다중텅스텐산이온 생성반응의 평형상수에 대한 용매의 영향 : 2M-KCl 용액에서

5~20%에 에타놀을 포함하는 2M KCl 용액에서 헥사텅스텐산 이온과 양성자화된 헥사텅스텐 산이온이 생성되었다. 헥사텅스텐산 이온과 양성자화된 헥사텅스텐산이온 생성반응의 자유에너지 변화는 에타놀의 함량이 증가함에 따라 감소하였다. 그러나 같은 반응의 벤트로피 변화는 에타놀의 함량의 비례해서 증가하였다. 헥사텅스텐산이온 및 양성자화된 헥사텅스텐산 이온 생성반응의 엔탚피변화는 5~20% 에타놀을 포함하는 2M kCl 용액에서 거의 일정하였다. 헥사텅스텐산이온과 칼륨이온 사이에 Bjerrum 꼴의 이온회합에 대한 에타놀의 영향을 고찰하기 위하여 에타놀을 포함하는 2M KCl 용액에 대하여 log K_c 에 대한 1/D의 그라프를 도시 하였을 때 평형온도 30~40℃에서 다음과 같은 직선관계식을 얻었다. log K_c=constant+?? log K_c vs 1/D 그라프의 기울기로 부터 계산한 평균 "m"의 값은 약 4.5이었다. The hexatungstate ion(HW_5O^5_21) and the protonized forms of hexatungate ion(H_2W_6C^3_21) are formed in 2M-KCI solution containing 5~20% ethyl alcohol. The free energy changes for the formation of hexatungstate ion and the protonized forms of hexatungstate ion decrease as the content of ethyl alcohol is increased, but the entropy changes of the above reaction increase in proportion to the content of ethyl alcohol in 2M-KCl solution. The enthalpy changes for the formation of hexatungstate ion and the protonized reactios of hexatungstate ion are nearly constant in 2M-KCl solution contatining 5~20% ethyl alcohol. When logK_c is polotted against 1/D for 2M-KCl aqueous ethyl alcohol solution to investigate the effect of ethyl alcohol on the ion-association of Bjerrum thpe between hextungstate ion and potassium ion the following linear relation is obtained at the equilibrium temperature of 30-40℃, log K_c=const.+?? The average of 'm' values calculated from the slope of log K_c vs 1/D is about 4.5,

For the taxanomical camparison Angelica gigas NAKAI and Angelica purpureafolia CHUNG, NMR-spectrum of coumarin fraction of the plants were compared as a means of phytochemical comparison. As the results the ratio ring-H/olefinic-H, provided a route to classification of the plants.

Studies on the Cell Division with the Passing of Time after Cultivation of Chlorella

Chlorella 細胞가 어떻게 분열하는가에 대한 調査로서, 저자는 일정한 조건아래서 Chlorella를 배양할 때 Chlorella의 Cell Number와 Packed Cell Volume의 經時的 변화를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. Chlorella 培養에 있어서 Nitrogen 源으로는 KNO_3가 (NH_4)_2SO_4보다 增殖面에서 양호하였다. 2. Chlorella의 Cell Number는 出發点이 8.00×4×10 exp (9)(Per liter)인 경우 약 1주간에 3.600×4×10 exp (9)으로 最高値를 나타냈다. 3. Chlorella의 Packed Cell Volume은 出發点이 0.35mg/l인 경우 約 6日間에 7.16mg/l로 最高値를 나타내었다.

1865년에서 1939년까지의 그 전반을 19세기에 살았던 W. B. Yeats의 문학적 생애는 대충 19세기적 요소와 20세기적 요소로 양분될 수 있을 것이다. 그래서 최후의 낭만주의자라 함은 자타가 공안하는 바요, 또 대부분의 현대시집의 첫머리에 Yeats의 시를 싣는 것도 거의 상식으로 되어 있다. 사실 그가 최초로 문학활동을 시작했던 1818년에는, 그는 시대적 추세에서 벗어나지 않고 낭만주의로 출발하여 세기말에는 역시 그 분위기에 동조했으며 20C에 들어와서는 현실적인 입장에 서서 문명을 평가하는 지적 경향을 띄게 되었다. 말하자면 시대적 변천에 발맞추어 그의 시도 변모해갔던 것이다.

구리- Chromazurol S 錯物形成과 구리의 吸光光度定量

Copper(Ⅱ) reacts rapidly with chromazurol S(CAS) (3"-sulpho-2", 6"-dichloro-3, 3'-dimethyl-4'-hydroxyfuchson-5, 5' dicarboxylic acid, sodium salt) in water-ethanol solution at pH 6.7 to form a blue solution of a 1:1 complex having abosorption peak at 590nm, The copper(Ⅱ)-CAS complex is stable for at least twelve hours. The system conforms to Beer's law. Optimum range for 1.00cm optical path is 1×10 exp (-6) to 1.3×10 exp (-5)M of copper(Ⅱ). The order of the additin of reagents has no effect upon the absorbance. The molar absorptivity at 590nm is 3.0×10 exp (4)liter mole^-1 cm^-1 and the sensitivity which give the absorbance of 0.001 is 0.0021 ug cm^-2. Among twelve kinds of metal ions only Sn(Ⅱ)and Bi(Ⅱ) ions seriously interfered with the determination. The composition ratio and the formation constant of the copper(Ⅱ)-chromazurol S complex have been evaluated from spectrophotometric data.

Poisson Process in Order Statistics

實驗이나 觀測을 時点 t_0, t_1, …에서 行하여 얻은 結果 x_0, x_1, …를 基準으로 하여 여러 가지 統計的 推測을 하는 수가 많다. 이 때 確率變數列 X_0, X_1, … 의 確率的인 動態를 알 必要가 있을 때, {X(t) : teT} 을 一般的으로 確率過程이라 하며 그 中 特히 Poisson 過程에 關해서 本 論文에서는 硏究하고 그 一般的인 形態인 Markov 過程에 關해서는 일찍이 Feller[5], Moyal[12], Karlin[7], Kempermann[8] 等에 依하여 硏究되어 왔다. 이 論文에서는 Poisson Process에 關한 重要한 性質들을 要約하여 整理하고 本 硏究의 後續期間(1976年度)에 順序統計量의 周邊密度極數의 重要한 性質 몇가지 및 Poisson 過程의 推定에 關한 問題를 硏究하여 繼續硏究의 前半部의 報告形態를 取하는 바이다.
