주민제안형 도시설계 운영 및 평가: 뉴타운시민대학을 중심으로

본 연구는 경기 뉴타운 시민대학 프로그램으로 진행된 안양 만안뉴타운 도시설계안을 대상으로 프로그램 운영평가와 결과물 분석을 통해 향후 주민제안형 도시설계의 시사점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 뉴타운 시민대학은 기존 강의 위주의 방식에서 벗어나 주민이 직접 참여하여 분석하고, 설계안을 작성 제안하는 스튜디오 방식으로 진행되었다. 본 연구의 대상인 안양 만안팀의 계획안 '자연, 문화, 역사, 사람이 공존하는 Eco-Cycle 만안'은 2010년 시민대학의 대상을 수상한 주민제안형 도시설계안이다. 만안팀은 지역분석과 대안설정을 통해 문화, 여가, 자연이 공존하는 공간으로 대상지역을 계획하였으며, 주민설계안이 실제 뉴타운의 재정비촉진지구 계획에 반영되었다. 본 연구를 통해 주민들이 직접 참여하고 디자인한 뉴타운 시민대학의 도시설계 작성과정과 프로그램을 살펴보고 공공디자인으로서 주민제안형 도시설계의 가능성과 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. This is a study regarding the efforts of the Gyong-gi Newtown Citizen Academy in Anyang Man-an Newtown and their role in shaping the urban design of their living environment. Our goal is to gauge how citizen participation may factor into the design process, from the early stages to the end result. The Newtown Academy diverged from the existing methods of a lecture centered approach to one that encouraged direct participation from the local citizens. We analyze the process and manner in which they drew up the plans. Our research focused on the winning proposal from the 2010 Citizen Academy Design competition, entitled 'Coexistence with Nature, Culture, History, Human - Eco-Cycle Man-an'. The Man-an team conducted regional analyses to come up with their own alternatives that would allow culture, leisure and nature to coexist in the space of their targeted area. The Newtown redevelopment promotion district reflected the actual implementation of the Man-an team's design. This study examines an urban design process in which citizens become directly involved, which presents the possibilities and directions of an urban design that is public and resident-oriented, in nature.

It was attempted to develop an auto part by over molding injection mold that produces precision products in high productivity with use of an eco-friendly TPE substitute material for NBR. NBR is currently used in motor gear cover, one of the key parts in motor module for auto doors. Gear cover is composed of plastics and rubber mostly today, which requires a two (2) step process for production using two presses of different types. A hot press is used at this time for forming the rubber, which has drawback of requiring a rather long forming time of 400 seconds for one forming process. Even though this difficulty is overcome by reducing production time through employment of multi-cavity molds, time for forming process must be shortened for improvement of the productivity eventually, and the existing method of insert injection for products that have been formed with plastic material must be outgrown. In this point of view, over molding injection using TPE has a big advantage. Forming time is shortened to 54 seconds, and working the two (2) processes in series by one (1) press could solve the durability problem caused by deflection of the plastics, not to mention shortening the process time. Enhancement of productivity by almost 80% and improvement in the accuracy of the product could thus be achieved.

The study was aimed at developing a power transmission coupling that is possible to transfer power without any trouble even if the two rotating shafts are making minute misalignment. The coupling that has been developed is Flange Flexible Urethane-key Coupling that connects two shafts by flanges with Urethane-key. A model coupling for use in transmitting power of 10hp was made and undergone performance evaluation and tests. Property and usefulness was proved through the test. The performance evaluation has demonstrated a property of $11.25Kgf{\cdot}m$ of allowable torque and 28.25hp of power at 1,80Orpm, which was found to be superior compared to the performance of similar couplings. Based on the performance test, study was made also for improving the shape of the Urethane-key and was successful to make the flange in smaller outside diameter. Further application test at site has proved that the product is easy to install and maintain, and has property of absorbing minute misalignment between two shafts and vibration caused there from.

