      • 煙草의 折衷被覆栽培에서 着根肥 施用이 初期生育에 미치는 影響

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of starter solution on the growth responses of flue-cured tobacco at the transplanting time, which had been cultivated with compromised mulching culture system, and to find out the ways to reduce the damages at the early growth stage due to low temperature and drought. The results were summarized as follows. 1.Soil moisture content of the compromised mulching plot at the early growth stage after transplanting was lower, 2∼4%, than that of the pit-covered mulching culture. 2.The growth of flue-cured tobacco during early growth stage in compromised mulching culture plot were delayed about 5 days compared to those of the pit-covered mulching culture. 3.200ppm of (NO4)2SO4, NH4NO3 and KNO3 application had accelerating effects on the early growth of tobacco. 4.By applying 200 and 300ppm of KNO3 and 100 and 200ppm of NH4NO3 as starter solution, the growth of length and width of largest leaf, plant height, weight of top and roots, root length were accelerated during early growth stage.

      • 인체 대장암 및 자궁경부암에서 PCR-SSCP법을 이용한 Ki-ras 암유전자의 점돌연변이에 관한 연구

        인체 대장암 20례와 자궁경부암 10례의 암조직을 대상으로 c-Ki-ras 유전자 codon 12와 13에서의 점돌연변이를 알아보고자 polymerase chain reaction(PCR)과 single-strand conformation polymorphism(SSCP) 검사법을 시행하였다. 대장암의 경우 20례중 9례(45%)에서, 자궁경부암의 경우 10례중 1례(10%)에서 양성으로 나왔다. 대장암에서는 codon 12에서 GGT가 TGT로의 치환이 4례로서 가장 많았으며, AGT, CGT로의 치환이 각 1례였고 codon 13에서는 GGC가 GAC로의 치환이 2례, TGC로의 치환이 1례인 것으로 나타났다. 자궁경부암의 경우 codon 12에서 GGT가 AGT로의 치환이 1례인 것으로 나타났다. In an attempt to clarify the role of genetic alteration in the genesis of human colorectal and cervical cancers, tissue specimens from 20 patients with colorectal cancer and 10 patients with cervical cancer were examined for the presence of point mutation in K-ras2 exon 1 by single strand conformation polymorphism analysis of PCR product. Exon I of c-Ki-ras2 was amplified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and comparison was made between the normal and mutated genes by nondenaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE) of PCR product and nucleotide sequence analysis using asymmetric PCR with direct sequencing. Genomic DNA from white blood cells were used as normal control and those from A427 cell line were used as mutated control. 1.PCR product from A427 cell line showed a distinct migration shift pattern compared to the normal control in PAGE and the direct sequencing indicated that nucleotide sequence of codon 12 was mutated from GGT to GAT. In addition, there was a loss of normal allele in A427 cell line. 2.PCR product from 9 cases(45%) out of a 20 colon cancer patients showed migration shifts in PAGE, and all of these 9 patients invariably demonstrated mutation of ras gene, either in codon 12(6 cases:30%) or 13(3 cases:15%). The base substitutions in codon 12 were: from GGT to AGT(1), CGT(1), or TGT(4). Base changes in codon 13 were from GGC to TGC(1) or GAC(2). 3.PCR product from 1 cases(10%) out of a 10 cervical cancer patients showed migration shrifts in PAGE, Invariably demonstrated mutation of ras gene in codon 12. The base substitutions was from GGT to AGT(1) TQE incidence of point mutation of c-Ki-ras in colon cancer was high, however, it was low in cervical cancer, which showed the relation of ruts gene mutation with colon cancer. PCR -SSCP analysis is a simple, rapid and efficient method of detection of point mutation, especially when dealing with multiple samples.

        석면폐증 1례

        Asbestosis is the disease of pulmonary fibrosis caused by the inhaled asbestos fibers, and could be diagnosed clinically, in the case of exposure history to asbestos is proved, by clinical symptoms of dyspnea or dry cough, physical examonation findings, and the radiographic features. But many othder inorganic dusts would show similar findings in the chest radiogram and sometimes the exposure history is obscure, so for the exact diagnosis of asbestosis lung biopsy is needed. In Korea, there have been some reports of survey in the workplace where asbestos is handled or of asbestos related diseases. This is a case report of asbestosis with accompanying pleural plaques, who had the occupational exposure to asbestos for 30 years and the consistent clinical, radiographic and pathological findings in the lung tissue obtained by the videoscope assisted thoracoscopic biopsy(VATS).

