A ten-year-old boy with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, probably T-cell type, who had received intrathecal methotrexate for theprophylaxis of meningeal leukemia, acquired impaired vision during maintenance chemotherapy. Ophthalmologic examinations disclosed a leukemic infiltration of right optic disc. It was followed by meningeal leukemia and systemic relapse successively within 2 months. The response of the ocular lesion to systemic chemotherapy was good.

In this paper, Indirect adaptive control based on gradient algorithm is applied to the voltage regulation of tachometer connected to the D.C motor. Experimental over all system is assumed to be a second order linear discrete system. Experiment Data are abtained using HP-1000 minicomputer and 2240 A measurement and control processor. In section Ⅰ, and Ⅱ, the history of adaptive control theory and the indirect adaptive control theory using state variable filter are introduced. The experimental result and conculusion are discussed in section Ⅲ, and Ⅳ.

본 연구는 한국에 있어 장애인 고용차별을 직접적으로 언급하는 법률들이 있으나 법 적용의 실효성과 구제기관의 설치, 입증책임에 대한 분명한 내용을 규정하는 법률이 없기 때문에 고용차별이 계속적으로 발생하고 있으며, 이를 예방하고 고용차별을 근본적으로 개선하기 위해서는 장애차별법을 제정하고 있는 다른 국가나 국제기구 협약에서의 고용차별 내용과 구제기관 및 차별실태를 비교·분석할 필요성이 있으며, 이를 통해 장애인 노동기본권과 관련된 차별금지 및 구제절차 마련 등 정책의 과제 및 방향성을 제시하고자 하는 것이다 따라서 우리나라고용차별을 규정하고 있는 헌법이나 근로기준법, 직업안정법, 남녀고용평등법, 장애인고용촉진 및 직업재활법에서의 차별의 개념과 내용을 분석, 체계화하였다. 또한 각 국의 차별법률은 고용차별의 범주와 기준에 있어서 대륙법계와 영미법계의 법률이 차이가 있어 미국, 영국 호주의 장애차별법을 비교 대상으로 하였으며 UN이나 ILO 등 국제기구의 각종 인권선언이나 장애와 관련된 협약의 내용들도 분석하였다. 여기서 각국의 차별금지 법률들은 차별내용과 기준, 구제기관, 실태를 분석하였으며 UN이나 ILO의 협약은 차별내용과 기준을 분석한 결과 한국의 장애인 고용차별을 방지하기 위해서는 다음과 같은 방안들이 필요한 것으로 분석 되었다. 첫째, 가칭 장애인차별금지법 제정이 필요하다. 둘째, 장애차별을 법적 조치전에 간편하게 해결할 수 있는 전담위원회나 사무국을 설치할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 노동시장 진입전이나 노동시장에서 일반국민이나 동료 근로자. 고용주들이 갖는 장애인에 대한 인식은 고용차별을 더욱 어렵게 할 수 있으나 이런 인식과 태도에 관한 차별은 법·제도, 행정적인 조치만으로는 해결되기 어려운 문제이기 때문에 범국민이 참여하는 사회운동을 전개할 필요가 있으며 이 운동의 핵심은 장애인의 사회적 이미지를 개선하는 방향이 되어야 할 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this paper analyses the degree of labor market discrimination effect on the persons with disabilities and ultimately to suggest more effective ways of discrimination. For the research paper. help-wanted ad in the internet and survey research and comparative studies among nations such as USA, Great Britain, Korea and UN. ILO . The result of this research can be summarized as follows ? 1. Decreasing the employment discrimination of individuals with disability, enact make a Disability Discrimination Act and revised a Labor Law, Education Act and Qualification Act etc. 2. To solve the discrimination of employment, it is needed . to service and program for a preventive against discrimination. 3. It is necessary for the individuals who believe they have been discriminated against by an employer because of their disability to establish committee or task force for employment discrimination charge process. 4. To encourage a social movement and facilitate voluntary compliance with the anti-discrimination taws among employers and the public.

Polyamide capsules containing aqueous solution of GOD were prepared by the interfacial polymerization of ethylenediamine and terephthaloyl chloride, and were coated with the bilayer membrane of dialkyldimethyl- ammonium bromide(2C_nN^+2C_1, n=11, 12, 13, 15). The activity control of the immobilized GOD through the capsule membrane was investigated for the effects of temperature and pH changes.