1990년대 초반 분당, 일산 등 5개의 수도권 1기 신도시가 개발되었다. 이들 신도시는 체계적인 도시계획과 쾌적한 주거환경으로 선호도가 높아 살고 싶은 도시로 인식되고 있다. 이들 신도시 인근에는 중소규모의 택지개발이 많이 진행되었으며, 동일 생활권을 형성하기도 하는데 이들 지역은 '신개발 밀집지역'이라 불릴 수 있다. 수도권에서 이처럼 신개발이 집적된 대표적인 지역이 경부고속도로축에 입지한 분당과 용인서북부 지역이다. 이 지역은 2005년 현재 거주인구가 100만을 상회하는 대규모 생활권을 형성하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 분당-용인서북부 지역의 거주환경 비교분석을 통해 연속적인 중소규모 택지개발의 문제점을 파악하고 향후 신도시개발 및 주변지역 도시관리의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. During the 1990's, five new towns were constructed around Seoul such as Bun-Dang and Il-San. These new towns are very popular since they were created based on systemic urban planning and they provide various residential amenities. Many people consider them livable cities. Taking such advantages, other small-scale new public and private developments continued around those new towns and consequently created 'agglomerated region with new development'. The most representative area is Bun-Dang and north-western Yong-In area which are formed along the Seoul-Busan expressway. This area is a mega-community having more than one million residents in 2005.Judging from recent development trends in the Seoul metropolitan area, it is expected that the formation of other 'agglomerated region with new development' would be continued for the time being. This study is aimed to analyze the residential environment of Bun-Dang and north-western Yong-In and find implications to the management of 'agglomerated region with new development'. The relevant existing studies have their limits, only focusing on analyzing current conditions and pointing out current problems. This study could be differentiated from the existing analyses in that it conducted comprehensive analyses on various factors that constitute urban residential environment. The conclusion of this study was derived from diverse analyses of current development condition, residential sites, regional transportation, awareness of residents, and oversee cases.

The strengthening of a metal matrix composite (MMC) by the shape memory effect (SME) of dispersed TiNi particles was theoretically studied. An analytical model was constructed for the prediction of the average residual stress (<σ>m) on the base of the Eshelby's equivalent inclusion method. The analysis was performed on the TiNi particle/AI metal matrix composites with varying volume fractions and prestrains of the particle. The residual stress caused by the shape memory of predeformed fillers has been predicted to contribute significantly to the strengthening of this composite.
고내구성의 omni-phobic 특성을 가지는 대면적 필름의 연속생산기술

일반적으로 발수성과 발유성을 모두 가지는 표면을 omni-phobic surface라고 하는데 적절한 모양의 마이크로 패턴을 표면에 새김으로써 이러한 omni-phobic 성질을 구현할 수 있다. 본 발표에서는 UV 경화 방식의 임프린팅 공정을 이용하여 re-entrant 구조를 구현하는 새로운 아이디어를 소개하고자 한다. 또한 pillar와 pillar를 연결하는 wall 구조를 도입하여 기계적인 내구성을 향상시켰으며 마이크로 구조를 대면적의 필름위에 연속적으로 새기기 위해 Roll to roll 방식의 장치를 제작하였다. 이렇게 대면적에 새겨진 마이크로 패턴은 초발수/발유 성능을 보여줄 뿐만 아니라 방빙 성능, 광학적 특성을 가짐으로써 다양한 기능성 필름으로 사용 가능함을 보여줄 수 있다.
CNT 열전달 물질에 의한 50W LED의 방열 성능평가

In this study, cooling and heat-transfer tests are performed to compare and evaluate the thermal conductivity in a prepared CNT TIM (thermal interface material). A polymerized CNT heat-transfer resin and commercial thermal grease (Shinetsu G-747) were applied for a comparison test in both cases. Cooling experiments with an aluminum foil specimen were performed in order to measure the temperature distribution using an infrared camera, and in heat radiation experiments, performance testing of the thermal conductivity was conducted using high-power LEDs. Carbon resin with the polymerization of graphite and carbon black, and CNT-polymerized CNT resin with graphite and carbon black were tested and compared with using G-747. It was found that the cooling performance and the heat transfer ability in both the carbon resin and the CNT-polymerized CNT resin were greater than those of G-747 because the temperature by 5.0℃ in both cases appeared lower than that of the G-747.

