        The purpose of this study is to propose the methods of knowledge Management(KM) in pursuit of effective management and to analyze the contribution to creating a new value-added by the employees of the Korean Mint Corporation who actively participated in KM. The conclusion of the study in purpose of contributing to rooting KM in a company effectively is as follows: First, CEOs continuous interest and strong will toward KM is vital. Second, A vision though knowledge sharing should be proposed. Third, Positive public information activities should be accompanied. Fourth, KM can be successful under active participation by the employees and their masters spirit. Lastly, Business strategies should be established based on knowledge. If different KMs exist between departments, they can be integrated because the activities utilizing knowledge are integrated with business affairs. In particular, it should be very important that the employees taking advantage of knowledge are known to self-satisfaction or self-compensation such as promotion and bonuses by contributing to KM, thus participating voluntarily in KM.

      • 의료서비스품질 측정에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to introduce concept of hospital services and determine the relationships among quality, satisfaction, and repurchase intention in hospital service. The data were gathered from out-patients who had used women's hospital services. They were asked to assess service quality, customer satisfaction, service value, and repurchase intention. A total of 348 usable questionnaires were gathered. These hypothesized relationships concerning service quality, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention were verified by covariance modeling, using SPSS 10.0 and AMOS 4.0 program. The analytic methods for the study were confirmatory analysis and covariance structural analysis. The results of the study were as follows: First, The concept of hospital services theoremed. Second, Service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and total service quality. Third, total service quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction and service value. Fourth, Customer satisfaction and service value had a significant effect on repurchase intention.

      • 휴대폰 3사 TV-CM 광고효과 측정 : CLT방식으로

        This study examined the effect of TV-CM advertising using central location test. The subjects who participated in this experiment were 107 undergraduate management students(49men and 58 women) at the University of Namseoul, most of whom were between 18 and 21 years old. Subjects received course credits in return for their participation. The subjects were selected convenience sampling. The research design consisted of two between subjects factor assembled in a 2×2 design. Two age groups were selected for study, age low thru 20, age 21 thru hi. T-test were performed to evaluated the significance of differences between the mean rating given to the advertising by the subjects. Subjects' recall and recognition of the eight advertisements were assessed with the following measures: (a) Free recall-subjects were asked to write down all they could remember about all brand name, product types, and advertisements; (b) Recognition of product types including the three associated with the target advertisements, was shown to the subjects; (c) Recognition of advertisements. The experimental stimulus were three TV CM advertisement. Conducting research using typical stimuli under as realistic conditions as possible.

        Abstract This paper examines the existing empirical evidences on potential leading indicators of currency crisis. During the second half of 1997, most East Asian countries faced so severe currency crashes that their fast growing economies have suffered a lot of losses. Furthermore, the world economy has been Increasingly integrated through the financial transactions as well as trade. This tends to result in spillover or contagion effect of the crises. So the countries whose economic fundamentals are potentially weak are more likely to be vulnerable to the external crises. Therefore, many researches have been done to identify possible leading indicators and then warn a country's crisis. To do this, the section 2 explains the causes of currency crises that have been presented in the theoretical literatures. Crises are likely to be caused by weak economic fundamentals, changes in world market conditions and instability of international financial market. From the possible causes of currency crises, section 3 summarizes the potential variables which carl be used as leading indicators. Unfortunately, this paper does not provide its own empirical results. Instead, comparing with the existing empirical evidences tested by some economists, the paper conclude by identifying the potential leading indicators such as changes in real exchange rate, export growth and M 2/international reserves. And increases in both short-term debts denoted in foreign currencies, especially dollar, and the level of banks' nonperforming loans can be used as supporting early warning indicators. On the other hand, fiscal deficit/GDP, current account/GDP and external debt/GDP are not statistically significant. Contrary to one's expectation, however, changes in world interest rates do not seem to be proper leading indicators because they show a tendency to warn an impending crisis.

