The purpose of this study was to research the change of the forest in Myungseo-lee Sanchuk-myun, Chungju where most of the area managed the Swidden Agriculture(Shifting cultivation). The mountainous district should be used and developed the multi-purposing source among the agricultural field, grassland, forest, a recreational area, and an industrial site, and should be presupposed the establishment of synthetic and efficient change system. This study began to pay attention to observe the peculiarity of Swidden Agricultural area in terms of forest aspects and to broaden the outlook of Swidden Agriculture. In the status of Myungseo-lee, prior to the Project to Rehabilitate the Illegal Swidden, from 1973 to 1976, the private forest gets 110.9ha (23ha for Seodae-village, 26ha for Dooduk-village, 6ha for Myungdol-village, 41ha for Chungam-village, 14.9ha for Pangdae-village). In Myungseo-lee. millet and corn were harvested, and they performed the rotation of planting and temporary resting by changing the field. The cultivated acreage per a house of total 5 villages in Myungseo-lee was just 0.4ha in average. The 70ha of the Swidden in Dooduk-village. Myungseo-lee, was sold to the Miwon corp. and the 342ha of that in Myungseo-lee was sold to Seohae-devlp.(SK forest). Those areas afforested. As the regulation plan for the Swidden began, the people in the site got paid for 300,000won as a migration fee. The special feature of the Swidden in Myungseo-lee was that the whole migration village was already established before the regulation plan for the Swidden began, and the yield was harvested by more than other villages the use of chemical fertilizer. And, in the Swidden agriculture, it showed the well-cultivated aspect, and the major harvest was various grains. The regulation Swidden in Myungseo-lee started in 1974.

광학적 rank order HMT를 이용한 회색조 영상 인식

광학적 rank order HMT를 이용한 회색조 영상에서의 새로운 물체 인식 방법을 제안 한다. 기존의 방법은 4개의 문턱화 레벨과 필터 융합을 사용하므로 시스템이 복잡하고 물체를 인식하기 위해서는 많은 시간이 소요될 수 있다. 제안한 방법에서는 회색조 영상을 적당한 값으로 이치화하고 이렇게 이치화된 영상은 hit 필터로 사용되고 이치화된 영상의 complement 영상은 miss 필터로 사용된다. 이러한 방법은 기존의 알고리듬에 비해 광학적으로 구현할 경우 비교적 간단히 할 수 있으며 물체 인식에 좀더 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있다. A new gray-scale object recognition algorithm is presented using optical rank order HMT(hit-miss transform). The conventional HMT recognition algorithm uses 4 thresholding levels and filter fusion, therefore this system is complicate and may needs much time to detect objects. In the proposed method, gray-scale image is binarized with proper thresholding values and the binarized image is used for hit filter and its complement is used for miss filter. This method can give simple optical-implementation and better performance for object recognition compared to the conventional algorithm.

B-ISDN을 위한 트랜스포트 프로토콜에 대한 연구

종래의 트랜스포트 프로토콜은 네트워크 계층에서 제공되는 서비스를 바탕으로 상위 계층에게 신뢰성 있고, 효율적인 서비스 제공을 목적으로 하였다. 하지만 B-ISDN은 다양한 형태의 서비스를 고속으로 사용자에게 제공하기 위해 설계되고 있다. 이러한 B-ISDN을 서브넷으로 사용하고, 다양한 서비스 요구를 만족시키기 위해서는 B-ISDN을 위한 트랜스포트 프로토콜이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 특성에 따라 트랜스포트 서비스를 분류 해보고 향후 B-ISDN 트랜스포트 프로토콜이 가져야하는 기능에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

회전불변 패턴인식을 위한 WGM-FSJTC

회전불변 패턴인식을 위해 잡음에 강한 WGM-FSJTC 시스템을 제안하였다.학습 영상 및 잡음의 스펙트럼에 의해 구한 필터의 임펄스응답이 제안된 시스템에서 기준 영상으로 사용되었다.제안한 시스템은 WCHF-FSJTC에 비해 개선된 SNR, 변별력 및 잡음특성을 보여준다.그리고 각 입력영상들 간의 자기상관 및 상호상관 첨두치들은 FSJTC에 의해 제거된다.컴퓨터 시뮬레이션은 제안한 시스템이 높은 SNR, 변별력 및 잡음에 강한 특성을 가짐을 보여준다. The WGM-FSJTC (wavelet generalized rotation invariant minimum noise and correlation energy frequency selective joint transform correlator) system which has strong noise-immunity is proposed for rotation-invariant pattern recognition.The impulse response of the filter which is obtained by the spectrum of the training image and the random noise is used for the reference image in the proposed system.The proposed system shows that the improved SNR, discrimination capability, and strong noise-immunity compared with the wavelet circular harmonic function frequency selective joint transform correlator (WCHF-FSJTC).And the auto-correlation and cross-correlation peaks between each input images are eliminated by FSJTC.The computer simulation shows that the proposed system has high SNR, discrimination capability, and strong noise-immunity.

