도금액 조성 및 조업조건이 제품향상에 미치는 영향 연구

In this study the effect of operation conditions in silver plating process, such as solution concentration, agitation speed and plating time, on the plating thickness and quality was investigated. The plating thickness was significantly influenced by the concentration of silver ion in the plating solution and the plating thickness was increased by the silver ion concentration. However, the plating quality was dominantly affected by the operation conditions of agitation speed and plating time rather than the silver ion concentration. As the agitation speed of the plating solution increased, more uniform plating thickness was obtained and resulted in better quality of product. The thickness and quality of plating improved with increase of the plating time until it reached optimal time, but after then, the quality of plating was markedly dropped even though the thickness of plating increased with increase of plating time.

A digital holographic memory system was realized by storing and retrieving multiple binary encoded images in photorefractive crystal utilizing angular multiplexing technique. As an example, a part of Lena (64x64)image encoded by Reed-Solomon code were stored and retrieved.

설화에 나타난 한국인의 풍수의식

풍수설을 바탕으로 꾸며진 풍수설화는 600여편이 되는데, 이들 설화에 나타난 한국인의 풍수의식을 정리해 보면 다음과 같다. 한국인은 땅속을 흐르는 생기(生氣)가 모인 곳을 명당(明堂)이라고 하는데, 거기에 집을 짓거나 묘를 쓰면 발복(發福)한다고 믿는다. 명당을 얻으면 금시 발복(今時發福)하기도 하고, 긴 시간을 두고 그 효험이 나타나기도 한다. 사람들은 명당을 얻기 위해 부단히 노력하였는데, 우연히 명당을 얻기도 하고, 선행을 한 뒤에 명당을 얻기도 한다. 명당은 그에 따른 금기(禁忌)를 어기거나 비밀을 지키지 않을 경우, 악을 행한 경우, 더 좋은 자리를 얻으려는 욕심에서 이장(移葬)하는 경우에 파손되어 명당으로서의 기능을 잃게 된다. 명당을 아는 사람은 지술(地術)을 익힌 지관(地官)인데, 이들은 엄격하고 힘든 학습과 수련 과정을 거쳐서 지술을 습득한다. 이들은 집터나 묘자리를 잘 잡을 뿐만 아니라 땅위에서 일어나는 모든 일을 예견하는 능력을 갖춘 사람들이다. 가짜 지관에 관한 이야기에서 이들은 가난을 벗어나려는 생각에서 지관 노릇을 시작하였는데, 성공하여 재물과 벼슬을 얻기도 한다. 이들의 성공은 가난에서 벗어나려는 의지와 노력, 임기응변하는 재치와 우연에 의한 것이다. 풍수설화에는 행복 추구에 대한 집념, 부지런하고 성실한 사람에 대한 보상, 선의 승리에 대한 믿음, 운명과 의지의 조화, 현세 중심의 세계관 등의 민간의식이 나타난다. 이 설화는 널리 전해 오면서 명당에 대한 인식을 일반화하여, 명당을 얻기 위한 노력을 기울이게 하였다. 그리고, 행복 추구의 의지를 강화하고, 착하고 부지런한 사람은 보상을 받는다는 의시과 선의 승리에 대한 믿음을 갖게 하였으며, 운명과 의지를 조화시키며, 현세 중심의 세계관을 갖게 하는 데에도 기여하였을 것이다.

In this paper, diffuse optical techniques utilize light in the near infrared spectral range (600∼1000nm) to measure tissue physiology non-invasively. A light transport model based on the diffusion approximation is widely used to describe photon propagation in the NIR. We made diffuse optical tomography (DOT) system and measured about changed amplitude and phase in phantom. And then we compared simulation data with measured data. This research has pioneered the development of diffuse optical measurements.

