      • 여성 고령자의 심폐지구성 평가를 위한 3분 속보의 타당성

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate reliability and validity of the 3-min fast walking field test, and to estimate V0_2max by a equation derived from the test. The subjects were 28 healthy elderly women aged between 60 and 80. A prediction equation was developed by the 3-min fast walking field test. For validation of the reliability and the validity, V0_2max was directly measured by a exercise stress test. And the 3-min fast walking field test, the step test, and the 2-km walking test were conducted. A regression equation for predicting V0_2max was derived from the moving distance, heart rate age, weight and height during the 3-min fast walking field test. And the equation was: V0_2max=0.062934(HR)+0.044271(moving distance)+4.880780(r^2=0.465) For evaluating the reliability of the 3-min fast walking field test, the test-retest technique was employed. The relationship between test and re test was γ=0.607(p<001) and the alpha level was 0.756. For evaluating the validity of the 3-min fast walking field test, the relationships between V0_2max directed measured and the 3-min fast walking field test, the step test, and the 2-㎞ walking test were analyzed. The results showed the relationship between the 3-min fast walking field test and V0_2max directly measured was γ=0.681(p<01). This indicates that, for the prediction of V0_2max in elderly women, the 3-min fast walking field test was more reliable than both of the step test and the 2-㎞ walking test.

        This thesis can be summarized as follows ; Nominal Clauses can be classified to 'Nominal Clauses that is transformed from simplex sentence of deep structure' and 'Nominal Clauses that is transformed from complex sentence of deep structure'. This thesis is for syntactic analysis of 'Nominal Clauses that is transformed from complex sentence' in 15th Century's Korean. Nominal Clauses can be functioned as erery component in sentence like noun. ◁표삽입▷(원문을 참조하세요) In Nominal Clauses, 「-o/u-」(-오/우-) is infallibly inserted. The grammatical informations of Nominal Clauses are only Tense (「-asi-」(-아시-」and Respect (「-isi-, -s∧p-」 (-으시 -, -□-」)). When simplex sentence of deep structure is transformed to Nominal Clauses of surface structure, 「-i」(「-이」) is sometimes transformed to 「∧i」(「-□」)

      • BIST 환경조성용 범용 BIST 툴 개발

        내장된 자체검사 기법(built-in self test, BIST)은 고집적화로 인한 테스트 비용과 복잡성의 증가로 인하여 미래에 가장 확실한 테스트 방법으로 고려되어 왔다. 이 점에 주목하여 본 논문에서는 BIST방법으로 BIST기능을 갖추지 않은 IC를 테스트 가능하게 위하여 선형 귀환 쉬프트 레지스터(Linear Feedback Shift Register)를 가진 BIST를 위한 유틸리티를 제공하는 칩을 설계하고 제작한다. 이 칩은 테스트 패턴 생성기(Test Pattern Generator)와 테스트 데이터 처리기(Multiple-In-put Signature Register)로 동작하는 두개의 동일한 모듈을 포함한다. 두 모듈의 stage는 테스트대상 회로(Circuit Under Test)의 입출력 수에 따라서 외부에서 프로그램이 가능하다. 이 IC는 Mentor Graphics사의 Design Architect 와 삼성전자의 sada 를 결합한 schematic 설계 툴로 설계하였고 Mentor Graphics사의 Quicksim II 와 삼성전자의 saqsim 을 결합한 툴로써 시뮬레이션 하였다. 설계된 IC는 삼성전자의 0.8㎛ CMOS Digital SOG Process II에 의하여 구현되었다. 제작된 IC의 최대 동작 주파수는 20㎒이다 Because of the rapidly increasing cost and complexity due to getting higher integration ratio, Built-In Self-Test(BIST) has been considered as the most promising test strategy in the future. This paper focuses on this point and is to design and fabricate a chip to provide the utility for BIST with Linear Feedback Shift Register(LFSR), with which it is possible to test non-BIST IC with BIST scheme. This chip contains two identical modules, one of which acts as Test Pattern Generator(TPG) and the other as Multiple-Input Signature Register(MISR). The stages of the two modules can be programmed externally according to the number of inputs and outputs of the Circuit Under Test(CUT). This IC was designed with schematic capture tool of Design Architect from Mentor Graphics combined with sada from Samsung Electronics and simulated with QuickSim II from Mentor Graphics combined with saqsim from Samsung Electronics. Then it was realized by 0.8㎛ CMOS Digital SOG Process-II of Samsung Electronics. The final maximum frequency was about 20㎒.

