        Metarrhizium anisopliae(Metschn.) Sorok이 생산하는 Biopolymer YU-122의 생산과 그 특성

        토양으로부터 분리한 Metarrhizium anisopliae (Metschn.) Sorok이 생산하는 biopolymer를 정제하여 분석하고, 그의 생산조건을 검토하였다. 탄소원으로 mannitol, 질소원으로는 polypepton을 사용했을 때 가장 많은 biopolymer를 생산하였고 K_2HPO_4 및 CaCl_2를 첨가함으로서 생산량이 더욱 증가하였다. 또한 이 biopolymer를 정제하여 그 분자량과 구성성분을 검토한 결과 Metarrhizium anisopliae(Metschn.) Sorok이 생산하는 Biopolymer YU-122는 분자량이 1.7×10 exp (6)이고, C, H의 구성비가 1:2이며 미량의 N이 검출되었으나, 주 구성성분은 glucose와 galactose의 환원당으로 이루어져있는 전혀 새로운 biopolymer인 것으로 나타났다. To produce biopolymer, Metarrhizium anisopliae (Metschn.) Sorok was cultured in a medium containing glucose 1.0%, sucrose 2.0%, soluble starch 1.0%, yeast extract 0.5%, polypeptone 0.5%, K_2HPO_4 0.1%, MgSO_4·7H_2O 0.02%. The culture broth was centrifuged and the polymer was harvested by adding methanol to the culture supernatant. When three times of methanol was added, the polymer was coagulated and precipitated. Then it was further purifued through successive SK-1B, SA-20P, HP-20 column chromatographies. This polymer was designated as Biopolymer YU-122. C:H ratio of this Biopolymer YU-122 was 1:2 and small amount of N is detected by CHN analyzer. Glucose and galactose are main components of this polymer. Average molecular weight of this biopolymer was 1.7×10 exp (6) by Sepharose 4B gel permeation chromatography. Optimal condition for biopolymer production was investigated. When 5% of mannitol was used as a carbon source, and polypepton as a N source, highest productivity of biopolymer was achieved. C/N ratio as nutrient was also a major factor in polymer production and its optimal ratio was 3.

        체르냐찌노 5 발해고분군의 고분유형과 출토유물

        Chernyatino-5 burial ground is located on the bank of Razdolnaya (Suiphun) river near Chernyatino village in Oktyabrskii region (Primorskii territory). It was found out in 1997, and from 1998 to 2002 by Yu.G. Nikitin there were studied 41 graves of Malgal and Palhae origin. In 2003 the Korean National University of Cultural Heritage and the Far Eastern State Technical University began the Korean-Russian joint archaeological excavations, and till there were excavated another 116 graves of Malgal and Palhae origin, and two Malgal dwelling houses. In Chemyatino-5 burial ground purely soil graves, stone crypts, graves with the stone facing over the circuit, graves with the stone facing on their bottom and graves "without base construction" were investigated. The soil graves are divided into common soil, having the stone facing over the circuit and having the stone facing on there bottom ones; stone crypts are divided into having entrance and without it. There are rectangular and elongate rectangular graves with the stone facing on their bottom. Among the graves with the stone facing over the circuit, having continuous facing, facing in the comers and facing in the comers and in the middle of the sides are met. There are many wooden frames and coffins in the graves. Long axis of them is mainly oriented to NW-SE. Cremation and burial are found. In case of burial the body could be straight or its legs were bent. In the graves with cremation there are cremation directly in the grave and the secondary one. In the soil graves usually there is only one body, but in the stone crypts, the graves with the stone facing over the circuit and the graves with the stone facing on the bottom there are as a rule two or more bodies. The head of the great part of the graves is oriented to NW, but in a twin burial one body could be oriented to NW and other to SE. Among the artifacts there are ceramics, a fragment of a big fighting iron knife, iron sword, arrow-heads, dart-heads, spear-heads, armor plates, "little daggers", knives, nails, buckles, elongated cone-shaped things, bronze plaques, jingles, bells, ear-rings, rings, horseman figures, silver ear-rings, rings, jade discs, cornelian beads, glass beads, whetstone, stone club-shaped things, clay rings and others there were found. Ceramics are divided to 4 kinds: jars, vase-shaped vessels, amphora-shaped (bottle-shaped) vessels and pots. Jars and vase-shaped vessels are usually considered to have the Malgal origin. They are usually modelled, with a touch of sand or gruss in the clay paste. They are crude and their surface is yellow and brown or brown. TIley are made in oxidizing flame. Amphora-shaped vessels' are made on potter's wheel, and their paste even if it sometimes includes fine sand is usually washed clay. Their color is grey or dark-grey, they are made in carbonizing flame and so considered Koguryo vessels. Pots usually made or completed on the wheel, made with clay sand with fine mica or loam. In the latter case they have dark-grey surface and also considered Koguryo vessels. Such artifacts as the iron sword, spear-heads, armor plates, "little daggers", bronze plaques, horseman figures, silver ear-rings, jade discs, cornelian beads and others are common in Palhae or Palhae age sites: in Troitskij burial ground, in Sinie Skaly Site, in Liudingshan Palhae burial ground, Dunhwa, in Sangjing Longtianfu Site, in Xishigang Bohaizhen burial ground, in Yangtun Dahaimeng site and others. The date of Chernyatino-5 burial ground by correlation of constructions (dwelling house and graves), layers, founds, comparison with founds from other monuments, absolute date materials is determined from the late Malgal to the middle Palhae age. The Northern part of the ground, where are concentrated the soil graves, is dated the late Malgal-middle Palhae, and the Southern part, where the stone crypts, the graves with the stone facing over the circuit and the graves with the stone facing

