Surgical Clues of Distal Anterior Cerebral Artery(DACA) Aneurysms

목 적 : 원위부 전대뇌 동맥에 발생하는 동맥류는 모동맥의 확보가 힘들고 재출혈 및 수술중 조기출혈의 빈도가 높으며, 익숙치 않은 수술적 접근법이 필요하다든지 하는 몇 가지 독특한 문제점이 있다. 따라서 전대뇌 반구간열 주변의 해부학적 구조물과 박리 시작점에 대한 수술전 지식을 요한다. 저자들은 박리 시작점에 대한 일관된 외부표식자를 이용하여 전두 기저부 대뇌반구간열 접근법 수술을 시행하였고 이를 심부 구조물들에 대한 접근 지표로 삼고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 1995년 11월부터 1999년 6월까지 동맥류경을 결찰한 총 131명의 뇌동맥류파열 환자 중에서 원위부 전대뇌 동맥류 9명에 대하여 혈관조영술, 의무기록지, 수술소견을 통해 임상적, 수술소견을 조사하였다. 결 과 : 원위부 전대뇌동맥류의 빈도는 6.3%였고, 6례에서 뇌량 연변 동맥이 기시하는 뇌량 주위 동맥에서 발생하였고, 3례에서는 전두극동맥이 기시하는 뇌량 주위 동맥에서 발생하였다. 동반된 다른 혈관기형 및 다른 동맥류는 각각 3예에서 발견되었다. 술전 환자 상태는 일반적으로 불량했다. 조기수술은 7예에서 실시되었으며, 전두 기저부 대뇌반구간열 접근법으로 동맥류 결찰을 시행한 경우도 7예였다. 술후 심한 혈관연축과 흡인성 폐렴으로 인한 사망이 각각 1례씩이었으며 그 이외에는 신경학적 소견은 정상이었다. 결 론 : 원위부 전대뇌 동맥류의 조기수술시에 전두 기저부 대뇌반구간열 접근법이 유용하였다. 이 방법으로 뇌견인을 최소화할 수 있었으며 동맥류의 조기파열을 방지할 수 있었다. 저자들은 대뇌반구 간열의 박리 시작점으로 첫번째 교정맥(전두극 정맥)이 상시상 정맥동으로 유출되는 지점을 기준으로 하여 뇌량 및 뇌량 주변부 원위부 전대뇌동맥류에 접근할 수 있었다. Objects : Surgical management of the distal anterior cerebral artery(DACA) aneurysms presents several unique problems to surgeons, such as difficulty in early identification of parent arteries, high incidence of rebleeding and premature rupture, and requirement of unfamiliar approach other than conventional frontotemporal craniotomy. Therefore, preoperative anatomical knowledge of anterior interhemispheric fissure and entry point of dissection is prerequisite. Authors utilized a frontobasal approach for DACA aneurysms by using consistent external landmark for guidance to the deep structure. Materials and Methods : From Nov. 1995 to Jun. 1999, a surgical clipping of DACA aneurysms was carried out in 9 patients among a total 131 patients with intracranial aneurysms. In each case, the clinical and aneurysmal features were carefully reviewed through the angiograms, medical records, and intraoperative findings. Results : The incidence of DACA aneurysms was 6.9% from our series. All cases were arisen from juxtacallosal por-tion ; 6 cases from pericallosal-callosomarginal(PC-CM) junction and 3 from pericallosal-frontopolar(PC-FP) junction. Associated vascular anomalies were noted in 3 cases and multiple aneurysms in 3 cases, respectively. The preoperative clinical grades were generally poor. An early surgery was performed in 7 cases and frontobasal interhemispheric approaches in 7 cases. Postoperatively, two patients died of complications ; one delayed ischemic vasospasm and one aspiration pneumonia but remaining patients recovered well. Conclusion : The frontobasal interhemispheric approach was useful for DACA aneurysms in early surgery. Division of superior sagittal sinus(SSS) enabled a minimal retraction of brain on both sides, and prevention of intraoperative rupture was possible. Authors suggest the frontopolar(first frontal bridging) vein as a constant external landmark for approaching the genu of the corpus callosum and juxtacallosal DACA aneurysms.

