      • Possible Epithelial Ovarian Cancer Association with HPV18 or HPV33 Infection

        The present study was conducted to investigate the prevalence of HPV infection in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) in Hunan province. DNA samples were collected from paraffin embedded ovarian tissue from 322 patients with EOC, 99 with ovarian benign tumors and 199 normal persons. The polymerase chain reaction and direct sequencing were used to identify the HPV types in the samples. The relationship between the infection of human papillomavirus (HPV) and the epithelial ovarian carcinoma (EOC) was investigated combined with clinical data. The prevalence of HPV18 and HPV33 in EOC group and benign group was higher than in the normal group. HPV18 and HPV33 may play a role in the development of both EOC and ovarian benign tumor and may participate in the development of EOC with traditional risk factors, family history and abortion, possibly exerting synergistic effects.

        Spatial analysis of tuberculosis treatment outcomes in Shanghai: implications for tuberculosis control

        OBJECTIVES: Tuberculosis (TB) treatment outcomes are a key indicator in the assessment of TB control programs. We aimed to identify spatial factors associated with TB treatment outcomes, and to provide additional insights into TB control from a geographical perspective.METHODS: We collected data from the electronic TB surveillance system in Shanghai, China and included pulmonary TB patients registered from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2016. We examined the associations of physical accessibility to hospitals, an autoregression term, and random hospital effects with treatment outcomes in logistic regression models after adjusting for demographic, clinical, and treatment factors.RESULTS: Of the 53,475 pulmonary TB patients, 49,002 (91.6%) had successful treatment outcomes. The success rate increased from 89.3% in 2009 to 94.4% in 2016. The successful treatment outcome rate varied among hospitals from 78.6% to 97.8%, and there were 12 spatial clusters of poor treatment outcomes during the 8-year study period. The best-fit model incorporated spatial factors. Both the random hospital effects and autoregression terms had significant impacts on TB treatment outcomes, ranking 6th and 10th, respectively, in terms of statistical importance among 14 factors. The number of bus stations around the home was the least important variable in the model.CONCLUSIONS: Spatial autocorrelation and hospital effects were associated with TB treatment outcomes in Shanghai. In highly-integrated cities like Shanghai, physical accessibility was not related to treatment outcomes. Governments need to pay more attention to the mobility of patients and different success rates of treatment among hospitals.

        A research on users’ behavioral intention to adopt Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the logistics industry: the case of Cainiao Logistics Network

        companies in the logistics industry to achieve intelligent sorting, network optimization, real-time tracking and simplifying last-mile service. Although logistics entities are trying to introduce IoT into their business areas, users’ perception of this new technology is still limited. This paper aims to develop a research model for the factors influencing the user adoption of IoT technology in the logistics industry. Design/methodology/approach – In this study, based on the major theories on the application of new technologies such as technology acceptance model (TAM), technology–organization–environment (TOE) and innovation diffusion theory (IDT), a new research model was established to identify factors affecting customers’ behavioral intention (BI) to adopt IoT technology provided by logistics companies. In addition, the authors surveyed unspecified customers of Cainiao Logistics Network, which is in charge of the logistics operation of Alibaba Group, China’s largest e-commerce company, and tested the causality between the latent variables presented in the model using the structural equation model (SEM). Findings – This empirical study shows that the support system of a logistics company and users’ innovative propensity significantly affect perceived ease of use (PEOU) and BI for logistics services to which IoT technology is applied. It also presents that users’ perceived security and enjoyment significantly affect perceived usefulness (PU) and BI. In addition, it was possible to confirm that the causal structure between variables suggested by TAM that PEOU has a significant effect on PU and BI, and PU has a substantial effect on BI. Practical implications – Logistics companies should expand and upgrade technical support systems so that customers can flexibly accept logistics services with IoT technology and make efforts to alleviate customers’ concerns about personal information leakage. In addition, it is necessary to find customers with an inclusive attitude toward using new technologies, to induce them to become leading users of logistics devices with IoT technology and to find various ways to amplify their enjoyment. Through a strategic approach to these technical and individual factors, it will be possible to boost customers’ intention to use IoT logistics services. Originality/value – As far as the authors know, this paper is the first study to set significant factors that affect users’ BI to use IoT technology-applied logistics services provided by logistics companies and empirically analyze the causal relationships between proposed latent variables.