오우크쇼트에게 있어서 인간에게 가장 가치로운 것은 심미적(예술적)인 것, 즉 시(詩)이다. 그것은, 예술은 하나의 양상적 경험이되, 그와 동시에 경험 그 자체이기 때문인데, 다시 그것은, 예술에서는 형식과 내용이 아예 구분불가능하기 때문이다. 과학과 실제적 활동 등은 물론 예술 활동이 아니지만, 그 활동에서 형식과 내용이 (구분되기는 하나) 분리되지 않은 채 수행될 수 있다. 이 경우 그 활동들은 예술적인 방식으로 수행되는 것이라고 말할 수 있다. 오우크쇼트에게 있어서 종교는 (예컨대 커다란 이념을 추구하는 일이 아니라) 자기 자신을 추구하는 일이다. 종교는 인간의 한계와 가능성을 의식하며, 같은 말이지만, 인간의 인간으로서의 문제를 인식하고 해결책을 제시한다. 오우크쇼트에게 있어서 인간의 한계, 인간의 문제는 무지, 고, 죄, 허무 등으로 파악되며, 그 해결책은 예술적인 것에 있는 것으로 파악된다. 그에게 있어서는 자기 자신을 추구하는 일도, 구체적으로는, 예술적인 것을 향유하는 것으로 나타난다고 말할 수 있다. As for Michael Oakeshott, what is the most worthwhile in human life is the aesthetical, that is, poetry. Because the art is not only a mode of experience but also experience itself. The art dose not know the distinction between form and content. Other activities like science and practical experience are not art. However those activities can be performed in a special way in which form and content can not be separated, though they are distinguished. In that case, those activities can be said to be performed in an artistic way. As for Michael Oakeshott, religion means pursuing self, not grand ideal for example. Religion is conscious of the limit of human being and the possibility of human being. We can say that religion recognizes human problems and suggests solutions to that problems. Michael Oakeshott thinks that human problems are comprised of ignorance, sufferings, sins and nihility. And he thinks that we can find the solutions to that problems in arts, that is, arts proper and artistically-performed activities like science and practical activities. As for Michael Oakeshott, pursuing self means participating and enjoying arts.

본 연구는 정부에서 추진하였던 녹색성장 생생도시 정책이 기초자치단체에 어느 정도 효과를 나타냈는지에 대해 실증적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 정부는 2009년부터 생생도시 평가를 통해 중앙정부의 패러다임인 녹색성장 정책을 실현하는 우수 도시로 44개 자치단체를 선정ㆍ지원하였다. 본 연구는 설문조사 위주의 기존 정성적 연구의 한계를 극복하기 위해 공식적 통계자료를 활용한 정량분석을 시도하였다. 이를 위해 생생도시의 7개 분야별 대표지표로 전력사용량, 자전거도로 길이, 우수중수처리시설 용량, 생활폐기물 배출량, ESCO 등록업체 수, 도시공원 면적, 탄소포인트제 가입세대 수 등을 선정하였으며, 생생도시 정책이 추진된 시점을 기준으로 2008년에서 2011년까지의 시계열분석을 진행하였다. 실증분석 결과, 생생도시로 선정된 44개 자치단체의 녹색성장 분야 전반적인 현황이 기타 자치단체에 비해 우수하며, 생생도시 정책 시행전후 변화량이 바람직한 방향으로 개선된 것으로 파악되었다. 이는 생생도시 평가, 선정으로 인해 지자체의 녹색성장에 대한 인식이 개선되어 자치단체 정책에 반영된 결과이며, 녹색생활에 대한 주민들의 인식이 크게 향상된 것으로 이해할 수 있다. This study aims to analyze how much green growth ECORICH policy, promoted by the central government of Korea, has affected municipalities empirically. By evaluating ECORICH policy from 2009, the central government selected 44 municipalities practicing green growth policy and supported this new paradigm. To overcome the limitation of the existing qualitative study with questionnaire analysis, this paper attempts a quantitative study with official statistical data. Followings are 7 selected indicators ; electric power usage, length of bicycle road, capacity of rainwater restoration facility, volume of discharged waste, number of registered ESCO company, area of urban park, and number of households registered in CO2 point system. Time series analyses are processed from 2008 to 2011 based on the starting points of ECORICH policy. As the results of the empirical study, the present condition of 44 selected ECORICH municipalities are superior than other unselected municipalities, and the amount of change between pre and post ECORICH policy are ameliorated in a desirable direction. As reflected in the local governments’ policies, ECORICH policy has enhanced awareness of green growth of municipalities as well as understanding by citizens.
