        현행 중등학교 과학 실험 , 실습 교육 실태 조사 및 그 운영 진단 (Ⅱ) : 고등학교 과학 실험 , 실습 교육을 중심으로

        본 연구는 96년도에 실시한 우리 나라 중학교 과학 실험·실습 교육의 실태 조사 연구에 따른 계속 연구의 일환으로 고등학교 과학 실험·실습 교육의 실태를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 연구내용은 고등학교 과학 교과서의 분석, 실험·실습 실시 현황 분석, 현행 실험·실습 교육의 문제점 분석, 현행 학교 구성원들의 실험·실습 교육 운영 실태 조사 및 현행 실험·실습 교육의 개선을 위한 연구과제 도출을 주요 연구내용으로 다루었다. 연구방법은 전국의 고등학교 80개교를 대상으로 이들 학교의 학생 1,977명, 교사 165명, 학교장 80명에게 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 결과를 중심으로 우리 나라 고등학교 과학 실험 실습 교육의 정상화를 위한 실험 내적인 연구과제를 제시하면 다음과 같다. (1)교재 개발에 대한 연구, (2)실험 킷트 개발에 대한 연구, (3)교사교육 및 재교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구, (4)교실 밖 실험·실습 활동 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구, (5)과학 실험·실습 소재의 개발에 대한 연구. This study was accomplished to analysis and survey on the experimental and practical science education of high school in korea for the consecutive study of the an analysis and survey on the experimental and practical science education of middle school in korea(Lee, Yoon-Jong et al., 1997). The status of facilities, management for the experiment, practices, teaching methods in high schools have been investigated. The present status and reasonable management of the high school science education have been grasped from the questionaires. To do this 165 high school science teachers, 1977 students and 80 principals of high schools in Korea are administered questionaires of Science Education Research Institute of Kyungpook National University(1997). The results of this study are as follows : The reasonable management for experiments and practices of science education were scanty in the high school around the urban and rural school owing to the shortage of facilities and equipments, crowded class, excessive class works for teacher, excessive contents of present textbooks and insufficiency of the administrative supports etc. The current teaching method of high school science has emphasized knowledge. This fact does not satisfy the objective of learning due to lack of the teaching method. Desirable directions for the improvement of present status of high school science education were proposed in this paper.

        A 8-year-o1d castrated male Shit-tzu dog was presented with chronic, severe and recurrent bilateral otitis externa. Clinical signs were stenosis, swelling, severe discharges from external auditory canal and pruritus of the ear. A diagnosis of the patient was made based on history, Physical examination, otoscopic examination, cytological examination and radiography. The dog was diagnosed to end-stage otitis externa and followed by treatment with systemic cyclosporine administration and topical solution. Clinical symptoms were resolved after 4 weeks cyclosporine therapy.

      • Southern Blot Hybridization법을 이용한 악성 림프종의 면역유전형에 관한 연구

        Immunogenotyping using gene rearrangement analysis has emerged as a precise laboratory aid in the diagnosis and classification of malignant Iymphoid neoplasms. The lineage and clonality of the malignant Iymphoid neoplasms can be identified by the demonstration of rearrangements of antigen receptor genes of the immunoglobulin and T-cell receptor genes. The analysis of the gene rearrangements on the malignant Iymphoid neoplasms are also useful as a sensitive unique clonal markers to detect early recurrence in patients with malignant Iymphoid neoplasms after treatment. To analyze the sensitivity and specificity of gene rearrangements in the diagnosis of malignant Iymphoid neoplasms. 24 cases of malignat Iymphoma were examined by Southern blot hybridization using CTβ-T cell receptor β chain gene-DNA probe and JH-immunoglobulin heavy chain gene-DNA probe. The results of the immunogenotypings using Southern blot hybridization disclosed high correlation between the immunophenotyping using immunohistochemical stain with monoclonal antibodies (B-cell Iymphoma 84.2%. T-cell Iymphoma 75% ). The analysis of the gene rearrangement of the angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy(AILD) and unclassifiable Iymphoma using immunohistochemical stain could resolve the monoclonality and lineage . Rearranged bands to the CTβDNA probe were observed in one case out of 2 cases of AILD. One case of unclassifiable Iymphoma showed rearranged bands to the CTβ DNA probe. There were no rearrangements in reactive follicular Iymphoid hyperplasia and paracortical Iymphoid hyperplasia. In conclusion, DNA gene rearrangement study should be applied to differentiate the clonality and cell lineage in the malignant Iymphoma with indistinctive immunophenotype.