      • 알루미나이징 表面處理한 構造用鋼의 彼勞强度 및 破壞擧動에 관한 硏究

        Aluminizing-treated structural steel is excellent in high temperature oxidation resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. So, it has been widely used for the machine parts which have required such properties. However it is difficult to find out any study result of the notched influence on the aluminizing-treated materials and the second diffusion materials. In this investigation the low carbon steel plates with with V-notches were coated with aluminum and made into second diffusion. With these specimcns the bending fatigue strength and fatigue life were observed and also crack propagation of alloy layer was investigated. The results obtained are as follows: 1) On the smoothed specimens a fatigue limit of aluminizing material was lower than the one of raw material, but it was more increased than the one of heat treatment material, and the fatigue limit of second diffusion material was lowest. 2) On the V-notched specimens a fatigue limit of aluminizing material was higher with 44% increase ratio than the one of raw material and with 63% increase ratio than the one of heat treatment material, and the rate of increase became lower increase ratio in a fatigue limit comparing to aluminzing material, with no influence of notch radius. 3) According as the notch radius became smaller, the fatigue limit became. higher on the raw material, it was same on th aluminizing material and lowest on the second diffusion material. 4) Crack initiation period was 0.04% below of fatigue crack life and the full growth period of crack propagation at alloy layer was 0.1%. The crack propagation from alloy layer to matrix was 16% of the fatigue crack life. This means that the crack propagation rate at alloy layer was very fast but the crack delay at the boundary of both was so long. 5) Crack propagation grows through defects, inclusion, peeling and previous boundary.

        Korean native cow 2567 slaughtared in abattoir were investigated fur studying the incidence of ovarian disease and biostatistical value of ovaries. The result obtained in the experiment are summarized as follows : 1) The average length of the ovary; 3.63±0.57cm ... right. 3.41±0.71 cm... left, The average width of the ovary; 2.36±0.49cm ... right. 2.02±0.54cm... left, According to the result the right ovary is bigger then the left. 2) The average waight of the ovary: 6.80±2.05g ... right. 5.40±2.69g ... left. According to the result is that the right ovary is heavier than the left by 1.40g Observation on the correlation between the ovary length and the weight was carried out as follows; r=0.568 ... right ovary. r=0.721 ... left ovary. The result shows that the correlation between two is close. 3) The average diameter of the corpus luteum; 1.15±0.43 cm ... right. 1.17±0.39 cm ... left, The average deep of the corpus luteum 1.34±0.06 ... right. 1.87±0.07 ... left. The result shows that the left is more diameter and deep then the right. 4) The average surface area of the ovary; 11.79±0.24 cm ... right. 11.68±0.25cm ... left. The result shows that the right is more wide then the left. 5) The incedence attributed to the ovarian disease was about 5.36% which includes; 3.11% of follicular cyst, 0.39% of lutein cyst, 1.22% of atrophic ovary and 0.36% agenesis of ovary. 6) Among the incidence, ovarian disease on both side occupied 32.35% whereas 41.9% right side, 25.17% left side, 67.64% was observed on any one side. 7) The average size of cystic ovary was 1.5-2.0 cm in diameter and then followed the size of 3.1-4.0 cm. 8) In 136 case 9, or 2.86%, occurred in cattle from 1 to 3 years outage; 21 or,5.46% in four; 54 or, 10.76% in five; 23 or,7.08% in six; 21 Or, 314 of in 7 to 9; and 2 or, 1.9% occurred over 10 years of age.

        한국의 광물명칭에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate historical records on Korean mineral terms. One of the earliest records on Korean mineral terms is the Donguebogam(oriental medical handbook) written by Heo Jun in 1613. Most of geological investigation of Korea was accomplished by Japanese geologists in the period of the 1900~1945. Korean mineralogical records have been described by Gottsch(1886), Kwasaki(1935), Kinosaki(1937, 1940), Tsuda(1941, 1952) and Galleger(1963). Korean mineral species have been described about 300 species by KIER(Korea Institute Energy and Resources) in 1977. In the results of this study, Comparisons and classifications between current korean mineral terms and korean traditional and chinese medical mineral terms are suggested.
