CINEFLUOROSCOPY를 이용한 Ⅲ급 부정교합환자의 연하시 구강인두의 운동에 관한 연구

This study was undertaken to find out oropharyngeal movement of the class III malocclusion patients during swallowing by using the cinefluoroscopic method. The experimental group was composed of fifteen male adults with class III malocclusion whose mean age was 24.4 yrs. The control group was composed of fifteen male adults with normal occlusion whose mean age was 24.8 yrs. The results were as follows: 1. The horizontal position of the tongue tip was more anterior in the class III malocclusion group than in the normal group through all stages. 2. The tongue level was lower in the class III malocclusion group than in the normal group during stage 1, stage 3, and stage4. 3. The horizontal position of the hyoid bone was more anterior in the class III malocclusion group than in the normal group during stage 1 only. 4. The tip of the soft palate was lower in the class III malocclusion group than in the normal group during stage 1 only, and there was no significant difference in the velar movement between the class III malocclusion group and the normal group during swallowing. 5. There was a significant difference in the interincisal distance, but no significant difference in the intermolar distance between the class III malocclusion group and the normal group through all stages. 6. Among 4 stages of each group, there was a significant difference in the movements of the dorsum of the tongue, the hyoid bone, and the soft palate. And there was a significant difference in the movement of the tongue tip of the normal group, but no significant difference in the movement of the tongue tip of the class III malocclusion group.

국내 원전의 건전성 및 안전성 확보에 직결되는 자동 초음파검사의 신뢰도 및 검사시스템의 기량을 평가하기 위해 자동UT-PD RRT를 수행하였다. 수행된 RRT의 조건은 2001년 수동 PD-RRT에 적용된 설계변수와 동일하다. 본 연구에서는 자동 UT의 결함검출확률 및 오판확률과 결함크기측정에 대한 불확도 분석을 이용하여 자동 초음파검사의 통계적인 신뢰도를 평가하고 수동 UT PD-RRT의 결과와 비교하여 기량을 검증하고자 한다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 향후 각종 비파괴검사에 대한 RRT를 수행하여 기술수준을 파악하고 비파괴검사기술의 발전을 도모할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Engels nennt das Ereignis im Mythos "weltgeschichtliche Niederlage des Weiblichen Geschlechts". Nach Christa Wolf ist Medea keine Kindermorderin, sondem Aufkl&erin . Sie plaziert auch ihre Medea in eine Zeit, in der die alten Gijttinen-zentrierten Religionen von neuen patriarchalen Gott-beherrschten Religionen verdragt werden, um Medea aus dem Dunkel der Verkennung zu retten . Sie zeugt von der Domestizienmg und Entzauberung der Frau nach der Eroberung einst matriarchal struktierter Gebiete. Medea wird nMch von den gewaltsamen patriarchden Konigen, Aietes und Kreon, pl&ig zum Siindenbcck gemacht. Medea wird im Wolfs Roman als Aufkliirein mit produktiver Wildheit rehabilitiert. Aber am Ende des Romans macht sie uns keine Hoffnung auf die gute Zukunft. 1st die tiefe Verzweiflung von Wolfs Medea auch nicht die der Frauen von heute?

氣象環境이 잎담배 生産에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究

This study was conducted to study the effects of meteorological elements on the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco. Data for this study was collected in Cheongju, Chungju and Taejeon districts during the period from 1967 to 1979. 1.There was positive correlation between yield and air temperature from maximum growth stage to harvesting time. And there was positive correlation also between quality and air temperature at maximum growth stage, but not significant relationship at the other growing stage. 2.The re were negative correlation between yield and precipitation at harvesting time and between quality and topping time, respectively. 3.There were positive correlations between yield and quality and percentage of possible sunshine at and after topping time. 4.Early and long range weather forecast will be efficiently employed for tobacco cultivation. It is considered that the study on the early and long range weather forecast and on the hastening and/or delaying the planting and maturing of tobacco plants ought to be studied together.

Hemostasis and a clear surgical field are obtained by the local infiltration of a local anesthetic mixed with epinephrine during tonsillectomy. However, epinephrine may in itself, due to its cardiovascular effect, cause arrhythmia, heart failure, Pulmonary edema, and even cardiac arrest. We describe a 22-year-old patient who developed cardiac arrest due to epinephrine infiltration during tonsillectomy. The patient was resuscitated and recovered without any sequele after intensive treatment.

