      • 장기간 항갑상선제 투여 후 임의 중단 뒤 재복용시 발생한 무과립구증 1 예

        Agranulocytosis, one of the major side effects of antithyroid a gents, probably occurs in less than 0.25% of cases treated with antithyroid agents. It usually occurs within the first several weeks or months after the initiation of therapy, when drug dosage is higher. Most reported cases of agranulocytosis have occurred during the first 3 months of therapy. We describe here a rare case that did not experience the side effect for 6 years of antithyroid agent treatment but presented with agranulocytosis in one month after re-exposure. It suggests that the major side effect such as agranulocytosis can occur in patients who had undergone prior uneventful antithyroid drug therapy.

        Carcinoid tumors have been reported in a wide range of organs but most commonly involve the lungs, bronchi and gastrointestinal tract. Within the gastrointestinal tract, appendix is the most common location for carcinoid, followed by the distal small intestine, the rectum, and the stomach. Among these, primary involvement of the ampulla of Vater is extremely rare. We report a case of carcinoid tumor of ampulla of Vater. A 62-year-old man presented with epigastric soreness. Gastroduodenal endoscopy showed hyperemic bulging mass on ampulla of Vater and diagnosed as carcinoid tumor by histologic finding, with immunohistochemical study. In ^(111)In-octreoscan, tumor had regional lymph node metastasis, but no evidence of distant metastasis. Pancreatoduodenectomy with lymph node dissection was performed.

        참당귀의 흰쥐 4-Vessel Occlusion 전뇌허혈에 대한 신경방어효과

        Objectives : Angelicae Radix, the root of Angelica gigas N_AKAI (Umbelliferae) , which has been used to nourish the blood(補血), regulate menstruation(調經), relieve pain and promote bowel movements(崩漏) and activate blood circulation for the treatment of fatigue, headache, constipation and blood troubles in traditional Korean medicine. It's flavour and channel tropism is sweet(甘), pungent(辛), warm(溫), acting on the lung, heart and spleen(肺, 心, 脾). The purpose of study we report here was to determine the neuroprotective effect of Angelica gigas on global ischemia induced by 4-vessel occlusion in Wistar rats. Methods : Angelica gigas extracts was lyphilized after extraction with 85% methanol. We induced 4-VO for 10 minutes and reperfused again. The number of CA1 pyramidal neurons were counted after 7 days of reperfusion under the cresyl violet staining. Results : The results showed that Angelica gigas had significantly neuroprotective effects (100, 250 and 500mg/kg of AR extracts, p<0.001) compared with control group. Each neuroprotective ratio was about 66.1, 79.3 and 78.6% respectively. Immunohistochemical data partially explained the protective effects of Angelica gigas via attenuation of COX-2 induction in hippocampus. Conclusion : Angelica gigas gas neuroprotective effects on the global ischemia induced by 4-vessel occlusion in Wistar rats and the attenuation of COX-2 induction is thought to be its possible mechanism.

        This research is about a comparison and a analysis about a driver swing movement between a professional golfer and common golfer. The next followings are the conclusion of this research. 1)The speed of professional golfer's take back is 2.10±0.21m/s, and for common golfer is 2.22 ±0.40m/s. It is almost the same but common amateur's back swing is faster. 2)The speed of professional golfer's swing, right before the impact is 44.80±0.45m/s, and for common golfer is 42.40±0.45m/s. You could tell that professional golfer's swing right before the impact is faster. 3)According to number 1 and 2, you could tell that professional golfer's back swing is a little bit slower than the common golfer, but the swing right before the impact is faster than the common golfer. 4)The weight movement of professional golfer moves much more to the right than the common golfer during the take back. 5)You can also see that the weight movement during the impact, common golfer moves a little more to the left than the professional golfer. 6)Looking at angle of the club face while swinging, common golfer's angle before the impact is more opened than professional golfer. While the impact, the common golfer's angle is more opened than the pro-fessional golfer. After the impact, common amateur's angle closes move than the professional golfer. 7)When you look at the changes of the angle before the impact till the movement of the impact, you can tell that professional golfer changes the angle a little less than the common golfer. 8)The changes of the angle between the movement of the impact till the end of the impact, you can tell that the professional golfer changes the angle a little less than the common golfer. 9)You can tell that common golfer angles are move opened than the professional golfer from the whole swing angle. 10)When you look at the swing line, the professional golfer take back line and the line right before the impact is almost the same, common golfer's take back line and the line right before the impact are not the same. The conclusion of the accomplishment of this research is that we only researched about the driver shot, but in autumn research I think that iron / shot, approach shot, and putting shots are a good use of a research.