        VS(Variable Speed)-Motor is speed control method using eddy-current coupling. This method installs eddy-current coupling with constant speed driving Induction Motor and controls rotating speed through a charging change of a excitation current, particularly. VS-Motor is used widely because of simple control and wide speed range. But this method has large losses and low efficiency because of heating as slip drum in low speed region. In cooling, addition of a mechanical devices is difficult and in volume, large space is occupied. Using SCR for control, efficiency of system is low. In case of inverter, though advantage of high efficiency and high performance the price is expensive. Therefore, in this study, we developed low-cost type VVVF(Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) Inverter system for substituting VS-Motor.

        분사처리 후 산부식 표면처리된 교정용 미니 임플랜트의 골유착능에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 교정 치료 시 골내 고정원으로 사용되는 교정용 임플랜트의 표면처리 여부가 골유착능에 있어서 어떠한 효과를 보이는지 제거회전력의 측정을 통해 알아보고자 하였으며, 그에 따른 교정력 적용의 확장과 임상적 의의를 알아보고자 하였다. 실험군은 분사처리 후 산부식(Sand-blasted Large grit, and Acid etched, SLA) 표면 처리된 교정용 미니 임플랜트인 C-implant (Cimplant, Seoul, Korea)를 사용하였으며 대조군은 같은 디자인이지만 표면 처리를 하지 않은 평활면 C-implant를 사용하였다. 실험군과 대조군을 각각 2개씩 11마리의 가토 경골에 식립하였고 식립 후 6주에 가토를 희생시켜 제거회전력을 측정하여 t-test를 통하여 두 군의 제거회전력 차이의 통계적 유의성을 알아보았으며 조직표본을 만들어 조직소견을 관찰하였다. 실험결과 제거회전력은 SLA 처리한 C-implant 군이 평활면 C-implant 군보다 통계적으로 유의성 있게 높은 결과를 보였다 (p < 0.05). 평활면 C-implant 군의 평균 제거회전력 값은 4.614 Ncm이고, SLA C-implant 군의 평균 제거회전력 값은 6.286 Ncm로, SLA 군이 평활면 군보다 73% 더 높은 제거회전력에 대한 저항성을 나타내었다. 이상의 연구 결과에서 SLA 표면처리가 C-implant의 골유착능을 증가 시켰음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 표면 처리된 교정용 미니 임플랜트는 기존의 임플랜트에 비해 좀 더 강한 힘에 저항할 수 있으며 탈락률을 낮출 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Objective: The purpose of this study was to compare the torque resistance to removal of sandblasted large grit and acid etched (SLA) surface treated orthodontic mini-implants and smooth surface orthodontic mini-implants as well as performing histologic observations. Methods: Two groups of custom screw shaped orthodontic mini-implants (C-implant, 1.8 mm outer diameter × 9.5 mm length, Cimplant, Seoul, Korea) were designated. 22 SLA treated C-implants (SLA group) and 22 machined surface C-implants (machined group) were placed in the tibia metaphysis of 11 adult New Zealand white rabbits. Following a 6-week healing period, the rabbits were sacrificed. Subsequently, the C-implants were removed under reverse torque rotation with a digital torque measuring device and independent t-test was performed. Selected tissues were prepared for histologic observation. Results: The SLA group presented a higher mean removal torque value (6.286 Ncm) than the machined group (4.491 Ncm) which was statistically significant (p < 0.005). Histologic observation revealed a trend of more new bone formation in contact with the screw surface in the SLA group than the smooth group. Conclusions: The results of this study suggested that SLA surface treatment can enhance the osseintegration potential for C-orthodontic mini-implants.