        Simultaneous Determination of Hydroquinone and Catechol by N-doped Porous Biochar-modified Electrode

        N-doped porous biochar (NPB) with large conjugated systems could not only be used as enrichment carriers but also be in favor of electron transport in the electrochemical detection. The NPB-modified electrode was fabricated for the simultaneous detection of catechol (CA) and hydroquinone (HQ) to enhance the signal-to-noise ratio and further improve the sensitivity. A detection limit as low as 37 and 47?nM was achieved for CA and HQ, respectively. The proposed strategy with the merits of high sensitivity, selectivity, and reproducibility exhibited a great potential for the detection.

        한국 및 중국 유학생을 위한 쉐어하우스의 공간 요구 특성에 관한 연구

        As the number of international students continue to rise, housing has become a matter of concern. Faced with the challenges of social interaction, international students are drawn to the benefits of shared housing. This research investigates the needs of Korean and Chinese international students regarding personal space and shared space in shared housing. A literature review was examined to determine the current state of shared housing design in Korea and China and a questionnaire survey was conducted to mainly focus on the needs of international students. As a result, the literature review showed that share houses in Korea and China differ in terms of housing type, size and composition of personal and shared spaces. Korean and Chinese students showed significant differences in terms of needs for arrangement type of share houses, shape, theme and intention to attend parties or meetings in community spaces. Both Korean and Chinese students tended to prefer private single rooms the most, with Korean students preferring them slightly more than Chinese students. Besides toilets and showers, Korean students preferred to add a dressing room, while Chinese students wanted to add a private balcony. Korean students showed a strong preference for sharing one living room and one kitchen or dining space per three bedrooms, whereas Chinese students preferred one living room and one kitchen or dining space per two bedrooms. Chinese students considered the living room the largest space and wanted to separate it from other spaces. Korean students viewed the kitchen and dining space as spaces for community activities whereas Chinese students focused on the basic functions of cooking and eating.

        SNS 관광정보의 특성이 확산성, 신뢰성 및 관광지 선호도에 미치는 영향 연구 - 한국을 방문한 중국관광객을 중심으로 -

        최근 관광정보는 관광 상품을 관광객에게 알리는 중요한 홍보수단으로 활용되고 있으며, 그 중에서도 SNS를 활용한 SNS 관광정보가 큰 영향력을 발휘하고 있다. 중국 역시 SNS가 조금 늦게 시작 했지만 놀라운 속도로 발전 하면서 SNS 시장규모 사회적 영향력 또한 높아지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 SNS 관광정보의 특성이 관광정보의 확산성과 신뢰성에 미치는 영향관계와 정보의 확산성과 신뢰성이 관광지 선호도에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 관해 분석하고자 하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국방문객 중 SNS 이용자들은 SNS 관광정보를 통해 주로 관광지 및 명소 등 관광자원 (36.2%)과 숙박(22.5%), 여행가격(15.3%)등의 정보를 얻고자 하였다. 특히 SNS 관광정보의 활용도에 대해서는 긍정적(보통, 높다, 매우 높다)이라는 답변이 74.9%에 이르렀다. 둘째, SNS관광정보의 특성중에 유용성, 경제성, 적시성이 관광정보 확산성에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 그중 유용성의 영향력이 제일 높게 나타났다. 또한 상호작용성은 확산성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, SNS관광정보의 특성 (유용성, 상호작용성, 경제성, 적시성)은 신뢰성에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 그중 경제성의 영향력이 제일 높은 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 매개변수인 관광정보 확산성은 신뢰성에 유의한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 마지막으로, 확산성과 신뢰성이 관광지 선호도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었으며 신뢰성이 확산성보다 높은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Social Network Service has recently been understood as a powerful way to promote tourism products; in particular, SNS has become influential in China although it was introduced in China later than in other countries. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze how the characteristics of SNS tourism information affect the spread and trust of the information and how the spread and trust affect the preference for tourist attractions. The results are as follows. First, Chinese SNS users obtain information about tourism resources (36.2%), accomodations (22.5%), prices (15.3%) and 74.9% of respondents positively evaluate the effectiveness of SNS tourism information. Second, usefulness, feasibility, and timeliness of SNS tourism information significantly influenced spread of the information; in particular, usefulness was the most influential. Interaction also significantly influences spread of the information. Third, usefulness, interaction, feasibility, and timeliness of SNS tourism information significantly influenced trust of the information; in particular, feasibility was the most influential. Fourth, the mediating role of spread was confirmed. Finally, spread and trust significantly influence preference for tourist attractions and trust more strongly affects the preference than spread.

