Flat plate floor system is more economical and adaptable than Bearing wall-or Beam supported floor systems or Flat slab system. Most of today's Flat plate system has regular column layout, the diversity of the spatial and functional requirements of building design often calls for irregular column layout. Such layout remains of no practical use for want of theoretical research. This paper is to analyze the flat plate system with irregular column layout by experiment and Finite Differences Method. The authors resort to the displacement freezing method for out-of-plane displacement measurements and to the relative equation between displacement and bending moment to determine bending moments at arbitary points.

Storage mites are believed one of the most important allergens in farmers and rural regions. Tyrophagus putrescenitiae, belonging to storage mites, is found not only within storehouses but also in the house dust, and the third most common mites following Dematophagoides farinae and Dermatophagoides pteronyssnus in house dust in Korea. The sensitization rate to Trophagus putrescentiae was reported as high as that of house dust mite in patients visiting the allergy clinic in large cities in Korea. We experienced a 69-year-old man who had suffered from dyspnea, wheezing, and coughing for 10 years. He retired from the teaching profession, and had lived in a large city. Deajeon. The skin prick test showed a positive reaction to Tyrophagus putrescentiae and negative reactions to house dust mites. The bronchial challenge test with Tyrophagus putrescentiae showed late asthmatic reaction. We confirmed a Tyrophagus putrescentiae induced asthma in non occupational setting. Goals:?The aim of this study was to identify the clinical outcomes of lower gastrointestinal bleeding (LGIB) and predictors of poor outcomes in LGIB compared with those of upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGIB).?Background:?The incidence of LGIB are increasing, however, predictors of outcomes in LGIB are not as well-defined as in UGIB.?Study:?This study was performed in patients with LGIB or UGIB who underwent endoscopic procedures between July 2006 and February 2013. Propensity score matching was used to improve comparability between LGIB and UGIB groups.The clinical outcomes and predictors of 30-day rebleeding and mortality rate were analyzed between two groups.?Results:?In total, 601 patients affected with UGIB (n=500) or LGIB (n=101) were finally eligible, and 202 patients with UGIB and 101 patients with LGIB were analyzed after 2:1 propensity score matching. The 30-day rebleeding and mortality rate were 9.9% and 4.5% for UGIB group and 16.8% and 5.0% for LGIB group, respectively. After logistic regression analysis, Rockall score (p=0.013) and CRP (p=0.047) were significant predictors of 30-day mortality, however, nothing predicted rebleeding in patients with LGIB. Conclusions:?The clinical outcomes of LGIB are not better than those of UGIB. Clinical Rockall score and serum CRP level may be used as a predictor of 30-day mortality in the patients with LGIB.

<P>We have proposed a new type superconducting power supply, cylindrical type magnetic flux pump (CTMFP) for high field magnet. This paper describes the structure and operating principle based on pumping equations, and also presents its fundamental characteristics by the finite element method (FEM). Since the proposed CTMFP that consists of three phase armature coils, an LTS Nb foil and a cylindrical permanent magnet can easily produce homopolar traveling fields, a pumping current can be generated in the closed superconducting loop. Due to its simplicity structure, the CTMFP has more efficient operation compared with already developed magnetic flux pumps. From the simulation results, appropriately combined conditions of AC current and intensity of the permanent magnet to realize the homopolar traveling magnetic field were obtained.</P>
전도성 직물을 이용한 단일 리드 심전도 측정 및 실시간 심전도 유도 호흡 추출 방법에 관한 연구

We have designed the system that measure one channel ECG by two electrode and extract real-time EDR with more related resipiration and comportable to subject by using conductive textile. On the assumption that relation between RL electrode and potential measurement electrode is coupled with RC connected model, we designed RL drive output to feedback two electrode for reduction of common mode signal. The conductive textile which was used for two ECG electrode was offered more comfort during night sleep in bed than any other method using attachments. In the method of single-lead EDR, R wave point or QRS interval area could be used for EDR estimation in traditional method, it is, so to speak, the amplitude modulation(AM) method for EDR. Alternatively, R-R interval could be used for frequency modulation(FM) method based on Respiratory Sinus Arrhythmia(RSA). For evaluation of performance on AM EDR and FM EDR from 14 subject, ECG lead ill was measured. Each EDR was compared with both temperature around nose(direct measurement of respiration) and respiration signal from thoracic belt(indirect measurement of respiration) on mean squared error(MSE), cross correlation(Xcorr), and Coherence. The upsampling interpolation technique of multirate signal processing is applied to interpolating data instead of cubic spline interpolation. As a result, we showed the real-time EDR extraction processing to be implemented at micro-controller.
반월상 연골 동종 이식술 후 발생한 화농성 관절염의 관절경적 치료 - 증례 보고 -

21세 남자 환자로 반월상 연골 이식술 후 발생한 급성 화농성 관절염에 대해 반복적 관절경하 변연 절제술 및 세척술을 이용 성공적으로 치료 하였던 증례에 대해 보고 하고자 한다. 저자들의 치료 과정은 관절경을 이용한 변연 전제술과 10L 식염수 세척술, 5회의 반복적 관절경 시술, 항생제 정맥 주사로 진행하였다. 반복적 관절경 시술은 임상적 소견과 검사실 결과을 기준으로 결정하였다. 본 증례는 반월상 연골 이식술 후 발생한 급성 화농성 관절염의 치료로 조기에 시행한 관절경 변연 절제술 및 세척술, 이후의 반복적 관절경하 세척술이 효과적 치료 방법의 하나로 고려 될 수 있다고 사료된다. We report the case of a 21-year-old man with acute septic arthritis of the knee after meniscal allograft transplantation, which was successfully treated with repeated arthroscopic debridement and irrigations. Our procedures included arthroscopic debridement and irrigation with 10L normal saline, repeated arthroscopic irrigations (5 times), and intravenous antibiotics. Our decision to repeat the debridement was based on clinical and laboratory results. The significance of this case is that early aggressive arthroscopic debridement and repeated irrigations as part of a treatment protocol of acute septic arthritis after meniscal allograft transplantation can be an effective treatment option in selected cases.