        관개수심에 따른 벼의 생육 및 수량

        논토양에 있어서 관개수심에 따른 온도분포를 파악하고, 벼 재배에서 관개수심을 달리했을 때 수온과 지온의 온도환경변화와 이에 따른 수도의 생육 및 수량반응을 구명코자 실시한 시험결과는 다음과 같다. 우리나라 수원지방에서 수도재배기간 중 평균기온범위는 23.4∼29.1℃의 분포를 보였으며, 평균기온은 25.3℃이었다. 평균수온은 21.4∼26.7℃의 범위를, 지온은 21.7∼25.7℃의 범위를 보였으며, 수온 및 지온은 평균기온의 상승ㆍ하강에 따라 상승ㆍ하강하였다. 관개수심에 다른 생육특성을 보면 초장, 엽면적, 건물중 등은 처리간 차이가 없었다. 그러나 유수형성기는 12cm관개구에서 이앙 후 87일, 4cm구에서 83.3일이 각각 소요되어 관개수심이 깊을수록 유수형성기는 늦어지는 경향이었다. 수량 및 관련형질은 ㎡당 수수는 4cm관개구에서 413.3개/㎡로 가장 많았으나, 수당립수 및 ㎡당 입수는 오히려 8cm관개구가 각각 99.0개. 38,808개/㎡로 가장 많았으나, 관개수심별 정조수량은 대차 없었다. This experiments were carried out to evaluate the characteristics of temperature and the response of growth and yield characteristics under different irrigation depth in paddy rice field. Range of mean air temperature showed from 23.4℃ to 29.1℃ and mean of these air temperature was 25.3℃, while range of water temperature was from 21.4℃ to 26.7℃ and mean water temperature was 24.7℃. Range of soil temperature also was shown from 21.7℃ to 25.7℃ and mean temperature was 24.4℃ during growing periods of rice in Suwon. Plant height, leaf area index and dry matter were not shown difference among different irrigation depth, but date of panicle formation between irrigation depth showed difference such as that 12cm irrigation depth required 87.0 days while 4cm irrigation depth 83.3 days from transplanting showing that the deeper the irrigation depth, the later the panicle formation delayed. Number of panicles per ㎡ was shown highest in 4cm irrigation depth with 413.3/㎡, but 8cm irrigation depth showed higher number of grain per panicle and number of grain per ㎡ with 99.0, 2560.0/㎡ respectively. Unhulled rice yield among different irrigation depth showed no difference statistically.

      • 일본제조기업의 대중 직접투자 소유지분 결정요인에 관한 연구

        최근 급속하게 확대되어 왔으며, 앞으로도 지속적으로 증가될 것으로 예상되는 일본제조기업의 대중국 직접투자의 행태를 설명하기 위해 과학적이며 체계적인 연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 일본제조기업의 중국 진출 시 가장 우선적으로 제기되는 소유지분율 결정문제에 초점을 두고 실증분석을 시도하였다. 먼저 문헌조사를 통하여 기존 선행연구를 정리하였으며 이를 토대로 본 연구의 실증분석 모형을 설계하였다. 그리고 중국에 투자 진출하여 실제로 영업활동을 해온 일본제조기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 실증자료를 이용하여 통계분석을 시도하였다. 본 연구에서는 그동안 일본제조기업이 중국에 직접투자의 형태로 진출함에 있어서 소유지분율을 결정하는 요인이 무엇이었는가를 규명하였다. 본 연구에서는 특히 일본 제조기업이 중국투자 결정시 소유지분율의 결정에 영향을 주었던 요인들을 협상력 접근 모형에 근거하여 협상력 강화요인과 협상력 약화요인으로 밝혀내었다. 이는 소유지분율 결정요인을 사후적으로 파악한 것으로서 그동안의 대중국 투자에 대한 일본기업의 행태를 설명해 준다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

