The purpose of this study was to examine the concept, the idea, the development of theoretical research of 'sports for all' and the problems in its practice. The major findings obtained from this study were following: First, it was found that research products in the field of sports for all were in an infant stage and the concept was used confusedly and, that problems with the scope, nature, viewpoint of sports for all were appeared. Second, It was summaried that it was emphosized as the proliferation and integration of educational function through the all of the social-life and the lifelong time, and as the public policy of preparation of the sports for all in the literatural review the theory of sports for all,. Third, it was lack of the disciplinary and scientific research methods. Based upon these findings, it was suggested that it should be taken sports for all as a social phenomena, and the scientific method should be applied more for the better understanding of human leisure and sport behavior.
한국인에서 다변성 D12S391 유전좌의 집단유전학적 연구

The hypervariable short tandem repeat(STR) locus D12S391 was investigated in a Korean population. A total of 14 alleles were detected by size under denaturing conditions in 517 unrelated individuals. To confirm all of the alleles detected in a Korean population, a total of 34 fragments were sequenced. Prior to allele designation, we constructed the allelic ladders containing 11 alleles sequenced in this study. Allele 18 is the most common with a frequency of 0.281 in Koreans, and one variant allele 19.3 which have been confirmed by sequencing, was detected. The observed heterozygosity, the power of discrimination (PD), and the mean exclusion chance (MEC) for the locus D12S392 is 0.781, 0.946 and 0.652 , respectively. No deviation from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium was observed in a Korean population (p=0.557). In the 424 meioses in 105 Korean families confirmed using other 17 STR loci, no mutation was detected in locus D12S391. The STR locus D12S391system is useful both for the analysis identification and parternity.

In this paper. an efficient VLSI architecture for Full search Block Matchin Algorithm (FBMA) with systolic arrays is proposed. Because FBMA for motion estimation is simple, regular. and modular. its suitable for VlSI implementation with systolic arrays. Considering the data flow on overlapping search areas, which exist in both the same and perpendicular direction to searching course, the redundancy of duplicated data input for each reference block is removed to enhance the performance of FBMA.

대부분의 기업조직들은 주로 조직구성원들이 가진 능력 (혹은 잠재능력)과 같은 인적자원이 아닌 조직의 필요와 우선순위에 초점을 맞추어 개인에게 일을 분배하는 경향이 있다. 하지만 개인이 능력과 역량, 흥미를 고려하여 부서를 배치하고 업무를 분담한다면 그 시너지 효과는 매우 클 것이며, 궁극적으로 기업조직의 이윤창출에도 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. 최근까지, 인간의 능력 계발에 관한 많은 연구들은 주로 학교라는 맥락에 초점을 맞추어 왔고, 기업 조직의 구성원으로서의 성인들에 대한 논의는 거의 진행되지 않았었다. 이러한 점들을 고려하여 이제는 우리가 일상생활 속에서 많은 시간을 보내는 직장 맥락에 대해서도 좀 더 많은 관심을 기울일 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 Gardner의 다중지능 이론을 기업조직 내의 인적자원의 관리 및 활용과 관련된 새로운 패러다임이자 틀로 제시하고, 다중지능 이론의 적용 필요성 및 적용상의 이점, 그리고 적용 가능성을 살펴보고, 동시에 다중지능 이론의 적용상의 한계 등에 관해 종합적으로 탐색할 것이다. Until recently, Previous research on development of human competency has been gone forward focusing on school. But it needs to be adapted to work-related context that we spend most time in our daily lives. Thus, the development of human competency in lifelong learning society needs to expand into work-related context, as well as school context. After employing, companies tend to distribute their works, focusing on their organization's needs and the order of priority in works, not human resources that individuals have, such as preference intelligences. Thus, it is important to examine strengths of Multiple Intelligences(MI) framework to confirm, develop , and apply their members' abilities. Multiple Intelligences(MI) theory has focused on infant, elementary, and secondary school education, so there are little research nor discussion on MI based on adult's work-related situation. It is possible for whole members to lead fundamental understanding about human abilities and competencies by applying MI theory in a company.
螢光像 測定法으로 分析한 HUMACTBP2 遺傳座位에 대한 韓國人의 遺傳的 多樣性과 法醫學的 有用性

