다. 주요어: BNK경남은행, ESG경영, CSR, 금융, 금융의 디지털화, 사회적 책임, 인터넷은행, 환경, 사회, 지배구조

      • 호텔 식음료 부문의 재무성과에 관한 연구

        In the past most of running a hotel's revenue is expense but gradually hotel's business field is diversified and expanded therefore nowadays relative importance of selling F & B instead of limited selling on the income increases, attach great importance to the management of F & B. So this study is obstacle lying in the Food and beverage department and present a new operational plan for the future F & B management. This study revels the employees as a whole are misunderstanding the role of business as a profit center. When Korea faced severe financial crisis three years, became a hot is sue. Korea's hotel industry has had much difficulty in creating operating profit. The aim of this study is to find out what influential factors are, how much they have impact on component percentage analysis set managerial strategies to enhance operating profit. The following key suggestions have been derived from the analysis of financial statements of Korea's hotel businesses. First, while the ratio of owner's equity is very high, the ratio of debts is very low, compared with other industries. Consequently, because the circumstances of using financial capital have not permitted, the tourist industry has not been supplied with loan advance. Second, the liquidity ratio of them is low and they are likely to go into the liquidity risk in refunding their short - term liabilities. These factors are analyzed positively by multiple regression analysis to verify variables that have much influence on the economic value added, which much attention has been to. As the results, in the case of chain hotels, revenue per available room, total capital vs fixed debt ratio, and times interest earned have much impact on the economic value added, while in the case of non- chain hotels, the ratio of operating profit to total assets, the ratio of the turnover of inventory affect the economic value added. In conclusion, by analyzing various variables and factor son financial statements that affect the economic value added by multiple regression analysis, we think that the economic value added proves to be superior to the concept of the existing net profit. First, the sample Hotels are representative five- star hotels located in Busan, they are reluctant to open their financial information as well as unlisted, and we had to perform their profitability analysis as the basis of their audit reports . Due to the disclosure of their imperfect financial statements, we could not perform the statement analysis relevant to their future profitability analysis perfectly. But we can overcome these limitations since they perform their profitability analysis as the basis of their internal materials such as the future management plan, and the past business performance. Second, the reasoning power of this paper is not sufficient because only the financial statements from 2000 to 2002 were analyzed and the ratio analysis includes fragmentary factors. It is expected that the concept of the profitability model of our hotel industry will be enlarged. Finally, I suggest that it will be possible for the hotel to continue to secure its position as successful in the future only when it maintain the scale F& B department at the facilities for hotel guest and increase the investment in the department, hard and soft ware.

      • 相互信用金庫企業의 經營合理化 方案에 관한 硏究

        Mutual savings and finance companies have been established for the economic convenience of the working classes and small commercial and industrial people with positive finance of personal debt in 1972. The role and position in the financial organization has been concrete by support of various promotive policies from the Government in connection with improved level of national incomes. One of evidences came from the fact that as of the end of 1984, proportions that mutual savings and finance companies among small-loan financial firms are 35.2% and 32.7% in loan and deposit respective1y. However after Governmental anouncement on autonomious policies in regulation of the financial firms in 1982, members of the first group in the financial firms are not only diversifying their financial products but, to make things worse, dealing with products that the second group in the financial firms did exclusively before In inevitable competition with the first group, mutual savings and finance companies, one of the second groups in the financial firms, is expected to have much more difficulties in almost every aspect, especially in inviting savings fund and getting loan customers. The purpose of the study is to find and analyze problems that mutual savings and finance companies have recently, and then make suggestions for the reasonable management of the companies. Problems that mutual savings and finance companies have today can be summarized as follows. (1) There is unbalance in the fund usage caused by long-term loan based on short-term deposit. (2) Many restrictions imposed on currently available products cause many difficulties in flexible adaptation to the change of financial circumstances. (3) Non-elasticity of interest rate prevents the companies from the active invitation of savings. (4) Due to the larger growing size and more rapid change in the financial firms environment, the more complicated are managerial tasks, In consequence the more experts are needed in the field. But most companies are depending on their out-of-date management pattern such as family-oriented, administration by non-expert manager. (5) Many mutual savings and finance companies, increased in number surprisingly after given more freedom of setting up, tend to be a subsidiary to the larger company. As a result, different from its original purpose, its function is being mislead t o the monetary source of its holding company. (6) Public relationship activities to get the public confidence and more customers are not satisfactory. The suggestions in order to solve the above problems and achieve the reasonable management of mutual savings and finance companies are shown below. (1) Invitation capability of savings should be increased by diversifying its financial products and keeping interest rate at the attractive level. For this, managerial autonomy should be enhanced by reasonably adjusting various restrictions and regulations from the Government. (2) Expert-orinted management should be evolved in response to the more specializing tasks of the companies. (3) For efficient management of fully utilizing special characterestics that a customer who should have money on deposit can ask for a loan, current marketing strategies that have emphasis on customers for deposit should be corrected toward customers for loan. (4) To activate regional finance, the function for inviting family savings based on local communities should be strengthened. These suggestions are expected to be helpful to mutual savings and finance companies that should meet the rapidly changing financial environment, and perform its own socioeconomic role more smoothly.

