Hydrothermal Synthesis and Electrochemical Property of Self-Assembly K10 [H2W12O42] · 10H2O Nanorod

Using KOH and WO3 as raw materials, K10[H2W12O42] · 10H2O nanorod was successfully synthesized via controlling the pH value and the K/W mole ratio of hydrothermal system. The structure and morphology of the samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM and selected area electron diffraction (SAED). The size of K10[H2W12O42] · 10H2O nanorod was about 300 nm in width and 3–10 µm in length. The nanorod consisted of self-assembly nanowires with about 10 nm in width. Moreover, the electrochemical performance of K10[H2W12O42] · 10H2O as anode material was investigated, indicating that the as-prepared sample electrode possessed a certain ability of lithium ion insertion/extraction, and exhibited a high initial discharge capacity of 310 mAh g-1.

To alleviate the traffic congestion on urban expressway, Variable Message Signs (VMS) have been widely employed for diverting some traffic to arterial streets in large cities. The diversion rate is a key parameter to design, operation and evaluation of the VMS. Many works have been done to study the diversion rate by stated preference survey. However, no consistent conclusion has been obtained on the key factors influencing diversion behavior. Therefore, this paper pays attention to analyzing the drivers’ diversion from expressway behavior under different network and traffic conditions, and finding the key factors influencing diversion behavior by using stated preference survey. In the survey, graphical traffic information is provided as scenario simulation. Ordinal regression method is adopted to explore the key factors influencing diversion willingness. Binary logit model is used to explore the divert decision with given traffic information. It is shown that driving years, income, driving style, average trip length, and degree of trust in VMS are the significant factors to diversion willingness. Furthermore, the same VMS displaying state results in different diversion flow at different sites. Those findings are the foundation to optimize traffic information releasing strategy and improve the road network efficiency.
Effect of Interstitial Solutes on Precipitation Behavior of 9-12% Chromium Ferritic Steels

Effects of nitrogen and carbon content on precipitation behavior in two 9-12% Cr ferritic heat-resistant steels during isothermal transformation were investigated. Isothermal aging treatments at 700 °C after solution annealing were carried out for the different periods up to over 220 h. Microstructure characterization was performed by many characterization methods, such as physicochemical phase analysis, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope etc. It was found that Cr-rich M2N nitride was formed as the main precipitate in the alloy A with content of 0.15% N and 0.03% C in wt%, together with some Cr-rich M23C6 carbide and Nb-rich MN nitride. Comparatively, the aged alloy B with 0.05% N and 0.11% C, predominantly contains Cr-rich M23C6 carbides. Besides, both alloys showed the similar microstructure evolution process: The precipitates were found to be formed initially along prior austenite grain boundaries, then grew toward interior of grain in the form of cell with the increasing aging time. Meanwhile, the cell growth feature was also discussed based on the experimental observation in well-controlled specimens.

Recommend knowledge to staff who need in the work can improve work efficiency, knowledge application and innovation. Enterprise knowledge is described in three dimensions: knowledge attribute, process and domain. Based on this, domain knowledge actively recommendation architecture based by process-driven and rough set is construct, while domain knowledge and rough set active recommendation method is proposed. We will use this architecture to analyze employee, domain, and process. Then will using rough set to analyze the rules from logs of using knowledge. Combination with requirement of employees, process data and the rules to achieve recommend the accurate knowledge.

This study evaluates the viewpoints of user focus incidents using microblog sentiment analysis, which hasbeen actively researched in academia. Most existing works have adopted traditional supervised machinelearning methods to analyze emotions in microblogs; however, these approaches may not be suitable inChinese due to linguistic differences. This paper proposes a new microblog sentiment analysis method thatmines associated microblog emotions based on a popular microblog through user-building combined withspectral clustering to analyze microblog content. Experimental results for a public microblog benchmarkcorpus show that the proposed method can improve identification accuracy and save manually labeled timecompared to existing methods.

2C-CTP : A Centralized Clustering Data Collection Protocol based on CTP

WSN (wireless sensor network) is widely applied in environmental monitoring, assets tracking, battlefield monitoring and smart building. Since nodes in WSN are constrained by finite battery power and operational capability, it will have the direct effects on the lifetime of whole network. Well-designed routing protocols could make network succinct and efficient. In order to prolong the overall lifetime of WSN, lots of clustering algorithms have been proposed. Most of them are based on LEACH and proved energy-efficient, but few are implemented in real systems. CTP (collection tree protocol) has been extensively used in many systems and provides a reliable protocol for data collection. However, it neither considers energetic balance nor follows clustering feature. In this paper, we propose an efficient routing protocol by improving the CTP, adding clustering and centrally controlled features. Furthermore, we introduce a lightweight method of command distribution and some implementation technologies of clustering based on CTP. The related experiments that carried on TelosB demonstrate that our scheme is outstanding in lifetime and efficiency.

This paper introduces an isolated modular multilevel converter (I-MMC) structure which can transport the energy power from LVDC to HVDC and HVAC with single-stage, and the arm balance control strategy. The paper also analyzes the reason of leading to the unbalance in arm, establish the relevant model, and propose the unbalance control strategy of the arm. Finally, the method is verified by simulation and experiment.
SLQE : An Improved Link Quality Estimation based on Four-bit LQE

Link quality estimation (LQE) is an effective basic building block in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) and higher cross layer design of network protocol. Some researchers have investigated the statistical properties of the link quality estimators independently from higher-layer protocols, and their impact on the Collection Tree Routing Protocol (CTP). Then they set up a dedicated LQE, independent of the protocol interface, which has in total of four bits information: one from the physical layer, one from the link layer, and two from the network layer. Four-bit has been found to be a good estimator; however its performance heavily depends on the tuning of its parameters. But we found that Four-bit couldn’t be working effectively in responding to the burst situation after repeated experiments. So we redesigned the link estimation method, called Stable Link Quality Estimation (SLQE), which combines active probing with passive snooping to make estimation more stable. We have found that the new design can cope with the emergency. Moreover it also enhances the robustness of the network, and saves the overall energy consumption of the network.