쌀보리를 기질로 한 알코올발효의 최적 액화효소

증자시 높은 점성이 문제되는 쌀보리를 기질로 알콜발효를 행할 경우, 기질의 점성문제를 해결하여 발효조건을 개선하면서 생산수율을 올릴 수 있는 상업용 액화효소를 검토하였다. 쌀보리 증자액화시 BAN을 사용한 경우 기절의 점도는 T120L의 1/3 정도로 떨어졌으며 최종 알콜수율도 T120L에 비해 원료 Ton 당 4 ℓ 정도 더 높게 나왔다. 알콜의 수율은 사용한 당화효소의 종류에 의해서도 영향을 받았다. 산업 규모에서 BAN을 사용한 쌀보리의저온증자가 가능하였으며 고온증자에 비해 알콜수율도 388.4에서 390.4 ℓ/Ton으로 약간 증가하였다. 또 이때 사용한 기질의 전분가를 분석하였는데, 산가수분해 및 효소가수분해법에 의한 쌀의 전분가 분석치는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으나 쌀 보리의 경우는 효소가수분해법에 의한 값이 산가수분해법에 비해 10% 정도 낮게 나타났다. 이때 BAN은 T120L에 비해 전분가가 약 1% 높게 나왔다. Various treatments of naked barley with commercial liquefying enzymes have been employed to reduce high viscosity of naked barley in cooking as a raw material for alcohol production and to increase alcohol yield. The enzyme BAN used for cooking and liquefaction of naked barley was able to make a reduction of one third of viscosity and to enhance alcohol yield of 4 l/Ton of raw material than the T120L was. Of course, alcohol yield depended in part on the applied saccharifying enzymes. The low temperature cooking of naked barley with BAN was favorable compared with high temperature cooking of both of reducing viscosity (210 vs. 237 cp) and final alcohol yield (Yp/so; 0.397 vs. 0.395 g/g) in industrial scale.

「며느리감 고르기 설화」에 나타난 부자 며느리의 조건과 경제의식

『며느릿감 고르기 설화』는 부자가 취재(取才)하여 며느리를 얻는다는 내용이다. 며느리 취재의 과제는 쌀 서 말을 가지고 남녀종과 함께 석 달을 지내는 것이다. 이것은 남녀종과 함께 마련해 준 곡식을 먹으면서 일을 하여 돈을 벌어 식량을 사다가 먹을 수 있는 경제적인 안목과 지혜와 수완이 있는가를 알아보려는 것이었다. 이 설화는 ‘부자의 며느리 취재 시도→과제 부여→여러 응모자의 실패→한 응모자의 과제 수행→결과의 다섯 단계로 구성되어 있다. 며느리 취재에 성공한 처녀는 첫째, 자기가 처한 시대적 상황에서 돈을 벌 수 있는 지혜와 능력을 지녔다. 둘째, 아랫사람을 다를 줄 아는 사람이다. 셋째, 형편과 처지, 능력과 적성에 맞게 일을 하고 시킬 줄 아는 인물이다. 넷째, 실천력을 지닌 인물이다. 이 처녀는 아녀자가 살림을 할 때에는 절약이 제일이라는 의식을 벗어났다. 그녀는 화폐경제 시대에 맞는 상업적인 활동을 해야 살림을 일으킬 수 있다는 생각을 가진 인물이다. 이 설화는 전파ㆍ전승되어 오면서 민간인들에게 시대를 앞서 가는 경제적인 안목과 의식을 가지고 실천해야만 잘 살 수 있다는 의식을 일깨우는 기능을 하였을 것이다. The folk-tale of ‘Selecting a daughter-in-law’ is about a rich man’s selecting a talented woman for a son’s wife. The rich man set a task that a woman has to live with just rice 30 liter with two servants (one male, one female) for three months. The purpose of this task is to know that a woman has an ability and wisdom of get some money with some given rice and her servants. The composition of this folk-tale is ‘trying to select a wife for one’s son→setting a task→many applicants’ failure→an applicant’s accomplishment’. The first, the woman who carried out the task had the ability and wisdom of getting some money in the state of the times. The second, she could deal with her servants. The third, she could do her job and make her servants to do something in her condition, ability and aptitude. The forth, she had the economic idea that people should do commercial activities appropriate for monetary economy. As this folk-tale has been spread and transmitted from generation to generation, it tells people that they should have the economic good eye of a preceding times if they want to make a better living. This folktale functioned as making people aware of the economic practice.

