The purpose of this study is to find the freshmen's personality traits of the department of nursing of 2009. The personality traits of this study are the four indicators, the sixteen personality types and the functional types of MBTI. The findings of this study are as follows : 1. On the freshmen's distribution of the indicators of MBTI, the most frequent indicators are I (introversion), S(sensing), F(feeling) and J(judging). 2. On the freshmen's distribution of the personality types of MBTI, the most frequent types are ISTJ, ISFJ, ESFJ and ESFP. 3. On the freshmen's distribution of the functional types of MBTI, the most frequent functional types are ST and SF.

The purpose of this study is firstly to analyze the status and attitudes of freshmen of 2003 and secondly through this analysis to make a plan that helps freshmen's adjustment to the life of college. The main informations analyzed in this study was collected by a questionnaire. Informations asked are as follows : freshmen's individual traits, the environment of freshmen's family, the opinion of career, life of college, the choice of college and subjects of study, freshmen's attitueds toward the society. The findings of this study are summarized as follows : 1. The residences of most of freshmen was in his house. And some freshmen were in the boarding room. 2. The atmosphere of freshmen's family were autonomic and acceptable. 3. The conisderations when freshmen select the occupational career were the aptitude, the original character and the economic reward. 4. Most important things in life of college were preparing occupational career and gathering academic knowledge. 5. The reason on choice of Kimcheon Science College were the importance of subject and the capability of entrance into office. 6. Most of freshmen select the subject with some informations of that subject. 7. Freshmen's attitudes toward the society were positive. And most of freshmen want to participate in social activity.

The childcare emerges not as personal issue but as social issue affecting the social developement due to changing family structure and value system as well as decreasing number of children number of working women. Thus, the purpose of this study is to suggest an operation improvement of the employer-supported childcare centers. First, the problem of employer-supported childcare was examined. Second, the roles of the ChildCare Support Center in Gimcheon Chamber of Commerce & Industry were stated. Finally, the policy alternatives to solve the problems were suggested.

대학교에서의 정보센터 정착을 위한 효율적 대책 방안에 관한 연구

This study is to define stages of development and roles of information center in demestic university on basic of characteristics and developments of information center of university in the United States. In the study, I define the problem and its solution about information center and importance of university educational institutions. Expanding personal computing inside of each university, it has generated problems of administration on computer classroom and sequent structural control, management and supporting institution without confining an individual's use of personal computer. The stages of development of information center, relating to current those of the United States, is divided into beginning, expansion, control, and maturity. The development of information center means decentralization of the centralized roles. To investigate for environmental analysis on computer education in domestic university is as follows. First, the number of personal computers is one per 50 persons on an average, and one per 2 persons in phohang institute of technology. Secondly, allocated portions in disk are 4. 7Mb, 1.3set per 100 persons in the event of CRT, and one per 2 persons in universities of the United States. At present, information centers in domestic universities are not independent administration unit as a part of organization within the electronic computer bureau, but merely serves a role as resources institutions. Accordingly, importance of information agency can be estimated in deconcentralization and the independent organinzation to confront an unexpected change of information society. Universities have to accomplish administer information centers to assist professors and laboratories by providing essential information.
