        Hybrid Evaluation Method for Dispatching Control Level of Smart Distribution Network

        Smart distribution network (SDN) is an important part of smart grid (SG), and its dispatching control level is closely related to the safety and reliability of power system. In order to comprehensively and systematically evaluate the dispatching and control level of smart distribution network, this paper constructs an evaluation index system based on the considerations of reliability, economy, efectiveness, adaptability and cleanness. Taking into account the disadvantages of subjective weighting methods and the objective weighting methods, this paper puts forward a kind of subjective and objective mixed evaluation method for dispatching control level of SDN. In view of the great infuence of expert opinions of subjective weighting method and the high data dependence of objective weighting method, the binomial coefcient method of subjective weighting is combined with the multi-objective programming method of objective weighting to give weight to each index in the comprehensive evaluation index system of dispatching control level of SDN. Case studies verify the proposed method has great signifcance to the evaluation of the dispatching control level of SDN. It can efectively evaluate the dispatching level of SDN and provide a reference for the improvement of the dispatching control level of SDN.

        Characterization of a novel variant HMW‐glutenin gene from Elymus canadensis

        High molecular weight (HMW) glutenin subunits (GS) play a key role in the determination of end‐use quality of wheat and other cereal crops. In this study, we report the isolation and characterization of both promoter region and ORF of novel HMW‐GS allele 1St1.3 from a perennial Triticeae species,Elymus canadensis. The amino acid (AA) sequences of E. canadensis 1St1.3 were deduced as 434 aa. Its protein primary structure comprises a signal peptide with a conserved N‐terminal domain, a central repetitive domain and a C‐terminal domain. E. canadensis 1St 1.3 possesses several distinct characteristics which are different from those of wheat HMW‐GSs. The N‐terminal domains of E. canadensis 1St 1.3 resemble that of y‐type subunits, while their C‐terminal domains are more similar to x‐type subunits. The deletion of 85 bp fragment has been observed in promoter region of 1St 1.3, however which has not interrupted the expression of this gene. Our results indicate that 1St 1.3 is novel HMW‐GS variants which will be valuable for enhancing our understanding of structural differentiation and the evolutionary relationship among HMW‐GSs in Triticeae species.

        Shear-Enhanced Stretchable Polymer Semiconducting Blends for Polymer-based Field-Effect Transistors

        Solution-sheared field-effect transistors based on the blend of the highmobility donor–acceptor conjugated copolymer poly(diketopyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrroleco- thieno[3,2-b]thiophene) (PDBT-co-TT) and the elastic polymer poly(styrene-butadienestyrene) (SBS) are demonstrated for stretchable electronics. In this study, PDBT-co- TT serves as a charge transport layer, and the insulating polymer SBS with double bonds is used for improving elasticity. Through combination with solution shearing, the phase separation and charge transport properties of the PDBT-co-TT/SBS blends can be manipulated. Compared with the spin-coated PDBT-co-TT/SBS blends showing lower charge mobilities (~10-3 cm2 V-1 s-1), the solution-sheared polymer-blend films with the PDBT-co-TT content of 20% maintain high mobility (>0.1cm2 V-1 s-1). The films with 60% PDBT-co-TT can even achieve mobility as high as 2 cm2 V-1 s-1, which is higher than the pristine conjugated polymer. Furthermore, as the SBS content increases, the dichroic ratios of the solution-sheared blends increase, indicating improved alignment of the conjugated polymer chains. The PDBT-co- TT/SBS blends exhibit great stretchability and high charge mobilities even under 100% strain due to their mesh-like morphology. Moreover, solution shearing not only improves polymer alignment but also controls surface morphology to enhance stretchability. This work reveals the importance of solution shearing in high-mobility stretchable polymer semiconductor blends.