신선 설화의 전승 양상과 한국인의 의식

신선(神仙) 설화는 신선에 관한 의식을 바탕으로 하여 꾸며진 이야기이다. 신선 설화는 문헌으로 전해 오기도 하고, 구전으로 전해 오기도 한다. 이 연구에서 대상으로 삼은 신선 설화는 구전 자료 290편과 문헌 자료 36편으로 모두 326편이다 신선 설화는 그 내용에 따라 신선이 되기 위한 노력이나 과정 등을 이야기하는 득선담(得仙談), 신선을 만나거나 선경(仙境)을 이야기하는 신선조우담(神仙遭遇談), 선관(仙官)이나 선녀(仙女)의 혼인을 이야기하는 혼인담(婚姻談), 신선의 신이한 능력이나 도술을 이야기하는 도술담(道術談) 등으로 나눌 수 있다. 한국인이 생각하는 신선은 도를 닦아서 현실의 인간 세계를 떠나 자연과 벗하며 산다. 그리고 세속적인 상식에 구애되지 않고, 고통이나 질병도 없으며 죽지 않는다. 신선은 도술로 자기 몸이나 다른 사물을 변형시킬 수 있으며, 전쟁이나 재난을 피할 수 있다. 이러한 신선에 대한 의식을 바탕으로 하여 인간이 불사(不死)의 생명을 향유(享有)하고, 신과 같은 권능(權能)을 얻어 초월적 존재가 될 수 있다고 믿는 의식의 체계가 신선 사상이다. 한국 설화에 나타난 신선관은 중국 설화에 나타나는 신선관과 별차이를 보이지 않는다. 신선 설화는 이러한 신선에 대한 의식을 바탕으로 하여 꾸며졌는데, 지식인과 민중들이 함께 향유하여 왔다. 이 설화에는 한국인의 죽음을 초월하고 싶은 간절한 염원, 선의 승리에 대한 믿음, 타인에 대한 배려와 인륜도덕을 중시하는 마음, 절제와 인내의 필요성을 강조하는 마음이 문학적으로 형상화되어 있다. 이 설화는 전파·전승되어 오면서 전승 집단에게 신선에 대한 의식을 확산시켰을 것이다. 그리고 권선징악적(勸善懲惡的) 심성을 기르고, 타인에 대한 배려와 인륜도덕을 강조하는 기능을 하였을 것이다. The hermit folktale is based on a Taoist hermit with super-natural powers. The hermit folktale is handed down orally and with a written text. The objects of this study are 290 oral texts and 36 written texts, 326 texts totally. The hermit folktale is able to be divided according to the subjects. These are to try to be a hermit, to meet a hermit or to talk about a hermit's world, to marry a hermit, to talk about a mystic ability or Taoist magic of a hermit and so on. Koreans have the thought that hermits live with nature, leaving the human world after hermits cultivate their moral sense. Also, the hermits don't mind the worldly sense, don't have any pain and disease, and don't die forever. The hermits are able to change themselves and things, and to avoid an war and any disaster. As previously stated, it is the idea of the hermit that people believe that they can get the eternal life and can be the existence having the power of the god. This idea of the hermit in Korean folk tales doesn't have big difference from that in Chinese folk tales. The intellectual and the people enjoy the hermit folk tale together, based on the idea of the hermit as mentioned above. These kinds of folk tales represent the hope of keeping away from the death, the belief of good's victory, the concern of others, and the necessity of abstention and endurance with literary expression. These folk tales would probably spread the idea of the hermit among the group of tradition. Also, they would probably have the function of emphasizing promotion of virtue and reproval of vice, the concern of others, ethics and morality

충남 지역 인물 전설의 전승 양상과 활용 방안

The folktale, Do-Mi's wife among personal folktales in Chung-Nam area has its background in Bo-Ryung County. This folktale emphasizes chastity of women and faith between husband and wife. The folktale of General Young Choi in Hong-Seong province emphasizes that he made every effort to do military exercises and became a big figure taking lessons from some mistakes in his youth. The folktale of the brothers, Seong-Man Lee and Soon Lee in Ye-San County, makes account of brotherly affection and let us identify the spot of the folktale, 「Loving Brothers」 in an elementary school textbook. The folktales of Han Bok and Je-Shin Lee whit Hong-Seong County for background emphasizes on serving one's parents with devotion and its consequence. The folktale of Ji-Ham Lee can be found all over the country. It tell us that people expect a real good governor in this folktale. It also emphasizes on one's simple and temperate living and ask us to follow one's fate in this folktale. The folktale of Mun-Su Park has been made nationwide, too. It pictures people's expecting a upright governor's just rule and their will to overcome difficulties. Having been handed down and spread, the personal folktales in Chung-Nam Area carry out a couple of functions. First, they make people learn something from the achievements of those in the folktales, and enhance them. Second, they make people take pride and dignity in their regional culture. Third, they make people have Korean emotion and values. Therefore, we should search out, document, and transmit the personal folktales in Chung-Nam Area so that the functions of the personal folktales go well. Also, we should make good use of the folktales as some materials or data in studying and in teaching.