      • 우리나라 經營參加制度의 運營과 發展方向

        Under the present age of globalization and endless competition beyond national borders, advanced countries have chosen steadfast development of labor-management relations as one of the essential strategies for national development. In other words, they are all the more accelerating to build up a participant and cooperative labor-management system based on human-respecting company culture and organization, while cultivating superior manpower through various education and training sponsored by the government and industries as well. Such new paradigm to meet the changing needs of the era is mostly realized by the so-called management participation system. Basically, the labor-management relationships are different from country to country according to its history, culture, tradition, system of values, and level of industrialization. However, they have something to do with the trend of global development. Therefore, this study first analyzes the concept, necessity, and characteristics of business management participation. Again, the types of the management participation system in such advanced countries as Germany, England, the USA, France, and Japan were examined in relation with system traits, labor-management relations, and any suggestions for us. Based on this theoretical speculation, the historical changes and general aspects of Korea's two representative management participation systems, collective bargaining and labor-management conference, were studied with a focus on their management and future development directions. As a result, for productive and cooperative labor-management relations in Korea, the environment of a reasonable system is a must. The management participation system is believed to help produce cooperative labor-management relationships in our country. In addition, according to the progress of Korea's industrial democracy, business management of workers is expected to exert its influence on each company, industries, and government's labor-related policies. In sum, building up our own reasonable management participation system fitting Korea's cultural properties and realities will contribute to the security and progress of labor-management relations in the future.

      • 우리나라 중소병원의 경영 개선 방안

        There are over 190,000 beds belonging to 875 hospitals and clinics including general hospitals and tertiary medical centers as of the end of 2000 in Korea. Among them, small and medium private hospitals amount to 78.6 percent of all the hospitals and they play a central role in the medical industry. However, they suffer extremely from the inequality of governmental policy, the patients' inclination to use a large hospital, and a political change such as the separation of dispensary from medical practice and the sales system of medical and pharmaceutical products at the actual price. In this respect, this study aims to investigate some problems in management of small and medium hospitals in Korea and to lay out a proper plan to improve them after examining the actual condition of managing them and pursuing plan for improvement of managing them, in order to help small and medium hospitals raise their general competitive power. Judging from the function and roles of small and medium hospitals, their existence is closely related to the medical welfare of residents in small and medium cities as well as the matter of their managers' existence. 'Therefore, they should be cultivated under protection, and in order to do this several suggestions must be made to the Government as follows: First, a tax benefit for small and medium hospitals should be promptly provided. Second, a proper fee for medical insurance must be fixed. Third, the range of allowance of medical insurance must be broadened at the same time of proper fee system. Fourth, a graded additional rate system of medical fee should be reexamined. Fifth, the system of medical communication must be firmly conducted. Sixth, inroads of the plutocratic enterprises into the hospital industry must be controlled. Finally, small and medium hospitals should map out their strategy for the change of hospital environment in the given situation and make the most of their advantage such as easy understanding of hospital market, a rapid decision, easy management and simple process of medical consultation and cure in order to survive and develop here in Korea.

Through the theoretical study, the factors to be considered about the present situation of the gas station market in Pusan are grasped and the problems of management based on them are concretely established.         Hotel enterprise, compared with other enterprises, has much proportions of the fixed assets while its capital revolving rates and profitability are lower. In spite of the above facts, there are shown some enterprises to advance into the hotel and these phenomena are being continued. When we consider their management strategics these enterprises is drawn from the internal factors of the management. The kinds of internal factors are as follows : ① responsibility for the society, long-term prospect in the service spirits. ② as the grace of land is raised outstandingly todays, they are attracted that results and so ensure land For the purpose of real estate investment, and it is convenient to with draw from construction investments, so as to avoid its unused. ③ according to the price of land increases, they can lend construction funds and according to the prices increases consistently they can anticipate (expect) debtor's surplus in the future by the backgrounds of the increment of land mortage ability and an easy-money. They, however, are prepared for a deficit from the beginning year to 3∼5 years, and they as a starting enterprise can have advantage over others that is opened at that times. As a result of above we can say that they endure (stand) the fixed assets, that is, the pressure of construction investment cost. It is the national and social requests to supply and repair the hotel, that is, lodging facilities as a part of modern life, having sound an good quality. In addition, considering the withdrawal ability of construction investment cost, if managers didn't account for the occurrence of debtor's surplus as a result of continuous raise of the prices and they intended to withdraw construction cos^(+) in normal cyles, it wall take over the periods of 10 years. Long-term management plan required for detailed analysis for every argument thoroughly. Especially, the withdrawal of actual value of investment construction cost as sufficient for the withdrawal of the beginning construction cost without occurring the inflation and fluctuation of currency value. Therefore, this study results in the followings : First, in the management of hotel, to estimate and standardize hotel standard construction cost occupying the most parte of the fixed assets and give it consistency from planing to opening the hotel so that it make and distribute properly multifunction fromand increase management efficiency in long-term hotel management. Second, hotel standard construction cost contributes to the analysis of the grade makings and break even point, and chooses hotel to be more convenient to user of hotel and anticipates long-term management efficiency to the president of a enterprise. Hotel should be suited to the public profits and also increase the management efficiency in the internal management. Therefore, the following alternatives should be considered : ① consider a prospect by thoroughly analyzing the condition of location. ② consider a suitable level of construction, that is, construction, cost reduction related to standard construction. ③ Based on the concept of marketing which results in the change of market, at must be in functional accordance more in multrfunction type which maximizes the convenience of human activity and management profit per unit-area than in the lodging function type. ④ To plan the rationalization of the administrative control by the way of the hotel union. ⑤ To use ultimately the space to get the east profit. ⑥ To regard the characteristics of hotel, that is, individualization. This study's limitation and problem for the future re following. ① It was a difficulty to exchange the current price of fixed assets because the current standard of account is not based on marketism. When each hotel manager has different visual point, it is the limit of coefficient correction to bring floe the difficulties to compare construction cost at same visual point. ② At is hard to generalize the variety of hotel concept and research study nation-widely for the hotel to study is limited to three hotels in the same region. I think we should contrive to try hard for the correlation between the hotel construction cost and efficiency of management for the future through trial study to establish the concept and thought to estimate hotel construction cost.
