      • Current efforts and status of recycling technology development of electric vehicle battery in China

        With the proposed goal of Carbon Neutrality, electric vehicles and other new energy industries are developing rapidly, the demand for lithium-ion batteries is increasing, which will certainly lead to a wave of scrapping in the future. On the one hand, the spent lithium-ion battery is flammable and explosive, and the organic toxic components contained requires harmless treatment; On the other hand, spent lithium-ion batteries have the property of resources e.g., Nickel, Cobalt, Manganese, Lithium and other valuable components. Therefore, the recycling of spent lithium-ion batteries can not only protect the environment, but also alleviate the global strategic metal resource tension and promote the healthy and sustainable development of new energy industry, which has become a hot topic in the global research. This article provides an overview of the lithium-ion battery recycling market, especially in China. Then we will share our research on the whole process recovery of lithium batteries, including the pre-treatment of spent Lithium-ion to obtain black powder that meets the requirements of the subsequent process, then the traditional hydrometallurgical recycling process for valuable metals in the black powder and ultra-short process developed by Botree Cycling will be introduced and compared. At last, the latest study on the life-cycle carbon footprint assessment for Lithium-ion batteries including the end-of-life stage will be mentioned.

        Isolation and Characterization of 2,4-D Butyl Ester Degrading <i>Acinetobacter</i> sp. ZX02 from a Chinese Ginger Cultivated Soil

        <P>Strain ZX02 was isolated from Chinese ginger cultivated soil contaminated with various pesticides, which could utilize 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid butyl ester (2,4-D butyl ester) as the sole carbon source. On the basis of the sequence analysis of 16S rRNA gene as well as the morphological, biochemical, and physiological characteristics of strain ZX02, the organism belonged to Gram-negative bacterium and was identified as Acinetobacter sp. ZX02. The strain ZX02 showed a remarkable performance in 2,4-D butyl ester degradation (100% removal in <96 h) in pure culture. Strain ZX02 was sensitive to tetracycline and resistant to amoxicillin and chloramphenicol in an antibiotic sensitivity test. The curing study indicates that the gene for degradation of 2,4-D butyl ester was encoded on a single plasmid of 23 kb. The gene encoding resistance to polymixin B sulfate was also located on this plasmid. On the basis of its greater biodegradation activity, this bacterium is a potential candidate as a bioremediation agent in soils contaminated with 2,4-D butyl ester.</P>

        글로벌 디지털무역의 발전과 영향요인 분석

        본 논문은 국제협력기구의 통계자료를 이용하여, 50개 국가의 디지털 서비스 무역에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 실증분석을 하였으며, 이를 통해 중국 서비스 무역 발전에 대해 정책적인 시사점을 제시하였다. 실증분석 결과, 수출국의 경제규모는 일정 정도 수출을 촉진하지만 통계적으로는 의미가 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 수입국의 경제규모는 수출에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 통계적으로 의미가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 양국 간 지리적 거리가 멀수록 디지털 서비스 무역 수출이 감소했으며, 동일 언어를 사용하는 국가일수록 커뮤니케이션 비용이 낮아져 수출이 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 동일 통화여부는 수출에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 수출입 국가의 디지털 서비스 무역 장벽은 수출에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 수입국과 수출국을 비교해보면, 수입국의 디지털 서비스 무역 장벽의 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이는 디지털 서비스 무역 장벽이 높을수록 디지털 서비스 무역 자유화 수준을 낮추어 수출이 감소하기 때문인 것으로 풀이된다. 본 연구를 통해 중국의 디지털 무역발전에 대한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 세계 각국의 디지털 서비스 무역 장벽에 대처할 수 있는 조기경보시스템 구축이 필요하다. 둘째, 디지털 서비스 산업 발전을 위한 환경을 개선하기 위해 디지털 서비스 산업 시스템을 수립해야 한다. 또한 이와 관련된 지식재산권 보호제도를 개선하고 디지털 서비스 기업의 해외진출을 장려하여 국제 분업에 적극적으로 참여할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 데이터의 시장화, 데이터의 자산화 관련 정책 및 법규, 데이터 소유권 등 제도적 장치를 조속히 마련해야 한다. This article uses the statistical data of the International Cooperation Organization to carry out an empirical analysis of the factors affecting digital service trade in 50 countries, and proposes policy implications for the development of China’s service trade. The results of empirical analysis found that the economic scale of export countries promoted exports to a certain extent, but it is not statistically significant. The economic scale of the import country has a positive impact on exports and is statistically significant. The farther the geographical distance between the two countries is, the lower the export of digital service trade will be. The lower communication costs between countries with a common language will lead to an increase in exports. On the other hand, it is found that the existence of the same currency does not affect exports. In addition, it is found that barriers to trade in digital services in import and export countries have a negative impact on export. The impact of barriers to trade in digital services is greater in import countries compared to export countries. This is because the higher the digital services trade barrier, the lower the level of digital services trade liberalization, which inevitably leads to a decrease in trade. The implications of this study on the development of digital trade in China are as follows. First, it is necessary to establish an early warning system that can cope with digital service trade barriers in countries around the world. Second, it is necessary to establish a digital service industry system to improve the environment for the development of the digital service industry. In addition, it is necessary to actively participate in the international division of labor by improving the related intellectual property protection system and encouraging overseas expansion of digital service companies. Third, institutional devices such as data marketization, data assetization-related policies and laws, and data property rights should be prepared as soon as possible.