플럭스 코어드 와이어를 이용한 탄산가스 아아크 용접이음부의 피로균열 전파특성에 관한 연구

In this study, experiments were done for the compact(CT) specimens which had such an orientation that the crack grew along the weld line in the weld metal of a butt welded joint by CO_(2) gas shielded flux-cored wire arc welding. Fatigue crack propagation characteristics and the toughness of the weld metal were examined in comparison with that of the base metal. The results are as follows ; 1. The fatigue crack propagation rate of weld metal, da/dn, is obtained from the equation da/dn=5.054×10^(-13)(ΔK)^(3.486), and is lower than that of base metal. 2. The threshold value of stress intensity factor, ΔK_(th), in weld metal is 4,6MPa√m, and is higher than that of base metal. 3. The value of elastic-plastic fracture toughness, J_(IC), in weld metal is 18.4kg/mm, and is lower than that of base metal.

통계적인 기법에 의한 Error를 이용한 Pistachio nuts의 인식 방법

X-ray images of randomly-oriented and touching pistachio nuts for product inspection are considered to classify. The image processing used to isolate individual nuts and an watershed transform algorithm is described briefly. The statistical features such as mean, variance, skewness, and kurtosis of the raw, edge, curvature, and DOG (difference of Gaussian) images are considered to get the classification ratio. The quadratic function of SAS classifier is used to classify nuts. By extracting the important features of the errors(mis-classified nuts) at each step, good classification ratio is expected. Actually, the results are more than 99% in both training and test data, which are very good.

정상과 만성염증성 활막배양세포에서 Corticotropin releasing hormone(CRH)이 cyclooxygenaase-1(COX-1)과 cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) mRNA발현에 미치는 영향

Corticotropin-releasing hormone(CRH) is a major regulator of the hypothalamic-pituitaryadrenal axis(HPA). In inflammatory stress, the cytokines TNF-, IL-6 stimulate the production of CRH, a 41 amino acids neuropeptide, in the hypothalamus. The release of CRH leads to pituitary production of adrenocorticotropic hormone, followed by glucocorticoid secretion by the adrenal cortex. Glucocorticoids suppress namy components of the inflammatory process. Recently, CRH and CRH receptor were reported to be located in the periphery such as Immune system and chronic inflammatory sites as rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Cyclooxygenase consisted of two isoforms, COX-1 and COX-2, converts arachdonate to prostaglandins(PGs) which are important mediators of inflammation. insymoviocyte in RA, it was described that COX-2 mRNA was markedly increased by inflammatory agents, PMA or IL-1 and COX-1 transcripts were not modulated. We examined the modulation of COX by immune CRH in cultured normal and rheumatoid synoviocytes. Our results were shown that COX-1 mRNA expression decreased with the each stimulation of PMA and IL-1 in normal synoviocyte. In RA synoviocyte, PMA and IL-1 were increased mRNA expression of COX-1. In simultaneous treatment with CRH, PMA group was decreased, but IL-1 group was increased mRNA expression of COX-1. COX-2 mRNA expression was slightly increased by the treatment with PMA and highly increased by IL-1. After CRH treatment, PMA and IL-1 addictively increased COX-2 mRNA expression. We think that these results are contributed to the influence of increased cANP by CRH on the promoter of COX-2 in normal and synoviocytes. Because many cytokines, neuropeptides, and signal transduction pathways are involved in chronic inflammation, the exact role of CRH on inflammation is not fully elucidated. To achieve this goal, further experiments are needed.

Hough Transform을 이용한 다수의 선 추출에 대한 algorithm

An optimized algorithm to get the complete line segments applying the butterfly shapes to the peaks in the Hough domain is proposed in this paper. This algorithm is based on the exactly peak finding method and the digital error reducing technique for obtaining the correct coordinates of the envelope points of the butterfly wing. In particular, the proposed algorithm is robust to extract the multiple lines in which the lines have high length ratio and relative close position. The accuracy of detecting lines is stable. The different patterns, which have multiple lines including various direction, are used as the test of the method.

Pistachio nuts의 X-ray 영상을 이용한 반복적인 인식알고리즘

The image processing used to isolate individual nuts and an watershed transform algorithm are described. The statistical features such as mean, variance, skewness, and kurtosis of the raw, edge, curvature, and DOG (difference of Gaussian) images are considered to get the classification ratio. By thresholding the prior probability obtained from SAS and applying the samples to SAS classifier recursively, I got good classification ratio. Even though this algorithm is heuristic, the results are better than the previous results.
