스포츠윤리학을 위한 질적연구방법론

본 연구의 목적은 스포츠윤리학의 방법론 제공을 위해 질적연구방법론을 살펴보는 데 있다. 실증주의의 한계를 인정한 후 태동한 질적연구는 모든 학문분야에서 활용하고 있다는 점에서 스포츠윤리학의 학문적 토대를 공고히 하는데 질적연구가 방법적 활용을 넘어 연구방식, 초점, 스포츠윤리의 주요 질문들을 다양한 방식으로 탐구하는 통로가 되어줄 것이다. 이를 위해 2장에서는 스포츠윤리학에서 질적연구의 필요성을 논하고 탐구되어야 할 질적연구방법 여섯 가지를 스포츠윤리 연구 질문과 함께 제시한다. 3장에서는 스포츠윤리학자들이 질적연구방법을 수행할 때 필요한 자질과 역량을 자기연구 입장에서 논하며, 4장에서는 질적연구방법이 스포츠윤리학에 기여할 수 있는 방법론적, 학문적 및 실천적 시사점을 제시한다. The purpose of this study is to explore qualitative research methodologies to provide for sport ethics. Qualitative research, which began after acknowledging the limitations of positivism is used in all academic fields, so qualitative research will be a channel to explore major questions of research methods, focus, and sport ethics. Chapter 2 suggests six qualitative research methods to be explored in sport ethics. Chapter 3 discusses the qualities and capabilities needed for sports ethic researchers to conduct qualitative research methods from a self-research perspective. Chapter 4 explains academic implications that qualitative research methods can contribute to sport ethics.

스포츠윤리 교육프로그램 개발

본 논문의 목적은 스포츠 현장에서 다양한 방식으로 활용할 수 있는 중·고등학교 학생선수를 위한 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램을 개발하는 데 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해, 첫째, 스포츠윤리교육 관련 문헌 및 선행연구를 고찰함으로써 학생선수들의 윤리적 민감성과 판단력을 증진할 수 있는 교육내용을 구성하였다. 둘째, 해외 스포츠윤리교육의 교수방법으로 주목을 받고 있는 사례기반학습에 대한 분석을 토대로 사례기반 교수방법을 효과적으로 활용하기 위한 다양한 사례들을 개발하였다. 셋째, 개발한 교육내용과 교수방법을 바탕으로 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램을 개발하고 이를 현장에 적용하여 그 효과를 분석하였다. 넷째, 스포츠윤리교육의 효과 분석과 전문가 검토를 통해 수정·보완의 과정을 거쳐 최종 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램을 개발하였다. 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램을 적용한 결과, 교육 실시 전(M=3.23)보다 교육 실시 후(M=6.93) 학생선수들의 스포츠윤리성 점수가 높게 나타났으며, 대응표본 t-검증 결과 유의수준 0.01에서 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 스포츠윤리교육에 대한 만족도 조사결과, 전체 문항의 평균값은 4.23으로 스포츠윤리교육에 대체적으로 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 으로 나타나 학습에 대한 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 학생선수를 위한 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램 모형을 개발함으로써 스포츠윤리교육의 활성화를 도모하고, 스포츠윤리 관련 교재 및 교육자료 개발의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this paper is to develop and apply a sports ethics education program for prospective sports athletes and high school students that can be used in various ways in the sports field. First, we developed a sports ethics education program based on case-oriented learning that can be used in various cases in sports ethics education at sports sites. Second, the program guidance developed was applied to the sports scene, and the effect was analyzed through pre- and post-sports ethics awareness surveys and questionnaires. As a result of applying sports ethics education program learning, the sports ethics consciousness score was shown to be 3.7 points higher on average after applying than before application (M = 3.23), and the corresponding sample t- verification results were found to be statistically significant at a significance level of 0.01. Therefore, learning sports ethics education programs has had a positive impact on improving sports ethics awareness among middle and high school athletes. The results of the Education Satisfaction Survey showed that the overall question average result was 4.23, resulting in higher satisfaction with learning. This shows that the sports ethics education program of this t-study has increased learners' interest and satisfaction in learning in terms of methods.

