        Was the Korean alphabet a sole invention of King Sejong?

        이 논문에서 우리는 훈민정음의 ‘세종 친제설’을 다시 한번 주장한다. 세종이 집현전 학자들과 협력하거나(협동 가설), 집현전 학자들에게 명령하여(명령 가설) 훈민정음을 창제하였다는 가설을 반박하고, 훈민정음은 세종 단독의 작품이라는 것(친제가설)을 주장하는 것이다. 창제 과정에서 그 당시 세자의 협력이 있었을 가능성은 열어 두었다. 우리의 주장은 언어학 외적인 증거와 언어학 내적인 증거에 토대를 두고 있다. 언어학 외적인 증거는 다양한 역사적 문헌들에 근거를 두고 있다. 언어학 내적인 근거는 용비어천가와 월인천강지곡에 사용된 표기법이 세종의 독특한 음운학적 지식을 반영하고 있다는 데서 출발한다. 이 외에도 훈민정음 서문의 한글 번역문이 108개의 음절로 이루어져 있는 사실이나, 훈민정음의 첫 글자인‘ㄱ’의 발음을 설명하는 글자로서 하필이면 임금 군(君)’자가 선택된 배경에는 뭔가 숨겨진 이유가 있다고 보았다. 또 훈민정음 문자들을 표시하는 한자들을 순서대로 열거하면 ‘군규쾌업’이 되는데, 이것은 ‘임금과 왕자가 즐겁게 일(훈민정음 창제)을 이루었다’는 뜻이 된다. 이 논문에서는 또한 19세기부터 20세기 초까지 서양학자들이나 선교사들이 한글의 기원이나 훈민정음 창제 배경에 대해서 발표한 논문들도 살펴보았다. 우리는 이러한 연구들의 문제점을 지적하였고, 한글 창제에 대한 여러 가지 가설들의 문제점은 1940년 <훈민정음> 원본이 발견되면서 한층 더 분명해진 것으로 보았다. This paper tries to argue that the Korean alphabet is a sole invention of King Sejong on the contrary to the prevalent view that the King either ordered a group of scholars to invent the script (command hypothesis) or worked alongside a team of scholars (cooperation hypothesis). This paper also reviews various observations and theories proposed by western scholars in 19<sup>th</sup> and early 20<sup>th</sup> century. There is absolutely no evidence or record from the period that shows that anyone else helped Sejong or worked on his orders. No member of the Chipyonjon was involved before 1443, when they compiled "Explanations and Examples of the Correct Sounds for the Instruction of the People" on the back of the invention Sejong had already completed. The conclusion is that King Sejong invented Hangul himself in isolation, perhaps only consulting the crown prince and his other sons. Many attempts have also been made to reduce the origin of the Korean alphabet to other systems of writing, such as Chinese seal characters, Sanskrit, Tibetan, Uighur-Mongol and Phags-pa. All these comparisons, however, are restricted to incidental resemblances of a few letters and are far from convincing. The mystery of the origin of the Korean alphabet was finally solved in July 1940, when the original text of the Hunmin chŏngŭm was found in Andong.

        곽시징(郭始徵)의 시조 창작 방식과 의미

        The purpose of this article is to examine the composing methods and explore confucian meanings in Nakchongyunghanjung-gamhungga(樂村景寒亭感興歌), Gwak Sijing(郭始徵)’s works of sijo(時調). Gwak Sijing(1644-1713) expressed the excitement when viewing the scenery of the seasons in a form of Chinese poem, while staying at the Pavillion Gyunghanjung. There he also composed sijo poem-songs in the vernacular. Since he returned to the rural home, he endeavored to observe the Confucian ethics of Oryun(五倫) honed in his study of Confucian classics, and trained younger students. Sometimes he enjoyed the natural scenery and after realizing the principles of the mother nature. And he showed the integrated view of the lives of a human and the nature in one unity and his struggle to assimilate with the nature through his literary works. Such a view was embodied in his sijo. The exploration of Gwak Sijing’s sijo allows us to understand the core concepts and practices, such as teaching and learning(講學) and Sangjayeon(賞自然), also expressed in Yi Hwang(李滉)’s Dosansibigok(陶山十二曲) and Yi I(李珥)’s Gosangugokga(高山九曲歌). The ideas of Sangjayeon(賞自然) in Gwak Sijing’s sijo can be juxtaposed with the concept of Yokgiyeonggwi(浴沂詠歸) that denotes the pleasure of realizing the law of the nature. In conclusion, Gwak Sijing’s sijo emphasizes the moral ethics, but it also deals with the pleasure in the nature wherein he came to realize the true beauty and principles of the nature, and his works based on those experiences have enlightened his younger students.

