        In this study, as long as examines abstract of FTA that have contracted with our country, and is fermented on June 1, including goods agreement tariffs application of ASEAN FTA finally, examining difference of goods agreement tariffs application with a benefit of goods agreement tariffs application for smooth performance of FTA raise wish to. We have to be knowing well all contents about place of origin perfectly to enhance FTA of benefit goods agreement tariffs. To be applied FTA goods agreement tariffs, agreement country by place of origin decision standard that decide in agreement must become place of origin. Method that can prevent goods agreement tariffs application mistake ① whether is goods agreement tariffs application item of conclusion of a treaty opponent ② whether place of origin decision standard by regulation of goods agreement is what ③ and whether should be issued certificate of origin to someone ④ certificate of origin style use something confirm must.

        In modern manufacturing practice it is sometimes necessary to send products to another country for special processing which cannot be performed inside the territory of the zone and Outward Processing(OP) covers such situation. What's more, process and Rules of Origin(RoO) of OP is implicated in Korea' Free Trade Agreement(Korea-Singapore, Korea-EFTA and Korea-Asean FTA) because of the goods to be producted in Kaesong Industrial Complex.         In this study, I concretely analyzed customs import declaration system under current customs law. And I analyzed customs brokers's role and importance that receive consignor's request and am acting for customs clearing procedure for imports. And I presented consignor's cooperation plan with customs brokers for mistake prevention of import declaration. Conclusively, consignor need following cooperation plan. That is, first, enough knowledge about current customs import declaration system second, right import declaration third, enough consultation with customs brokers and fifth, active practical use of various review system etc. Customs brokers need following cooperation plan.       • 지속가능한 지역축제를 위한 메인 프로그램이 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구

        Since the age of local autonomy was opened, many local governing bodies have spent a lot of financial investment and effort developing regional festivals as means of facilitating the place marketing and regional economic development, in order to aim at maximizing the effects with limited resources. However, the negative points about the themes of regional festivals and the service factors of programs have been increasingly made. It is commonly pointed out that the current regional festivals are not diverse in the contents of the festivals, and planned and proceed in an uniform way. Therefore, this study is aimed at analyzing the following points; firstly, whether or not the factors of main programs in regional festivals reflect the main themes and images of the festivals well, secondly, how the factors of main programs in the regional festivals affect the satisfaction of the regional festivals, and thirdly, how the program matching with the image of regional festivals affect the satisfaction of regional festivals.         This study tried to examine the factors that determine the co-branding on food and beverage in a hotel in Korea. This paper suggests to factors what the co-branding on food and beverage in a hotel. From the review of the literature a research hypotheses were formulated. The research model consists of two independent variables such as professional group in college and hotel industry and dependent variable as expectancy of co-branding of between the hotel and food and beverage and factors that choose the brand. To analyze the survey, factor analysis were conducted. As a result, the survey showed several findings that expectancy effects of co-branding of between the hotel and food and beverage have meaningful each other.

        This study is an effect of internet marketing for e-trade. Also, this paper study general the point at issue of internet marketing. The thing to succeed uses the e-Trade and must have own peculiar marketing knowhow. Marketing methods depend on the objection and tools of marketing and on the capabilities of traders objection - age and location of customer, types of distributing products, tools(Internet management) - mailing list, usenet, information search engine, FTP, general DB (yellow pages), special DB(web directory of enterprises), trade intermediary site, trader's abilities - computer literacy, communicating in more than one language, professional business practices. The exporting companies regard cost reduction as one of the most important factors in deciding a payment method in trading business.