        중국 관광산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석

        본 연구는 중국 관광산업의 경제적 파급효과를 분석하기 위해 중국 통계국이 2021년 발표한 2020년 산업연관표(153개 산업분류)를 중심으로 전체 30개 산업인 중국 관광산업의 산업연관표를 재 작성하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선, 관광산업의 열 합계는 4.8511로 30개 산업 중 화학제품 다음으로 2위이이며, 행합계는 2.2580(30개 산업 중 23위)으로 나타났다. 이처럼 중국의 관광산업이 높은 생산유발효과를 보이고 있는 것은 관광산업이 국민경제 발전을 뒷받침하는 기초적 전략적 산업임을 알 수 있으며, 반면에 관광산업 자체의 효과에 대해서는 코로나19 사태로 인한 관광산업 부진을 보여주고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 중국 관광산업의 영향력계수(후방연쇄효과)는 0.8526,감응도계수(전방연쇄효과)는 1.8317로 중국의 관광산업이 타 산업의 최종수요 변화에 매우 민감하게 반응하고 있음을 의미한다. 또한 중국 관광산업은 감응도계수가 1보다 큰 반면에 영향력계수는 1보다 작아 중간수요적 제조업형이라고 할 수 있다.셋째, 중국 관광산업의 최종수요 7,073.8 십억 위안을 국가 경제에 투입될 경우 중국 관광산업의 생산유발액은 34,315.7십억 위안 부가가치유발액은 13,130.7십억위안, 총소득유발액은 1 7,226.1십억 위안, 생산세유발액은 887.7십억 위안이 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 중국 관광산업의 노동유발효과는 12,626명의 총노동이 유발되며, 이 중 직접으로는 5,648.1명이, 간접으로는 6,978.0명이 유발되어 제조업, 전력, 가스 및 물, 건설업, 수리, 환경, 공공시설서비스, 교육,위생 및 사회사업, 사회보장 및 공공관리 보다 낮은 고용활동을 보여주고 있다. 이는 2020년 코로나 확산과 방역 규제로 인한 여행에 대한 규제 및 지역 봉쇄 등으로 인한 관광산업의 부진 때문이라고 생각해 볼 수 있다. In order to analyze the economic ripple effect of the Chinese tourism industry, this study restated the 2020 industrial-related table(153 industrial categories) released by the Chinese Bureau of Statistics in 2021. The analysis results are as follows. First of all, the total heat of the government-industrial industry was 4.8511, ranking second after chemical products among the 30 industries, and the total number was 2.2580(23rd out of 30 industries). The high production inducement effect of China's tourism industry can be seen as a fundamental strategic industry that supports the development of the national economy, while the effect of the tourism industry itself shows a sluggish tourism industry due to the COVID-19 incident. Second, the influence coefficient(rear linkage effect) of the Chinese tourism industry is 0.8526 and the sensitivity coefficient(front linkage effect) is 1.8317, which means that the Chinese tourism industry is very sensitive to changes in the final demand of other industries. In addition, the Chinese tourism industry has a sensitivity coefficient greater than 1, while the influence coefficient is smaller than 1, so it can be said to be a middle-demand manufacturing type. Third, In the case of final demand of the Chinese tourism industry is 707.38 billion yuan, the production inducement amount of the Chinese tourism industry is 34,315.7 billion yuan, the value-added inducement amount is 13,130.7 billion yuan, the total income inducement amount is 17,226.1 billion yuan, and the production tax inducement amount is 887.7 billion yuan. Fourth, the labor inducement effect of the Chinese tourism industry is 12,626. people, 5,648.1 directly and 76,978.0 indirectly, showing lower employment activities than Manufacturing, electricity, gas and water, construction, repair, environment, public facility services, education, sanitation and social work, social security, and public management. This can be attributed to the sluggish tourism industry due to the spread of COVID-19 in 2020 and regulations.