        삼상 순환유동층의 상승관에서 연속 액상의 축방향 혼합특성

        직경이 0.102 m이고 높이가 3.5 m인 기체-액체-고체 순환 유동층의 상승관에서 액상의 축방향 혼합특성을 고찰하였다. 기체유속(0.01~0.07 ㎧), 액체유속(0.25~0.31 ㎧) 그리고 고체순환속도(2~8 ㎏/㎡s)를 실험변수로 선정하였으며 이들 변수들이 액상의 축방향 분산계수에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 축방향의 추적자 농도분포로부터 분산모델을 사용하여 액상의 축방향 분산계수를 구하였다. 액상의 축방향 분산계수는 기체유속과 고체순환속도가 증가함에 따라서 증가하였으나 액체의 유속의 증가에 따라서는 약간 감소하였다. 또한, 액상의 축방향 분산계수는 등방성 난류 모델을 적용한 무차원군으로 표현되는 상관식으로 나타낼 수 있었다. Characteristics of liquid dispersion in the axial direction were investigated in the riser of a three-phase circulating fluidized bed whose diameter is 0.102 m and 3.5 m in height. Effects of gas (0.01-0.07 m/sl and liquid (0.25-0.31./s) velocities and the circulation rate of solids (2∼8 kg/m^(2)s) on the dispersion coefficient of the continuous liquid phase in the axial direction were determined. A dispersion model was employed to obtain the axial dispersion coefficient of the liquid phase from the radial concentration profiles of tracer with variations of axial position. The axial dispersion coefficient of the liquid phase increased with increasing gas velocity or solid circulation rate, however, decreased slightly with increasing liquid velocity in the riser bed. The axial dispersion coefficient of the liquid phase was well correlated in terms of dimensionless groups based on the isotropic turbulence theory.

        North Korea had been under the tight control of the Soviet Union during the years of 1945∼1950. North Korea had strongly resisted against the Soviet domination. It was because Pyongyang at that time did not have independent capability to mobilize its resistant forces against the Soviet control. Under the situation, the Soviet’s strong influence on all aspects on North Korean society had been immovable at least until 1958. There had developed new situations, however, which had been able to weaken the Soviet influence on North Korea. They were the station of Communist China’s troops in North Korea during the years of 1950∼q958. gradual deterioration of Sino-Soviet disputes, death of Stalin 1953 and de-Stalinization by Stalin’s successors. These situations had prompted North Korea to declare independent foreign policy line under the banner of so-called “juche Ideology”. During this period, the Soviet union had begun not to show positive interest to North Korea not only because of strategic unimportance but also because of China’s close relations to North Korea. The soviet Union after Stalin’s death had attempted to replace North Korea’s existing ruling system by the Soviet type of collective leadership system. Against this backdrop, Kim Il-Sung had purged all pro-Soviet factions within the power circles in North Korea and established his dictatorial system. In consequence, the relation between Moscow and Pyongyang had become somewhat deteriorated, by maintaining the minimum level of contacts. North Korea had received military and economic assistances from the Soviet Union but it had tried to exclude Moscow’s political. It was natural that Moscow had been discontented with the Pyongyang’s unfriendly behavior. Since 1972 Kim Il-Sung has faced a serous problem of Kim chong-Il’s power succession. in order to successfully carry it out, kim Il-sung had badly needed Moscow’s recognition for the hereditary succession North Korea has exerted its all-out efforts to improve the relations with the Soveit union, which has also been seeking for increasing her political influence on North Korea by taking advantages of political succession. The Soviet Union doesn’t want to see another kim Chong-Il’s dictatorial system after Kim il-Sung It seems, therefore, that Moscow, without publicly recognizing Kim Chong-Il’s power succession, has been carefully watching North Korea’s political situation.

        Evolution Programs, a form of Genetic Algorithms transformed from chromosome representation, are applied to the Timetabling of university which is one of the NP-hard problems. At the step of algorithms application, each class is established to be a specific category in feasible solution space. At the same time, the exiting gene used in chromosome expression of Evolution Programs is modified to satisfy constraints effectively by transformation of gene which has multi-information. The new crossover method for fester operation in the Recombination are attempted. Roulette wheel selection and tournament selection are prepared.

      • 승모판 성형술 이후 발생한 좌심실 유출로 협착과 승모판의 수축기 전방 운동

        Left ventricular outflow tract obstruction and systolic anterior motion of the mitral valve after myxomatous mitral valve repair is due to excess tissue of mitral valve among numerous other factors. A patient who had myxomatous mitral valve and acute mitral regurgitation due to chordae rupture was admitted for mitral valve repair. The hospital course of the patient was not significantly different compared to other patients. On the 40th postoperative day, the patient experienced syncope and came to ER. The patient showed severe left venthcular outflow tract obstruction and systolic anterior motion of mitral valve. The patient was treated medically and was discharged with normal echo findings. We report this case with brief review of related literatures.