        수종의 엔진 구동형 니켈-타이타늄 합금파일의 절삭각에 따른 근관성형 효과에 관한 전자현미경적 연구

        The purpose of this in vitro study was to compare the effects of root canal debridement following rotary Ni-Ti instruments with positive versus negative rake angle. Seventy sound, extracted human anterior teeth & premolars were randomly divided into four groups. The used rotary instruments were Ni-Ti HERO642(Micro-Mega in France, 20 specimens), Ni-Ti ProFile(Maillefer, Ballaigues, Switzerland, 20 specimen), stainless steel engine reamer(Mani, Matutani Seisakusho Co.,Japan, 20 specimen) and negative control group(10 specimens) was only extirpated with barbed broach(Mani, Matsutani Seisakusho Co., Japan) Group 1 & 2 teeth were prepared to a #40 at the apex followed by 1 mm using crown-down technique. Group 3 teeth were instrumented from a #15 to a #40 in sequential order. After preparation and final irrigation, the roots split longitudinally into a bucco-lingual direction. Root halves were cross-sectioned in apical third portion again. all root specimens were prepared for SEM investigation & photographed. Separate evaluations were undertaken for smear layer on prepared walls with a five score-index for each using reference photograph in root halves. the penetration depth of smear layer into dentinal tubules was also estimated in the other halves. the following results were obtained : 1. Smear layer was observed on all the prepared walls with three experimental groups except negative control group 2. Smear layer characteristics1) HERO 642 groups showed snowy & dusty appearance & were observed only few some dentinal tubuli open on the prepared walls, and the penetration depth of it into dential tubules may be 1-2 ㎛ thick. 2) ProFile groups showed shiny & burnished appearance & complete root canal wall covered by a homogenous smear layer with no open dentinal tubuli and penetration depth of it into dentinal tubules may be 1-2㎛ thick. 3) Engine reamer groups showed obviously file's passed tracks on the prepared walls & were observed complete root canal wall covered by a homogenous smear layer with no open dintinal tubuli. The results revealed that a completely clean root canal could not be achieved regardless of positive & negative rake angle, which is in accordance with the majority of studies on root canal cleanliness In conclusion, throughout irrigation with antibacterial solutions or chelating agents is recommended to remove the smear layer on prepared canal walls.

      • 관상동맥 스텐트 시술 후의 재협착에 관한 연구

        Coronary stent implacement is known as an effective treatment in the intimal dissection after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and the prevention of restenosis. However, In-stent restenosis still remains a major concern in clinical stenting. The stents were placed in 103 patients from July 1996 to March 1999 and performed follow-up coronary angiograms in 59(57.3%) patients. To identify the clinical, angiographic and procedurerelated variables 'which predict late restenosis within the stented artery, 59 patients(58.3±9.9, M:F= 41:18) were studied. The clinical characteristics of the patients were stable angina in 23(39.0%), unstable angina in 14(23.7%), acute myocardial infarction in 21(35.6%) and old myocardial infarction in 1(1.7%). Coronary stenting was performed in 1 patient(1.7%) for primary lesion, 50 patients(84.7%) for suboptimal results after PTCA, 6 patients(10.2%) for bail-out procedure, and 2 patients(3.4%) for restenotic lesions. All patients were treated with aspirin and ticlopidinc. The follow-up angiograms were obtained at 7±4 months. The overall in-stent restenosis rate was 27.1%. The coronary angiographic findings were 32 single vessel(54.2%), 19 two vessel(32.2%) and 8 three vessel disease(13.6%). The angiographic morphological characteristics were type A in 33(55.9%), type B in 14(23.7%), type C in 12(20. 3%) cases. Variables of 16 patients with restenosis were compared with those of 43 patients without restenosis. Previously known predictors for in-stent restenosis were multiple stenting, stenting for restenotic lesions, residual stenosis after stenting, stenting for total occlusion lesions, reference diameter, balloon to vessel ratio, acute gain and minimal luminal diameter after procedure, design and characteristics of stents, ostial lesion of aorta, high pressure method for stenting, lesion length, diabetes mellitus, size of artheroma, saphenous vein grafts, ulcerlating lesions and calcified lesions. In this study, Reference diameter before stenting(2.43±0.54mm vs. 2.88±0.65mm, p=0.016) and balloon-to-artery ratio(1.28±0.26 vs. 1.11±0.18, p=0.006) were predictors for in-stent restenosis. 1) The overall in-stent restenosis rate was 27.1%. 2) In the analysis of predictors for in-stent restenosis, there was no significant differences in clinical, angiographic factors between group with restenosis and without restenosis. But, Only reference diameter before stenting and balloon-toartery ratio were predictors of late in-stent restenosis. In conclusion, stenting is effective revascularisation method for selected patients with ischemic heart disease, and to minimize in-stent restenosis rate, stent implanting is achieved in a large vessel on the basis of an artery-to-stnet ration of 1:1, if possible.

        Creating Video Highlights provide the important role to the multimedia contents producers and multimedia users that want to create a shorter highlight video scene. This paper propose the new method of creating highlights and the content based video indexing, This indexing, exactly speaking, is event-based video indexing. We deal with soccer, basket ball, and handball that have the events of scoring a goal. The event rule was used to detect the highlight shot about scoring a goal. In video indexing, both of the virtual informations and the captionts are analyzed to create the sports video highlights.