        Stigma and Efficacy of Zhizhu Kuanzhong Capsules Versus Doxepin in the Treatment of Refractory Functional Dyspepsia: A Randomized Controlled Trial

        Background/AimsStigma related with antidepressants is prevalent in patients with functional dyspepsia. It affects medication compliance and efficacy. Herbal medicine acquired a deep-rooted cultural identity in relieving dyspeptic symptoms in Asians. The research was designed to compare the effectiveness of Zhizhu Kuanzhong capsules (ZZKZ) versus doxepin hydrochloride (doxepin) on alleviating stigma and medication nonadherence among patients with refractory FD (rFD). MethodsPatients with rFD from February 2021 to February 2022 were randomly allocated to receive either doxepin (n = 56) or ZZKZ (n = 57) combined with omeprazole for 4 weeks. Medication possession ratio (MPR), the disease- and medication-associated stigma were analyzed. The scales were utilized to assess dyspeptic symptoms (Leeds Dyspepsia Questionnaire) and psychological conditions (Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire and Patient Health Questionnaire). ResultsThe MPR values for ZZKZ were significantly higher than those for doxepin (P < 0.001). The stigma scores decreased in ZZKZ group while increased in doxepin group compared to baseline after treatment. The proportion of patients showing ZZKZ-associated stigma was significantly lower than doxepin-associated stigma (P < 0.001). The MPR values were negatively correlated with post-treatment stigma scores in both groups (P < 0.001). Dyspeptic symptoms and psychological condition were improved in both groups after treatment, with no significant difference on post-treatment Leeds Dyspepsia Questionnaire, Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire, or Patient Health Questionnaire scores between 2 groups. ConclusionZZKZ is superior to doxepin in alleviating stigma and medication non-adherence, with comparable efficacy in improving dyspeptic symptoms and psychological condition of patients with rFD.

        A prototype of the SiPM readout scintillator neutron detector for the engineering material diffractometer of CSNS

        A high detection efficiency thermal neutron detector based on the 6LiF/ZnS(Ag) scintillation screens,wavelength-shifting fibers (WLSF) and Silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) readout is under development atChina Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) for the Engineering Material Diffractometer (EMD).A prototypewith a sensitive volume of 180mm 192mm has been built. Signals from SiPMs are processed by the selfdesignApplication Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC). The performances of this detector prototype are as follows: neutron detection efficiency could reach50.5% at 1 Å, position resolution of 3, the dark count rate <0.1Hz, the maximum count rate >200KHz. Such detector prototype could be an elementary unit for applications in the EMD detector arrays.

        Effects of Three Types of Resistant Starch on Intestine and Their Gastric Ulcer Preventive Activities in vivo

        To examine the effects of three types of resistant starch (RS) on intestinal metabolites, structure and their gastric injury preventive activities, Sprague-Dawley mice were fed diet containing 15% RS for 4 weeks. Response relationships among three types of RS (RS2, RS3, and RS4) food intake, body weight gain, food efficiency, wet weight of cecum (with or not with contents), pH, ammonia production, and short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) concentration of cecal contents as well as intestinal structure were investigated. All three types of RS had effects on food intake, weight control, lowering of pH, ammonia production in cecal contents, increasing the wet weight of cecum (with or without contents), changes in SCFAs concentration of cecal contents, and physiological structure of small intestine and cecum compared to the control group (common starch-fed rats). RS3group showed minimum weight gain and food efficiency,compared to both the control group and the other two types of RS diet. RS3 group showed more significant lowering of pH,ammonia production, and SCFAs of cecal contents. In addition, all three types of RS shortened villous height, and muscle and mucosal thickening in small intestine, resulting in significantly decreased villous height and mucosal thickness, whereas significantly increased muscle thickness in the cecum. However,they did not cause detectable pathological changes in the small intestine and cecum. Animal model was also used to check its gastric ulcer preventive effects. The gastric ulcer level was significantly down-regulated by RS3, demonstrating its antiinflammatory properties. RS3 reduced the levels of serum proinflammatory cytokines of IL-6, IL-12, TNF-α, and IFN-γcompared to RS2 and RS4. RS3 increased the somatostatin (SS)and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), decreased the motillin (MOT) and substance P (SP) serum levels. These results suggest that RS3 shows the best gastric ulcer preventive effect.

