단오동시출현분석을 통한 한국의 국가 R&D 연구동향에 관한 탐색적 연구

This paper identifies technology trends of national research and development (national R&D) by exploiting Korean national R&D patents, ranging from 2007 to 2010. In this paper, co-word analysis (CWA), which is a method to identify the relationship among technology terms by using their co-occurrences, is incorporated into network analysis to visualize the relationships among technology keywords of national R&D patents and calculate network indexes concerning inter-relationship diversity and strength of technology keywords. As a result, this research found that inter-relationship among technology keywords in national R&D are getting increasingly strengthening in an overall sense, in addition, the keyword inter-relationship diversity-strength map proposed in this paper revealed some significant technological keywords of national R&D : core technology keywords including “sensor”, “film” and “film” and emerging keywords including “biosensor” and “thermoelectric”. Because the proposed approach helps identify interdisciplinary trends of technology keywords from a massive volume of national R&D patents in a visual and quantitative way, we expect that the approach can be incorporated as a preliminary into the R&D planning process to assist R&D policy makers to understand technology convergence of national R&D and develop relevant R&D policies.
납품시간창과 다종의 컨테이너를 고려한 동적 로트크기결정 및 아웃바운드 디스패칭 문제

This paper considers a single-product problem for inbound lot-sizing and outbound dispatching at a third-party warehouse, where the demand is dynamic over the discrete time horizon. Each demand must be delivered into the corresponding delivery time window which is the time interval characterized by the earliest and latest delivery dates of the demand. Ordered products are shipped by heterogeneous container types. Each container type has type-dependent carrying capacity and the unit freight cost depends on each container type. Total freight cost is proportional to the number of each container type used. Also it is assumed that related cost functions are concave and backlogging is not allowed. The objective of the paper is to simultaneously determine the optimal inbound lot-sizing and outbound dispatching plans that minimize total costs which include ordering, shipping, and inventory holding costs. The optimal solution properties are characterized for the problem and then a dynamic programming algorithm is presented to find the optimal solution.
계층적 참조 온톨로지 기반의 제품정보 간 상호운용성 확보

오늘날의 제품개발환경은 다양한 역량을 가진 참여자들의 가상조직 구성을 통한 협업을 요구하고 있으며, 참여자들 사이의 협업은 제품 개발 관련 정보들의 교환을 바탕으로 이루어진다. 제품정보의 효율적인 교환을 지원하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 제품정보에 대한 시맨틱스를 기반으로 가상조직 내 모든 애플리케이션 도메인들이 서로의 제품정보모델을 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 제품정보모델 사이의 상호운용성을 확보할 수 있도록 참조 온톨로지인 Reference Domain Ontology(RDO)를 제안하고 이를 이용한 방법론을 제시한다. RDO는 가상조직에 참여하는 모든 애플리케이션 도메인의 제품정보모델과 메타모델에 대한 시맨틱스를 포함함으로써 협업에서 발생 가능한 제품정보모델 교환의 지연요소를 제거한다. RDO는 가상조직이 형성될 때 생성되며 가상조직의 변화에 능동적으로 대응하고 가상조직이 소멸되면 함께 사라지는 등 민첩하고 일시적인 특성을 지난다. 이를 위하여 RDO는 상위 온톨로지를 이용한 top-down과 가상 조직 내 애플리케이션 도메인 온톨로지의 병합을 기반으로 하는 bottom-up의 복합적 접근법으로 구축된다. In order to cope with the rapidly changing product development environment, individual manufacturing enterprises ara forced to collaborate with each other through establishing a virtual organization. In collaboration, designated organizations work together for mutual gain based on product data interoperability. However, product data interoperability is not fully facilitated due to semantic inconsistency among product data models of individual enterprises. In order to overcome the semantic inconsistency problem, this paper proposes a reference ontology, Reference Domain Ontology(RDO), and a methodology for product data interoperability with semantic consistency using RDO. RDO describes semantics of product data model and metamodel for all application domains in a virtual organization. Using RDO, application domains in a virtual organization can easily understand the product data models of others. RDO is agile and temporal such that it is created with the formation of a virtual organization, copes with changes of the organization, and disappears with the vanishment of the organization. RDO is built by a hybrid approach of top-down using a upper ontology and bottom-up based on the merging of ontologies of application domains in a virtual organization. With this methodology, every domain in a virtual organization can achieve product data model interoperability without model transformation.
기술테마 분석을 통한 기술기회발굴 연구 ―3D 프린팅 기술 사례를 중심으로―

