      • AHP 기법을 이용한 설계VE를 위한 대상선정 프로세스 모델

        This thesis is an analysis and summary of the subject selection for the effective application of VE(Value Engineering) and a study of the subject selection process model. The subject selection process model of this paper can be summarized as follows. In order to induce free decision making, the process requires a establishment of project's analytic items and brainstorming. Prepare for system of process, hierarchy of analytic items and selection of analytic criterions are demanded. For application process model, weight factors and quality models are induced through analytic item and elements. So, the analytic item and the elements are vector analyzed by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Not only is the subject selection process model good for structural application, it also induces effective turn out of the functions analysis activities.

      • ROBOT식 多目的 播種機 開發

        Planting, transplanting, and harvesting are important processes for the successful production of farm products in Korea because those require the short term high labor intensity. In the automatic production system of the field or the green house, planting is the first process required to be automated considering subsequent operations such as transpalnting and harvesting. A proto type experimintal robotized seeder was designed and built to handle various sizes and shape of seeds. The developed seeder is automatically controlled with one chip micro-controller. System is composed of the transfer arm, pecker, and the equipments integrated with sensor such as hopper, feeder, counter, and shutter. System allows to control the number of seeds to be planted. Results of the developed experimental robotized seeder are as following : 1. For the adequate feeding and counting of seeds, components such as hopper, feeder, counter, and shutter were designed and built. 2. Kinematic motion of the transfer arm was analyzed and designed. 3. Picker was designed to dig and drop seeds into the soil by the open and close action of the bottom gate controlled by DC solenoid. Digging depth of the pecker was controlled by the transfer arm.

      • 집토끼 동방결절의 활동전압에 미치는 Vanadate의 효과

        In order to investigate the electrphysiological effect of vanadate, a potent inhibitor of Na^+-K^+ pump, on the cardiac muscle, the alteration of transmembrane potential as influenced by the drug was measured in rabbit SA rodes in vitro by means of KCI glass intracellular microelectrodes. The followings were results of findings: 1. The rate of spontaneous firing was decreased in the presence of vanadate and the maximum inhibition which was about 50% of contral level was obtained at drug concentrations of 10^-3 M or higher. 2. The maximum diastolic potential(M.D.P.) was depressed by vanadate in a dose-dependent manner and the maximum inhibitory effect was obtained at the drug concentration of 10^-3 M. However the peripheral pacemaker cells were more resistant to the drug effect than the central pacemaker cells at lower concentrations of the drug. 3. In both central and perepheral pacemaker cells, vanadate had no effect on the M.D.P. in concentrations up to 5×10^-4 M. However on at 5×10^-2 M, the drug depressed the M.D.P. in the peripheral cells. 4. Changes of the action potential induced by vanadate were qualitatively similar to those occuring when the calcium concentration of the bathing medium was raised to 4mM. These results may be interpreted as that vanadate increases the rate of Ca^++ influx info the cell in S-A nodes.

        진행 위암환자에서 Lymphokine-Activated Killer (LAK) 활성의 저하

        Natural killer(NK) and lymphokine-activated killer(LAK) activities were determined in 31 patients with unresectable stomach cancer before and immediately after chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil, adriamycin and mitomycin C(FAM) and 31 healthy volunteers. The major purposes of the study were focused on whether peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL) in stomach cancer patients had a similar ability in the generation of LAK activity to those in healthy volunteers and what the effect was of chemotherapy with FAM on the generation of LAK activity. LAK cells were generated in vitro by culturing human PBL with 100 U/㎖ of recombinant human interleukin-2(rH-IL-2) for 72 hours. K562(human myelogenous leukemia cell line) and MKN-45(human stomach adenocarcinoma cell line) were used as target cells for NK and LAK activities. NK activity against K562, a sensitive line, was significantly depressed in patients with stomach cancer compared with that in healthy volunteers(p<0.01). However, LAK activity against K562 was similar to that of the controls. Age, sex and performance status(ECOG 0-2 and 3-4) did not have an influence on both NK and LAK activities. LAK activity was significantly higher than NK activity, either against K562 or MKN-45, in both healthy volunteers and patients with stomach cancer(p<0.001). NK and LAK activities against MKN-45, a NK-resistant line, in patients with stomach cancer showed significantly lower levels than those in healthy volunteers. We also analyzed the effect of chemotherapy with FAM on NK and LAK activities, with no suppression of NK and LAK activities being observed. In this study, we have demonstrated that PBL of stomach cancer have a reduced ability to generate LAK activity in response to rH-IL-2. However, LAK activity generated from PBL receiving chemotherapy with FAM was similar to that of PBL without chemotherapy.

        To clarify the superconducting mechanism of the high Tc oxide superconductors, we have studied the interactions among electrons and elementary excitations and the electronic energy band structure by measuring the thermoelectric power of YBa_2 Cu_3O_7-y with various oxygen deficiencies. We have found that the major charge carriers in YBa_2Cu_3O_7-y are holes, that the width of the electronic energy band is larger than the intial estimation, and that the interaction between electrons and phnonos in the material is not strong enough to explain the high Tc super conductivity, while we have seen an evidence that there exist strong interactions between electrons and magnetic excitations.

