      • Solar urticaria in Korean patients

        Background: Solar urticaria (SU) is an uncommon type of photodermatoses characterized by erythematous wheal with pruritus after sunlight exposure, which shows a female predominance. Only a few studies to analyze the clinical features of SU were reported in Asia. Objectives: We aimed to analyze the clinical and photobiological characteristics of SU in Korea. Methods: We retrospectively investigated the medical records of patients with SU who visited the department of dermatology, Konkuk university medical center from January 2005 to January 2020. Results: Of a total of 44 patients, 36 (81.8%) were male and 8 (18.2%) were female. The mean age at onset was 17.6 years (range, 5-47) and the mean threshold time was 19.7 minutes. Among 32 patients who underwent phototesting, the action spectrum most commonly implicated was ultraviolet (UV) A only in 12 (37.5%), and then visible light (415nm) only was responsible for SU in 8 (25.0%). Three patients (9.4%) were induced by both UVA and visible light (415nm). Even 4 patients (12.5%) were triggered by only natural sunlight. Serum immunoglobulin E levels were measured in 33 patients, and 17 (51.5%) showed values higher than normal. The treatment most widely used were oral antihistamine (43.2%), followed by phototherapy (13.6%). Conclusion: SU is a rare photodermatosis in Korea, which shows a male preponderance. In this study, UVA and visible light (415nm) were predominant action spectrum of SU.

        Lithographically-featured photonic microparticles of colloidal assemblies

        <P>We have described a new and promising strategy for the fabrication of composite and porous photonic crystal microparticles that combines the self-assembly of colloidal particles with photolithography techniques. We fabricated silica/SU-8 composite microparticles with photonic bandgaps <I>via</I> four steps: (1) deposition of the silica colloidal crystals on the photoresist, (2) embedding of the colloidal crystals in the photoresist, (3) UV exposure through a photomask and subsequent development, and (4) release of the microparticles from the substrate. Embedding was performed above the glass transition temperature (<I>T</I><SUB>g</SUB>) of uncrosslinked SU-8. At such temperatures, capillary forces on the silica particles facilitate the migration of colloidal crystals in the SU-8 matrix. Particle migration ceased when the top colloidal crystal layer was trapped at the interface between air and SU-8. In addition, we also prepared porous microparticles with an inverse opaline structure by dissolving the embedded silica particles from the composite structures. The porous microparticles showed enhanced reflectivity at the bandgap position due to the large refractive index contrast. The bandgap position of the microparticles was controlled by the size of the silica particles, which determined the lattice constant. Bilayered composite and porous microparticles with two distinct photonic bandgaps were also prepared by sequential deposition of colloidal crystals composed of two differently sized silica particles.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>A new and promising fabrication strategy of photonic crystal microparticles was demonstrated by combining colloidal self-assembly with photolithography. <IMG SRC='http://pubs.rsc.org/services/images/RSCpubs.ePlatform.Service.FreeContent.ImageService.svc/ImageService/image/GA?id=c0cp00134a'> </P>

        노인 치매예방프로그램에서 유아교육 콘텐츠의 활용가능성 탐구

        우리나라 노인들 평균수명이 늘어나면서 고령화로 인한 노인의 건강에 대한 문제가 많이 발생하고, 치매 발병률이 증가되고 있음으로 인해 사회적으로 심각한 수준에 이르고 있다. 치매는 발병 후 치료보다는 예방이 중요한 만큼 노인의 치매 예방에 관심이 모아지고 있다. 본 연구를 위해 양수경, 고보숙, 박정환(2019)의 연구에서 2000년~2018년까지 노인을 대상으로 한 치매예방프로그램의 국내 연구동향에서 분석한 통합프로그램 11편을 기반으로 유아교육에서 이루어지고 있는 놀이를 중심으로 한 노인 치매예방프로그램 문헌연구를 살펴보았다. 활동유형별로 음악, 언어, 신체활동이 각각 4개(40.0%)로 나타났고, 게임, 미술, 작업이 각각 3개(30.0%)로 나타났다. 그리고 무용, 문학, 전통놀이, 레크레이션이 2개(20.0%)로 나타났고, 요가와 생활은 각각 1개(10.0%)의 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 노인 치매예방프로그램에서 유아교육 콘텐츠의 활용 가능성에 대해 탐구하는 것을 목적으로 노인에게 있어 놀이는 유아 뿐만 아니라 노인들에게 신체 운동능력과 긍정적인 정서, 정서적 특성 등 매우 긍정적인 측면이 나타나고 있다. 노인들을 위한 유아교육 콘텐츠를 활용하여 치매예방프로그램을 개발한다면 지속적인 서비스 제공과 함께 집단활동의 경험과 정신건강을 유지하면서 여가시간을 긍정적으로 활용할 수 있을 것이라고 사료된다. As the prevention of dementia is more important than the treatment after the onset, attention has focused on the prevention of dementia in the elderly. For this study based on 11 integrated programs, we analyzed the domestic research trends of dementia prevention programs for the elderly from 2000 to 2018 in the study of Yang Su-gyeong, Ko Bo-sook, and Park Jeong-hwan (2019) We reviewed the literature research on the elderly"s dementia prevention program centered on play. By activity type, music, language, and physical activity were 4 (40.0%), respectively, and games, art, and work were 3 (30.0%), respectively. Dance, literature, traditional play, and recreation were 2 (20.0%), and yoga and life were 1 (10.0%), respectively. In this study, for the purpose of exploring the possibility of using the contents of early childhood education in the elderly dementia prevention program, play shows very positive aspects such as physical exercise ability, positive emotions, and emotional characteristics for the elderly. It is considered that if dementia prevention programs are developed using the contents of early childhood education for the elderly, they will be able to utilize leisure time positively while providing continuous services and maintaining group experiences and mental health.

