In this paper, we expound the importance of the training ways in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, especially in the intermediate and advanced stages. It is the key for the teacher to know how to train and cultivate the foreign student's parole skills and intercourse abilities, so the teacher should persist in the whole and synthetic principle and combine the training of parole skills with the cultivation of intercourse abilities. It can help the foreign students transfer their knowledges of languages into intercourse abilities. It is necessary to make up the objective materials for training the student's parole skills. This can be systematic and scientific by using computers.

Purpose To investigate the feasibility of biomarkers based on dynamic circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) to classify small cell lung cancer (SCLC) into different subtypes. Materials and Methods Tumor and longitudinal plasma ctDNA samples were analyzed by next-generation sequencing of 1,021 genes. PyClone was used to infer the molecular tumor burden index (mTBI). Pre-treatment tumor tissues [T1] and serial plasma samples were collected (pre-treatment [B1], after two [B2], six [B3] cycles of chemotherapy and at progression [B4]). Results Overall concordance between T1 and B1 sequencing (n=30) was 66.5%, and 89.5% in the gene of RB1. A classification method was designed according to the changes of RB1 mutation, named as subtype Ⅰ (both positive at B1 and B2), subtype Ⅱ (positive at B1 but negative at B2), and subtype Ⅲ (both negative at B1 and B2). The median progressive-free survival for subtype Ⅰ patients (4.5 months [95%CI: 2.6-5.8]) was inferior to subtype Ⅱ (not reached, p<0.0001) and subtype Ⅲ (10.8 months [95%CI: 6.0-14.4], p=0.002). The median overall survival for subtype Ⅰ patients (16.3 months [95%CI: 5.3-22.9]) was inferior to subtype Ⅱ (not reached, p=0.01) and subtype Ⅲ (not reached, p=0.02). Patients with a mTBI dropped to zero at B2 had longer median overall survival (not reached vs. 19.5 months, p=0.01). The changes of mTBI from B4 to B1 were sensitive to predict new metastases, with a sensitivity of 100% and a specificity of 85.7%. Conclusion Monitoring ctDNA based RB1 mutation and mTBI provided a feasible tool to predict the prognosis of SCLC.

An experimental study on the stress-strain relation of PVC-CFRP confined reinforced concrete columns subjected to eccentric compression was carried out. Two parameters, such as the CFRP strips spacing and eccentricity of axial load, were considered. The experimental results showed that all specimens failed by compressive yield of longitudinal steel bar and rupture of CFRP strips. The bearing capacity of specimen decreases as the eccentricity or the CFRP strips spacing increases. The stress-strain relation of specimens undergoes two stages: parabolic and linear stages. In the parabolic stage, the slope of stress-strain curve decreases gradually as the eccentricity of axial loading increases while the CFRP strips spacing has little effect on the slope of stress-strain curve. For the linear stage, the slope of stress-strain curve decreases as the eccentricity of axial load or the CFRP strips spacing increases. A model for predicting the stress-strain relation of columns under eccentric compression is proposed and it agrees well with various test data.

The tensile properties and microstructure of extruded and cold rolled 2A55 Al–Li alloys with different Cu content werestudied. After solution treatment, the strength of extruded sheets is slightly higher than that of cold rolled sheets due to strongdeformation texture and high density of substructure. However, the strength change order is different with the increase of Cucontent with T6-24 h. The extruded sample with higher Cu content have higher strength due to many dense T1precipitates. The δ′/θ′/δ′ composite precipitates and θ′ precipitates suppress the formation of T1precipitates, which cause cold rolled samplewith higher Cu content shows lower strength. Additionally, many fine T1precipitates nucleate at the sub-grain boundariesformed in the extrusion process, which have a significant effect on the mechanical property.
New Permeable Structure for Controlling Debris Flows in the Wenjiagou Gully

Aimed to control debris flows more effectively, we attempt to develop a new structure called a “sloping roof grill dam”, which consists of guidance walls, separation grills and lateral deposit areas. A series of flume tests were performed to verify the function of this new structure, focusing on the trapping efficiency (β ), deceleration efficiency (μ) and coarse-fine sediment separation extents (η) under different conditions of structure and debris flows. Experimental results show that both the trapping and deceleration efficiency increase with a decrease in permeability, whereas the separation extent shown the opposite effect. Multiple regression analysis indicates that β and η are linearly dependent on the permeability, deceleration efficiency and magnitudes of debris flow. In addition, an increase in beam gap can lead to an increase in the impact area downstream for the debris flow after the control of the structure. Finally, a two-level installation of the structure is tested to determine whether there is an enhancement of the debris control, which indicated that although the trapping effect of the two-level structure is considerably greater than that of a single-level structure (2.11 times at maximum), the separation extent of the two-level structure is not distinct and may be even lower.

The axial compressive behaviors of the PVC-FRP Confined Concrete (PFCC) column-Reinforced Concrete (RC) Beam Joint reinforced with Core Steel Tube (CST) are investigated thoroughly using experimental and numerical methods in this study. The test programme is carried out on nine PFCC column-RC beam joints reinforced with CST (PCRBJ-CST). To systematically investigate the PFCC column-RC beam joints and reasonably design this structural connection components, all specimens are designed by principle of “strong column-weak joint”. Different variable parameters including the stirrup ratio of joint core, joint height, length of CST and reinforcement ratio of CST are considered. The test results demonstrate that, as the design expected, all the specimens fail by crushing of the concrete of joints, while the PFCC columns aren’t damaged. Test results indicate that the stirrup ratio of joint core, joint height and reinforcement ratio of CST have significant impacts on carrying capacity, deformation and stiffness. Subsequently, a verified finite element (FE) model for the PCRBJ-CST under axial load is developed. Additionally, the applicability of existing codes to predict carrying capacity of PCRBJ-CST is evaluated based on experimental data.
