      • Vecuronium에 의한 기관내 삽관시 안압 및 심맥관계에 미치는 영향

        The effects of muscle relaxants(vecuronium, pancuronium, d-tubocurarine, and succinylcholine) for endotracheal intubation on intraocular pressure, blood pressure, heart rate, and arrhythmia were studied in 60 patients undergoing general anesthesia, The patients were divided into 4 groups : vecuronium group (0. 1 mg/kg), pancuronium group (0.08 mg/kg), d-tubocurarine group(0.4 mg/kg), and succinylcholine group(1 mg/kg) according to be administrated. Before induction of anesthesia, initial measurement of intraocular pressure (control value) was taken with Schiotz tonometer after instilling of a 0. 5% pontocaine on conjunctival sac. Subsequent measurement were undertaken as soon as the lid reflex was lost after thiopental sodium injection and then at 75-100% depression of first twitch height of train-of-four after intravenous administration of muscle relaxants. It was measured at 1, 3, 5, 10 minutes after endotracheal intubation too. Blood pressure (systolic and diastolic), heart rate, and ECG abnormalities were observed in all cases. The results were as follows; 1. After thiopental sodium injection, intraocular pressure(IOP) decreased than the control value. 2. At 70-100% depression of first twitch height, IOP decreaeed significantly in vecuronium, pancuronium and d-tubocurarine group, but increased significantly in succinylcholine group than the control value. 3. After 1 minute of endotracheal intubation, IOP increased in all groups. There was no stastistical significance in vecuronium group compared with the control value. 4. After 3 minutes of endotracheal intubation, IOP decreased in all groups. 5. The changes of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate in vecuronium group were the smallest value among all groups. 6. There was no arrythmia in vecurouium group.

      • Urapidil, Labetalol의 투여가 기관내 삽관시 심혈관계에 미치는 영향

        We have examined the comparative efficacy of small doses of intravenous urapidil and labetalol in blunting hemodynamic response to endotracheal intubation and surgical incision in 30 patients without cardiovascular diseases. After intravenous urapidil 0.2 mg/kg or labetalol 0.2 mg/kg anesthesia was induced with thiopental 5mg/kg. Endotracheal intubation was facilitated by vecuronium 0.15 mg/kg with priming principle and anesthesia was maintained with enflurane and nitrous oxide in oxygen. Systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressure and heart rate were measured before administration of the drugs, 5 minute after administration, just prior to endotracheal intubation and 1, 3, 5, 10 minute after intubatin. Also the peak blood pressures and heart rate within 10 minutes after surgical incision were measured. Endotracheal intubation and surgical stimulation were associated with significant increases in blood pressures and heart rate in both urapidil and labetalol group. Comparison of the changes in systolic, diastolic, and mean artrial pressures and heart rate between urapidil and labetalol group showed no significant difference except peak systolic pressure after surgical incision. It is concluded that the pressor response to endotracheal intubation and surgical stimulation are not influenced significantly by urapidil 0.2 mg/kg or labetalol 0.2 mg/kg. However, urapidil and labetalol preloading may be similarly effective in the blunting of the increases in blood pressures with larger doses of the durgs during anesthetic induction.

        GSIS is a system that contains apatially referenced data that can be analyzed and converted to information for a specific set of purpose, or application. The key feature of a GSIS the analysis of data to produce new information. The current emphasis in the multi-purpose facility management is to implement GSIS in conjunction with database systems. This study is about the database design of GSIS, which is an important and time consuming activity necessary in the implementation of such systems. In this study, distinguishing data into a base map, a thematic map data, documents according to data types and dividing it into spatial data and attribute data according to data characteristics. The GSIS application process for facility management of Dong-A University is divided into two phases.

      • 번들조정에 의한 항공삼각망의 최적형상 결정에 관한 연구

        The capability to map all potrions of the earth's surface always depended on the capacity to survey. Classical analog photogrammetry has been enhanced by more accurate and more rapid digital vector output. Analog plotter can moreover now easily be converted into analytical instruments to facilitate orientation, operator asisted DTM measurement, aerial triangulation, and vector plotting. Digital photogrammetry with scanned aerial photography has greatly enhanced the capabilities of restitution at large and medium scales. Digital orthophotography offers possibilities, which are one order of magnnitude less costly than conventional mapping, even though the same resolution performance cannot yet be reached, when digital work stations with reasonable computing speeds are campared with analytical plotters. However with rapidly increasing computer performance, the situation is gradually changing in favour of digital systems. In this study, the accuracy of three dimensional location was improved by bundle block adjustment with additional parameters, which are able to systematic error through detection and elimination of the gross error for observation values in aerial triangulation. In order to test thevariability in performance of the different weighting schemes in accurately detecting gross error, robust estimation method. And also, the different control point patterns and ovelap, twelve types of additional parameters were used for comparison analysis. As a result, it is expected to the sequential procedure of analysis can be utilized in the accuracy analysis of aerial triangulation effectively.

      • 컴퓨터 매핑시스템에 의한 국토정보관리 기본구상에 관한 연구

        Computer Mapping System(CMS) are being used in various government offices as well as coporates as a tool in decision making. Efforts are being made to implement computer mapping system databases to systematically and effectively carry out planning, management and monitoring in various fields. But the present dituation is that the database design itself is a big job since the methodology of planning and design of mapping systems are still being studied. This study is about the base conception of Land Information Management, which is an important and time consuming activity necessary in the implementation of such systems. The study was then applied to highway, environment, map management where the functions and data used in highway, environment, map management system were identified through system analysis and the computer mapping system database was designed based on this analysis. Also appplication systems were developed to support departments which used various maps and drawings. Conclusively, the techniques introduced in this study could serve as a useful tool not only in buiding more specific land evaluation system but also in collecting data necessary for Land Information Management System.

