어머니의 양육태도와 유아의 어린이집 생활적응

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in mother's child-rearing attitudes and young children's life adjustment in day care center according to young children's sex, age and the socio-demographic factors of mother. Also, the relative importance of mother's child-rearing attitude types on young children's adjustment in day care center was investigated. The 237(131 boys and 106 girls aged from 3 to 5year old) pair of mother-teacher subjects were randomly selected from 7 day care centers in Cheongju. Regarding children's sex, no differences were found in mother's child-rearing attitudes. But regarding children's age, differences were found in mother's child-rearing attitudes. Regarding socio-demographic factors of mother, mother's child-rearing attitudes were not varied according to mother's occupation. The findings of multiple regression analysis demonstrated that mother's child-rearing attitudes were contribution factors for young children's life adjustment in day care center. Affection, interests, consistency were found to have positive effect in young children's life adjustment in day care center. That is, young children adjusted very well in day care center when mother's affection, interest and consistency levels were high. Affection is the strongest predictor of young children's life adjustment in day care center, followed by consistency and interest levels. Those factors explained young children's life adjustment in day care center about 10%.

NR과 SBR 가황물의 경도와 강성도에 대한 온도의 영향

본 연구에서는 고무제품의 수치 안정성과 성능유지에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 중요한 특성 중 하나인 온도변화에 따른 고무재료의 경도변화를 고찰하였다. 새롭게 제작된 International Rubber Hardness Degree(IRHD, Normal type) 경도측정 시험기를 사용하여 미충전된 NR과 SBR시편의 여러 온도에서 경도변화를 측정하였으며 Young`s modulus 값과 비교하였다. NR과 SBR 모두 유리전이온도 근처에서 경도와 Young`s modulus의 급격한 변화를 보였다. 온도가 증가함에 따라 경도와 Young`s modulus 값이 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 이는 분자의 운동성과 엔트로피 영향으로 해석할 수 있다. 카본블랙과 실리카가 충전된 NR과 SBR의 경우 충전제의 함량이 증가함에 따라 경도에 미치는 온도의 영향이 감소함을 관찰하였다. Hardness of rubbery materials, which is important for dimensional stability and product performance, was investigated upon temperature change in this study. A newly developed IRHD (International Rubber Hardness Degree) tester was used to measure the hardness changes of NR and SBR specimens at various temperatures and the hardness values were compared with the Young`s modulus. The hardness and Young`s modulus of NR and SBR showed an abrupt change near the glass transition temperatures. The hardness and Young`s modulus were increased by increasing temperature due to the increased random chain conformation of molecules. The effect of temperature on hardness and Young`s modulus of NR and SBR specimens filled with carbon black and silica was decreased by increasing filler content.

감상을 통한 유아 음악교육에 대한 이론적 고찰

This study was written on purpose to provide a basic source meterial about a suitable appreciation for young children through a theoretical consideration about importance of music education for young children by using music apprecition. To achieve this, considers the importance of music appreciation for young children at the beginning. The second, looks types of music apperciation by dividing into two branches. A Type following the attitude of appreciaton and the other type following the method of appreciaton. The third, looks into the actual conditions of music appreciation activities for young children base on preceding researches, and indicates desirable music appreciation activities. Theses theoretical considerations will be used as a basic source meterial to develop music appreciation programs for young children afterwards.

The Association between Board Gender Diversity and Corporate Investment Efficiency

We investigate the relationship between board with female outside directors (FODs) and firms’ investment efficiencies using the firms listed in KOSPI from 2015 to 2019. We find that the association between firms with FODs and their investment efficiencies is generally insignificant although we find a weak negative association with under-investment. Then, we conduct the additional analyses to see if the association between them would be different in firms with high agency costs arising from excess free cash flow. Interestingly, we find that firms with FODs are negatively associated with over-investment as well as under-investment but the association is only pronounced in firms with higher level of free cash flow. The results of this study continue to maintain when we employ propensity score matching approach to address self-selection bias. Overall, our evidence supports the prior studies suggesting the positive aspect of gender-diverse boards in corporate decision-making process. That is, gender diversity may enhance board‘s governance roles, providing implication that female outside directors in boards can add a value to a firm needing a strong governance mechanism. This could be of interest of regulators and policy makers while considering the adoption of female quota system in the board of directors in listed firms.