지방 국립대학의 우수학생 유치방안에 관한 연구 : 부산대학교를 중심으로

Korean universities have developed rapidly since its liberation from hapanese rule in 1945. Korean higher education system has contributed to the socio-economic development of the country. However, Korean higher educational system has some problems. One of the problems is its unbalanced development of higher educational institutions between the capital city and other cities. Koreans traditionally regarded highly colleges and universities in the capital city. The government including private foundations have invested large resources in building colleges and universities in cities and providences had been neglected. However, colleges and universities play crucial role in the local, regional development of the country. It is important to raise academic quality of the colleges and universities in non-capital cities. The quality of colleges and universities depended primarily on faculty, finance, etc. Therefore, it is an imperative condition to recruit academically excellent students for the development of colleges and universities in non-capital cities. Three research questions have guided the research. 1) How the college entrants' academic performance has changed. 2) What colleges and universities have utilized admission policy to recruit excellent students. The research has found out the following results. 1) The academic performances of college entrants in non-capital city were lowered in the 1980s. 2) Colleges and universities have emphasized the academic excellence, which is primarily related to research and academic activities of the faculty. 3) High school students and teachers in Pusan city give local university lower rate than what it is The findings suggest that local college and university make sustained, ststematic efforts in order to develop its status among the institutions. The efforts should include short-term and long-term policies : 1) Marketing activities about scholarship programs, graduates' career prospects, facilities, and the faculty etc. 2) Hiring excellent faculty members 3) Strengthening graduates' gaining job 4) furnishing required facilities and making attractive campus 5) Upgrading the quality of academic and research activities

Eugene O'Neill의 The Iceman Cometh 硏究

The works of O’Neill dealt with the consistent theme: a quest for life. Therefore, the diversity of O’Neill’s work can be considered as a process of searching for the meaning of life. This paper is to study O’Neill’s latest view of life by analyzing the meaning of pipe dream, and the problem of tragic recognition reflected in one of his final plays, The Iceman Cometh. O’Neill thought that life is a tragedy and considered that the function of a theatre is to interpret and celebrate the meaning of life on the stage. The life of a modern man, it seemed to O’Neill, with the loss of faith in the Old God, is a process of endless quest for a substitute for that faith. Therefore, his plays represent the struggle of life given to all mankind as an inescapable tragic situation. In the past days man found a solace of life through God. The moderns who have scientific knowledge about the universe and human beings, can not receive comfort from God for the pain or life any longer. O’Neill points out the sickness of today, and he regards man as the misbegotten who has to live in this suffering world. He presents the moderns pipe dreams which take the place of God, as a means to survive without pain in helpless society. In the Iceman Cometh, life is represented as a “meaningless joke,” and the tragic character is a person who recognizes the fact that his own self­deceptive life is a mirage. O’Neill shows a pessimistic view of life in this play and that life is not a developing process to fulfill one’s dream, but a process of increasing decay toward “death”. To escape from this stark reality of life, therefore, people had to make a self­deceptive “pipe dream”and deny their true­selves. The background of this work, Harry Hope’s Saloon, is the world of pipe dreams where every one lives in vain hope. This helpless place is presented as a microcosm of modern society that everyone loses his soul and is possessed with self­delusion. All the people gathered in this saloon are down­and­outers of society. The pipe dreamers who would die without their dreams show that man is a deluded being as long as he lives. In this work Hickey is symbolized as a “Saviour”who came to save the hopeless “Harry Hope’s Saloon”from a damned lying “pipe dream”and to give them a “blessed peace”. But the result of his trial to bring them to face up their true­selves in not peace but deathly despair. And after the failure of his role as a Saviour, Hickey accepts his own death heroically and brings a nihilistic view that nothing can be achieved in a worldly life. And a paradox of self­fulfillment through annihilation is completed in his death because he fulfilled his life at that time. O’Neill says, in The Iceman Cometh, that life in only a precession toward death, but we can overcome despair with the recognition and acceptance of it as a given situation to all mankind. In O’Neill’s progressive inquiring into man’s inner life through his plays we finally reach the recognition of the dimension of the higher value of understanding , compassion, and love through which man can overcome his alienation and transcend the pains unavoidable during man’s existence.

완전 고환성 여성화 증후군 1례

저자들은 외형상 여성으로써 원발성 무월경과 양측 외음부 종양 촉지를 주소로 입원한 complete testicular feminization syncrome 1례를 경험하였기에 이를 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다 The 46, XY individual with complete testicular feminization syndrome is a phenotypic female who is usually somewhat tall, has excellent breast development and presents to the gynecologist because of primary amenorrhea and an inguinal mass. In complete testicular feminization syndrome, axillary and pubic hair are sparse or absent and some degree of virilization such as clitorial hypertrophy, partial labioscrotal fusion and hirsutism doesn't occur at puberty. We report a case of complete testicular feminization syndrome with the brief review of literatures.