        The use of digital terrain model has been enlarged in calculation of earthwork plays a major rule in plan or design of many civil engineering projects, and thus it has become very important to advance the accuracy of earthwork calculation. The earthwork volume,an important factor in the field of civil engineering,could be counted with the computerized by the use of simpson's 1/3 and 3/8 rules. The thesis is the earthwork volume could be counted by the measurement of HAEUN-DAE-GU topograph data.

      • 광주광역시 어등산의 산림조류상

        본 연구는 광주광역시에 위치한 어등산 일대의 산림조류상을 파악하기 위하여 2006년 2월부터 11윌 까지 조류센서스를 실시하고, 그 결과를 분석 평가한 것이다. 총 68종 이 기록되었으며, 그 중 여름철새가 27종, 텃새가 26종, 겨울철새가 11종, 나그네새가 4종으로 나타났다. 이 지역의 우점종은 붉은머리오목눈이, 노랑턱멧새, 박새, 불까치, 쑥새, 직박구리, 참새 등으로 나타났다. 법정보호종은 환경부지정 멸종위기 H 급 인 참매 말똥가리 흰목물떼새로 3종 문화재청 지정 천연기념물은 붉은배새매, 새매, 참매, 황조롱이, 소쩍새, 솔부영이로 6종, 총8종이 관찰되었다. Bird censuses were conduct to elucidate the present forest avifauna of Mt. Eodeung from February to November, 2006. A total of 68 bird species was recorded. They were consisted of 27 species of summer visitors, 26 species of residents, 11 species of winter visitors, and 4species of passage migrants. Dominant species were Paradoxomis webb띠nus, Emberiza elegans, Parus major, Cyanopica cyana, Emberiza rustica, Hypsipetes amaurotis, Passer montanus. The legal protected birds listed by Ministry of Environment were 3 species: Accipiter gentilis, Buteo buteo, Charadrius placidus , and listed by Cultural Heritage Administration were 6 species: Accipiter soloensis, A. nisus , A. gentilis, Falco tinnunculus, Otus scops, Ninox scutulata.

      • Pyridostigmine과 Neostigmine의 골격근이완계 길항 효과에 관한 연구

        This present study was undertaken to observe the effects of pyridostigmine and neostigmine of heart rate and it's antagonistic effect on pancuronium in 62 patients during general anesthesia. We obserived the effect of pyridostigmine and neostigmine with atropine and glycopyrrolate of heart rate, appearance of arrhythmia, time required for returning of spontaneous breath an sustained tetanic response and effect on the amount of secretion in oral cavity and trachea. The result are as follows: 1. The incidence of bradycardia was the highest in the group of atropine and neostigmine i. v. administration together, and the lowest in the group of glycopyrrolate and pyridostigmine i. v. administration together. 2. The incidence of tachycardia was the highest in the group of atropine and pyridostigmine i. v. adminstration together, and the least in the group of glycopyrrolate and pyridostigmine i. v. administration together. 3. Among the experimental cases, only one showed arrhythmia which is PVD. 4. The time required for returning of spontaneous respiration was 4.6-6.1 minutes range in all groups. 5. The group of glycopyrrolate administrated showed the greates antisialogue effect.

      • 전라북도 남원시 열대의 산림조류상

        본 연구는 전라북도 남원시 일대의 산림조류상을 파악하기 위하여 2008년 3월부터 10월까지 조류센서스를 실시하고, 그 결과를 분석 평가한 것이다. 총 75종 이 기록되었으며, 그 중 텃새가 29종, 여름철새가 23종, 겨울철새가 17종, 나그네새가 6종으로 나타났다. 이 지역의 우점종은 붉은머리오목눈이, 참새, 되새, 멧비둘기, 노랑턱멧새, 물까치 등으로 나타났다. 법정보호종은 환경부지정 멸종위기 Ⅱ급 인 참매, 말똥가리, 새흘리기, 흰목물떼새로 4종, 문화재청 지정 천연기념물은 원앙, 붉은배새매, 새매, 참매, 황조롱이, 솔부영이로 6종, 총9종이 관찰되었다.       • 위성측지측량을 위한 GPS 신속 관측기법의 활용에 관한 연구

        The NAVSTAR GPS(NAVigation System with Time and Ranging Global Positioning System)is a satellite-based radio navigation system providing precise three-dimensional position, navigation, and time information to suitably equipped users. The system will be continuously avilable on a world-wide basis, and is independent of meteorological conditions. The Global Positioning System was primarily designed for military navigation system by the US Department of Defense(DoD) in 1973. It has been successfully used in civilian geodetic surveying since 1983. Thereafter, it has been proved that GPS is the most valuable and excellent method, that ever exist in positionong system. Previous application of GPS was mainly based on the time-consuming static measurement which is combined with the results of existing triangulation or trilaterlation. Presently, however, new rapid methods are developed by using the experience of static method. These satisfy the most advantage of GPS in aspect of rapidity, accuracy and economy. In the relative kinematic methods, one antenna is always fixed at reference station and the other one travels sequentially to measuring points. Although rapid measurement method takes a few seconds or minutes, it cope with the accuracy of static method. In this paper, the characteristics of new methods are presented. Also many experiences are discussed about the coastal GPS experiment where the Kinematic Differential GPS is needed to detect the morphologic changes.