        디지털 치료기술 산업 육성에 따른 투자와 경제적 파급효과

        The digital treatment technology industry is one of the core fostering industries of the Moon Jae-in government along with the global trend. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the investment and economic ripple effect on the related industries. To this end, we used the industry-related table, which is the actual measurement data for 2015 that the Bank of Korea actually measured and released every 5 years in 2019. The digital treatment technology industry was not clearly classified within Korea’s industrial classification system, so the contents of the industry-related survey were analyzed, and the digital treatment technology industry was reclassified and then analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that the production induction effect of the digital treatment technology-related industry in 2015 was 1.770, the value-added induction effect was 0.875, and the employment induction effect was 19.128, which was higher than that of other industries in Korea. As a result of the analysis of the economic ripple effect (scenario 1), the production inducing effect was about 370 billion won, the added value inducing effect was about 185 billion won, and the employment inducing effect was 4,044 people. The results of this study are expected to play a large role in economic revitalization as the effect of inducing production, increasing employment, and creating added value through fostering the digital treatment technology industry is expected to play a large role in activating the economy. It is expected to play a large role in providing central medical services. Therefore, it is expected that policy support for revitalizing the digital treatment technology industry through active investment support and tax benefits from the government to foster the digital treatment technology industry is necessary.

        프로그램화 된 신체운동이 ADHD 아동의 주의산만행동과 과잉행동에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to deeply analyze a change of the programmed physical exercise in attentiondeficient behavior and hyperactivity of children with ADHD, through the single-subject research design method. The research subjects were 4 elementary school students who are under being cured due to being judged to be ADHD at Child Psychiatric Clinic for C University Hospital where is located in Seoul at that time of beginning experiment in order to be conformed with the objective of research. For visual observation, the attention-deficient behavior was used the frequency-typed case sampling method(Shin So-yeon, Park Jaeguk, Kim Yeong-mi, Lee Hwa-eun, 2007). Observation of hyperactivity was used the contents, which Carlson and Hotfield(1991) defined, by referring to the contents by Mun Jae-gyeong(1998). The following are the results that were elicited through the research procedure of this study. First, the programmed physical exercise was indicated to reduce attention-deficient behavior in children with ADHD. Second, the programmed physical exercise was indicated to reduce hyperactivity in children with ADHD.

        Fungus such as Candida albicans is a normal flora that is frequently found in the oral cavity, gastrointestinal tract, genitourinary tract, vaginal mucosa in a normal person. However, candida can cause opportunistic infection in an immune compromised host. Candidiasis has broad spectrum of disease from mucocutaneous infection to invasive or disseminated infection. But, it is rarely reported that candida is associaed with gastrointestinal tract disease in a healthy adult. The case of gastric ulcer associated with candida particularly in a health adult is reported with relevant literature.