광굴절 MgO:LiNbO3 결정의 2광파 혼합 특성

The signal beam gains of 4% mol MgO doped LiNbO3 crystal were measured with two wave mixing geometry at room temperature. The experimental investigations have been carried out to obtain gain coefficients as a function two beam's incident angle 2θ, beam ratioβand the angleφof pump beam with respect to the c-axis. The experimental results are analyzed with diffusion only transport mechanism, and two beam coupling and absorption coefficient of the crystal obtained by using curve fitting method are presented.

버블 전과 버블 후의 인터넷기업 평가의 비교·분석

본 연구에서는 2000년 발생하였던 인터넷 버블의 붕괴 전과 붕괴 후 국내 순수 인터넷기업을 평가하는데 중요한 요인들을 탐색하고자 한다. 인터넷기업 평가를 위해 다양한 형태의 재무 요인과 웹트래픽 요인이 사용되었고, 재무요인만을 고려한 재무 모형, 웹트래픽만을 고려한 웹트래픽 모형, 그리고 재무 요인과 웹트래픽 요인 모두를 포함한 결합 모형 형태의 분석이 행해졌으며, 특히 웹트래픽 요인에서 제공되는 추가적인 역할에 초점을 맞추었다. 웹트래픽은 인터넷기업을 평가함에 있어서 매우 중요한 변수로 가정되고 있다. 그 이유는 인터넷상에서의 방문자 없이는 미래의 매출로 이어지는 고객관계가 형성될 수 없기 때문이다. 본 연구에서 사용된 웹트래픽 측정치는 순방문자 수, 방문자 수, 도달률, 페이지뷰, 방문자당 페이지뷰, 방문자당 체제시간 등을 포함한다. 회귀분석결과 버블 붕괴 전과 붕괴 있어서 투자자들의 인터넷기업 평가내용이 변화되었다 버블 붕괴 전에는 웹트래픽 정보가 더 중요한 변수로 나타났으나, 버블 붕괴 후에는 웹트래픽과 재무정보 모두 중요한 역할을 하였다. 결과적으로 인터넷기업 평가에 있어서 재무정보도 중요하지만 웹트래픽 정보가 더 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

고압전류 감전자에게서 나타난 말초신경병증 증례보고

Background: With increasing industrial development, opportunities are growing to contact electricity in the workplace or home. Therefore, the risk of electrical accident has been increased gradually. In general, electrical injuries involve the extremities and result in amputation or severe disability of limbs. Delayed spinal cord injury and peripheral neuropathies following electrical accidents are extremely rare. Case report: A 32-year-old man with 10 years working experience at a CRT-monitor manufacturer with repetitive exposures to high voltage current visited our hosipital. He complained of left leg weakness and atrophy, and intermittent pain. The symptoms were progressive. Other symptoms occurred such as nocturia, hesitancy, and weak urinary stream. We examined the patient and conducted EMG, L-spine MRI, neurometer test, isokinetic strength test, and physical examination. The results showed neural injuries due to anterior horn lesions or compression of the left femoral nerve pathway, with a consequent diagnosis of neurogenic bladder.