        The notched charpy and Izod impact test is the most prevalent technique used to characterize the effect of high impulse loads on ploymeric materials. A method of analysis in rubber toughened PVC is suggested to evaluate the critical strain energy release rate Gc from the Charpy and Izod impact energy measurement. Instrumented Charpy impact tester was used to extract ancilliary information concerning fracture properties in addition to total fracture properties and maximum critical load. The stress intensity factor Kd was calculated for the variation of rubber contents from the obtained maximum critical load and toughned effects were investigated.

        The construction of Korea's first Cotton Museum has been in progress since 1990 on the site of first cotton cultivation(Historic Site No. 108) in Sawol-ri, Tansong-myon, Sanch'ong-gun County, Kyongsangnam-do Province. The Cotton Museum will have great significance in that it will be first such museum in the country and that general understanding about cotton will be promoted through a comprehensive display of objects, artefacts and ather materials related to cotton. In connection with the construction of a museum spesializing in cotton, I would like to present in this paper importance of cotton and an exhibition plan to explain how important cotton is. Cotton seeds were brought to Korea by Mun Ik-Chom from Yuan China during the reign of King Kongmin of Koryo(1363), Chong Ch'on-ik, Mun's rather-in-low, successfully cultivated cotton to contribute much to the betterment of the people's living and national economy Hongwon, a Chinese Buddhist monk, introduced how to make weave cotton cloth and how to make cotton weaving looms. Cotton cloth weaving spread to all parts of Korea in a short period of time, bringing changes in clothing, land cultivation, use of farm land, domestic work and housing life. The Museum will be so designed as to show growing and use of the cotton in time sequences in the introductory Department, the First Exhibition Hall and the Second Exhibition Hall. The Introductory Department will serve as a kind of reception lobby for the visitors where they will receive orientation for the cotton and its use. It will also functions as symbolic space for the cotton. The long First Exhibition Hall will be divided into two parts. The first part will be cotton history room where the visitors can have a survey of the cotton and its importance. The second part will be cotton fabric weaving room where the visitors can inspect looms and related equipment and such primary cotton products as cloth, cottonwood and thread. The second Exhibition Hall will consist of cotton culture room to exhibit such secondary cotton products as cotton clothes, cotton dying and washing of cotton clothes and Sanch'ong history room to introduce culture of historic Sanch'ong-gun county where cotton was first grown in Korea. Exhibits will include artefacts, photographs, graphics and models. Exhibition will be made in such a way as to help the visitors better understand the cotton and its products and have greater interest in the cotton. By clearly understanding the message to communicate and selecting and displaying adequate and effective exhibition media, the exhibition designers of the Cotton Museum are reguested not to commit errors of distortion, qualitative changes, exaggeration or downplaying of exhibition message.