The HUMACTBP2 locus was investigated to collect population genetic data in the Korean population and to evaluate the applicability for the forensic field. An Automatic fluorescent-based sequencer (377 automatic DNA sequencer, ABI) was used to detect amplified fragments of the HUMACTBP2 locus electrophoresed on 4% denaturing polyacrylamide sequencing gels. ACTBP2 allelic ladder consisting of different sizes of 18 alleles was constructed and employed as an internal size standard in combination with a GS-350 size standard for precision of allele-band sizing. By utilizing different fluorescent dyes, both the allelic ladders and samples were able to be analyzed in the same lane by 99% precision of allele-band sizing. Among the Korean population (n=224), 26 alleles in the range of 239-313 bp are determined. Allele No. 6 is found 45 times (0.100) which is mostly frequent, and the rest of allele is distributed with their relative frequency of 0.112-0.100. The comparison between observed and expected numbers of homozygous and heterozygous individuals confirms that ACTBP2 locus is in the state of Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium among the Korean population. The heterozygosity is 0.9389±0.0034(93.89%), and the power of discrimination)PD) and power of exclusion(PEX) are calculated to be 0.991(99.1%) and 0.890(89.0%), respectively, showing the high informativeness for individual identification. Thus, these results mean that the HUMACTBP2 locus can effectively be used for the forensic application.
수술후 경막외강에 주입한 ketamine의 진통효과에 관한 연구

Author divided 60 patients who got lower abdomen or lower extremity surgical operation into three groups. Each group consisted of 20 patients. We injected ketamine 10㎎, 20㎎, and 30㎎ respectively into the epidural space when the patient complained of pain postoperatively and observed the postoperative analgesic effect of ketamine. Finally, we concluded the following : 1) The onset time of analgesic effect. : The analgesic effect appeared within 10 minutes in 3 groups and the significant difference among them was not seen. 2) The duration of analgesic effect : The duration of analgesia was relatively short with less than 1 hour on an average in all 3 groups and was not constant. 3) Cardiopulmonary system. : The significant change of blood pressure, pulse and respiratory rate was not seen in all three groups and and the difference among them also was not seen. 4) Side effects. : Sedative action(16%), nausea(10%), dizziness(5%), headache(3.3%) From above results, the epidural administration of ketamine is not suitable for postoperative pain management because of a lot of side effects as well as short and inconstant duration of analgesic effeet.

Mobile Internet due to the limitation of the mobile terminal power supply, transmission and calculation of the need to adopt energy saving strategy, also due to the terminal mobility, mobile Internet topology change. Therefore, mobile Internet cloud computing resources allocation need both energy efficiency and assure the time characteristics of mobile business; Aiming at this problem, this paper presents a maximum energy efficiency optimization, in the restrictive conditions at the same time, guarantee the minimum time delay the business. According to the characteristics of the optimization problems, both the distribution of the improved algorithm is proposed, the algorithm based on particle swarm optimization (pso) algorithm, build the search direction matrix of orientation, the simulation results show that the proposed allocation algorithm can effectively improve the efficiency of energy utilization, and ensure that the time delay of the business requirements.
Regeneration dynamics of potassium-based sediment sorbents for CO2 capture

Simulating regeneration tests of Potassium-Based sorbents that supported by Suzhou River Channel Sediment were carried out in order to obtain parameters of regeneration reaction. Potassium-based sediment sorbents have a better morphology with the surface area of 156.73 m2·g−1, the pore volume of 357.5×10−3 cm3·g−1 and the distribution of pore diameters about 2-20 nm. As a comparison, those of hexagonal potassium-based sorbents are only 2.83 m2g−1,7.45×10−3 cm3g−1 and 1.72-5.4 nm, respectively. TGA analysis shows that the optimum final temperature of regeneration is 200 and the optimum loading is about 40%, with the best heating rate of 10 oC·min−1. By the modified Coats-Redfern integral method, the activation energy of 40% KHCO3 sorbents is 102.43 kJ·mol−1. The results obtained can be used as basic data for designing and operating CO2 capture process.