스포츠선수의 윤리의식에 관한 연구: 엘리트 수영선수를 중심으로

이 연구는 스포츠계 비윤리적 사건, 사고가 지속적으로 발생함에 따라 스포츠선수의 윤리의식을 심층적으로 탐색함으로써 스포츠윤리의식 확립을 위한 방향을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 스포츠윤리와 관련된 선행논문, 연구보고서, 서적, 인터넷 자료에 관한 문헌고찰을 실시함으로써 스포츠계에서 발생하는 비윤리적 행위의 유형과 그 원인을 파악하고 스포츠선수의 윤리의식 분석을 위한 이론적 틀을 도출하였다. 다음으로 현재 대한체육회에 등록된 수영선수 10명을 유목적 표집법을 통해 연구대상으로 선정하여 심층면담과 참여관찰을 활용한 질적 연구를 수행함으로써 스포츠선수의 윤리의식 구조를 탐색하고, 스포츠계 윤리의식 고취를 위한 방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구는 스포츠선수의 비윤리적 행위 유형으로 승부조작, 부정청탁, (성)폭력, 도핑, 개인적 일탈행위를 도출하였으며, 그 해결방안으로는 스포츠선수의 자아존중감 및 자아효능감 증진, 스포츠윤리교육 의무화, 선후배간 멘토링제도, 스포츠맨십·페어플레이상 제정 및 운영 활성화를 제시하였다. 본 연구가 스포츠계 공정성 확보와 윤리의식 고취를 위한 제도적 방안 모색의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다. The author of the paper realized the need for research on the ethical consciousness of elite swimmers through various ethical problems he experienced during his career as an actual swimmer. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the types and causes of unethical behavior of elite swimmers as ethical problems emerge within elite swimming organizations, and to present the correct direction of sports ethics. As a research method, a qualitative research method was adopted to derive results based on actual cases of elite swimmers. Specific data collection was conducted focusing on recording media such as papers and newspapers related to sports ethics and interviews of 10 athletes currently working on business teams among elite swimmers, and as a result, the following conclusions were obtained. First, match fixing, illegal solicitation, (sexual) violence, and deviant behavior appeared as types of unethical behavior of elite swimmers. Second, the causes and solutions of unethical behavior of elite swimmers were first presented as self-esteem and self-efficacy, mandatory sports ethics education, mentoring between seniors and juniors, and sportsmanship and fair play awards.