        The aim of this research is to expand application areas of the advanced manufacturing concept and technology based on combining the traditional weaving techniques with digital forming technology. Through the man-machine interface of traditional weaving techniques of processing machines and craftsmanship complex data visualization and interactive operation, Virtual Reality Technology can realize computer model images, which is a kind of new form of artistic language and the key of VR art presenting its unique advantages. Combined with digital technology, the production of raw materials can generate 2D graphics, and 3D object can also be generated by using rapid solidification laser material preparation and forming technology (3-Dimension Printing). In one word, the traditional weaving techniques of processing machine and craftsmanship realized the complete inheritance. In this paper, main content are 4 parts including the analysis of ethnic traditional weaving technology in southwest areas of China, the usage of fashion digital simulation forming technology, the combination of traditional weaving technology with digital forming technology, and expanding of digital customized technology. We started our research work using grass linen and its weaving machine. In the end, the conclusion of study will be used to build the digital museum online for Southwest Ethnic Traditional Weaving Technology Museum, which is also bridging around world marketing for traditional culture.

        Ionic liquid extraction of silkworm pupa protein and its biological characteristics

        Silkworm (Bombyx mori) pupa protein (SPP) is a high-quality source of animal protein with substantial nutri tional benefits and health value. To develop an efficient extraction method for SPP that is environmentally friendly, we selected choline hydroxide ionic liquid (CH-IL) as the extraction solvent and performed orthogonal experiments to optimize the extraction conditions. We demonstrated that 3% CH-IL, a solid-to-liquid ratio (g/mL) of 1:30, an extraction temperature of 40 ◦ C, and an extraction time of 1 h facilitated the most efficient extraction. Compared to the conventional alkali solubilization–acid precipitation method, the CH-IL extraction increased protein content by 12.14%. Protein structure analysis showed that the β-sheet content increased by 10.98% and that of disulfide bonds reduced by 16.4%. The processing properties of the CH-IL extracted protein showed that the solubility, emulsification, and foaming capacity were enhanced by 82.87%, 15.44%, and 18.97%, respec tively. The physical properties of SPP remarkably improved relative to the increased stretching of the poly peptide chains. The findings of this study provide technical knowledge that will enhance the processing performance of pupal proteins.

        Protective effect of Insect tea primary leaf (Malus sieboldii (Regal) Rehd.) extract on H2O2‑induced oxidative damage in human embryonic kidney 293T cells

        In this study, Insect tea primary leaf (Malus sieboldii (Regal) Rehd.) was used as the research object to investigate the protective effect of Insect tea primary extract (ITPLE) on hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-induced oxidative damage in human embryonic kidney 293T cells (HEK 293T cells) and the mechanism of action of the main active components. The 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)- 2,5-diphenyl-2-H-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay was used to determine the toxicity of ITPLE to HEK 293T cells in vitro as well as its protective effect against (H2O2)-induced oxidative damage in HEK 293T cells. In addition, various assay kits were used to measure oxidation-related indicators in HEK 293T cells, and quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) analysis was used to determine the mRNA expression levels of oxidation-related genes in HEK 293T cells. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis was used to characterize active components in ITPLE. The experimental results revealed that the ITPLE had no toxic effect on cells in the range of 0–200 μg/mL, and, in this range, exhibited a concentration-dependent protective effect against H2O2- induced oxidative damage in HEK 293T cells. It was also found that the ITPLE can reduce the malondialdehyde (MDA) level and increase the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione (GSH), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), and catalase (CAT)in oxidative damage HEK 293T cells. The qPCR analysis results also showed that the ITPLE upregulated the mRNA expression levels of SOD, CAT , GSH and GSH-Px in HEK 293T cells damaged by H2O2- induced oxidative stress. The HPLC analysis identified 7 bioactive components in the ITPLE, including neochlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, rutin, kaempferin, isochlorogenic acid B, isochlorogenic acid A and hesperidin. This study reveals that ITPLE is rich in active compounds and has good antioxidant effect in vitro, thus it has the potential to be developed into a traditional Chinese medicine and functional drinks.