        Clinical significance and prognostic value of C-reactive protein/albumin ratio in gastric cancer

        Purpose: This study was aimed to evaluate the clinical significance and prognostic value of CRP/albumin ratio (CAR) in patients with gastric cancer. Methods: The data of 205 gastric cancer patients who underwent surgery was analyzed retrospectively. The association of CAR with the clinical features and prognostic value in gastric cancer was analyzed. The data of this study was combined with previous studies to further determine the prognostic value of CAR in patients with gastric cancer using a metaanalysis method. Results: Cox analysis revealed that preoperative CAR was an independent prognosis indicator in patients with gastric cancer. High expression of CAR indicated a shorter survival time than in those with lower expression. CAR has a higher prognostic value in the 1-, 3-, and 5-year overall survival in patients with gastric cancer. CAR showed significant difference regarding the gastric cancer patients’ age, M stage, and clinical stage. The discriminate value of CAR in M stage of gastric cancer was high (area under the curve, 0.809). A meta-analysis combining previous data and our data showed that preoperative CAR demonstrated a significant association with the overall survival of patients with gastric cancer. Conclusion: This study demonstrated that preoperative CAR could serve as an important prognostic indicator in patients with gastric cancer.

        Cathodic reduction characteristics of 2-chloro-4-nitrophenol in microbial electrolysis cell

        Microbial electrolysis cell (MEC) has been constructed to study the degradation characters of 2-chloro-4-nitrophenol (2C4NP) in waste water. The effects of applied voltage, initial concentration of substrate and co-matrix species on the reduction and degradation of 2C4NP were studied. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of 2C4NP residues and degradation intermediate by using UV-Vis, HPLC, HPLC/MS/MS, IC and other analytical testing techniques. The degradation mechanism of 2C4NP in MEC cathode was proposed. The results showed that electron and electroactive microorganisms would produce coupling effect and accelerate the degradation of 2C4NP under adding 0.5 V DC; Under the condition of satisfying the C/N ratio of electroactive anaerobic microorganism, the addition of organic substances such as glucose and sodium acetate which were easily degraded by microorganisms would hinder the degradation of 2C4NP in the cathode compartment. 2C4NP can be effectively degraded by adding appropriate amount of glucose as carbon source with the low C/N. 2C4NP undergoes reduction, dechlorination, denitrification and assimilation in the cathode compartment to form 2-chloro-4-aminophenol, 4-aminophenol, 2-chlorophenol, 2-chloro-4-hydroxyphenol, nitrophenol, hydroquinone, 4-hydroxyhexadienoic acid semialdehyde, valeric acid, oxalic acid and many other intermediate products. According to the degradation intermediates, the degradation mechanism of 2C4NP in the cathode compartment was presumed.

        Efficacy of Interventions Based on Applied Behavior Analysis for Autism Spectrum Disorder: A Meta-Analysis

        Objective To systematically evaluate evidence for the use of interventions based on appied behavior analysis (ABA) to manage various symptoms of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Methods Sensitivity analyses were conducted by removing any outlying studies and subgroup analyses were performed to compare the effectiveness of ABA and early start denver model (ESDM), picture exchange communication systems (PECS) and discrete trial training (DTT). Results 14 randomized control trials of 555 participants were included in this meta-analysis. The overall standardized mean difference was d=-0.36 (95% CI -1.31, 0.58; Z=0.75, p=0.45) for autism general symptoms, d=0.11 (95% CI -0.31, 0.54; Z=0.52, p=0.60) for socialization, d=0.30 (95% CI -0.02, 0.61; Z=1.84, p=0.07) for communication and d=-3.52 (95% CI -6.31, -0.72; Z=2.47, p=0.01) for expressive language, d=-0.04 (95% CI -0.44, 0.36; Z=0.20, p=0.84) for receptive language. Those results suggested outcomes of socialization, communication and expressive language may be promising targets for ABA-based interventions involving children with ASD. However, significant effects for the outcomes of autism general symptoms, receptive language, adaptive behavior, daily living skills, IQ, verbal IQ, nenverbal IQ, restricted and repetitive behavior, motor and cognition were not observed. Conclusion The small number of studies included in the present study limited the ability to make inferences when comparing ABA, ESDM, PECS and DTT interventions for children with ASD.