스포츠윤리성 측정도구 개발 및 타당성 검증

본 연구의 목적은 운동선수를 대상으로 스포츠윤리성 측정도구를 개발하여 그 타당성을 검증하는 데 있다. 도구개발의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증하기 위한 양적 연구로서 대상은 서울·경기지역 프로스포츠에 포함된 골프, 농구, 배구, 야구, 축구 5개 종목 고등학교 1학년~3학년을 편의표집으로 선정하였다. 1차 조사 110명, 2차 조사 410명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 부적합 문항을 제외 후 최종 분석 자료로 활용하였다. 측정도구는 Rest의 도덕성 4구성요소와 스포츠 가치판단 측정도구(HBVCI-16)를 참조하여 개발하였다. 자료처리는 IBM for SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 21.0을 사용하였으며, 주성분분석, 확인적요인분석, 빈도분석, 차이검증, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과는 기존에 많은 선행연구들에서 사용된 용어인‘도덕성’을 스포츠와 관련된 윤리적인 특성을 고려하여‘스포츠윤리성’이라고 규정하고, 스포츠윤리성의 구성요소를 스포츠윤리 감수성, 판단력, 동기화, 품성화로 변경하였다. 각 구성요소별 측정요인으로 감수성의 측정요인은 상하관계지각과 수평관계지각, 판단력의 측정요인은 가치판단, 동기화의 측정요인은 순수성과 진실성 그리고 품성화의 경우 규칙준수와 공정성으로 측정요인을 선정하였다. 선정된 구성요소별 측정요인의 타당성 및 신뢰도검증을 위해 주성분요인분석을 실시하였고, 적합도 미달 문항을 삭제하였다. 이후 2차 주성분 요인분석 결과 KMO 표본 적합성 검정지수가 .686 으로 나와 각 요인들이 매우 적합함을 알 수 있었다. 또한, Bartlett 의 단위행렬 검증 통계량이 4911.846 으로 나와 p<.001 수준에서 통계적으로 단위행렬이 아님을 확인하여 요인분석에 적합함을 알 수 있다. 주성분분석 신뢰도의 경우, 신뢰도 계수는 .792~.941 로 나타나 요인 간 신뢰도가 높은 수준임을 확인하였다. 둘째, 확인적요인분석을 통한 집중타당도와 판별타당도 검증을 실시하였고, 측정모델 적합도 기준에 부합되는 결과가 나타났다. 측정도구의 신뢰도는 .792~.941 로 Cronbach's α 값이 0.7 이상으로 모두 나타나 신뢰성을 입증하였다. 현재 국내에는 스포츠선수들의 윤리성을 측정할 수 있는 도구가 명확하게 존재하지 않는다. 따라서, 본 연구를 통해 개발된 측정도구를 바탕으로 지속적인 수정·보완을 통해 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 높여야 한다. 또한, 측정을 통해 얻은 결과는 개인·집단 윤리성의 높낮이가 아닌 하나의 결핍요소로 해석해야 하며, 이를 토대로 대상별 맞춤식 스포츠윤리교육 프로그램 자료로 활용되길 바란다. This study aimed to develop an instrument for measuring athletes' sports ethics and examine its validity and reliability. This quantitative study developed and sought to verify the validity and reliability of a measurement tool specifically designed for sports ethics. The participants recruited for this study were first to third-year high school student-athletes in the Seoul and Gyeonggi-do providence. These students participated in five professional sports, including golf, basketball, volleyball, baseball, and soccer. 110 people participated in the first survey, and 410 people were surveyed in the second survey. Survey results that were found unsuitable were excluded from the final analysis. The development of the sport ethics-measuring tool required the four components of Rest's morality and Hahm-Bellar Values choice Inventory-16(HBVCI-16) to be modified, supplemented, and developed further. Data processing was performed using IBM SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 21.0. These programs were used to perform component analysis, positive factor analysis, frequency analysis, difference verification, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis. The term' moral character', found in many previous studies, is based on ethical characteristics related to sport and define as sport ethics. This study proposes new methods of measuring sports ethics based on sports ethics sensitivity, sports ethics judgment, sports ethics motivation, and sports ethics characterization. Measuring elements of sport ethics requires the following factors to be considered when analyzing each component. First, sport ethics sensitivity needs to be analyzed with top and bottom perceptions, horizontal relationship perception, and sports ethics judgment. Second, sports ethics' motivation was measured with purity and sincerity, while compliance and fairness of the rules were the measuring factors for sport ethics characterization. To verify each selected component's measurement factors' validity and reliability, a principal component analysis was performed, and the questions of nonconformity were deleted. Subsequently, the main component factor analysis showed that the KMO sample conformity test index was .686, confirming each factors' suitability. Bartlett's unit row verification statistic is 4911.846, p<.001, showing its suitability for factor analysis. The principal component analysis's reliability was shown as .792 to .941, confirming that the reliability between factors was high. Finally, the concentration and determination of the titration were verified through the final analysis of the factors. The results were found to meet the criteria for conformity of measurement models. The measuring tool's reliability was .792 to .941, and Cronbach's α value was 0.7 or higher, proving its reliability. In Korea, the research itself is meaningful as no tools have been developed to measure sports players' ethical standards. Future sports ethics measurement tools need to be modified or supplemented in the research phase to enhance reliability and validity. Finally, the measurement results should be interpreted as a deficiency factor, not a high level of individual or group ethics. Based on this, it is hoped that the results will be used as data for targeting sports ethics education programs.