한강 수질개선 편익 측정 : 개방형 질문 CVM CVM with Open-ended Elicitation Mehtod

The purpose of this study is measuring the benefits of water quality improvement in Han river using CVM with open-ended format elicitation method. The mean WTP in this study is about 3/5 of that in Shin(1997) where a dichotomos choice with a follow-up elicitation method was used on exact same objective. Because the only difference between this study and Shin(1997) is the elicitation method used, the possibility that the different elicitation methods may yield the different sizes of benefits can be suggested.

美國 OHIO地方의 都市 室內造景에 관한 연구 : Ohio Columbus市의 Three nationwide plaza를 中心으로

This study was carried out to investigate interior garden of atrium of Three Nationwith Plaza in Columbus, Ohio, U.S.A. The results obtained were as follows : 1. Interior garden was considered as living room for working people in the plaza building. 2. Schefflera, Rhapis, Phoenix were dominated in atrium interior space. 3. Spathiphyllum Strelizia in atrium interior space were utilized as lower class of plants. 4.Hosta spp. in atrium interior space were utilized as ground cover. 5. Many indoor plants can be used as season- free, but some spaces only a season.

Theoretical Study of Divided Nations and Peace Tourism

This paper attempts to define how to categorize tourism between divided nations, that is, separate political units that one were parts of a larger unit, subdivided by internal or external forces. Even though this research approach to the problem stems from a concern about the problem of classification of tourism between divided nations (whether such travel is international or domestic), research’s examination opens up interesting perspectives on such factors as power relations in tourism and the meaning of boundaries, both national and mental. Sometimes domestic tourism may include a crossing of boundaries much more significant than international borders. Since tourism development in any given country is affected by the political environment, understanding the implications of various political conditions with a relationship to tourism, is important since it will assist to determine the likely outcomes on tourism activity.

생분해성 플라스틱이 포함된 유기성 생활 쓰레기의 퇴비화

준 생산용 퇴비화 장치를 이용하여 생분해성 플라스틱을 포함하는 유기성 도시생활쓰레기기의 퇴비화를 연구하였다. 유기성 도시생활쓰레기는 실제 도시생활쓰레기 구성비에서 무기물을 제외한 유기성 물질만의 비로 만들어 사용하였다. 유기성 도시생활쓰레기를 구성하는 각각의 물질에 대한 생분해도를 ISO법으로 측정하였고, 퇴비의 화학적 물리적 특성도 조사하였다. 구성 물질에 대한 생분해도 결과에서, 생분해성 고분자를 포함한 각 물질들은 퇴비화에 충분한 생분해도를 나타내는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한, 유기성 도시 생활쓰레기로부터 비독성의 퇴비를 얻을 수 있음을 알았다. The composting study of organic municipal solid waste containing biodegradable plastic was performed by using pilot scale composting apparatus. The organic municipal solid waste(OMSW) was artificially prepared for composting. The composition of artificial OMSW was the same as that of real municipal solid waste excluding inorganic waste. The biodegradability of individual component of OMSW was studied according to the ISO method. The chemical and physical characteristics were also observed. Biodegradability study revealed that every component of OMSW including biodegradable plastic had sufficient degradability for real composting. And it was found that non-toxic compost could be produced from OMSW containing biodegradable plastic.

미분변환에 의한 가변단면을 갖는 봉의 진동해석

In this paper the Differential Transformation technique is applied to analyze the longitudinal vibration of bar with non-uniform cross-section area. The governing equation of motion of the non-uniform bar is derived. The concept of differential transform is briefly introduced. And the natural frequencies of the bar were obtained and analyzed under various geometric and boundary conditions by using the differential transformation solutions. The calculated results from the differential-transformation solutions bear very high accuracy.