      • 골프선수와 일반인의 견관절 등속성 근력에 관한 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine whether and how much isokinetic strength in shoulder is different between general male with age of earlier 20's who have not been experienced in golf and golfers who have been experienced for at least 5 years. For the purpose of this study, an intensive isokinetic test was carried out with thirteen general male and fourteen golfers by using Cybex 770. The test was conducted at two speeds of 60deg/sec (5 repetitions) and 180deg/sec (5 repetitions) for flexion and extension in left and right shoulders. From the above study, the following results were obtained: (1) Peak torque was significantly different (p〈0.001) between general male and golfers for flexion and extension at all of the above speeds. (2) The ratio of peak torque to body weight was significantly different (p〈0.001) for extension and also different (p〈0.01) for flexion at all of the speeds. (3) Peak torque ratio of flexion to extension was significantly different (p〈0.01) with the exception of left shoulder at a speed of 60deg/sec. (4) Average power was significantly different (p〈0.001) for flexition and extension at all of the above speeds. (5) Average power to body weight was significantly different (p〈0.001) with the exception that it was significantly different (p〈0.05) only for flexion at a speed of 60deg/sec.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate differences of the physical fitness and the cardiorelpiratory function between some trained Golf, Ice-Hockey and Soccer players. The subject are 12 person, repectly. I adopted the physical test and used bicycle-ergometer to understand the effect to know the physical fitness and developing states of the sampled young students. 1.Physical fitness 1)In factors of grip strength(right, left), back strength, arm sterength flexion(right, left), arm sterength extension(right. left), leg sterength flexion(right, left) and leg strength extension(Belt) It showed that were not any remarkable difference between Golf, Ice-Hockey and Soccer group at rest and maximum exorcise. 2)In factors of showed in Soccer player 117.95±17.89kg, Ice-Hockey player 98.13±12.41kg, Golf player 92.65±18.86kg. Among these group there was significantly(P<.01). 3)In factors of leg srength extension(right) showed in Soccer player 59.80± 7.04kg. Ice-Hockey player 58.75±7.47kg, Golf playel 51.30±10.13kg. Among these group there was significantly(p<.05). 4)In factors of sit-up showed in Soccer player 59.00±7.77n/min, Ice-Hockey player 51.25±11.27n/min, Golf player 42.20±7.94n/min, Among these group there was significantly(p<.01). 5)In factors of sargent jump showed in Soccer player 50.70±4.99cm, Ice-Hockey player 45.42±5.12cm. Golf player 43.00±3.02cm. Among these gruop there was significantly(p.<.01). 6)In facotors of trunk flexion showed in Soccer player 17.40±5.58cm, Ice-Hockey player 11.67±8.14cm, Golf player 9.80±4.44cm, Among these group there was a notable difference(p<.001). 7)In factors of trunk flexion showed in Soccer player 17.40±5.58cm. Ice-Hockey player 11.67±8.14cm, Golf player 9.80±4.44cm. Among these group there was a notable difference(p<.05). 2.Cardiovascular 1)In Tidal volume(rest. max), Ventilation(rest, max), respiration(rest), Heart rate(max), Oxygen pulse(rest). All-out time. Oxygen Consumption(rest), ventilation of Carbon dioxide production(refit, max). Respiratory quotient(rest. max) and Oxygen Consumption per kg body weight(rest) It showed that were not any remarkable difference between Golf. Ice-Hockey. Soccer group at rest and maximum exorcise. 2)In maximum RR, It showed that there was a significant difference(p<.05) between Golf player 52.80 ± 8.02n/m. Ice-Hockey player 52.80± 8.02n/m. Soccer player 62.70± 6.99n/m. 3)In maximum HR. It showed that there were not any remarkable difference between Golf player 195.90± 11.67 beats/min 4)In maximum O2 pulse, It showed that there was a significant differences(p<.05)between Golf player 14.17±2.55ml/beats. Ice-Hockey player 17.47±3.44ml/beats, Soccer player 17.02±2.62ml/bea1s. 6)In maximum VO2, It showed that there was a significant difference(P<.05) between Golf player 2765.70±470.701/min. Ice-Hockey player 3274.42±621.881/min, Soccer player 3200.60±468.601/min. 7)In maximum VO2/W, It showed that there was a significant difference(p<.01) between Golf player 50.91±7.48ml/kg/min, 50.91±7.48ml/kg/min.

      • 企業歷史館의 建立傾向과 展示演出 : 新世界 韓國商業史博物館을 中心으로 With Special Reference to Shin Se Gae Commercial Museum

        As considered the cultural level of a given society, the social role of museum has important meanings in light of public education and enlightenment. Fortunately, many private enterprises has joined in establishing museum since 1980 for encouraging business enthusiasm, maturing business ethics, finding the history of one's entrepre new, and strentherning member's solidarities. The purpose of this study is to analyzing the museum on Korean commercial history. In this context, the writer intends to introduce and examine the 'commercial museum of Shin Se Gae Department store' which was recently opened one. The first ground of the museum(the compartment for Korean commercial development history from ancient times to Japanese Imperialistic periods, due on the concept of ancient, medieval, and modern times. Especially the ground displays such history of capitalism as a sprout and forming of modern capitalism, and development of contemporary capitalism. The second floor of the museum demonstrates 'The history of distribution industry' and the development history of Shin Se Gae Department store. On Considering its new and dynamic - methodological approach and technology as compared previous ones, it is evident that the museum will be an important exemplar.