스포츠윤리교육 프로그램 개발: 프로스포츠 구단 관계자 대상으로

본 연구의 목적은 프로스포츠 구단 관계자들의 윤리의식을 고취시키고 도덕적 자율성을 함양하기 위한 실효성 있는 스포츠윤리교육 프로그램을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해, 먼저 국내 프로스포츠 농구와 배구 구단 프런트 직원을 대상으로 심층면담을 실시함으로써 교육환경과 교육수요를 분석하였다. 둘째, 리코나의 도덕성 11개 요소와 미국 조셉슨 연구소의 6가지 도덕적 덕목에 대한 문헌고찰을 토대로 스포츠윤리교육에서 다루어야 할 핵심 주제와 교육내용을 도출하였다. 셋째 기존 인격, 가치관, 인권, 도덕교육 등에서 활용하는 방법론을 탐색함으로써 구단 프런트 직원의 특수성을 고려하고 스포츠윤리교육의 효과를 극대화할 수 있는 교수방법을 선정하였다. 끝으로 개발한 스포츠윤리교육 프로그램은 구단 관계자들을 대상으로 실제 적용되었으며, 교육 시행 후 사후 심층면담과 참여관찰법을 통하여 교육의 효과성을 검증하고, 전문가 검토를 통한 수정 및 보완의 과정을 거쳐 최종적으로 구단 관계자 맞춤형 스포츠윤리교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구는 프로스포츠 구단 관계자의 환경적 특성에 대한 분석을 토대로 책무성, 신뢰성, 정의, 공정성, 4가지 핵심 주제 영역을 도출하여 교육내용을 구성하였으며, 딜레마 토론, 사례기반, 반성적 글쓰기를 교수방법으로 활용하여 프로스포츠 구단 관계자를 위한 맞춤형 스포츠윤리교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop an effective sports ethics education program to inspire the ethical awareness of professional sports club officials and to cultivate moral autonomy. To this end, first, by conducting in-depth interviews with front staff of domestic professional sports basketball and volleyball clubs, the educational environment and demand for education were analyzed. Second, based on the literature review on the 11 morality elements of Rikona and the 6 moral virtues of the Josephson Institute in the United States, the core topics and educational contents to be addressed in sports ethics education were derived. Third, by exploring methodologies used in existing personality, values, human rights, and moral education, a teaching method that can maximize the effect of sports ethics education was selected by considering the specificity of the club front staff. Finally, the developed sports ethics education program was actually applied to club officials. After the training, the effectiveness of the training was verified through in-depth interviews and participatory observation methods, and after the process of revision and supplementation through expert review, it was finally completed. A sports ethics education program tailored to club officials was developed. In this study, based on the analysis of the environmental characteristics of professional sports club officials, accountability, reliability, justice, fairness, and four core subject areas were derived and the educational contents were composed. A customized sports ethics education program was developed for professional sports club officials.

윤리적 행동에 영향을 미치는 개인-환경 요인에 대한 심리학 연구 고찰

본 연구는 심리학 연구가 윤리적 행동에 미치는 요인들을 탐구한 주요 결과들을 고찰하여 스포츠윤리 및 스포츠윤리교육에 적용할 수 있는 시사점을 제안하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 윤리적 행동에 미치는 영향을 심리학 연구의 접근방식에 따라 개인 요인, 환경 요인, 개인 요인과 환경 요인의 상호작용으로 구분하여 관련 연구들을 정리하였다. 개인요인으로 인지 부조화, 자기조절, 자아고갈을 주제로 한 연구를 살펴보았고, 환경 요인으로는 모델링, 동조효과, 윤리적 풍토에 대한 연구를 정리하였다. 심리학 연구에서 논의하는 윤리적 행동의 발현 기제에 대한 관점을 적용하여, 스포츠 맥락에서 윤리적 행동을 강화하고 비윤리적 행동을 감소하기 위한 스포츠윤리 연구 및 스포츠윤리 교육의 구체적인 방안들이 개발될 수 있을 것이다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 추후 연구의 방향을 제안하였다. This study aimed to explore psychological factors effecting on ethical behavior and to propose implications that can be applied to sport ethics domain and sport ethics education by reviewing academic researches of psychology. Psychological studies, which focus on ethical behavior and its predictors, have been divided into three dimension based; individual factors, environmental factors, and interaction factors between individual and environmental factors. Studies on cognitive dissonance , self-regulation, and ego depletion as individual factors were explored, and studies on modeling, conformity effects, and ethical climate were summarized as environmental factors. Applying the perspective on the mechanism of ethical behavior discussed in psychological research, specific methods and strategies of sports ethics research and sports ethics education could be developed to strengthen ethical behavior and reduce unethical behavior in sports contexts. Based on the findings, I propose implications and directions for further research.