Technology opportunity discovery enables us to identify changes in technology trends and to derive new technological ideas from the future-oriented perspective. Researchers have been actively working on establishing a systematic procedure for discovering technology opportunities. However, they are limited in not sufficiently considering the suitability of the company that seeks to discover new technology opportunities, such as assuming only a fixed type of scenario between product and technology, or using only the technological capability for matching technology opportunities. This study aims to present a patent-based approach to discovering technology opportunities by analyzing the relationships between technology themes that describe specific technological implications as a set of technology attributes. In addition, a case study is conducted in the field of 3D printing, which is causing a substantial change in the product manufacturing system, so that the practical usability of the results of this study can be examined. This study is expected to ultimately play a role as a next-generation R&D planning system by enhancing the companies’ R&D planning capabilities and supporting early discovery and preoccupation of new technological sources for sustainable growth.
DEMATEL을 활용한 특허분석 기반의 기술융합 분석 연구

Recently, technology fusion is becoming a mainstream phenomenon which leads to breakthrough functions by providing a definite path to innovation. There have been many attempts to generate practical R&D initiatives by merging several technologies beyond industrial boundary. As national R&D based on technology fusion which can blur technological boundaries becomes more important, it is required to analyze the trends of technology fusion to establish R&D strategies and directions. Since technology fusion is fundamentally generated by technological knowledge flow between different technology classes, to analyze the trends of technology fusion a systematic methodology is imperative which examines the extent of technological knowledge flow. Therefore, this paper presents a procedural method to analyze the trends of technology fusion in national R&D programs by exploring technological knowledge flow based on patent co-classification analysis and DEMATEL. We introduce a concept of impact-causality map and divide the map into three dimensions. Based on the meanings of the map, we draw technological implications of each dimension. Using the map with technological implications helps identify role of each industry in the perspective of technology fusion and moreover draw R&D strategies in the R&D planning processes. To show the applicability of the presented method, we conduct an empirical study using Korean national R&D patents granted between 2008 and 2011. This paper is expected to contribute to offering an alternative to identify the phenomena of dynamic technology fusion. Moreover, it holds the potential to become a useful tool in the national R&D planning processes since it can help provide future R&D directions corresponding to features of technology fusion of each industry sector.
AHP기법 적용을 통한 수산양식장 평가방식 개선에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to help domestic aquaculture farm by improved evaluation method. First, We analyzed evaluation method of domestic aquaculture certification, the greater retailer’s supplier and global standard. Next, By using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), We found priority and importance between criteria of SQF(Safety Quality Food) standard which is appled to alternative model for aquaculture evaluation. As a result is presented as follows: regarding pairwise comparison between System Element module and Good Aquaculture Practice(GAP) module, GAP is recognized to be more important than System Element. The highest priority criteria is presented ‘Purchase and Use of Medications, Aquaculture Feeds and Aquaculture Chemicals.’ Next, ‘Management commitment’, ‘Attaining Food Safety’, ‘Location and Layout of Structures and Vessels’, ‘Stock Identification and Traceability are recognized high position. This study has major implications for research into development of evaluation method.