      • Sparse Channel Estimation in OFDM Systems via Improved Tap Detection

        Many wireless channels encountered in practice tend to exhibit the structure of sparse multipath due to large bandwidth or large number of antennas. High-rate data wireless communications over multipath wireless channels usually require that the channel response be known at the receiver. In this paper, a novel scheme for the estimation of sparse wireless channels is developed. The initial estimation of the channel taps is obtained by the unstructured least-squares (LS) method. Then, the presence of a channel tap is detected via an improved threshold obtained by applying the nature of sparse channels and the statistics of the noise vector. At last, the channel estimate is refined by deploying the knowledge previously acquired on the position of the nonzero taps and the structured LS method. The proposed method is compared and contrasted with the existing sparse estimation methods. And the results show the validity of the proposed method.

      • Controlled Release Antioxidant Active Packaging for Food

        Antioxidant packaging have been investigated for a very long time, since lipid oxidation may cause a lot of quality problems which are not just on lipids but also to other components of food during storage and transportation. Lipid oxidation of packaged food can be by partly excluded by adding antioxidants to the packaged food, however, in order to make sure sustain release of antioxidant in a relatively long term and avoid food safety problems concerned by consumers, controlled release antioxidant active packaging, on the basis of active packaging, has been introduced and investigated. Controlled release packaging (CRP) means that active compounds release from packaging materials in a controlled manner which offers a prolonged delivery of active compounds at predictable and reproducible release rate. This study focuses on three subject in regard to the realized methods of controlled release of antioxidants in food packaging, which include encapsulation of active compounds with a mesoporous matrix, modification of structure and composition of multilayer film, and preparation of hydrogel bio-based packaging polymers.

        Polymethoxylated Flavone Extracts from Citrus Peels for Use in the Functional Food and Nutraceutical Industry

        Polymethoxylated flavones (PMFs) extracted from Citrus sinensis ‘Jincheng’ peel were characterized by chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques. Seven individual PMF were identified. 3, 3’, 4’, 5, 6, 7-hexamethoxyflavone (HEX), nobiletin (NOB), heptamethoxyflavone (HEP), 5-demethylnobiletin (DN), and tangeretin (TAN) were characterized through electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) in positive mode of protonated molecular ions [M+H]?, the diagnostic fragment ions, together with the UV-Vis spectra and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) elution order from literature data. Sinensetin (SIN) and tetramethyl-O-scutellarein (SCU) were isolated and identified through their MS, ¹H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and UV-Vis spectral studies. The levels of PMFs in peels from different cultivars of citrus fruits grown in China were determined for the first time. The results showed that C. aurantium ‘Bitter orange’ peel was the most promising variety for HEP. C. sinensis peel was a good source for SIN and SCU.