스포츠와 환경, 인간과 자연 그리고 윤리적 상생

우리는 자연훼손과 스포츠의 비윤리적 문제들이 주목받았을 때 제일 먼저 우리 사회의 고도화된 산업화를 문제 삼았고 대부분 동의했다. 하지만 산업화에 따른 자연훼손, 이에 수반되는 스포츠의 비윤리적 문제들은 양지와 음지 같은 존재이며, 국익과 기업의 이익을 위해서는 어쩔 수 없이 행해져야만 하는 것으로 인식했다. 그 결과, 산업화로 인한 문제의 대안은 항상 사회적 동참이라는 결과를 낳게 되었다. 하지만 근본적인 해결을 위해서는 자연과 스포츠를 대하는 인간 개인의 인식과 태도에서의 변화를 요구해야 할 것이다. 단순한 환경보호의 의무를 넘어선 자연과 인간이 스포츠를 매개로 한 대화를 시작하였다고 볼 수 있을 것이다. 이전에는 인간이 스포츠를 즐기기 위해 자연을 훼손했다면, 이제는 스포츠를 통해 자연과의 대화를 시작하는 것이다. 대표적인 녹색 스포츠로 자전거를 꼽을 수 있을 것이다. 화석연료를 사용하는 운송수단을 대신하여 또는 레저스포츠로 자전거를 타는 것을 많이 선호한다. 자전거를 타는 시간동안 자연은 자신을 내어주고, 인간은 그 자연이 내어준 나무, 바람, 꽃, 길과 대화하며 어우러져 소통한다. 이는 자연과 인간이 하나하나의 주체로서의 구성원들을 상호 존중하고 배려하는 행위인 것이다. 이제 인간과 자연은 대상이 아닌 상대로서 윤리적 관계를 맺어야 한다. 또한 스포츠는 자연과의 인간의 관계회복의 매개로써 작용해야 하며, 이러한 현상은 자연과 인간이 서로에게 스포츠를 통한 윤리적인 나눔을 시작하는 것임을 알아야 할 것이다. We were the first to take issue with the advanced industrialization of our society and most agreed when natural damage and unethical problems of sports were noticed. However, the natural damage to industrialization, and the accompanying unethical problems of sports, were perceived to be such as sunny and dark, and had to be done for national and corporate interests. As a result, an alternative to industrialization has always resulted in social participation. However, a fundamental solution would require changes in human individual perceptions and attitudes toward nature and sports. Beyond the obligation of simple environmental protection, nature and humans have begun a sports-mediated conversation. Previously, humans damaged nature to enjoy sports, but now they start talking to nature through sports. One of the most popular green sports would be bicycles. Bicycles are often preferred for transportation using fossil fuels or for leisure sports. During the time of riding a bicycle, nature gives itself away, and humans communicate with and communicate with the trees, wind, flowers, and roads given by nature. This is an act of mutual respect and consideration for members of nature and humans as subjects. Now, human beings and nature should have ethical relationships as opponents, not objects. In addition, sports should serve as a medium for restoring human relations with nature, and this phenomenon should be known that nature and humans begin to share each other ethically through sports.

존 롤즈의 정의론 관점에서 본 스포츠 정의 고찰

스포츠는 공정성과 경쟁성이 동시에 존재하는 복잡하고 다면적인 특성을 갖고 있다. 더욱이 오늘날 스포츠는 승리지상주의와 결과중심주의에 따라 물질적 가치에 몰두하게 되었으며 선수들의 경기력 극대화를 위해 다양한 첨단장비들과 고도의 과학기술을 적극적으로 도입하고 있다. 이러한 현상은 스포츠의 상업화를 부추기며 스포츠 본연의 가치를 훼손시키고 오히려 불공정한 경쟁과 불공평한 결과를 초래함으로써 스포츠 정의 실현에 심각한 문제를 야기하고 있다. 스포츠에서 요구되는 정의는 단순히 이성적, 이념적 고찰의 대상이 아니라 스포츠 속 불평등 요소를 제거하며 스포츠공동체를 유지할 수 있는 현실적이고 실재적인 것이어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 스포츠를 통해 우리가 얻고자 하는 가치 실현을 스포츠 정의의 기준으로 두고 이를 실현하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 존 롤즈가 제시하는 정의의 기본 원칙을 비판적으로 분석함으로써 시대의 변화에 따른 스포츠에서 공정으로서의 정의에 관한 개념을 정립하고, 스포츠 가치의 공정한 분배를 실현하기 위한 실질적 방안을 제안하고자 한다. Sports have a complex and multifaceted characteristic that both where fairness and competition exist at the same time. Today, sports are immersed in material values according to victory-oriented and result-oriented aspects, and athletes are introducing and applying cutting-edge technologies and science to the sports field to maximize their performance. This phenomenon is far from the intrinsic value of sports, only unfair competition and unfair results remain, and the problem of realizing sports justice in our society has arisen. The justice required in sports is not simply the object of rational and ideological consideration, but must be realistic and practical that can maintain the sports society by removing the element of inequality from the sports society. This study aims to examine John Rawls' theory of justice in order to realize the fair distribution of sports values by setting the realization of the values we want to obtain through sports as the standard of justice to realize the justice of sports reflecting the times. While reviewing the basic concepts that form John Rawls' theory of justice, I intend to redefine the definition as fairness in sports by applying the basic principles proposed by Rawls to sports.