Along with green growth era in the 21st century and with the increasing economic, social, and cultural stabilization, people expect absolute freedom from the drought and flood and long for ecological exchange in the waterfront as a part of the living base at the same time. In order to match the changes in social demand, the focus on the river management policy urgently requires a comprehensive river management that considers the nature's environmental and ecological aspects as well as a new disaster prevention approach that grows out of existing simple flood prevention. Therefore, this thesis provides feasible solutions by suggesting the following findings to maintain and manage rivers to be harmonized with the natural environment considering disaster prevention aspects. It is necessary to change the river management policy and integrated river basin management, to control the river management lead by the central government and to promote close-to-nature river management approach for environmentally sound and sustainable development. 21세기 녹색성장 시대의 도래와 함께 경제•사회•문화적으로 점차 안정화되면서 사람들은 홍수와 가뭄으로부터 완전 한 해방을 기대함과 동시에 생활 터전의 일부로써 친수공간에서 생태적 교류를 갈망하고 있다. 이러한 시대적 요구의 변화 에 적응하기 위해서는 하천관리 정책의 포커스도 기존의 단순한 수해방지를 탈피한 재해예방과 함께 자연의 환경적•생태적 관점을 고려한 종합적인 하천관리가 절실히 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 측면을 반영하여 하천이 재해예방과 함께 자연환경과 조화를 이룰 수 있게 정비•관리될 수 있는 해법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 필요한 것은 유역종합치수계 획에 의한 치수정책, 국가주도의 하천관리, 돌발홍수 대처능력 강화, 그리고 자연형 하천정비의 확대 등의 추진이 환경적으로 건전하고 지속가능한 개발에 접근하는 것이라고 본다.

Rare earth elements are recognized as strategic resources globally due to their critical roles in high-tech and green technologies. However, current research frequently neglects the systematic identification and forecasting of trends in rare earth technologies, particularly within the upstream supply chain. To address this research gap, this paper utilizes patent text analysis, incorporating technology co-occurrence and burst detection techniques, to systematically identify and analyze core technologies and development dynamics in the upstream rare earth industry. These methods reveal not only the current state of technology applications but also forecast potential directions of innovation. The findings indicate an increasing application of rare earth technologies in materials science and electromagnetic applications, with high-output research and development institutions playing a pivotal role in driving technological innovation. The insights and methodologies provided by this study offer new perspectives and tools for future research on rare earth technologies, and are anticipated to significantly influence strategic decision-making and policy formulation in the rare earth industry.
수요응답교통서비스가 이용자의 활동성에 미치는 효과: 지역 간 차이 실증분석

본 논문은 국토교통부의 도시형 교통모델 시범사업(공공형 택시) 자료를 이용해 교통모델 사업의 농촌지역 교통서비스 개선 효과를 회귀분석을 통해 실증적으로 분석한다. 도시형 교통모델 시범사업을 통한 외출횟수와 방문지의 수는 지역 간 상이한 변화를 보이며, 이중차분을 통한 분석의 결과는 시지역에 비해 군지역에서 시범사업을 통한 외출횟수와 방문지의 수 증가가 통계적으로 유의하게 큼을 제시한다. 특히, 군지역에서 사업시행으로 인한 외출횟수와 방문지 수의 증가가 시지역에 비해 각각 0.52회와 0.39곳만큼 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 대부분의 선행연구들이 사업시행 지역에 한정하여 분석함으로써 경기변동에 의한 변화를 통제하지 못하는 한계를 극복한다. 교통약자의 교통편의 증진을 위한 정책은 형평성 측면에서 그 당위성이 제시되었으나 본 논문의 실증분석결과는 (예산의) 효율성 측면에서도 이러한 정책의 타당성이 확보될 수 있음을 함축한다. This paper empirically analyzes the effect of improving transportation services in rural areas of the transportation model project through regression analysis using the data of the urban transportation model pilot project (public taxi) of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. The number of going out and the number of places visited through the urban transport model pilot project show different changes between regions. The result of the analysis through double difference suggests that the increase in the number of going out and the number of places visited through the pilot project is statistically significantly greater in the rural area than in the urban area. In particular, it is analyzed that through the project the number of going out and the number of places visited have become greater in rural areas than those in urban areas by 0.52 times and 0.39 places, respectively. These results overcome the limit of most previous studies where the changes caused by cyclical fluctuation are not controlled for since their analyses are restricted to the areas with the project. The policy for the promotion of transportation for the transportation disadvantaged was justified in terms of equity, but the results of the empirical analysis of this paper imply that the validity of these policies can be secured in terms of efficiency (budget) as well.