      • 논 雜草 가막살이의 Bensulfuron-Methyl에 대한 反應差異에 關한 生理的硏究

        논 雜草의 防除가 주로 除草劑에 의존하게 됨에따라 그 發生이 많아지고있는 가막살이와 미국가막살이를 대상으로, Bensulfuron-Methyl(BSM)에 대한 耐性의 程度를 檢定하고, 그 耐性의 發現器作을 究明하기 위하여 實驗을 수행하였던바, 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 沙耕栽培한 植物體를 BSM溶液에 24시간 浸池後 生育反應을 본 결과 가막살이(Bidens)屬 雜草들은 이 除草劑에 상당한 耐性을 보였는데, 가막살이는 피보다 强한, 그리고 미국가막살이는 피보다 다소 弱한 耐性이 있는것으로 나타났다. 2. 莖葉浸池處理에 의한 除草劑의 吸收는 1, 24, 24시간의 모든 처리시간에 있어 미국가막살이에서 가막살이보다 혀저히 많았다. 3. ¹⁴C-BSM의 葉 表面處理 後의 Autoradiogramph을 보면, 이 除草劑는 本葉을 통한 吸收는 어려우며, 子葉에 있어서도 가막살이에서만 일어나, 이 除草劑에 대한 耐性의 差異가 吸收의 差異에 基因될 수 있음을 보였다. The tolerance of Bidens species, newly emerging problem weeds in Korea and Japan, to Bensulfuron-Methyl (BSM) and the mechanism of tolerance of the species to the herbicide were studied. The response of sand cultured plants to various concentrations of BSM showed both of the species tested had some tolerance to the herbicide comparable or even better than E. crus-galli. Comparing the two species, Bidens tripartita had better tolerance than Bidens frondosa. When absorption of the herbicide was compared by dipping plant tops to ^(14)C-BSM solution, B. frondosa absorbed more herbicide than B. tripartita. Autoradiograph, taken from upper leaf surface treatment of ^(14)C-BSM, showed that the herbicide is absorption through cotyledones was quite restricted in the case of more tolerant B. tritartita. The results imply that leaf surface structure which determines permeability of herbicides could be one mechanism of tolerance to BSM in Bidens species.

      • 주정폐수의 혐기성 소화처리시와 포기처리시 처리특성에 관한 연구

        The wastewater of alcohol manufactory plant has very high suspended soild and BOD concentration, acidity, and high temperture. Thus most of the plants drive on anaerobic digestion method of biological treatment because of using a lot of generated methane gas and possible to disinfect pathogenic bacteria in sluge and wastewater. But because of the problem in the concentration of anaerobic treatment water, second treatment is necessary 2-step activated treatment for increasing treatment efficiency. The purpose of this study was performed to know a difference between last 1-step digestion 1-step aeration treatment and 2-step digestion 2-step aeration treatment with retention time in digestion and aerator. The obtained results can be summarized as follows; 1. The concentration characteristic of alchohol production wastewater was analyzed COD 50,000∼80,000㎎/ℓ, BOD 22,000∼41,000㎎/ℓ, SS 20,000∼45,000㎎/ℓ, pH 4.1∼4.2, and 75∼80℃ according to the raw material of alchohol. 2. In case of the anaerobic digestion method of rice-barley wastewater, average COD removal rate of 2-step digestion appeared to 91.9% compared to average COD removal rate 59.3% on 1-step digestion. It is necessary to drive above 20 day of retention time in metane degestor because of increasing organic load causing the decrease of pH and the increase of VFA/COD within aerator. 3. Alcohol wastewater of tapioka is generally much treatment efficiency of 2-step digestion than that of 1-step digestion, but below 2.7㎏-COD/㎥·d of COD bulk load showed the possibility of treatment at 1-step and 2-step digestion method. 4. Amount of gas generation in anaerobic digestion was almost similar at 1-step and 2-step digestion. 5. In the result of aerobic treatment, treatment efficiency of 2-step consecutive aeration was highly about 3% compared to 1-step combined aeration and in the condition of COD 4,000㎎/ℓ, COD load 800㎏ -COD/d, COD volume-load 0.8㎏-COD/㎥·d were difficult two treatment methods both. 6. pH and VFA concentrations are considered as important factors to determine VFA restriction and the harmfulness of fatty acid was seemed to be related to pH. VFA in 1-step digestion appeared strong change with the increase of input wastewater quantity, but 2-step digestion was treated to stable change in output COD 1,230∼2,246㎎/ℓ.