댄스스포츠의 철학적 연구에 관한 질적 메타분석

The purpose of this study is to organize the trends and knowledge structures of philosophical research on dancesport by understanding the current state and reality of dancesport research in the field of domestic sports philosophy. To this end, the journal Philosophy of Movement: Korea Sports Philosophy divided a total of 22 articles collected from 1995 to 2021 using a systematic literature review method into researchers and published year. As a result, first of all, dance sport philosophical research was conducted in 2001 and showed signs of improvement from 2008 to 2012, but showed poor results from 2013 to 2021. Second, as a result of trends in research purposes, research works that sought to expand dancesport from an aesthetic point of view accounted for a large proportion. As a result of the research method trends, literature research accounted for a large portion of the research, and quantitative research used a method using questionnaire form. Third, the results of the research were divided into sports, art, and art sports. As a result of research field trends, this study accounted for a large proportion of the 7th volume from the aesthetic point of view of value theory, 4th volume in ethical field, 5th volume in ontology, and 4th volume in epistemology. Fourth, research suggestions and recommendations showed that the establishment/enhancement of ethical education (sex) and future-oriented physical activities provided theoretical grounds for sports and art. This result provides an opportunity to secure academic identity and speciality, and it is meaningful to re-light the position and inner character of dancesport as well as practical problems.

스포츠의 도덕적 한계에 대한 고찰

본 연구의 목적은 스포츠에서의 규범의 특징과 경쟁의 속성을 고찰함으로써 스포츠와 도덕의 관계성을 분석하고 스포츠의 도덕적 한계를 규명하는 데 있다. 이를 위해, 먼저 놀이에 기원을 둔 스포츠의 개념적 특성을 고찰하고 경쟁의 속성을 규범적 측면에서 분석함으로써 일반적인 상황에서 요구되는 도덕규범과 스포츠 상황에서 요구되는 도덕규범의 차이를 파악하였다. 다음으로 스포츠경쟁에서 전략적 이득을 얻기 위한 고의적 규칙위반 행위인 전략적 반칙의 윤리적 쟁점에 관한 스포츠철학자 Russell, Simon, 그리고 Fraleigh의 문헌을 고찰함으로써 스포츠에서의 도덕적 규범의 역할과 기능은 무엇인지, 그리고 충돌하는 가치이론은 무엇인지를 분석하였다. 끝으로 스포츠와 도덕성의 관계에 대한 폭넓은 내재주의 스포츠이론의 주요 주장을 살펴보고 스포츠에서 행위에 관한 윤리적 평가의 기준과 그 한계를 도출하였다. 스포츠에서의 경쟁은 승리를 위한 최선을 요구하며, 이는 스포츠의 목적이자 그 자체로 기본적 가치를 지니기 때문에 스포츠의 도덕적 가치에 스포츠의 목적을 종속시키는 것은 불합리하다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between sports and morals by examining the characteristics of norms and competition in sports and to identify the moral limits of sports. To this end, first, by examining the conceptual characteristics of sports originating in play and analyzing the nature of competition from the normative aspect, the difference between the moral norms required in general situations and the moral norms required in sports situations was identified. Next, by examining the literature of sports philosophers Russell, Simon, and Fraleigh on the ethical issue of strategic foul, which is an intentional rule-breaking act to gain strategic advantage in sports competition, what is the role and function of moral norms in sports, and conflict We analyzed what the value theory is. Finally, by examining the main arguments of the broad intrinsic sports theory on the relationship between sports and morality, standards for ethical evaluation of behavior in sports and their limitations were derived. Competition in sports demands the best for victory, and it is unreasonable to subordinate the purpose of sports to the moral values of sports because this is the purpose of sports and has basic values in itself.
