동축 전기방사를 이용한 Core/Sheath 구조의 자성 나노섬유 제조 및 특성 평가

A magnetorheological fluid(MR fluid) is a type of smart fluid in a carrier fluid, usually a type of oil. When subjected to a magnetic field, the fluid greatly increases its apparent viscosity, to the point of becoming a viscoelastic solid. And, Shape-memory polyurethane(SMPU) is a kind of polymeric smart materials that have the ability to return from a deformed state to their original shape induced by an external stimulus, such as temperature change. In this study, the multi-functional fiber webs showing magnetorheological(MR) property under magnetic field and shape memory(SM) effect by heat were prepared by coaxial electrospinning process. The fibers were designed to consist of two part; core part, SMPU+MRF and sheath part, SMPU. Consequently, we found that ca. 10 wt% MRF+15 wt% SMPU solution is most suitable for core part dope solution, and 17 wt% SMPU solution is most suitable for sheath part dope solution. Through scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM), we observed stable core/sheath structure in the fiber of the electrospun web. From the dynamic mechanical analyzer(DMA) result to investigate the shape recovery ability of the fibe webs by heat, we discovered reasonable shape recovery property from the electrospun fiber web. Also, they showed MR effect under magnetic field through universal testing machine(UTM) test.

파프리카(Capsicum annuum var. angulosum)의 주요해충인 담배가루이(Bemisia tabaci)의 고정 정확도 수준에서 표본조사법(Fixedprecision sampling plan)을 개발하였다. 개발된 표본 조사법은 파프리카 온실의 담배가루이 방제체계 확립을 위해 공간분포분석, 표본추출 정시선 그리고 의사결정법으로 이루어 졌다. 자료 수집은 식물체를 상단(지상으로부터 180-220 cm), 중단(지상으로부터 80-120 cm), 하단(지상으로부터 30-70 cm)로 나누어 각 위치별 3개의 파프리카 잎에서 담배가루이 성충, 번데기를 관찰하고 그 총 수를 기록하였다. 담배가루이 성충은 식물체의 상부에서 움직이고 신초에 주로 산란하며 일정부분이 하단으로 내려오기 때문에 상단과 하단에 많이 분포하였으며, 번데기의 경우 상부에 알을 낳았지만 식물체가 크면서 알을 낳은 잎이 아랫부분이 되고 부화한 유충은 잎 뒤에 고착 상태로 우화까지 움직임이 거의 없기 때문에 중단과 하단에서 많이 분포하였다. 공간분포분석은 Taylor's power law (TPL)를 이용하였으며, TPL계수의 차이를 공분산분석(ANCOVA)하여 차이가 없는 경우 자료를 통합하여 계산된 새 TPL 상수값을 이용하여 표본추출 정시선을 구하였다. 그리고 담배가루이 성충과 번데기의 방제밀도수준을 2.0마리와 10.0마리로 설정하여 방제의사를 결정하였다. 마지막으로 분석에 사용하지 않은 독립된 자료를 이용하여 개발된 표본추출법의 유효성을 Resampling Validation for Sampling Plan (RVSP) 프로그램으로 평가한 결과 적합한 정확도를 보였다. In order to establish B. tabaci control in paprika greenhouses a fixed-precision-level sampling plan was developed. The sampling plan consisted of spatial distribution analysis, a sampling stop line, and decision making. Sampling was conducted simultaneously in two independent greenhouses (GH 1, GH 2). GH 1 and 2 were surveyed every week for 22 consecutive weeks, using 19 sampling locations in GH 1 and 9 sampling locations in GH 2. The plant in both greenhouses were divided into top (180-220 cm from the ground), middle (80-120 cm from the ground) and bottom (30-70 cm from the ground) sections and B. tabaci adults and pupae were observed on three paprika leaves at each position and recorded separately. GH 2 data were used to validate the fixed-precision sampling plan, which was developed using GH 1 data. In this study, spatial distribution analysis was performed using Taylor's power law with the pooled data of the top and bottom position (B. tabaci adults), and the middle and bottom positions (B. tabaci pupae), based on a 1-leaf sampling unit. Decision making was undertaken using the maximum of action threshold in accordance with previously published method, and the value was decided by the price of the plants. Using the results obtained in the greenhouse, simulated validation of the developed sampling plan by RVSP (Resampling Validation for Sampling Plan) indicated a reasonable level of precision.

The geomantic location factors are composed of the Main mountain, Sasinsa, Bibo The Important backgrounds of the historical location are the town class and the historical specific character The territorial landscape of Eup towns are made up a castle, administrative district, ritual district, geomantic bright yard district The place landscape sites of Eup towns can be restored to the administrative place, educational place, ritual place, economical place 이 글은 경상도 읍치를 입지 영역 장소경관이라는 차원의 조명을 통하여 당시의 인식 및 이해체계를 준거로 읍치 경판을 解讀하고 역사지리학적인 복원을 시도한 것이다. 읍치의 자연지형적 입지는 海邑ㆍ 江邑ㆍ山邑 ㆍ野邑 등의 유형 분류가 가능하며, 읍치의 풍수지리적 입지는 鎭山 (혹은 主山), 四神砂 국면, 裨補 등의 정형적 패턴과 지역적 특수성이 나타난다. 읍치의 역사적 입지와 특성을 논구하기 위해서는 읍치 형성의 역사적 배정에 주목할 필요가 있고, 행정적 위계, 戶口 및 田結數 등은 邑格을 규정짓는 요소가 된다. 읍치의 영역은 邑城圈, 제의권 , 행정권 (縣內), 鎭山 및 풍수권역 등으로 영역화될 수 있으며, 읍성, 행정 구역,I1廟 1社 2 壇, 裨補物, 四鎭砂 등은 영역화의 주요 지표가 된다. 읍치의 장소경관은 행정, 교육, 의례, 경제적 장소 등으로 구성되며 본고에서는 각각 요소의 위치 복원 및 배치 특성에 관하여 관심을 집중하였다.
초등교사의 직무스트레스와 소진 관계에 대한 직무자원의 조절효과 분석

This study explored variables that affect burnout of elementary school teachers, focusing on job demand-resource model and analyzed whether job resources such as positive school culture and teacher decision-making authority have moderating effect on job stress and burnout. The first year data of the Korean Elementary School Teacher Longitudinal Study was analyzed, and following results were obtained. First, teacher stress was found to have a positive effect on burnout, but social and organizational (school culture, teacher decision-making authority) job resources had negative effect on burnout. Second, positive school culture was also found to have effect of alleviating teacher burnout and controlling the negative influence of job stress. Finally, positive school culture alleviated the effect of job stress on emotional exhaustion and deprivation of achievement, and teacher's decision-making authority alleviated the effect of job stress on dehumanization, but increased the moderating effect on deprivation of achievement. These findings demonstrate while alleviating job stress and burnout of elementary school teachers, strengthening support for social (organizational environmental) job resources such as school culture and teacher decision-making authority are also necessary and important.