      • 지방정부 재가노인복지사업의 적실성 제고방안 : 대구광역시의 일부 사례를 중심으로

        본 논문은 지방정부 단위의 재가노인복지사업의 현황과 문제점을 대구광역시의 사례를 중심으로 실증적으로 분석하고, 이를 통해서 아직 초기단계에 불과한 지방정부에서의 재가 노인복지사업의 적실성 제고방안을 제시하려는 것이다. 이를 위해서 이론적 논의로서 재가 노인복지의 의의, 필요성, 그리고 한국에서의 재가노인복지의 전개과정을 살펴보았다. 그리고 이러한 이론적 논의를 토대로 실증적 연구를 수행하기 위한 분석 틀을 Gilbert와 Terrell의 네 가지 분석차원을 중심으로 구성하였다. 다음에는 이러한 분석 틀에 입각하여 대구광역시의 재가노인복지사업의 현황과 문제점들을 적용범위, 전달체계, 급여내용, 재정의 네 가지 분석차원을 중심으로 고찰하였으며, 이를 토대로 재가노인복지사업의 적실성물 제고할 수 있는 구체적인 방안들을 제시하였다. 그리고 여기서 재가노인복지사업의 범위에는 가정봉사원 파견사업, 주간보호사업, 단기보호사업의 세 가지를 포함하였다.

        The purpose of this paper is examining the significance of consumers experience after the purchase is completed. Marketers must reconginse that consumer decisions do not end with act of purchase, but continue as the consumer uses the product, evaluates his or her purchase decision and experience with the items and many other related purchase. We shall examine the nature of consumer postpurchase behavior concerning about a factor analysis of data on automobile buyers perceptions of equity concepts, disconfirmation and intentions arising from the buyer-salesperson exchange.

      • 준거집단의 Communication에 관한 연구 : 口傳과 意見 先導者를 中心으로 Concerning about Word-of-Mouth and Opinion Leadership

        This paper intends to examine word-of-mouth and opinion leadership. Word-of-mouth communication between consumers is the most important source of information and influence in consumer behavior. The individual who influences the purchasing behavior of another consumer is the opinion leader ; the consumer being influenced is the follower. It is very important for marketer that word-of mouth communication is being applied to satisfy the consumer. The satisfied consumers may influence friends and relatives to buy ; dissatisfied consumers may inhibit sales. In this paper I will try to consider Word-of-mouth communication between individuals within a group according to the related literatures. Studies have shown that such communication is a major influence on consumer behavior. A central concept in direct communication between individuals in a group is opinion leadership. The flow of word-of-mouth communication between consumers is considered first. Key issues regarding opinion leadership are then explored. And I concluded with showing how marketers use the concept of opinion leadership and how they measure it. The concept of opinion leadership offers marketers several strategic options. Marketers can attempt to portray opinion leaders in advertising or reach opinion leaders directly in an effort to initiate a social multiplier effect. They can attempt to create opinion leaders. They can simulate word-of-mouth communication by picturing social influence in advertising. Or they can stimulate word-of-mouth communication by using original themes and story lines that are likely to be repeated in a social setting.
