The purpose of this study is to evaluate the acid resistance of cement mortar admixed with waste phosphogypsum by steam curing admixture. Waste Phosphogypsum is a by-product from the phosphoric acid process for manufacturing fertilizers. It consists mainly of CaSO₄·2H₂O and contains some impurities such as P₂O_5, F^(-) and organic substances. The waste phosphogypsums is made use of 4 forms(Dihydrate, β-Hemihydrate, Ⅲ-Anhydrite and Ⅱ-Anhydrite) which were changed to in low temperature of calcination. The mass change and reduction ratio of compressive strength of cement mortar are investigated to evaluate the acid resistance. The specimens of cement mortar were immersed in HCI(5%) and H₂SO₄(5%, 10%) during 14, 28 and 56days. As a result, mass change and reduction ratio of compressive strength of cement mortar admixed with waste phosphogypsum are lower than cement mortar contained OPC alone. Also, Ⅲ-Anhydrite is comparable to Ⅱ-Anhydrite in acid resistance. Therefore, Ⅲ-Anhydrite phosphogypsum calcined at lower temperature could be used as steam curing admixture for concrete 2th production.
폐인산석고의 증기양생용 콘크리트 혼화재로서의 적용성 평가

The purpose of this study evaluates possibilities of waste phsphogypsum into concrete by steam curing admixture. The waste phsphogypsum is made use of 4 types by specific gravity distritubt which is simple and physical dry process and 4 forms(CaSO₄ㆍ2H2O, Type β-CaS0₄ㆍ1/2H2O, TypeⅢ-CaS0₄and TypeⅡ-CaS0₂) which is changed to in low temperature. As a result, by specific gravity distritubt all the types of compressive strength is higher than OPC. In Type β-CaS0₄ㆍ1/2H2O and TypeⅢ-CaS0₄cases, these is similar to TypeⅡ-CaS0₂from strength and are great in the effect of strength improvement.

This Study examined the relations ship among Mental Toughness(self-confidence, Arousal control, Attitude control, Visyalization and imagery control, Motivation positive Energy, Attitude control) for swimming Players. The Mental Toughness was measyred by MTT(Mental Toughness Test) Which was developed by loeher (1982) Subjects(n=241) consist of middle school(male=60, female=60), high school(male=61, female=60) player Each player's mean and standard deviation of mental Toughness Test were calculated one-way Anova-Test were used for statisical analyses. 1. The results are followings Arousal control, attention control was low.(m=16) 2. The level of Self-Confidence, Motivation, attityde Energy and attityde control was very nearly high, especially self-confidence was signficanet difference between class level.(Middle, High) 3. The level of Self-Confidence, Motivation, Positive Energy and attitude control was high, self-confidence, Arousal control, positive Energh was significant difference between Sexual level.(mal, female) 4. The level of Elite between Non-Elite was Non significant difference between performance level.

Recently, It is necessary for producing many buildings in a short period to achieve the building activities during the cold weather. To accomplish this purpose, it is an urgent task to develop the executable method of the cold weather concreting and analyze the climate condition. Especially, the analysis of weather condition changed by the region and the period is needed for fresh concrete placed in winter season. This present study aims at providing the executable method of cold weather concreting and establishing the period of it by the analyzing data of climate in Korea.

A number of methods are available for scalp reconstruction : skin graft, local flap, distant pedicle flap and free flap. Each of these has well defined roles, advantages and limitations according to nature and extent of the defect. Free flap, especially latissimus dorsi muscle flap is preferred for reconstruction of extensive scalp defect because it is the largest single muscle available for free transfer as well as it has constant anatomy and long large size of vessels which greatly simplify the technical aspects of microsurgery. Furthermore, it can control infection and also the donor site morbidity is minimal. We have been experienced 2 cases of reconstruction of extensive scalp defect using free latissimus dorsi muscle flap with skin graft. A robust coverage was provided without notable complications.

The distribution of pressure in an impeller of a centrifugal pump was investigated to operate under the optimum, conditions according to the variation of dynamic factors such as rotational speed and flowrate in an impeller. The interchange of energy actually are as follows. 1) The variations of pressure in the radial direction had almost the same patterns as the flowrate was changed and the outlet pressure decreased with the increase of the flowrate. 2) It showed that the pressure increased in the radial direction of impeller as the rotational speed increased, and the same phenomenon took place with the variation of flowrate. Otherwise there was little recovery of pressure in the region of low rotational speed and high flowrates(5.0, 5.5 lps) . 3) The head-flowrate of the characteristic curves increased simultaneously according to the increase of rotational speed, and the power gradient of the power-flowrate curve increased as the rotational speed increased and the efficiency-flowrate curve showed that the efficiency was the same in a low flowrate and higher in a high flowrate according to the increase of rotational speed.

In this study, non-sintering cement is produced by only blending granulate blast furnace slag with phosphogypsum as main materials, and small amounts of hydrate lime or waste lime as activators. This paper was investigated applicability of oxide componential coefficient for quality safety by chemical analyses in manufacturing of non-sintering cement according to various mixing ratio. Results obtained from this study have shown that the hydraulic modulus, lime saturation degree, CaO/SiO₂, and (CaO+Al₂O₃+SO₃)/SiO₂ could be used for quality safety of non-sintering cement.

Polystyrene mortars using EPS solution-based binders are prepared by various EPS concentrations of EPS solutions and cross linking agent contents, subjected to a dry curing and a dry/heat curing, and tested for flexural and compressive strengths. As a result, irrespective of curing conditions, the flexural and compressive strengths of the polystyrene mortars are increased with increasing EPS concentration of EPS solutions and cross linking agent content except for an EPS concentration of 40%.
샌드위치 패널심재로 활용을 위한 VA/VeoVa 개질 다공성 경량골재 콘크리트의 특성

Sandwich panel made by foamed styrene and polyurethane has been used generally in the construction area because of the high thermal conductivity and light weight. But, They occur harmful gases to both bodies and environments in the high temperature over 50℃. So, the purpose of this study is to investigate the physical properties of light-weight panel using the non-structural lightweight aggregate as a part of the substitution of foamed styrene and polymer-cement ratio as 5, 10, 15% and the filling ratio of continuous void as 50, 60% on the strength of polymer-modified sandwich panel core. From the result, we could know that the compressive and flexural strength of the sandwich panel core using non- structural lightweight aggregate and polymer dispersion such as SBR, St/BA-1 and St/BA-2 tended to be increased with an increase in the polymer-cement ratio and the filling ratio of continuous void.
