Research on Consumer Behavioral Intention in Express Packaging Recycling
SHAN YI(SHAN YI ) 제주대학교 관광과경영경제연구소 2022 産經論集 Vol.42 No.2
Purpose: With the rapid development of China's e-commerce industry, the express delivery industry is also advancing by leaps and bounds. While express brings convenience to people's life, a large number of express packages are disposed of at will, which not only increases a large amount of domestic waste, but also causes environmental pollution and waste of resources. Therefore, express packaging recycling has become a consensus in all fields of society. However, China's express packaging recycling work is still in its infancy, and there are still many problems in the express recycling process: lack of packaging recycling channels, no unified packaging standards, no clear government guidance policy, unclear consumer recycling willingness, and imperfect recycling system. Research design, data and methodology: According to the characteristics of express packaging recycling, other variables were introduced into the TPB model proposed by AJZEN, and based on previous literature research and research assumptions, a model of influencing factors of consumer behavior in express packaging recycling was constructed. Conducts targeted analysis based on the characteristics of rural culture and tourism shared development has important practical significance. The model selects 4 variables, namely cognitive level, policy publicity, convenience, reward mechanism as the influencing factor variables of consumers' willingness to recycle express packaging. Consumers' willingness to express packaging recycling behavior is studied as the dependent variable of the model to form a consumer behavioral willingness model in express packaging recycling. Results: The results show that whether to participate in express recycling, understanding the recycling mechanism, policy publicity, and recycling methods have a significant positive impact on the respondents' willingness to recycling, and whether express recycling is meaningful, whether the method is convenient, the importance of convenience, and express recycling. Rewards had no significant effect on investigators' willingness to recycle. Conclusions: In order to enhance consumers' willingness to recycle express delivery and effectively carry out express packaging recycling, the following suggestions are put forward: the government should formulate a comprehensive express delivery recycling policy, strengthen policy publicity, and standardize consumers' express packaging recycling behavior. Improve consumers' awareness of express packaging recycling, and promote the increase in the scale of express packaging recycling.
Cough Inhibition Activity of Schisandra chinensis in Guinea Pigs

Chronic cough is very common in respiratory clinics, and no effective drugs are available. Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. (S. chinensis), an important traditional Chinese medicine, has been extensively prescribed for patients with a persistent cough. Preliminary research indicated that 95% ethanol extracts (EE) of S. chinensis showed remarkable antitussive activity in guinea pigs exposed to cigarette smoke (CS). To find out the antitussive ingredients of S. chinensis, EE was divided into four fractions according to the polarity: petroleum ether extract (PEE), ethyl acetate extract (ECE), n-butyl alcohol extract, and residue extract. The antitussive, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory effects of the four fractions were evaluated in a guinea pig model of cough hypersensitivity induced by CS exposure. Eighteen main constituents of the two effective fractions, PEE and ECE, were identified using ultra-high-pressure liquid chromatography electronic spray ion time-of-flight mass spectrometry. The cough inhibition activities of compound 1, 3, 9, 10, 17 were evaluated on citric acid induced acute cough guinea pigs. The results showed that the antitussive activity of EE was almost all contained in PEE and ECE. The 16 major peaks in PEE were identified as 15 lignans (1–12 and 14–16) and 1 triterpene (compound 13), and 3 major peaks (1, 17, and 18) in ECE were also identified as lignans. Three doses of five compounds brought about a significant decrease in number of cough efforts (P < .01), and the cough inhibition rates were between 40.9% and 85.1%. Therefore, lignans are the antitussive ingredients of S. chinensis.

Background: Apoptosis is a process of programmed cell death, and apoptosis defect results in serious diseases such as cancer. Apoptosis induction is one of the key mechanisms of anti-cancer agents. This study was aimed to find anti-prostate cancer compounds from marine-derived fungus Microsporum sp. Results: We found that physcion isolated from the fermentation broth extract of the marine fungus Microsporum sp. strain MFS-YL decreases the cell proliferation of PC3 human prostate cancer cells. Physcion induced cell apoptosis as determined by Annexin V/propidium iodide double staining. Physcion downregulated the anti-apopotoic proteins such as Ras, Bcl-xL, and Bcl-2, whereas upregulated the pro-apoptotic Bax. Physcion also activated caspase-3, caspase-8, and caspase-9. Conclusion: These results suggest that physcion from Microsporum sp. inhibits the proliferation of PC3 human prostate cancer cells via the pathway leading to apoptotic cell death. Physcion may be a potential candidate in the field of anticancer drug discovery against human prostate cancer.
A Comparative Study of Cross-border E-commerce between China and Korea
Shan Yi 한국무역보험학회 2019 무역보험연구 Vol.20 No.2
The rapid growth of cross-border e-commerce is changing the global trade pattern, and each country is vigorously promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce in order to take the initiative in the new global trade pattern. In June 2015, China set up the chapter on “e-commerce” in China-Korea FTA for the first time. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Korea for more than 20 years, the total trade volume between the two countries has increased by nearly 50 times. The two countries promote the growth of e-commerce through cooperation and win-win. The e-commerce between China and Korea is developing rapidly, but the cross-border e-commerce market and business model of the two countries are quite different. With the increase in the scale of cross-border e-commerce import and export, how to effectively monitor the entry and exit of goods while meeting the needs of domestic and foreign consumers is a common problem faced by China and Korea. This paper analyzes the development characteristics of cross-border e-commerce in the two countries from the macro level of cross-border e-commerce import and export scale, import and export countries, import and export products, settlement methods, transportation methods, import and export customs clearance, and national policies. Finally, combined with the development characteristics of cross-border e-commerce between China and Korea, and the status quo of cross-border e-commerce cooperation between China and Korea, some suggestions are put forward.

To retrospectively compare treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) using gelatin sponges or microspheres plus lipiodol-doxorubicin vs. doxorubicin-loaded drug-eluting beads (DEB). A total of 158 patients with HCC received TACE from November 2010 to November 2011 were enrolled in this study, including 64 (40.5%) received TACE with lipiodol-doxorubicin and gelatin sponges (group A), 41 (25.9%) received TACE with lipiodol-doxorubicin and microspheres (group B), and 53 (33.5%) received TACE with doxorubicin-loaded DEB (group C). Tumor response and adverse events (AEs) were evaluated. No significant difference was found at baseline among the three groups. The doxorubicin dosage in group C wassignificantly (p < 0.001) higher compared to the dose used in groups A or B (median, 50 mg vs. 31 mg or 25 mg). Significantly (p < 0.001) more patients in group C achieved complete response compared to those in groups A or B (32.1% vs. 6.3% or 2.4%). Significantly (p < 0.001) less patients in group C had progressive disease compared to those in groups A or B (34.0% vs. 57.8% or 68.3%). Minor AEs were more common in groups A and B compared to group C, with rates of 54.7%, 34.1%, and 5.7%, respectively. In patients with HCC, TACE with DEB offers better safety and efficacy profiles compared to either TACE with gelatin sponges or TACE with microspheres.