        朝鮮時代 古文書 書體硏究 一例 : 扶安金氏 石菴 金命說 書體를 中心으로

        이 글은 부안김씨 고문서에서 석암(石菴) 김명열(金命說:1613~?)의 서체를 살펴보고자 하였다. 김명열은 과거를 통해 중앙 정계에 진출하였으며, 당파적으로는 서인(西人) 계열에 속해 있었으나 평생을 지방의 향반이라는 한계를 극복하지 못하고 중요한 관직은 역임하지 못하였다. 이 글에서는 부안김씨 가문에서 전해오는 고문서 중에서 김명열의 서체를 당시의 시대적인 서예의 흐름과 결부시켜 보고자 하였다. 우선 김명열의 서체는 외관상으로 보아도 바로 구별될 수 있는 아주 독특한 서체인데, 가로획과 세로획을 특별히 강조하였으며, 결구도 정방형이 아닌 왼쪽을 강조하는 서체를 구사하였다. 필자는 이러한 서체가 나오된 것에 대해, 김명열이 살았던 17세기라는 역사적 배경에서 찾을 수 있다고 보고 이를 미수 허목과 연관시켜 보고자 하였다. 김명열은 당시 당파적으로 서인계열이면서도 추구하였던 서예관은 남인들의 서예에 영향을 받았던 것으로 보인다. 곧 미수 허목의 서예와 같은 당시에 유행한 새로운 서체의 영향을 받았다고 할 수 있다. 그런데 김명열은 미수 허목의 서체에 영항을 받았으면서도 자신만의 고유한 필법으로 글씨를 썼다고 할 수 있다. 곧 미수 허목은 운필이 느리게 하여 고박미(古朴美)를 느끼게 하는데 반해, 김명열은 붓끝으로 가볍게 빨리 써서 소쇄한 기운을 강조하였기 때문이다. 따라서 김명열의 글씨는 미수의 영향을 받았으면서도 상반된 운필법을 획득한 경우라고 할 수 있다. 이 점이 바로 김명열 서체가 갖고 있는 중요한 점이다. 즉 김명열의 글씨는 당대의 시대정신(時代精神)과 개인적(個人的) 정서(情緖)를 반영한 서체라는 점에서, 그리고 부안김씨 고문서 가운데 가장 돋보이는 서체라는 점에서 주목할 만한 가치가 충분히 있다고 할 것이다. 앞으로 이러한 무명의 서체를 고문서를 통하여 많이 발굴하는 것이 바로 서예사와 고문서 서체학(書體學)의 범위를 넓히고 깊게 하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. This paper deals with calligraphic style of Kim Meong-yeol(金命說, 1613~?) shown in Korean historical manuscripts of Puan Kim clan(扶安金氏). Transcribed version of documents and manuscripts concerning Puan Kim clan has been published by the Academy of Korean Studies in 1983, and their imprints in 1998. Kim Meong-yeol succeeded to the generation from his father Kim Hong-weon(金弘遠), and his grandson Kim Su-jong(金守宗) continued the family line. His serviced at the government office by passing the state examinations and followed the Western People(西人), one of the political wings at that time. The fact that, however, he did not have other opportunity to be nominated in higher position, is probably caused by his origin as a local gentry. In history of Puan Kim clan, he played a role to change the distribution way of properties from the impartial between sons and daughters to the male-centered one. Given the close relationship between writing style in historical manuscripts and calligraphy, some merits to light calligraphic style of a writer shown in documents, to find manuscripts written by him/her among various samples, are revealed. Kim Meong-yeol deserves to be considered in the this context. In his calligraphic technique, Kim Meong-yeol stresses horizontal and vertical strokes leaning on left side in ending strokes by avoiding quadrilateral form. His such calligraphic style were derived from his political and artistic tradition; because his age, the 17th century, was distinguished in political inclinations between Western and Southern People(南人), the former favored traditional and practical approaches while the latter quested for antiquity in oder to search orignal something. Kim Meong-yeol seems to be influenced by calligraphy tradition in Southern People. It reflects his agony in his works that may be evaluated as an important trait in his calligraphy. In conclusion, his calligraphy has merits to be a complex of the time-spirit and his individual sensibility, and to be remarkable in many writings of manuscripts of Puan Kim clan.

The highest records of students abilities measured for the last seven years (1967-1973) were statistically treated. 2. Kinds of exercises and the number of participants. a. Shot put (male 189/female 47) b. Discus throw (male 171/female 43) c. Javelin throw (male 171/female 40) 3. The statistical results of investigating the old and new standard value show that males Suffer a loss whereas females gain a benifit. 4. this new evaluation standard value will be applied to our students from the school year of 1974.

To develop the ability to get the higher scores at the goalshooting, it is necessary for the team to be given the Speed Training such as runing faster than the opponents, the better and quicker control and seizing of the ball. To achive thus goals We should train the team as the following, (1) Motors of the track and field Charateristics. (2) Motors of gymnastics Charateristics. (3) Motors using the ball. (4) Motors with the Characteristics of the game.

High Jump and Physique (Height, Weight) ⑴ Height gives more important effect on the skill of the High Jump than Weight. ⑵ X_1'=0.7184H+0.2036W+13.8304. σ_1.23=9.3380. 3.       • 부산시 지역별 인구고령화 양상과 그 특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the trend of aging of population within Busan. For this study, 2 population structure indexes and 3 aging indexes of each Dong were analysed and cluster analysis were used for finding out the regional trend and distribution characteristics of aging of population. Also they were analyzed by considering relationship of location with both the period of urbanization and topography. Some of the findings are summarized as follows. (1) the trend of aging of population in area being closer to CBD is more serious than other areas. (2) Aging of population of 5 groups has been serious or going to be rise sharply. Especially, Dongrae in northern CBD axis is expected even rapid depopulation (3) Areas, which are close by mountainous districts are immediately needed to bring regional improvement for aged population