      • 공공갈등에서의 대응 행태 분석 - 세종시 건설과정에서의 마을 공동체 갈등을 중심으로

        이 연구에서는 세종시 건설과정의 마을공동체 갈등요인을 분석하고, 갈등에 대처하는 주민들의 대응 행태분석을 하는데 목적이 있다. 즉 세종시 건설이라는 국책사업과 관련된 농촌지역의 작은 면단위 행정구역 안에서 주민들의 의견이 어떤 영향을 받아서 대립하게 되었는지 대립 양상은 어떠하며, 개인적 인식 차이에 의해서 대응 행태는 어떠한 영향을 받게 되는지 분석한 결과, 갈등당사자의 개인적 인식에 따라 갈등 대응 행태가 다른 것으로 나타났다. 예를 들면, 개발이익 증대를 예상하는 사람일수록 세종시 편입에 찬성 정도가 강하였으며, 세금증가를 예상할수록 편입을 반대할 것이라는 부의 상관관계를 보였다. 지가상승을 예상할수록 그리고 청주․청원 통합에 찬성할수록 세종시 편입에도 찬성하는 것으로 조사되었고, 지역자부심이 클수록 세종시 편입에 반대한다는 상관관계가 있음을 밝혔다. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the factors of conflicts related with the Construction of Sejong Special Autonomous City in Korea. For accomplishing the research goal, this study conducted a questionnaire survey and empirical analysis on conflict behavior. According to the results of analysis, the types of conflict coping behavior was significantly different for all the causes of conflict except the absence of support and cooperation system. This suggests that a conflict situation is characteristically affected by multiple causes and people’s perception of the causes is different among individuals, and therefore, any single method cannot be used alone for conflict management. Not only for national projects but also for any projects causing conflicts, there are many factors influencing such conflicts in addition to demographic characteristics and personal perception as presented in this study, and these factors work not separately but compositely. Accordingly, it is necessary to approach the management of conflicts from a comprehensive viewpoint and, at the same time, fitting for the characteristics of individual situations.

      • 이동통신 단말기용 안테나설계

        The designed PCS antenna exhibits the better radiation characteristics widely used monopole antenna. The performance characteristics of an antenna are analyzed by commercially available simulation tool. The main objectives of the designed antenna are to reduce the size and to increase the efficiency. In this paper, we introduce two types of antenna. They are small antenna and in-house antennas. The basic idea of a small antenna is the usage of dielectric material covering the wire radiator to reduce the size and to improve the gain. A PIFA is designed to use as an in-house antenna for PCS. The analysis results show that their radiation characteristics and gain are better than those of a monopole. Key Words : Small Antenna, PIFA, in-house Antenna, PCS

      • TEM 혼 안테나용 임피던스 변환 특성 해석

        In this study, impedance transformation characteristic for the broadband TEM horn antenna is analyzed. The moment method can be applied to analyze the TEM horn antenna. The balun feeding the TEM horn is needed for impedace matching between antena which is balanced circuit and coaxial cable which is unbalanced circuit. The balun is composed of the Lange coupler with the two-stage cascaded connection and the impedance transformer designed by the short-linear matching method and the linear double taper method. At the antenna operating at the frequency band , 1.5 - 3 GHz, the measured data agree well with the calculated results. Key Words : impedance transformation, TEM, horn antenna

        신호를 검출하는 방식은 비동기 방식과 동기 방식으로 나뉜다. 비동기 방식은 구성이 간단하지만 성능 개선에 제약을 받는다. 따라서, 일반적으로 성능을 중요시하는 시스템은 구조가 복잡하더라도 동기식 신호 검출법을 사용한다. 동기식 신호 검출은 신호의 존재 유무를 확인하는 것과 신호의 종류를 판별하는 것으로 나뉜다. 본 논문에서는 동기식 신호 검출 방식을 이용하여 신호의 존재 유무와 신호의 종류를 판별하고 이에대한 성능을 평가한다.       • 반구형구조물에서의 전자파 산란

        In this paper, the electromagnetic scattering from the 2-dimensional hemisphere on the infinite plane is analyzed using UTD. The incident field is scattered by the hemisphere in the form of the reflected and surface diffracted field. In analyzing the scattered field, Keller's GTD can not predict the correct electromagnetic field in the transition region and the surface diffracted field. These electromagnetic field in the transition region and the surface diffracted field is analyzed using UTD. Considering the satellite communication environment, incident field is assumed to be plane wave, and hemisphere is treated as a perfect conductor. The result obtained in this paper can be applied to the analysis of scattering characteristics by dome-shaped man-made or natural structures. Key Words : UTD, GTD, Fock, Diffraction