        This research has covered outdoor advertisements being diversitied and updated with industrial development and focused on subway advertisements which are going up as representative advertisements This research has covered general examination on transportation advertisements and present situations of transportation advertisements in Korea, also, investigated history, types, specificify and present status of transportation advertisements Questionnaire survey was made and carried out to find out general problems and to correct them for sponsors Transportation advertisements are widening their fields with development of various media and subway advertisement also is expected to develop, is a core in transportation advertisements with openning of the second subway However, the study in this field is too deficient to cope with fast-changing trend, therefore, the academic study is supposed to be carried out to meet development of various medias With this view, It goes without saying that transportations advertisements has it's own significance I will very appreciate your general understanding of subway advertisements and grouping the direction of development through this insufficient survey also really expect that consecutive academic study will be made by the others

        Not all advertising attempts to accomplish the same objectives. Although each advertising or campaign tries to reach goals unique to its sponsor, there are two basic functions that advertising performs, along with several subfunctions. Product advertising aims to inform or stimulate the market about the sponsor's product. The intent is clearly to sell a particular product, to the exclusion of competitors' products. Conversely, institutional advertising is designed to create a positive attitude toward the seller. The intent is to promote the sponsoring organization rather than the things it sellers. Public service advertising communicates a message on behalf of some good cause. These advertisements are created for free by advertising professionals, and the space and time are donated by the media. In fact, advertising is a large and varied industry. All of these areas demand creative, original messages that are strategically sound and well executed.

And new hardening way which is used infrared rays is introduced. New way apply tube-heater in hardening the marble products. According to the example of 'D' company, excellency of this way is established.

        Regardless of physical or psychological stimulus, stress will induce similar response in human body, and may cause a positive or negative effect on job performance, which is varied by the stress coping ability of individual. Individual always suffers from various stresses whatever individual do; therefore individual has to develop stress coping strategies to bring a positive effect in his or her life. Also, job working is influenced by organizational stress as well as individual stress; they need make efforts to manage stress effectively. Job stress is defined as the stress during job performance; the stress leads to mental, physiological and behavioral symptom on individual that affects individual or organizational job performance. Potential stimulus of job stress are various such as overload of work, trouble in family matters, lack of autonomy, threat of unemployment, conflict between coworkers, and conflict between organizations. They are divided into three major categories: job, non-job, and individual factors. Job stress in the sport field can be explained in two viewpoints: the performance ability of athletes relating to sport performance and the ability to manage a work excepting sport performance. First, the stress relating to the performance ability of athletes is likely caused rather by organizational characteristics than individual characteristics. For example, most athletes suffer from fear of loss, their competition, fear of punishment, studies and entering a school of higher grade, economic burden, conflict within group members, and injury. However, injury is a major cause for athletes' stress. Most stresses relating to the ability to manage a work are of relational causes including leadership of leader and refereeing, ability of judge to make decision, non recognition from manager, unsuitable strategy, player's complains and error, bad speech and attitude, and assignment of work. Coping methods with job stress in the sport field have two major dimensions: the problem-focused approach and the emotion-focused approach. These can be also subdivided into the cognitive coping approach and the behavioral coping approach. The positive approach and the problem-focused approach are more used than avoidance as coping methods in the sport field, which are challenging coping method. However, most of the studies about stress coping methods in the sport field are focused rather on individual dimensions of stress management than on group dimensions. Therefore, various stress strategies and effects of stress management should be studied on the dimension of group in the future, because stress is an individual problem but athletes sometimes face stress in their lives and organic problems, which are very difficult to be controlled by themselves.

      • 전자상거래 구현에 따른 신 결제시스템에 관한 연구

        In the modern world of Electronic Commerce, information technology has made it possible to pay for the sale of goods and services over the internet, electronic payments are available in on line transactions. Electronic commerce has been threatening to address the transaction inefficiencies in international trade that is conducted through letter of credit(L/C) and other forms of traditional paper based financial instruments. The replacement of traditional paper documents with electronic alternatives is becoming more of a rapid within a number of business sectors. The payment systems such as Credit Card, Debit Card, Electronic Money, SWIFT, Electronic Fund Transfers enable partly sellers, buyers and service providers to settle payment electronically through the internet. I suggested legal measures on the Electronic Money can be considered in two ways One way is to make a special law of the transfer of the Electronic Money or to regulate new rules to protect consumers. The other way is to apply to the existing legal system and to revise the banking law or related stipulations. I expect that SWIFT could be achieved and developed the Electronic L/C based on SWIFT system in future because system is in a powerful position with member banks network, to set the standards for payment systems. The Trade Card network provides a business-to-business(B2B) e-commerce infrastructure that enable buyers and sellers to conduct and settle international trade transactions securely over the internet. A key issue for electronic payment systems is how to make payment electronically in manner that is efficient, reliable, secure. In conclusion, I suggest the electronic payment systems such as Electronic Money, Trade Card and Electronic letter of credit through SWIFT enable seller and buyer to conduct and settle international of business-to-business(B2B) Electronic Commerce in case of solving above problems.