읽기 교육 연구의 방향 : 읽기 교육 연구자의 인식을 바탕으로

본 연구는 국내의 읽기 교육 분야에서 현재 활발하게 탐구되고 있는 연구 주제와 앞으로 활발하게 탐구되어야 할 연구 주제가 무엇인지를 추출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 국내 읽기 연구자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석 결과, 국내 읽기 연구자들은 ‘과정 중심 읽기 지도, 읽기 기능과 전략, 읽기 교육과정’과 관련된 주제가 현재 가장 활발하게 연구되고 있다고 반응했다. 현재에 주목을 받고 있지 않은 연구 주제로는 ‘읽기 교사 교육, 균형적인 읽기 지도, 연구 기반 읽기 지도, 교과 독서 지도, 읽기 부진아 지도’ 등을 꼽았으며, ‘교과 독서 지도, 읽기 부진아 지도’ 등을 앞으로 활발하게 연구해야 하는 주제로 인식했다. 마지막으로 분석 결과 및 연구 방법에 대하여 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate hot research topics for today and tomorrow in the area of reading education. For the study, 21 reading researchers participated in the survey. According to the results, the participants enumerated 'process-based reading instruction, reading skill and strategy, and reading curriculum' as today's hot topics in the area of reading education. As today's not-hot-topics, they picked up 'reading teacher development, balanced reading instruction, research-based reading instruction, and reading instruction for at-risk readers. For tomorrow's should-be-hot topics, they chose 'content area reading and reading instruction for at-risk readers'. Regarding such results, some issues were discussed.

This study was conducted to investigated the major characteristics of genetically modified rice of "Milyang 204" originated from Dongjinbyeo compared to a non-transgenic rice varieties Dongjinbyeo and Junambyeo. Basta resistant transgenic rice lines carrying bar gene produced by the Yeongnam Agricultural Research Institute were evaluated for their agronomic characters. The transgenic Japonica rice of "Milyang 204" showed inferior phenotypic traits compared to a non-transgenic rice variety Dongjinbyeo and Junambyeo. On the basis of UPOV (Union Internationale Pour la Protaection des Obtentions Vegetables) and NSMO(National Seed Management Office) the transgenic "Milyang 204" showed difference in some traits out of some agronomic traits, such as leaf color, angle of flag leaf, number of spikelets, culm length, white core and white belly compared to the nontransgenic varieties rice.

소매업의 유통정보시스템 구축 방안 연구

The information-based age will emerge according to the advancement of the whole society, change from distribution revolution to distribution information revolution has a meaning to facilitate innovation. Such distribution revolution starting with a purpose to provide various goods and competitive price for customers when real mass production, consumption appeared, finally has got to cope with the age of great transition. Distribution of informationalization helps the effectiveness of the whole distribution system by creating information network using various information function, human resources at each stage from to manufacture industry based on customer information. This paper aims to check these conditions, attempt theoretical approaches through existing literature and precedent studies, review application cases currently introduced and enforced, and clarify the fundamental framework of distribution information system available at the distribution information system in our country using the cases of advanced distribution companies. Accordingly, it examined the basic system of bar code, POS and VAN/EDI to be basis in the construction of distribution information system, compared the construction plan through advanced distribution companies and reviewed its direction, furthermore investigated mainly its application system, SCM, ECR/QR and the direction of our country's distribution information system. The limitation of this paper lies with that correct verification in the introduction and utilization of enterprises' distribution system was not performed because it was carried out through consideration by literature. For the time to come, research will be continuously conducted taking into consideration the linkage of our country's distribution information system in growing stage with that of the advanced countries in stable stage.

Glycyrol의 면역세포 활성효과 및 항진균 효과

In this study, we determined proliferate effect on T-lymphocytes and antifungal activity of glycyrol that was isolated from Glycyrrhizae Radix (Leguminosae). In addition, immunoadjuvant activity of glycyrol was determined. Results showed that Gylcyrol (GCR) suppressed the proliferation of murine splenocytes that were treated with Concanavalin A (Con A). In case of the immunoadjuvant effect, glycyrol had no enhancement on antibody production. Data from experiments of antifungal activity in vitro, the component resulted in inhibition of Candida albicans growth. The antifungal effect appeared to be more potent than fluconazole. These data indicate that Glycyrol has no specific immunological effect on T- and B-cells, but the component contains antifungal activity.