Under the realization that Judo gets more recognized as an international sport, this study, this study is aimed to take a close look at the Judo's development process to an international sport and changes resulting from the development. The study has come to the following four conclusions. First, along with Judo's transition into an international sports, the International Judo Federation (IJF) is also changing from a Japan-centered organization to a more international body. Judo has positioned itself as an international sport with the help of the IJF establishment, the regular holding of international Judo contests and the Judo's selection as an official Olympic sport event. Secondly, Judo's free practice style indicates that it still preserves martial art aspects, but the possibility of getting injured becomes minimized. In other words, it took one step further toward an international sport. Since the foundation of the IJF, Judo's techniques have been globally standardized. Thirdly, Judo games are shifting from defense-oriented to offense-oriented as game rules are in favor of offensive players over defensive ones. Fourthly, mindful of the general perception that it would be better to expand score zones, enable clear and far judgment, and turn a Judo match to a more offense-oriented one, the IJF has exerted its best efforts go make the Judo game rules more rational, realistic and simpler. It has yielded fruitful results. As mentioned above, Judo is a sport, which developed from a martial art. In the process of transition, however, it might lose its unique martial art features, which are commonly shared by oriental sports, Without martial art aspects, Judo would bo no different from other western sports. Therefore, in future studies, I would like to focus on problems looming with respect to the Judo's transformation into an international sport, and present solutions.

The recent heavy downpours, tsunami, and flooding in Korea have cause devastating casualties and astronomical economic losses. In addition, construction sites are exposed to the dangers of structural collapses and damages due to these natural disasters. Studies for monitoring the dangers of construction sites must focus on reducing the amount of casualties and improve prevention measures as their main purpose. The monitoring svstem developed in this study provides both vertical inclinometer and rainfall monitoring with credible accuracy. This system provides more efficient and safe construction site management and preventative measures possible.

This paper presents output voltage control method of buck converter using fuzzy control theory. Output voltage is obtained by duty ratio as output of the fuzzy control. By proposed fuzzy control system, it is good characteristics in the steady state and the transient. The system have robust output characteristics that have nothing to do with load variation from no load to full load. This feature is verified through the computer simulations.
모집 및 채용과정에서의 장애인 고용차별실태에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 고용차별 개념과 기준을 토대로 우리나라 장애인 모집 및 채용과정에서의 차별실태를 진단하기 위함이며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 400개 회사 중 91.3%가 응시자격의 직접적인 차별기준이 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 간접적인 차별의 경우 모집회사의 91.3%가 학력, 연령제한 등으로 간접차별을 명시하고 있었다. 둘째, 채용절차에 있어서는 채용전 신체검사요구를 하는 직접적인 차별을 하는 구인회사가 67.8%로 나타났고 간접차별은 시험이나 면접시 적절한 배려와 인터넷 서류접수시 시각장애인 배려규정이 없는 회사(99.5%), 지원서에 신체조건을 표기하도록 하는 회사(82.5%)로 분석되었다. 그리고 직접적 채용절차 차별의 경우 기능종사자나 조립, 단순노무직과 300인 이상 규모가 입법 등, 전문가, 기술공, 사무직, 서비스직과 300인 이하 규모가 차별이 심한 것으로 나타났으며 신체조건표기의 경우는 전문가, 기술공, 사무직, 서비스직 등이 모두 차별이 심한 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 응시자격과 간접적 차별내용에 있어 학력제한과 연령제한은 종업원규모와 직종별로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 300인 이상 업체와 직종별로는 전문가, 기술공, 사무직, 서비스직이 300인 이하 업체와 조립, 기능직, 단순노무직보다 학력제한을 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 연령제한의 경우는 300인 이하 업체와 단순노무, 조립, 기능원, 서비스직이 연령제한을 하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. The main purpose of this experiment was to find the difficult and unequal situations that individuals with disabilities meet when it comes to recruiting and employment process for jobs. The result from this experiment is that first of all, out of 4 hundred companies, 365 companies which is 91.3% show it in their application that they do not discriminate the individuals with disabilities. Secondly, out of companies that are looking for employees, 67.8% (271 companies) of them said that they had certain elements that need to be agreed with the employee. Most of the time, these companies require the employees to have a physical check from the doctor. And 99.8% (398 companies) of the companies show an indirect discrimination against the individuals with disabilities. For example, 99.5% (398 companies) of them don't show any reasonable accommodation during the interview nor through out the registration paper online for the blinds, and 82.5% (330 companies) requires them to fill out the physical condition of the employees. Lastly, it is proven that the employees with disabilities have discrimination on their scholastic ability and age limits depending on what job they apply to. In a condition where employees have discrimination on their scholastic ability, it's usually when they apply for jobs such as office worker, professional work in certain areas. When they have age limit, that's when they apply for works such as constructing, organizing, works that need skill and etc. Considering the result from this experiment, conclusion is that one, there shouldn't be any direct or indirect discrimination items against the individuals with disabilities when one applies for a job and there should be a set of laws to it. Two, in the process of employing, to prevent any indirect discrimination from happening, there should be a special management responsible to it. At last, in the process of employment a disability discrimination law should be enacted.