      • 러시아 법인세의 건전성과 효율성에 관한 연구

        이 글은 체제전환기 러시아 법인세의 구조, 성격, 특징과 한계 등을 살펴보고, 이와 함께 법인세가 러시아 조세체계에서 차지하는 위치와 의미에 대해 재검토하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 체제전환 10년이 지났지만 러시아의 조세제도는 아직도 자기완결적인 체계를 갖지 못한 채 '형성' 단계에 머물러있고, 또 그 안에는 수없이 많은 결점들과 자기모순적인 성격이 내재하고 있다. 구체적으로 법인세의 경우 기업의 실제이윤에 대한 과세가 아니라 기업의 이윤을 비정상적으로 과도하게 징수하는 착취형 과세구조를 고 있다. '조세포탈 방지'라는 취지아래 만들어 놓은 법인세 선불지불규정, 정상적인 손금처리를 엄격하게 제한하는 갖가지 제한규정, 고정자산의 실제 내용연수를 무시한 강제적인 감가상각 규정 등이 그 예라 할 것이다. 기업 재무구조의 건전성과 효율성을 제고하고 기업의 현실을 반영하기 위해서는 보다 과감한 법인세 구조의 개혁이 요구된다. 무엇보다도 기업회계 방식을 수용하여 기업회계와 세무회계간의 차를 줄이고 이를 통해 기업의 납부비용과 세무당국의 행정비용을 축소해야 할 것이다. 법인세 자유화의 중요한 본질은 결코 세율 인하에 있는 것이 아니라 새로운 법인세 산정 방식에 있고, 따라서 제품의 생산 및 판매에 지출된 비용 인식, 감가상각 계산, 적자기업에 대한 관계 등에 새로운 접근이 절실하다.

      • 球狀黑鉛鑄鐵에 있어서 S添加 및 鑄物 두께에 關한 硏究

        As the demand of Nodular Graphite Cast Iron increase, the study of this field is going on many ways. In this study, many effects of Sulphur content and casting thickness on the mechanical properties of Nodular Cast Iron was investigated. As a result, by incresing casting thickness, the size of Nodular Graphite grew larger, on the contrary, the number of Nodular Graphite was decreased. And the tensile strength and hardness was nearly uniform to the extent of 0.075 wt.% S (Mn/S = 7.3), but the tensile strength and hardness was decreased because of Carbides and Sulphides on the 0.090 wt.% S (Mn/S = 6.1). The elongation was rapidly decreased beyond 0.075 wt.% S (Mn/s = 7.3). Therefore, the Sulphur in Nodular Cast Iron can be controlled by Mn content. It reserved relatively good mechanical properties to the extent of 0.075 wt.% S (Mn/s = 7.3), it was almost the same with the thin section of casting.

      • 국내 말라리아 상황과 연구동향

        Vivax malaria has re-emerged in the northern part of the Republic of Korea from 1993 after over 10 years absence. The number of cases has increased every year and reached to about 3000-4000 a year. Thanks to this epidemic researches and developments on malaria is activated in the country. Some important achievements produced by Institute of Malariology. Inje University are introduced. The geographical distributions of patients and antibody titers showed the characteristic of border malaria. Thus collaborative efforts with North Korea are necessary to control this epidemic successfully. In this epidemic, two different genotypes were found In the genes of CSP, DBP, MSP-1 (ICB 4-5), and AMA-1. The DNA structures of the genes were similar to them from East Asia. 58% of 80 patients' blood shows single genotype in each gene had a combination of genotypes (CSP SK-A:DBP SK-I:MSP-1), and 29% of them has another (CSP SK-B:DBP SK-Ⅱ:MSP-2). Thus it was concluded that genetically different two strains (KOR1 and KOR2) of P. vivax were mainly distributed in the endemic area. One-shot multiplex PCR was designed for differential diagnosis of two major species of Plasmodium by targeting the 18s rRNA gene. In an evaluation on 210 clinical samples the new PCR test showed very high feasibility, sensitivity (100%), and specificity (100%). Malaria is one of major infectious diseases in the world, causing 300-500 million clinical cases and more than one million deaths each year. The importance of vaccine and new drugs for malaria must be stressed.

      • 짧은 균열의 피로성장거동에 대한 연구

        The short fatigue crack growth behavior of notched specimens was studied with various stress ranges. Crack closure and crack growth experiments were performed on Al alloy 5052-H38. Computer --aided unloading elastic compliance method was employed to measure the closure of short fatigue cracks. The growth rate of short fatigue cracks decelerated with increasing crack length at first, and then accelerated or became non-propagating depending on the applied stress range. Similar deceleration was observed when the growth rate was correlated with the stress intensity factor range △K. But the growth rate of short fatigue cracks could be well represented in terms of the effective stress intensity factor range △Keff. The relation between the crack growth rate and the effective stress intensity factor range for short cracks was identical to that obtained for long cracks.
